Great experience for piercing my toddlers ears. The manager was very calm while I was a bit stressed out. My toddler seemed at ease after it and loves checking out her earrings. Highly recommend crystal and her team

Very very unprofessional. I went to get my ears pierced the other day and the worker there was the rudest retail worker I have ever came across. I was asking for pricing and she was being completely blunt to me. I am in shock on how I was being treated. Horrible experience and 100% not coming ever again. People who are that ignorant should not be working in retail, especially at a store that children mostly shop at.

Went last week, I just wanted 2 cute hand sanitizers, but the cashier said oh we have a deal buy 3 items, get 3 items free! without telling me the original total. So I did, my total went to over $40 for super cheap items. Went back within the hour to return the brand new and unused products, the cashier very rudely said no returns on 1 item which cost half the total; the most expensive item and I was not told prior that the single item was not returnable. Some of the items I was planning on buying were half priced and better quality within the same mall!Never going to a Claires again.

Best Claire’s I ever been too !! Super clean and very friendly staff!! Nikki is an angel she’s so sweet !!!! She was extremely helpful with helping my friend and I to pick cute accessories for our trip to Europe. The only problem is the brand in my opinion their jewelry has gotten way more pricier then when I was younger. You would think the higher the price the better the Quality but no. I couldn’t get over how pricey their stuff is now!! It’s sad people are spending so much on cheaply made jewelry Yesterday I bought 56 dollars worth of merchandise. I bought this beautiful 8 dollar anklet!!! I couldn’t believe that it was 8 dollars !! Too me that’s very expensive for a plain anklet! Anyways right when I got it I put it on in the store because I was so excited to finally get one. an hour later of walking it falls off :( so upset that the jewelry is so cheap!! Will only give them another chancebecause of their staff !! Thank you

Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I went in to get my second hole and the associates pierced my hole in the wrong spot. After being told i can return two days later the managers tried to charge me for getting my ear repierced and the earrings separately. I did call the 1800 which told me other wise and said the GM gave me wrong information but it was nothing she can do for me. I waited a whole week for someone to reach back out to me from the 1800 number and still do not have the issue resolved. The 1800 number associates told me there no one that can help me until next week....1800- DonelleAssociates-ColleenGM-Katie

Completely unprofessional!!!!! Please avoid this place, the management is so ghetto and unprofessional. Went in for a keychain 20 min prior to closing time and they where rushing the people who where in there saying they where closing in 5 min!! Mind you on the website it clearly says it closes at 6! Not according to the manager she says store closes at 5:50 and gives me attitude for even asking what time they close! Avoid this place spend your money elsewhere. I wish I could give 000 stars!!!!

I went to get my 4 month old daughters ears pierced . The manager.pierced one side correctly while doing the other side she placed the piercing way to high from where she mark she first acted like she didn’t see anything wrong at first till we told her. It was wrong she then tried again. She then again acted like she didn’t see anything wrong till we told her that it In the wrong place again It was to the left of the marked location. She insisted to do a 3rd hole to make sure it was right. And we no longer wanted to do it .She then told us to come back with her In 2 week or 3 before the 2 holes on her right ear heal a little so she can go and do a 3rd hole on my 4 month old daughter I personally wouldn’t recommend going there my experience wasn’t a good experience

Clerk told me about a no return policy promptly after completing my purchase. Scummy, dont bother shopping here.

Walked in the store , there was only one worker she was on the cell phone, took a few a minutes to finish her phone call then I started asking about prices for earrings and piercing , she had an attitude shaking her hand ( with extra long nails) and asked me if I was going to buy anything 😧, I only asked 2 questions then I left she was really rude and unprofessional, and thank god I didn’t do the piercing because I just read some horrible reviews, I personally would never go back there.

Pleasant staff, feels tight due to a lot of displays in aisles, a common theme in many of the Claires stores Ive been too.
