When going in I was a little nervous, but they made the process so easy. They were extremely thorough in explaining how everything works putting me at ease. I also wound getting my first session which went really well and smoothly. Again, they were super thorough explaining the aftercare and I was able to book my next appointment. Would absolutely recommend.

Tattoo removal is not an easy process but the staff at removery make my visit an enjoyable experience. Everyone is welcoming and personable. I’m happy with my results so far because I was given an extremely thorough consultation that provided realistic results and expectations. During my visits I am listened to and my pain threshold is respected. Just have patience and you will not be disappointed!

The staff was friendly and office was clean. The staff did not do a fantastic job of explaining to me why I should choose their services. At almost $400 a session for a less that 6 sq in tattoo I expected more detailed explanation and result expectation for my particular tattoo. Not at any moment in the consultation did the sales representative tell me what sets them apart from their competitors, show me real client results or how many sessions he predicted for my tattoo to be removed in.Seeing that $400 dollars a session can add up very quickly I decided to not try Removery. I basically went in with high expectations and was excited to give them a try but noticed that the experience quickly fell flat. I also asked if there were any current promotions that I would qualify for being a first time client and they did not offer any.Possibly in the future I would consider their service at another location or during a promotional sale, right now $400 a session with little to no info from their staff is not something I was willing to pay for. My best advice is to shop around there are many other places that offer laser tattoo removal using pico laser technology.

Awesome staff!Professional and courteous. Clean facility. Parking can be hard so prepare to park at the meter. After several treatments, Im seeing my tattoo fade in several spots. The more sessions I receive, the more the fading is increasing. Very satisfied with my treatments.

I just finished my 6th session here and the process has been going smoothly. The staff is super kind and patient. The process itself takes about 1 minute for my large area tattoo. Overall, super quick, super efficient and super easy.

Removery (White Plains, NY) - from the first appointment I booked to the present day, the environment has been welcoming, the staff is super kind, wholesome, and inviting, and the process is seamless, due to the professionalism of the team.The equipment is constantly cleaned, they ensure there is an appropriate amount of recovery time in between sessions, and each appointment (for me) only lasts about 15-20 minutes.Highly recommend this location (even if ya gotta travel a bit), the people make the difference. Positive experience from scheduling to actual removal. Free Zoom consultation, so I could easily fit it in my schedule. My questions were answered and the process was summarized well. Actual day of my first session, everything was pretty quick. Parking at the White Plains location was surprisingly convenient, and I drive a truck!The actual session was quick, and even though it hurt like a son of a gun for about 30 minutes after, the intensity dropped off relatively quickly considering. I was told not to expect a difference until about three sessions in (I have a large, black ink tattoo), but luckily I noticed a difference right away.I was given contact info, and Rebecca reached out about three days later to make sure everything was going well. I’m really glad I finally initiated the process, and at a place that specializes in tattoo removal. These people know their stuff.

Just recently got two procedures done on two separate tattoos. Havent been able to assess the results because its only been a few days. But the aftermath isnt as bad as I expected and I have a large tattoo on my upper right arm and one in the middle of my chest that was worked on. It is true. Mary is really great at what she does. Shes super friendly, professional & maintains a great atmosphere for the type of business shes in. The staff overall are AMAZING people and provides a bit ease and comfort during the procedure with their inviting demeanor and verbal reassurance :) The location is a tight space, but super clean and theres always little snacks for you munch on in the waiting area. I love how they prioritize getting you in and out. Not in a bad dismissive way, but the procedure was time efficient, which I appreciate and love! And for the PRICE? It doesnt get any better! I went to Clean Slate after doing extensive research online. After reading their reviews I had a good feeling that this would be the facility in which I would like to have my tattoos removed. After my visit today Im happy to say that they do live up to their reputation. After an initial and seamless price quote over email, I made an appointment to have two different small tattoos looked at and ultimately lasered. I worked with Ashley who was very kind, informative and easy to talk to. I am looking forward to continuing the removal process with Clean Slate!

I cannot begin to tell you what an AMAZING experience I had at Clean Slate! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was nothing but professional. I had 2 problems. My eyebrows and my lower back. Mary Garnett (who is the co-founder and clinical director) was honest with me about what I could expect. We are going to wait on the eyebrows (I have a huge event in June that I need to be healed for) so I will comment on that when I go back. My lower back tattoo (which is mostly yellow - the WORST color to remove according to Mary) is over 30 years old. It literally took a minute for Mary to do the procedure. And it did hurt but nothing I couldn’t stand for a minute or less.I HIGHLY recommend Clean Slate for tattoo removal. They are complete pros. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary and her team.

The process is quick depending on the size of your removal and it does not hurt nearly as much as some people say. Joe did my removal using the Picosure laser and explained everything up front without any pressure to go ahead with the procedure. I would highly recommend them if your considering a tattoo removal.

Mary has always been the nicest person to interact with, and that hasnt changed now that she has a bigger office and more staff. Shes friendly with everyone who walks in the door, strikes up conversations about tattoos, shows off her ink(and her laser treatments too!) her staff is extremely cordial and welcoming, and will adjust to whatever schedule you have. The machines she uses are BRAND NEW, and do a wonderful job. I barely felt anything the day after it was done. She uses cold compresses and a cold air machine to make the pain as manageable as possible. Shes also extremely cute! Ive had nothing but great experiences here, considering its a tattoo REMOVAL office. I have no reason not to come here. Highly recommended!

I just had my first session with Mary at Clean Slate and it was a breeze. I have a large tattoo on my forearm that Ive wanted gone for decades but every time I had a consultation over the years I wasnt confident with the processes or the people I consulted. They never had much knowledge and/or couldnt give me any type of expectations regarding their methods.I did my research and decided that Clean Slate was the place after watching Youtube videos and reading reviews/testimonials, etc. I set my appointment and drove 3.5 hours to get to their shop... and wouldve driven further. Thats how confident I am in them.Mary was rad! Shes super knowledgeable about what she does and explained everything perfectly. I dont think I had a question about anything which is a rarity for me. She was very thorough explaing the process, expectations, everything. As well as knowing her craft Mary is a very, very cool woman. Shes very friendly, down to earth and fun to talk to. Mary talked to me like somebody she knew forever and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.If youre looking to get a tattoo removed and dont know where to go Clean Slate is the place. Their prices are great compared to other places I met with (and there were a lot) before deciding on Clean Slate and their knowledge of what they do is top notch. Currently having 2 tattoos removed for a job and I couldnt have found a better place! I travel 1.5 hours to get there each time and it is worth it. The staff is great and Mary, who does the laser removal, is super personable. For the quality and amazing pricing, you wont want to visit another removal facility.

While I cant say having the questionable tattoos I felt necessary to get at the age of 19 burned off my body over 15 years later is my idea of a good time, Clean Slate always takes good care of me. Im having six small tattoos removed, and Im usually in and out of the Williamsburg location in under ten minutes. Im three appointments deep so far and am just starting to see the first signs of fading, so Im hopeful that a couple more will fade them out enough so that they can be easily covered. I appreciate the work they do.

I had a wonderful experience at clean slate. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that I only had a consultation, not an actual laser treatment. When I go back for my treatment I will update it to 5 stars! While researching tattoo removal online, Mary at Clean Slate very quickly rose to the top of the crowd as being the best in the business. I looked everywhere and couldnt find a negative review...only glowing recommendations. I looked through all the photos hundreds of times, cross checked websites...I made a free consultation appointment (office staff was almost immediate in their replies to email and was very accommodating to my schedule). I went with a long list of questions as I was very nervous about the whole prospect of the procedure! Mary lived up to every word of her glowing reviews. She was friendly, real, professional, and knowledgeable. It was clear to me that she knew her stuff and really took it seriously. She exudes genuine care for each individual and doesnt treat you like a number. Even though Im sure she was repeating herself for the billionth time in answering my questions, she was patient and willing to take as much time as I needed to make sure all my fears were put to rest. She uses her own skin as an example and let me see several tattoos she removed herself or is in the process of, which I appreciated--pictures are great, but so much more reassuring to see the real thing in front of you! She clearly has a stellar reputation in the business (I had previously consulted with another tattoo removal place much closer to my home, and all I said to them was that I had a consultation appointment in White Plains, and they immediately said, are you going to Clean Slate?). My impression is that she is excellent at what she does and she knows it, but she does not let it go to her head. Im ok with that--I WANT the person who works on me to know that they are good! I also really appreciated her honesty to the point of recommending that I WAIT to start the removal process due to some specific temporary medical reasons I have. She is not in it for the money, she is in it to help people. Even though I am anxious to get started and I would have done a treatment that day if I could have, I trust her recommendation to wait, and I am eagerly looking forward to when I can make that appointment!

Came to Ashley with a huge regret after getting my eyebrows tattooed from someone else. She gave me 3 free trial sessions to test the Pico laser machine to see how it would react to my eyebrows. We then proceeded with 2 sessions of the actual removal. Massive difference! Came back to its natural state. Highly recommend her!!

Ill admit that Im not one to leave reviews often, yet I rely on them for products and services. Rest assured, I stumbled across Clean Slate thanks to word of mouth and reached out based on reviews. Earlier this year, I made the mistake of getting a tattoo on impulse and though I wanted the tattoo, I wasnt happy with how I chose to place it and simply wanted better. Between the having free time during the pandemic and the click bait of IG, I became obsessed with wanting to fix my tattoo and I stupidly opted for a cover up before strongly considering lightening it first. I did briefly consider it, but I wanted the instant gratification of getting it over with. As a result, my cover up didnt come out the way Id like and its simply too dark. Another impulsive decision. In a span of a few weeks, I was in contact with Jeff to weigh out my options. Jeff took the time to FaceTime, text, and even speak to me over the phone on several occasions to answer my million and one questions! He also made me feel better about my impulsive decisions, which was appreciated. Soon I met with Vanessa who is the technician at the White Plains location. I met with her for not one, not two, but three consultations before deciding to pursue lightening over my cover up so my tattoo artist can rework it to perfection. They spent so much time with me at no cost and were so knowledgeable, professional, and comforting!My first tattoo is all black and my cover up is color. We are working on just targeting the black pigments to lighten the first tattoo underneath so I can take it from there. Though I wish I had opted for the lightening before the cover up, I am SO glad it was still an option for me! I went for my first session last week and already I can see gradual results! The science behind the process is amazing and pain and healing have been a breeze compared to getting the tattoo. I cant wait for my second session!I am sharing my story for those who might be in the same dilemma as me. And if so, please take the time to reach out to Jeff and his team. You wont regret it.

Ive only had one session at clean slate laser but definitely worth the travel and money. Mary is knowledgable of the tattoo removal experience and process, shes honest, and shes fair, which is rare these days. I plan to schedule my next appointment for another removal session. Also, about 90 percent of the shading is gone with one removal of a tattoo I had recently done and was not satisfied with. I would definitely recommend.

I drive from Brooklyn to White Plains to get to this location and I would drive an additional hour just because my overall experience was top-notch. I was so nervous to get my tats lasered and when I came into her offices I was truly impressed on how professional and clean the place was. Totally the best experience i could possibly hope for! I had the option to remove or cover up some tats for entry into the military (U.S. Navy) & i am really happy i looked into this option- after talking to Vanessa, Ashley, & Camryn i realized they are REAL people & actually care about the clients, breaking down all my options & easy steps to the point that i am thinking about just getting ALL my tattoos removed (i regret every single 1 now that i have kids & the chance at a government career... Try explaining your tats to a command processor or 5 year old, youll regret them too lol).In short- if youre reading this you should just take the next step & get them removed.

I have many tattoos but my very first I always hated. Years later I finally decided to take care of it but in order to even do a cover-up tattoo my artist needed me to lighten the tattoo with laser. He recommended Clean Slate. They are awesome I was nervous and they took the time to explain everything and put me at ease. The laser I cannot lie does hurt but only while it is being done no after pain. The place is clean and they have the top equipment. I highly recommend them.

Mary offers an amazing service and her prices are just right. I mentioned to her that I have really sensitive skin and so I see her every 3-6 months to avoid any skin problems in the future. She is awesome ! Highly recommended :-)

Tyler is one of the best people at clean slate ! Very honest and professional! Super personable and a great presence to be around. When it comes to laser it definitely isn’t the most pleasant feeling but he definitely talks you through it and gives you breaks if needed ! Honestly I never write reviews but I recommend Clean Slate as the only place to go if you want laser removal done right. I couldnt believe how well it worked and that a tattoo I had for 10 years was nothing but faded lines in only 3 sessions. All new breaking edge technology, very clean facility, uses a cold air gun in conjunction with the laser to reduce the pain, great work couldnt ask for more. Plus she has plenty tattoos of her own so its a more relatable experience.

Rip off. They turn the machine way down so you have to come back more times. Edit: im actually a real person. I dont use my real name when reviewing businesses online for obvious reasons. I used clean slate laser twice. After they told me it would be about 8-12 sessions I got my tattoo removed in FOUR sessions elsewhere at a Plastic surgeon. Nice try :)
