I had a general idea of what I wanted, and left Gibby to customize the piece for my upper arm, and he did not disappoint! He put together a beautiful design & had me check throughout the tattoo to make sure shading was exactly how I wanted. His shop was beautiful & clean, can’t wait to come back for my next!

Gibby is one of the most talented, professional, and personable tattoo artist around! He takes your ideas and turns them into the most beautiful works of art. Today was my first time getting a tattoo ever, Gibby made the experience welcoming and relaxing. I’ve know Gibby for years now since he did many of my piercings as well. No one does tattoos and piercings better then him!

My wife and I just got tattoos done by the owner, Gibbey. He was awesome! He made great suggestions about the placement and sizing of the tattoo. Got my very first tattoo today! Gibby was awesome through the whole process. He communicated quickly and answered any questions I had. Gibby did a coverup for my tattoo that was blurry and unrecognizable, he’s also done 2 of my other tattoos on my body. He continues to impress me every single time! Gibby did an amazing hummingbird piece on my arm 4 years ago, I knew I had to come back and work with him to add to it years later. Well worth the flight from Chicago to Philly!Gibby is attentive to all details, open to interpretation, and takes his time to ensure perfection in execution. Got my 3rd Gibby tattoo today and I am over the flippin moon. It was a tribute to my mother who passed over the summer and he was willing to use ink I brought that had my mother’s ashes put into it. My wonderful husband got me tattoos for my bday and said I could only go to Gibby! He did my husband’s back tattoo years ago at the Baltimore Tattoo Convention and it still looks amazing!! I needed a cover up on my back tattoo and wanted my ring finger done. From start to finish Gibby made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing at each step. The studio is very clean and the atmosphere feels like you’re hanging out with a friend. He gave me a refresher on after care as it’s been a while since my last ink and made some great recommendations. I will definitely be going back soon so we can add more to my back. If you’re looking for an artist to work on you, don’t go anywhere else. My daughter saw my back and asked if it was sticker,lol! That’s how good he is!! Don’t waste your time and hurry to get an appointment before he’s all booked up. Also there’s plenty of off street parking as a bonus in West Chester.

As someone who always wanted a tattoo but was nervous about the needles I was very anxious about getting a tattoo…. Was honored to be the first tattoo in Gibby’s new shop! Very clean and great atmosphere. Gibby is very personable and keeps great conversation. Gibby is the best! He did a touch up of a tattoo I had gotten a few years back at a different location from a different artist that I absolutely hated. With his great wok he fixed that tattoo up for me and even added onto it. It looks absolutely amazing and I loved the final product. I am even looking too add onto this tattoo in near the future and can’t wait to go back to Gibby to do this!

I got my first tattoo at 18 and have been getting tattooed since (Im 30) I have been to many different countries (17) and have been tattooed by a handful of different artists (9). Im currently wearing 21 pieces. when i get tattooed, I expect to be treated respectfully and professional. I dont want to see some dude who thinks he can draw in a shop half built on some street.Gibby has done 4 pieces for me over 6 sessions and every time I visit, it is always high caliber. The shop is laid out very organized, and his work is very detailed and tailored to the client (me). He listens to what I ask for and gets a feel for where its going on my skin. We converse and communicate very well and together come up with a great design. Once the red tape and paper work are out of the way, Gibb is in his element and goes to town. The shop environment is inviting, the chair/table is comfortable, and the experience of getting tattooed is flawless. Hes booked out a couple weeks because of popular demand. My wife had recently gotten a cover up from conquest tattoo and I was very impressed. I decided to make an appointment and talk about getting sleeves. I gave him a few ideas while I waited for my appointment. When I arrived the atmosphere was very calming and very nice. It wasVery clean which I’m a huge fan of. He brought out the idea he had to start a sleeve on my right arm.. He showed me a picture and explained the whole process. The tattoo process took about 5hrs or so roughly, the entire time I was asking questions and curious about certain things. Gibby was more than happy to answer any questions I had whether they pertained to the task at hand or were just random questions…. Now sitting for that long obviously caused some discomfort when sitting in the same position, but he askedMe several times if I wanted to take a break or if I was comfortable. It was an awesome difference from a usual place that does tattoos! It was very one on one no loud music or yelling in the background! I have several tattoos and this was by far the most relaxed and welcoming environment I have ever been in. I can not say enough good things about conquest tattoo!! I have full sleeves planned in the future and they will be done start to finish by Gibby at conquest tattoo!!! 100% by far the best experience iv had with a tattoo shop or artist to date!!! I have 3 tattoos that Gibby has done. Every time I have a idea for a new tattoo I know I can trust him to be professional with it. I came with my friends and he canceled on her for her tattoo which was fine but she came with me to get my nose piercing and asked for more availability later in the night or tomorrow and then kicked us out because he felt “uncomfortable” with her questioning him about his availability. I don’t want to make this a race thing but we are 3 black girls and were not being rude about things even though he did cancel 30 minutes before the appointment. So I’m really unsure how we us girls made this grown man uncomfortable in his store when we were willing to give service even after unprofessionalism on his side. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very embarrassing to recommend him for my girls and then get treated like that.
