Jane was amazing she fit both my husband and myself in on our anniversary and her art was excellent! Jay was kind and the other staff kept checking on her thought the day into the night a close nit family! We will definitely be going back to Jane!

Marco is awesome! He gave me my first tattoo ever and was so patient, talked me through it thoroughly, made suggestions, and I swear it did not hurt AT ALL. I loved seeing all the extra care he was obviously taking to be sanitary, and he kept me laughing through the whole thing too as an added bonus. He was even super sensitive to all my little quirks like the fact that Im allergic to adhesives and quickly came up with a different solution to cover my tattoo after it was done. Seriously I could not have asked for a better experience and I plan to have Marco do several more tattoos for me. Ive also had all my piercings done here by Jay who is the BEST. I seriously dont trust anyone else- I drive 45 minutes to come here because IT IS WORTH IT.

I see Ant and he is very professional and amazing at what he does. The shop is extremely clean and practicing strict COVID regulations... My fiance also has also gotten tattooed by Doug and Ant. Highly recommended!!

I only go to High Rollers for my tattoos. The artists are experienced, professional, and friendly. Doug recently did my forearm tattoo, his art was far better than what I had envisioned for myself. Blew me away. 15/10 would highly recommend. True artist here, reasonable prices.

I recently got a tattoo done by Bri, she was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. She keeps her station neat and sanitized. I’d love to work with her again, and would highly recommend her to others!

I brought my 16 year old in to get both ears pierced and Bri was amazing! She made the experience so relaxed for both my son and I. She was very personable and made my son feel comfortable throughout the experience. She used a different needle for each ear and I felt all the right procedures were in place for a sterile environment. Thank you Bri!! The kid loves his new look 💙

Have been here many time. I go to Ant and he is fantastic. Makes me feel very comfortable and always makes sure I understand the healing process and like the sketches and the placement. He does Wonderful fontwork and wonderful everything. I get compliments everywhere I go on my tattoos.

In my previous experience tattoo artists tend to be a little arrogant. I had the complete opposite experience at High Rollers. About a year ago I took my 70 year old co-worker for her first tattoo. She was treated with much respect, and they were all very sweet to her. I got a tattoo at the same timefrom Doug and he was great and the work was flawless. Recently, I had an appointment where I left a deposit. A few hours before the appointment I had to cancel for a last minute animal emergency. Doug was compassionate to the reason and willing to transfer that over to my next appointment. While I can’t speak to their policy it spoke volumes to me of his character and the way he conducts business. All in all I think High Rollers is the best around and they will have my business for as long as I am getting tattoos.

Got my first tattoo here done by Bri - a small one on my ribs. She was so chill, very personable and funny + made my first tat experience comfortable. Will be going back for more in the near future!

I’ve been going to bri for a couple years now and i can tell you she’s done the best work i’ve gotten! She’s very professional to clients and works in a very clean and professional way. i’d recommend bri to anyone for piercings or tattoos!

Friendly and knowledgeable but used the same needle on both my ear piercings. I’m not sure if it’s common practice at this studio, but I’ve never seen it done elsewhere…Edit: I was mentioning the common practice at this studio specifically. I know that elsewhere, this is not common practice. Odd that a sharpie was also used to mark the piercing placement instead of a surgical pen. On top of that, after talking to piercers on a forum, they would also agree this is not common or safe practice.I fully appreciate your condescending reply as well. :)

Good experience. Good customer service. Great tattoo result. My son and i went in to get Eagles logo tattoos. Another shop down the street wouldnt do them in the size we wanted, said we needed to make them bigger. Here at High Rollers we had two artists do us both at the same time and did exactly what we wanted. Awesome. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I came in for tattoos today. Not only was the artist Billy willing to do them, he found time to squeeze us in (we both were walk-ins). Everyone was so nice. Billy was great and personable! I would recommend to everyone in the West Chester area looking for a tattoo to come to High Rollers. Its affordable and EXCELLENT quality. They dont turn people down.Thank you High Rollers!!

I cant say anything negative about this place and these artists Ive been going to them for years Doug and Tony are awesome. I got my first tattoo by Marco Yesterday a black rose to be exact he did an outstanding job ,They make me feel very comfortable great conversations with Alot of laughs. I recommend this place 100% go give them a try...

I started getting tattoos about 3 and a half years ago. My first tattoo was done at Xtreme Ink down the street and it was by miles, the worst tattoo experience I ever had. I am glad I didn’t let that experience sour my mood towards tattoos however, because when I went to High Rollers for my next tattoo I was treated with a lot of respect and friendliness. I’ve gotten more than a few tattoos here since then, first from Marco and then from Doug, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them or this establishment. I’ll happily continue coming here for my future tattoos.

Doug is an amazing artist who does fast, reputable, high quality work...but be warned: he is impatient and easily agitated. It is either done %100 his way or not at all. Do not make the mistake I made of asking him for touch ups as he will NOT oblige. If you politely ask him the same question twice, he will be stern in his response and agitated in his demeanor. If you politely ask him the same question three times, he will ban you from the shop and will refuse to work with you. NOT KIDDING as this is exactly what happened to me. After tattooing me for two years, he banned me for politely asking for touch ups three separate times over the course of 1.5 years. Like I said: he is a great artist and he will give you a great tattoo, but his personality is abrasive and not amenable to compromise or collaboration.

Do not go to this studio. Invokes cross contamination by using the SAME NEEDLE for multiple piercings!! Gross!! Also they mark with a marker that has been on many other people, atleast use a toothpick 🤢… I question the sanitization of this place by all of the other negative things people have to say aswell. Dont waste your money here and go to a good piercing shop

I got my rook pierced at High Rollers and had a great experience. This was the only piercing place I could find that would do a rook piercing with a ring and it turned out perfect. Everyone was nice and the process was quick and easy and they saw me on time. I would definitely recommend High Rollers for piercings.

Could not have had a better experience. Anthony took the time to make my tattoo perfect, not only to my own standards but to his own. Despite the pain, I was super comfortable despite the vulnerable position I was in. High key recommend.

I tried to write this review as explicitly and meticulously as possible, as I would hate to be coerced into removing it. My sister and I visited this studio, and from the moment we walked in, the two employees we interacted with were very impersonal and condescending. We politely inquired about receiving tattoos (she wanted one on her hand, and I wanted one on my wrist). The artist we discussed this with enlightened us that although he does do hand tattoos, he refuses to do them on new (non-regular) customers, with his inexplicit reasoning being, Im just not gonna do it. I later tried to inquire more information about my own tattoo, to which he became obviously agitated with my series of questions. Although the reasoning for their harsh treatment is unknown, it was very apparent to us that our business was not wanted from the moment we walked into the studio. I am NOT advising anyone not to go here, but I am however confident that I wont be making a subsequent visit.

Walked in today and asked if they had any time for me. The person at the counter said sure let me go get the artist . Billy emerged from the back room and immediately helped me. Within 15 minutes he had me walking back for my tattoo, he made sure it was the right size and location that I wanted. My last tattoo was about 10 years ago. He was a great guy to talk too while he was jamming needles into my arm. (Yes tattoos hurt, I dont care who you are) . That is billy. I will be back for a tattoo you have on the wall.

Clean and staff was friendly. Daughter and I got a matching “mother daughter flower” tattoo. Daughter had been here previously so it was a trusted spot.

Billy did an amazing job on my new tattoo - the design, size and placement were perfect! It is all that I hoped for. This is my second tattoo by Billy, and I will definitely return to him again in the future.

Best tattoo ive ever had was doug. he did an insanely well shaded and detailed rose and soup can combo with beautiful line work. also very little pain compared to my other two. Saving up to come back here.

So I have been EVERYWHERE! LA, NY, ATL, Miami... And the list goes on. High Rollers DOUGE is one of the best Ive ever seen. He is good at black and white and skulls.

High rollers is about an hour away, so i probably drive by over a hundred shops to get there. weve gone to see doug for several years now and have no thoughts of going elsewhere. i dont think theres a stronger endorsement than that!
