Brannan was experienced and did our piercings (tragus and cartilage) in a quick and efficient manor with little to no pain at all. He has several people in and out of the door while we were there and was polite, efficient, and helpful to everyone. The studio was clean and he used high grade cleaning materials. I would recommend!

Brannan was awesome!!! I got two cartilage piercings and I’m in love with them. It’s very obvious he knows exactly what he’s doing: everything was super clean and he thoroughly checked to make sure it didn’t hit any veins. He was super nice and reassured any apprehensions I had about the piercing placement. His studio is such a chill and relaxing environment which made getting pierced so much easier. I will for sure be going back!!!!!!

I got my industrial done here a few months ago, I went with friends and Brennan was very understanding, he made sure we felt comfortable and also had really nice conversations with us.He is thorough with piercing placements and the process itself. It was painless and very quick.(P.s.: he owns the most well behaved scaled cutie, and you get to see her as soon as you walk in.)

Brennan is literally the best! When I was stressed about my first piercing, he walked me through it! He also gave me my now favorite tattoo! And most recently he gave me my stud on my nose. He has always made me feel comfortable and welcome when I walk in. He’s literally the kindest soul! Can’t wait for my next piercing by him!

I came to liberty bell three times in total, and for my first two trips it was lovely, the tattoo work itself is beautiful. My third trip to get tattooed was unsettling.We originally had an appointment for a Sunday evening, he called me to reschedule a few hours before which was totally fine, then I arrived at my appointment for the next day, he began late, by one hour, and also had us double booked for piercings. He initially told the other girls waiting for piercings to wait and that he would take them, even though he clearly had us double booked for the same time. The other girls waited outside but then eventually left because I think they were frustrated with waiting. The tattoos were not the problem. During our time getting tattooed, he seemed a bit distracted and was settling a vacation payment on the phone with customer service and his partner while I was actively getting tattooed. There were also political comments made which I just dont think its appropriate in a professional setting. He was apologetic and the tattoos that we got done were very nice. The client service itself was lackluster.

Brennan is simply amazing. I had to get the tattoo done without losing the marker on my hand so kind of needed immediate appointment. I called Brennen and explained why its important and he provided same day appointment. He is giving awesome service and reasonable rates. very professional, pleasant and polite. Went in for a piercing and Brandon recognized the hole of my existing piercing was still open. Instead of trying to re-pierce just for the money, he kindly just put in new jewelry and only charged me for the jewelry change. He was kind, quick and I will definitely be back!

My sister, niece and I got our nose piercing from Brannan. (Pain 3/10, very quick). He was fantastic, from his vibes to professionalism we had a great experience. Brannan is a very kind hearted, thoughtful artist and super talented. He did my first tattoo which was a water color flower design I had wanted for many years and he put what I pictured in my head into the real world flawlessly. I got my helix pierced in the end of May and my daughter got her nose re-pierced. It was a great experience at the time! Fast forward to June 27 and my earring FALLS out while I am in West Chester and he takes me 5 minutes to closing and fixes my earring. I did not have any cash to pay him and he just asked that I spread the word of his great service! We will definitely be back and I will pay him for his help!

Brannan created an amazing experience for my first ear lobe piercing. I had came into the parlor with a lot of anxiety and questions and Brannan prioritized answering my questions and making sure I had felt comfortable with the situation. He was very cautious when it came to sanitation and made sure I knew what was going on throughout the process. I got a tragus piercing and i dont think the jewelry was implant grade titanium bc my ear was not happy. The gem was also rubbing the skin next to it, irritating it. I still kept it in but then the gem fell off so I cleaned the piercing and let it heal and it still is so sore and hurts. Definitely wouldnt recommend.& i have mixed reviews on my profile. You didnt pierce me correctly and you use horrible jewelry. Dont try to make this about me 😂😂😂😂

I went to get my ear cartilage pierced. I will admit I was a little nervous, but Brannan put me at ease and it all went well and it looks great! I had a million questions and he answered them all. I would highly recommend Brannan !

I waited two hours for an appointment that I made weeks before. During those two hours I let him take a few walkin customers because he didnt want to lose their business. I just went in -4 days past his 30 day touch up policy- to get a touch up on a touch up that he did. It is clear to see that his work did not cover up what it was supposed to. I had left a very nice tip on top of being extremely accommodating to him and cant believe I was told hed touch it up if I came in for another tattoo. Ridiculously poor customer service.

Got my ears pierced by Brannan and it was the best experience ever. I was terrified and super anxious but Brannan was so nice & cool and made me feel a lot better. Brann did my industrial piercing that Ive always wanted on my left ear and he made it a quick and painless experience! He has a very steady hand so I went back to him for two small tattoos that he was able to knock out for me in one evening. Clean lines and doesnt have a heavy hand like Ive experienced with some other tattoo artists. Great price too! Brann made me feel comfortable and he listened to my requests precisely. Professional, yet causal at the same time. Highly recommend!

Brannan pierced my septum for me today. I called ahead of time and we briefly spoke on the phone while he answered all my questions. He was friendly and professional he went over step by step what he would be doing before he did it. Had my first tatoo done here today! I got the flag raising on iwo jima (as my great grandfather fought there and that I just graduated from marine corps bootcamp) I got the famous quote uncommon valor was a common virtue as well to go along with it. My artist Brannan is such an amazing and lively guy! He was very interactive with me and my family that were in to witness my first tatoo experience. He was very funny as well. Again, Hes such an amazing guy and Im definitely going back to him next time I wanna get another tatoo! You did such a great job Brannon, and im excited to catch up more with you in the future! Brannan was so nice and explained things so well during my piercing! My piercings get infected easily and this is the first place where my piercings fully healed with no infections at all. Brannan also helped me with my jewelry too on short notice. Love this place! :)

I went to get my cartridge and my friends nose ring pierced spontaneously back in October. Brannan was so great, he talked us through the process and the nerves. My friends nose bleed more than normally and he was so calm and helpful the entire time. He let us hangout with his pet snake and we just stayed to talked for a while. A few months later my cartilage is still doing well and I absolutely love the piercing. The prices were really good and both my friends and I recommend this spot !!

Brannan has done all 4 of my tattoos and two piercings. From my first tattoo, to my most recent and he hasn’t disappointed me once. He’s always willing to accommodate and work with my ideas and what I like. He’s truthfully not just a good artist but a good person as well. I always feel comfortable coming into the shop and talking to him. he treats his customers not like clients but friends. You can tell he loves what he does.

Came in to get a piercing and Brannan told me my lobe holes were actually still open, which was shocking since I havent worn earrings in well over a decade! He re-opened them for me and charged me half the price since it wasnt a true piercing, and it didnt hurt even a little bit! My sister got piercings and the process was pretty quick. Great experience today getting my cartilage hole new jewelry and getting a conch piercing. The shop is clean and everything was sterile. I appreciate how patient Brannan was with me as I am veryyyy ocd about piercings. He remained patient with my friend and I. The piercings were practically painless. My daughters 7th bday is soon so we got her ears pierced here as an early gift. Brannan had my daughter pick out fake tattoos and played her favorite little mermaid music. I have never personally gotten pierced here but I attended with my best friend and my girlfriend. The experience was great. However, after both of the piercings that my girlfriend got rejected, she left a review stating that they both rejected. I recently went to look at the website and saw that the guy responded to her review. He said he “remembered her” and that she was living out of her car and that could’ve had something to do with the failed piercing. This is not only false, but disrespectful in so many ways. The piercer is confusing her with someone else since we both live in the west chester area and were dorming at the time. During the time of the piercing we even told the piercer that we were west chester students. Besides the fact that he said she was living out of her car, which again is false because he must be thinking about someone else, it is extremely disrespectful to even respond to a review trying subtly come at somebody’s living or financial situation. Maybe try altering some supplies or ways you do things at your store because of all your bad reviews instead of coming at people in your review section who also pay your bills.

I called the shop first to ask some questions about the piercings I wanted and their prices. I spoke with Brennan who answered all my questions over the phone. I walked to the shop same day and got all my piercings done. Brennan’s shop is very clean. He made sure to show me where my piercings would go by marking the places and will give you a mirror to check. He redid the marks for me before piercing. He also talks you though the process of what he’s doing. My experience from start to finish was an amazing one and I absolutely LOVE my new piercings. I got my ear pierced at another place yesterday and the hoop was too small and fell out not once, but twice.I came into the studio today and Brannan was super nice and helped put my earring back in and in a better way so the hoop wouldn’t hurt or fall out again!I also got to see the place in person and it has a great vibe and very comfortable setting/atmosphere.I’ll definitely be coming back for more piercings!:)

The owner of the shop is very sweet and very kind. however i have gotten two piercings from this shop and both of them rejected. i cleaned 3 times a day with the proper solution and ended up taking both of them out due to infection.

I will preface this with the fact that I nearly never write reviews, but I feel so strongly about this that it needs to be expressed. Brannon was lovely when I first met him. I used his services several times; two tattoos, a piercing change, an eyebrow piercing. After our first few interactions he became extremely unprofessional, judgmental, rude, and sent me off-base text messages about my clothing being inappropriate and bringing “bad vibes” to his shop. I wear mostly black and combat boots. I asked if I should adjust my attire and he became argumentative and told me he didn’t understand why I was asking that. I showed up at his shop, prepared for the tattoo appointment, in “normal” clothing, and he told me I am scaring his other customers away with my satanic vibes. He refused to take on a friend of mine as an apprentice because he is also an alternatively styled/dressed person and said that his vibes were satanic as well. He yelled at a friend of mine to the point that she was in tears and sobbing, then charged her a fee for “annoying him.” He pierced my friend’s nose and had no idea what to do or preparation for when she started bleeding and got lightheaded. I had to provide paper towels, a granola bar, and water to help the situation. During my second and last tattoo appointment with him, his machine stopped working momentarily, and he told me it was my fault because I was reading (my school textbook while getting tattooed) about the wrong subject and it was God making his life more difficult because of my subject matter. I would never recommend Brannon as a professional. He creates beautiful work, but is a rude and dismissive person, with a bad attitude. To claim to be “accepting” of “punk rockers” and then refuse service/hiring to someone based on their clothing choices or demanding they change is inappropriate. To yell at someone and charge them an “annoyance” fee is ABSURD. I will never be returning to Liberty Bell Tattoo.

I have gone to Liberty Bell twice now and I have been so pleased with all the work I’ve gotten done here. First time I got a butterfly above my elbow and Brannan went above and beyond to make sure it was my exact vision. The vibe of the shop was awesome and made the experience so comfortable. Second time I got a front helix piercing and I am OBSESSED! He does the best work and is such a dope person, you absolutely cannot go wrong going here. I will continue to recommend him to everyone, he is a true artist.

I had been wanting a tattoo for quite sometime and found it difficult to communicate with other parlors in the area. Happened to drive past Liberty Bell Tattoo and googled. Impressed by the 5 star reviews I messaged Brannon, he quickly responded and I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Madeline was my artist. She was beyond sweet and my tattoo was perfect. My daughter had written the tattoo I wanted and they had it ready as soon as I arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. She was very nervous but Brennan distracted her, put on music, and talked with her about skiing. Brennan is warm and welcoming and very patient! The establishment was clean and the piercing process was smooth. Would highly recommend!!

I contacted Brannan on a Thursday night to make an appointment for a nostril piercing. He quickly emailed me back with a phone number to call him. Brannan could not have been more accommodating and was so easy to work with. Super easy going, very relaxed feeling in the shop; everything is clean. Brannan was very professional, talking me through each step, making sure I was well prepared. He had me breathe at the right time and I hardly felt the actual piercing at all. The best experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo shop! Such a genuine person with a lot of personality which makes him relatable. It’s a positive vibe only shop and he ensures everyone feels safe and respected. Conversation and entertainment was great (he plays a movie or two of your liking as you get tatted). I’ve had many tats and this was the most color intense. THIS TATTOO WAS PAIN FREE HEALING!!! Everything healed so evenly. I can go on and on about how impressed I am. He’s amazing. I called to see if the shop was open and Brannan stayed open after closing hours to accommodate my arrival. He answered my questions and changed a piercing for me and cleaned it as well as offered solutions to make sure my piercing doesn’t get infected again (previous piercing from elsewhere). Amazing and genuine service. Absolutely recommend. Got a new piercing and it was painless and done so well!

Today was my first time here and my expectations were more than met! I needed to have my tragus piercing switched to a different earring and Brannan gladly helped me out with that (this is after 5 other piercing places said they wouldn’t do it). I went here for a snake tattoo on my hip and when when my nipple ring fell out in my sleep and started to close I got it opened back up and the ring put in at no charge, my friend also got her belly button pierced here at the same time, Brennan did an amazing job with everything and was so sweet! Nose ring from high rollers fell out randomly after 10 months. called liberty because they were the only ones opened late on a thurs. dude replaced my ring speedily and cheap! just remember to bring cash, they do have an ATM tho

Brannan is a great guy - pleasant, welcoming, and precise. Had a poor experience at another parlor and he was able to solve the issue (within reason) in no more than 10 minutes. This parlor needs more attention and we definitely will be returning.

I recently went to Liberty Bell for piercings with my friend, Kelly. Kelly got a belly button piercing and I got my third hole on my lobe and one cartilage. The experience began well, though this did not last. 1. We were told to bring IDs but were never asked for them, yes we were both over 18 but this felt very unprofessional as we could have very well not been over 18, Brannan then performing piercings on miniors without an adult consent. 2. I feel like when you do a service as permanent/long lasting as piercings or tattoos, you should be consistent and make sure you are doing right things on your clients. I asked for a stud on my cartilage and a ball on my third holes, Brennan confirmed 29 times yet still pierced the wrong earrings in the wrong piercings. While this is not the end of the world, it is annoying and disappointing because it is supposed to be professional. Its not like there was 15 other people there? 3. The relationship between Brennan and the woman there made Kelly and I both feel very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable to uncomfortably laugh nonstop. 4. Between piercing Kelly and I, Brennan disappeared to the basement coming back up along with the very noticeable smell of marijuana. While we can not for sure say Brennan was high while piercing us, we have no other reason to believe as to why he disappeared for 5-10mins downstairs then coming back with the smell of marijuana. Again, severely unprofessional all around? 5. Brennan nicely allowed us to use his parking permit, though we forgot to give it back to him. Perhaps if Brennan was not more interested in what was downstairs he wouldve remembered to ask for the pass back, why is that my responsibility as the customer to remember? Brennan then realized that the parking pass was not returned, I am a very busy individual. I had every intention to return the parking pass, however my motivation plummeted when Brennan continuously called and texted me. After several texts, he then texted me at 8:50 pm while I was driving home from work, 2 minutes without a response and he proceeded to call and text again. Again, so unprofessional? It is 9pm on a Sunday night? Brennan is truly one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Kelly nor I believe we would ever let him pierce us again after this horrid experience. It feels like people do not take younger clients seriously and it is a problem that needs to be brought to light.

Stood us up! Worst experience I’ve had with a tattoo shop. Took multiple days to set up an appointment over text. I show up around the agreed time and the shop is closed. Lights off, door shut,”sorry we’re closed” sign on the door. I text the owner that I’m there, no answer for 35 minutes. Ill take my money elsewhere.
