I went to see Keila about a month ago to get my nostril, conch pierced and a jewelry change for my tragus. I spent well over an hour with Keila and I never felt more comfortable. It was like chatting with a good friend. We spent so much time looking at placement and even tried hoops to make sure I liked where they would be once my piercings were healed and I could change my jewelry. Keila checked on me a week later to make sure my piercings were healing well and I even bothered Keila one two occasions with questions. Keila was always so responsive since and professional. I literally cannot wait to come back for another piercing!

HOLY COW!! Words cannot express how happy I am with my experience at Safe Harbor Body Adornment.I scheduled an appointment online through the business booking service about a week ahead. Once it came to the day of my appointment, I showed up about 5 minutes early, and Eduardo was there to greet me and let me in the shop. From the moment I was greeted, I felt like Ed was excited about my piercing and happy to complete my service. I immediately noticed how clean and inviting the space was.Before we began, Ed explained the ins and outs of what the piercing experience would entail, including: how its performed, sanitation process, what jewelry I could wear, and what aftercare steps I would be taking. Ed had an encouraging attitude and made me feel comfortable asking any questions that popped into my head.Ed took the time to match up my nostril exactly. Let me tell you, I loved this - the care and preciousness that was executed around my placement and piercing was amazing. Of course, Ed had me check and approve the placement before actually piercing me, so I had full autonomy of what I was getting.The entire experience, from picking out my jewelry, observing sanitation of all the equipment that would be used on me, and being pierced; was very thorough and made me feel happy to have picked such a great practice.Ive been pierced many times over the past 10 years, but of all my experiences, this was the best one. I walked out feeling confident, satisfied, and full of joy about my beautiful new piercing. I know for a fact that if I ever want another piercing, I will be going to Safe Harbor, and would recommend the same to anyone who asks!

I got my second lobe piercings done at Safe Harbor Body Adornment last week and had a great experience! I was very nervous, but Keila made me feel at ease, explained the entire process thoroughly, and ensured I was on board every step of the way. I also appreciate that they take cleanliness very seriously!Prior to piercing, Keila made sure I was happy with the placement and let me know what to expect during and after the piercing. It was a very smooth process, and they schedule enough time into the appointment so you dont feel rushed. Keila also explained the aftercare guidelines and was happy to answer any questions I had. This was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! I wanted to get my ears pierced here on my birthday because my friend recommended Keila! She was so kind and walked me through the entire process from picking out the right jewelry and how they sterilize their equipment. I’ve gotten my ears pierced a few times in the past and I’ve always had to take them out from infections/bad jewelry. I’m 7 months in with my ear piercings and they are completely healed and look wonderful! I would recommend Keila to anyone that needs something pierced! Ive had three piercing appointments at Safe Harbor (so far!): first was a daith with Sarah, then a nostril with Keila, and second lobes with Keila. Every time, upon entering the studio, Ive been greeted enthusiastically and with smiles—a wonderful start to great appointments!Keila was wonderful with my nostril piercing, she is warm and friendly, and very thorough with going through what to expect from the appointment. Shes funny to boot, which makes you more relaxed too! Keila helped me determine the right placement for my nostril piercing, thinking ahead to if I wanted a hoop once its healed.Every appointment comes with a saline spray and distinct cleaning instructions. Keila is active on social media and has fielded a few questions Ive thrown her way on her off hours too—I cant speak highly enough of her or Safe Harbor!When I went for my second lobes, Keila was once again welcoming and kind, and discussed with me placement while thinking of future piercings and overall curation I wanted for my piercing stylings. Keila is truly wonderful and very detail-oriented. I cannot recommend this studio more!

This is such a different experience than I’ve ever had at a piercing studio, and I loved it! First-timers should not be afraid to come here. I got my nostril pierced to match the other side, which was done years ago at a different studio. The marking process was intentioned and carefully carried out to ensure the piercings were identical. Nate walked me through every step of the way from start to finish, asked permission to proceed with piercing after all was marked. Ive been wanting to get my nipples pierced for some time now, I chickened out years ago but thought now is the time. I called the original place which was a local tattoo/piercing place but they no longer pierce mens nipples. I searched for another place and found Safe Harbor Body Adornment and set up an appointment online which was very easy. I had some questions about the process and Keila was extremely transparent going over everything and making me extremely comfortable with the process. For my appointment I was a little nervous but Keila make me feel very at ease. She went over every little detail, from the piercing process to aftercare. The whole process of the piercing was extremely quick. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a piercing done. Very professional and very clean.

Piercers are very kind, friendly, and thorough! The process was clean and relatively painless. Aftercare instructions were very clear and simple. I love my new septum piercing. Jewelry was a little pricey, but thags because I was buying gold. So come in with a budget!

I will absolutely come back here for future piercings. They are incredibly knowledgeable about piercings and will only do them if they think it will work for you. For example I couldnt get an industrial because the anatomy of my ear didnt support it. But they suggested other piercings that I might like.They is implant grade titanium for their piercings so not worry about metal sensitivity.And they are super nice and accepting. I felt super safe there.

Just got my conch pierced by Eduardo and it was absolutely amazing!! The atmosphere was so comfortable and welcoming, and I cannot say enough nice things about Eduardo! Hes such a kind person and truly made everything stress free and relaxing. I was so relaxed, I didnt even realize when it was finished! I definitely plan on going again, I just have to wait for my peircing to heal! I highly recommend!!!

I came here after being recommended by my boyfriend and was thrilled! It is appointment only so make sure you snag a spot a few weeks ahead of time. I made an appointment with Sara, who kindly greeted me upon arrival. She knew my septum ring size and diameter with out even touching my jewelry or nose! I had had a cheap, amazon ring in since the pandemic happened and I wanted to get a good quality piece as I never change mine. She let it sterilize for a few minutes and it was quickly installed for me. She was super kind, knowledge, and quick. Will be returning and referring friends here for sure!

I got my tragus, helix, and second lobe piercing (on the right), as well as both first lobes stretched by Keila. My husband also saw Keila, and had both of his first lobes pierced (well, one was still open) and stretched as well.Keila was phenomenal! She was incredibly funny, knowledgeable, helpful, and gentle. She made sure every step was explained and that we had every question answered that we could think of. She worked with both of us to make sure that we were happy with jewelry sizes and placements. I cant say enough about how great she was or how amazing her work is!Safe Harbor itself is a top-notch piercing parlor. Their use of implant-grade titanium made a huge difference in the healing process. As someone with immune issues, I tend to face infections a bit easier. I had previously had my right helix pierced with stainless steel elsewhere, which infected almost immediately. We were at Safe Harbor two weeks ago- and outside of some swelling the first few days and a smidge of bruising (normal with cartilage piercings), neither my husband nor I have had any issues. His lobes dont bother him at all now, and I only have occasional minor discomfort in the helix (like when I bump it while doing my hair).I absolutely recommend this shop if youre looking to get some quality piercings that not only look good but feel good as well!

Took my daughter in and Keila was so patient with us even when we had to go back home to get her id, she just told us to come on back and adjusted our appointment. She explained everything to us, showed us everything and made us feel comfortable so much. that I also got my piercing done. Thank you for having such a kind and caring person on your staff. The experience was absolutely phenomenal. i had ed as my piercer and he went through absoluteky everything, including what he was going to do. he sterilized everything and proved to me that it was sterilized, he was very gentle and well spoken and i knew exactly what the plan was for my piercing. he talked to me about pros and cons of my piercing and went through aftercare steps and how to deal with swelling, bruising etc. overall great experience! i will definitely be coming back :))

OMG KEILA IS AMAZING!!!! Literally the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. KEILA is super knowledgeable, professional, and sooo sweet. Last weekend, I went in and got my nostril pierced by Keila who is an absolutely phenomenal piercer! She was friendly, professional, and very clearly cares about doing her job well. This was my first time getting anything other than my lobes pierced, so while I was a little nervous, Keila made the process much less nerve-wracking than it was before I got there. I highly recommend getting pierced here as it was an all-around fantastic experience, especially for a newcomer!

I have been pierced by both Ed and Keila. They are both awesome piercers who tell you what’s going on and make the experience super approachable and fun. I got pierced by Keila yesterday and she had me laughing the whole time and I’m super happy with my new nostril piercing!

I highly highly recommend Safe Harbor Body Adornment. I was looking for a piercing only place since I wasn’t interested in going to a tattoo parlor or a mall kiosk, and this was the perfect spot. Location was great- there is free street parking or a parking garage a couple blocks down the road. Online booking was very easy and gives you a spot to add in comments- I noted here that my first date at piercings from when I was little were a little askew, so I wanted to make sure that my holes lined up perfectly. Eduardo was fully aware of this when I got to the appointment and knew what to do. The appointment slot is for an hour and it actually takes the whole hour because Eduardo was so thorough. First he explains the entire process in detail. He shows you how he sterilizes the equipment and that the needles are single use. He has you sign a strip that goes into the sterilizer and makes you confirm that the color change indicates sterilization before proceeding- It felt so safe and clean there. Next, Eduardo helps you pick out the jewelry and is very honest about prices and helpful suggesting more affordable options. I did research into the costs of piercing, and Safe Harbor Body Adornment seemed right on the mark, but I did not do as much research on the cost of jewelry. It was about $200 for my double ear piercing and titanium studs with three little gems in a triangle. Like I said, I didn’t do research on the cost of jewelry so I’m not commenting on that, just highlighting it for anyone else reading!(And honestly it was so amazing there that even if this is considered more expensive, I’d say it’s worth it.) Then, we entered the piercing room. Eduardo was clear that there were no needles present and we spent another chunk of time choosing the best location. Eduardo is great about making you be picky and making sure the piercing looks exactly how you want it to look. I want to wear two sets of hoop earrings and he had a set of try on hoops so we could make sure the angle matched up with my current piercings. When it was time to do the actually piercing, Eduardo was so detailed in his explanation and then then actual piercing barely hurt. I’m not someone who is afraid of needles, but if you are I think this would be the best situation for you. I’m a month out and my ears have been heeling great so I haven’t had to reach out, but Eduardo was very clear to reach out if I had any concerns. Overall, it was the best experience, better than I could ask for. I highly highly recommend!

Ive been going to Safe Harbor for the past 3 years and every time i go its amazing. Keila has done my past 2 piercings a rook and a daith. Shes been great at explaining everything and is very thorough from start to finish. Ill definitely be coming back to let Keila do some more cool things to my ears.

It was my first time here and as soon as you walk in they have a wonderful atmosphere. Clean and welcoming! I saw Keila for a jewelry change. My old jewelry wasn’t up to standard and started to irritate an old piercing. Keila was so helpful and patient with me while I picked out my new jewelry. Even with my piercing being irritated from the old jewelry Keila made the switch painless and gave it really great attention to make sure I was happy with it. The quality of their jewelry is top notch and I’m already making plans to get more jewelry from them and a new piercing soon. Thanks Keila!

Just had my septum done by Keila, she’s super professions, sweet and comforting. It hurt less than Novocain at the dentist, and came out SUPER cute. I’m in love with it, and dare I say feel a little prettier because it. She swore it was one of the easier healing piercings, and 10 days later I can confirm - she wasn’t lying. Edit: Sara took the time to redo my septum that I swore had completely closed. She was informative, calming, and very sweet. She assured me it would heal much quicker, and it already has. Safe Harbor has to be one of the best peircing shops to ever exist. I have been peirced by many individuals in many states/shops and these folks have given me the best experiences / piercings hands down .The shop is so professional, clean and friendly. The experience is so personalized and they make you feel so comfortable. I have worked with all their peircers and while theyre all extremely talented, Kelia is there apprentice and is so impressive. She is already so talented and skilled and produces beautiful results. I highly recommend her services! They are the only peircers I will work with now and are giving me the results I thought could only be a dream.

I took my nine year old daughter here to get her ears pierced after hearing great reviews from several people. Im SO glad I did!!! From the moment we walked in, Ed was super professional, caring, and explained everything both to me on an adult level, but also on a childs level to my daughter, and he took extra care to make sure my nervous kiddo was comfortable with every single step as he did it. His sanitizing process was amazing, and my daughter even got to pick out what color she wanted her earrings to be (purple, of course!). The process was smooth, and I was even more impressed with how well her ears have healed (not one bit of crust around the piercing spot at all!!!). Got my conch pierced a little over two weeks ago with Ed and he was absolutely amazing! It was so quick and easy and everything was so neat and clean in the store. The healing process has been great I have had little to no irritation. I drove almost an hour for the piercing and it was totally worth it. Would recommend this spot to anybody!

My experience with Ed was absolutely top tier. From the sterilization process to the piercing itself, it was a 10/10 experience. Ed asks for consent all throughout the process and is very concerned with your comfort the entire time. He’s truly such a gentle, lovely human being. He is transparent about prices and let’s you see the jewelry up close before use. He also anodizes on site so if you want to change your jewelry to a gold color (like I did) everything is there to do that. The shop itself is spotless; I could eat off the floor with confidence. Ed encourages you to ask questions and be involved in the whole process. So thankful I found Safe Harbor after having bad experiences in the past!

I’ve been pierced by Keila twice now and I’m going to go back to her for all of my future piercings. She’s kind and funny, super cool, and explains the whole process to you before anything happens. She’s accurate and my new jewelry is healing well with her advice and instruction. She’s done my third lobes, re-pierced my healed helix, and just did my nipples. I can’t rave and brag about her enough! My next piercing with Keila can’t come soon enough.

I had the most wonderful experience when I went into Safe Harbor Body Adornment!One of my piercings had lost the backing to it and I had contacted the original piercer to get a replacement and they were not helpful and very dismissive (Xtreme Ink). I just happened to look at safe harbor and they had an appointment that day. Sara took amazing care of me and was so helpful and sweet. They care about what they do and it shines through. Cannot recommend them enough!

I got my septum pierced by Sara, she was super friendly and welcoming along with knowledgeable about each step which she was very open about through the entire appointment. She explained the sterilization process and each step of what she was doing and why. I felt extremely comfortable and love my piercing!

My partner and I went to get piercings after a previous good experience with this business. However, at this appointment we were rushed, we felt that we were hurried through the entire process. My partners piercing was uneven and had to be removed. My piercing was stuck and had to be changed out by another professional because of the way it was placed in the labret back. My partner had her other nose piercing switched out at this appointment and it was also stuck and had to be removed by another professional. We both have multiple piercings and have not had difficulty changing and of our other piercings done elsewhere.

I was convinced my ear piercings had closed up, so I made an appointment with the amazing piercer, Ed, at Safe Harbor Body Adornment in West Chester.And because Ed is so amazing, he was able to discern pretty quickly that my piercings were, as Miracle Max once said, “only mostly dead.”What we needed here was some ear tapering. Essentially, stretching a now-too-small piercing to the point we could fit an earring through.It’s not nearly as intense as a piercing, but it’s still something I 100% recommend doing with a professional. Like, I could have messed this up pretty spectacularly if I tried to do this myself.I have a metal allergy, so it’s super important that I’m able to access implant-grade titanium jewelry. Safe Harbor works almost exclusively with titanium. The reason I stopped wearing earrings in the first place is because... well, the experience pretty much always sucked. Everything seemed to irritate me.So I’m very excited to have reclaimed this little bit of me. And I can not recommend Safe Harbor Body Adornment, or Ed, enough. All he did was taper my ears, and still, he blocked out an entire hour for just me.Safe, sterile, educational, and absolutely stress free! (I can’t tell you how many times I almost chickened out in the lead-up to this appointment. He talked me through everything.)I’m telling everyone to go here for their piercings!

This place is the best! I have the kindest conversations and interactions with the staff. They are so supportive, educational, and talented. I went here to get my nose pierced and I love it- I definitely recommend going here! 10/10

I got my conch done yesterday with Ed and I could not be happier! The whole process was thoroughly explained with room to always ask questions. The sanitation process and attention to detail is simply unmatched. Not to mention, Ed is simply a delight to chat with. I have never felt so safe and welcomed in a space. Eduardo just walked me through all five stages of grief over a messed up rook piercing (done elsewhere) I’ve been trying to save for over a year. It takes a high degree of professionalism and ethics to tell a person what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. I will be returning to get re-pierced once I’m healed and could not recommend Safe Harbor more highly

Ed is completely wonderful and super knowledgeable. I needed help retaining my daith piercings during a medical procedure. Ed was able to guide me through the retainers and swap out my jewelry for me. When I returned to have my jewelry put back in I added a forward helix. I can not say enough about how easy he made it to get pierced and how impeccable the sterilizing process is. I will be back the next time I want to add another one.

Such a great experience! I had my belly button pierced by Ed and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Especially during COVID he took extra precautions to be as clean as possible, which is much appreciated. I don’t consider myself to have a super high pain tolerance, but he was so fast I barely felt it! I was a little nervous at first but he was patient with me and explained the entire process. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I came in for my second earlobe piercing and Ed was so awesome! I was nervous, and he walked me through everything -- showing me how things will be sanitized and answering all of my questions. He was super cool about letting me play around with different placements on my ear and let me take all the time I needed to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Ed made the experience awesome and I would totally recommend his studio!

I had a great experience here. Ed is super knowledgeable about piercings and can answer any questions you may have about the process. I had some questions prior and all I had to do was send an email and it was answered promptly and thoroughly. I would give Ed 10 stars if I could! I came to him with help for a difficult conch piercing (the third time I have had this spot pierced), and he provided solutions that no other shop has offered. He is clearly knowledgeable far and beyond the normal piercing shop, and is committed to providing a high quality experience and educating consumers along the way and going above and beyond in cleanliness and hospitality. Out of the 16 piercings I have had this was my first ZERO PAIN experience. Could not recommend this shop enough- so happy to have found my new piercing home!

Sara Bowman was an absolute gem. Not only did she answer any and all questions I had about my upcoming stretching, she was honest and so comforting. She was wonderfully sweet and kind and made me feel welcomed in a shop I’ve never been to. I’m so looking forward to working with her and would fully recommend her for any and all piercings!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I got pierced by Ed, and they were so sweet and patient with me! Explained to me the process every step of the way, was extremely kind and personable, and took the time to make sure I had a great experience. Jewelry selection is top-notch and I even got to watch him anodize my pieces! I will absolutely be returning.

Best freaking experience ever!!! Sara and Ed are amazing, highly recommend you going in. Ed broke everything down for me when it came to the anatomy of my septum and how he was going to pierce it to make it look even and perfect ❤️ they are also super chill so it was easy going in and talking with them, built a quick relationship which made me feel even more comfortable.

I came here with my fiancé and two best friends to get pierced. I gotta say I was a little nervous at first because I wanted my eyebrow pierced and wasn’t really sure what to expect. So when we got here the first thing I noticed was the place is very clean! I met Ed And we started chatting about what I wanted to get done. He showed me the jewelry for the piercing I wanted and I made the pick. He told me he could change the color of it if I wanted to which of course I did then says follow me. I followed him to another very clean room where he pulled the freshly brand new sterilized jewelry out and then he showed me the coloring process. I gotta say to watch the whole experience was pretty cool!Even though the jewelry he just colored was sterilized he sterilized it a second time in front me. Which I thought was pretty awesome too because it just shows that he cares about his work and his clients! So after that was done we go back to another clean room where he goes over every single step of the procedure that was gonna happen and even as it took place he told me what was going on. I thought it was nice and it helped calm my nerves a bit. I gotta say I really thought my eyebrow would hurt a little bit but I didn’t feel a thing! Ed was very smooth and professional! He’s very smart, loves his job and takes great pride in his work! He is one of the most kindest and nicest people you will ever meet! It’s a guarantee that if you get pierced here you will end up with a new friend! Thank you Ed for everything!👍🏼

In the 12 years of being pierced, I can confidently say that Sara is the greatest piercer I’ve had yet. Sara’s kindness, knowledge, and professionalism are beyond exceptional. I’ve been pierced by her many times, followed her from a previous location (I drive an hour and a half to see her), it still surprises me how gentle she is.

One of my 2 year old helix piercings that I got in NY swelled up and seemed like it was going to maybe lead to an infection. I just moved down here and found Ed and could not have been more pleased with my experience. He was so knowledgeable and really took the time to walk me through everything. I’m so glad I found his studio and I would definitely go for any future piercing needs. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I would totally recommend. The office was very clean and organized. It looked more like a doctors office which reassured me to believe that it was very professional and well sanitized. Additionally, Ed really knew what he was doing. His main goal is for the safety of everyone-- to make sure the healing process is as fast as possible by minimizing the chance of any infections or scarring. Also, I think he really cares for each individual person and is very experienced. After I told him the name of the medication I was on, Accutane, he immediately did not allow me to get the piercings because it would have caused very serious scarring and infections. I am so glad he was very knowledgeable or else I would have had to face very serious complications. Even though I couldnt get mine done for good reasons, he pierced my sisters ears. He was very sterile. He made sure to explain his whole cleaning procedure. He also made it clear that his materials (the needles, and even the marker) is disposed of after every use. No material is used twice. Furthermore, his patience is impeccable. We took a long time to make the placement of her piercings as symmetrical as possible-- almost an hour. However, he supported us throughout the whole process. He helped readjust the markings over and over again to make them perfect. Even though it may be a little on the more expensive side, it is totally worth it.

Excellent shop! I went here looking for a 16G threaded ball to replace the one that fell off my septum (pierced at another shop) and they had exactly what I needed: correct size and in titanium! The shop uses almost exclusively titanium, which for someone with sensitive skin like me is a miracle. If I get pierced again, Im absolutely coming back here.

I had a GREAT experience here! This is my first non-ear piercing & they made me feel totally comfortable and safe. Ed was very knowledgeable and so so kind. I got exactly what I was looking for here :) Definitely worth the price - live a little, buy yourself something nice!!

Ed was wonderful! I got my nose and belly button done and he was so precise about placement! He really took the time to get it how I wanted it and the belly turned out amazing! My nose is not the best shape for what I got done but it really showed that he was a pro for it to turn out so good!

Brand new place in West Chester specializing in only piercings! Ed was fantastic and is super nice and has a wealth of knowledge! The shop was clean and he made sure to show you the whole process and The sterilization methods! 10/10 am going back for more!!!

Got my first piercings done here a few months ago and Im hoping to come back in a few weeks for more! It was clean everything was explained to me very well Ed made sure I understood everything before he started and I felt very comfortable with everything going on, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

I definitely recommend this place for your future piercings! They are very thorough. While I didnt expect my conch piercing to cost $140, I very quickly realized that I paid for quality. So, for my price I got a very sterile experience with an awesome staff. Great after care instructions both on and offline, the saline wash to clean my ear, and even a great tips for sleeping without having to endure a lot of pain.
