I’m so glad I found Addicted to Ink and especially Naomi Ayala! The shop itself is friendly and immaculate. I had a great experience with Naomi. I sent her some photo ideas ahead of our appointment, and once I arrived she took the time to make sure I was happy with the size and font of my design. The process was quick and easy, and Naomi checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I LOVE my new tattoo! It is gorgeous; she did an incredible job. She was also very communicative with after care instructions and openness to questions.I am already planning my next design with Naomi!

I been to this place for years and I gotten a lot of my tattoos with different artist but Rafael G has been one of the best. The picture that I posted here was my first tattoo with him and this guy didn’t disappoint at all, he transformed this tattoo into something so beautiful and unexpected for me. He listened carefully to what I was asking for, the details, the style, and just everything, Rafael is just amazing. I couldn’t help it and I had to recommend my friends and they literally loved his work. I definitely don’t think I could go to someone else other than him. Absolutely in love with his work!!!

Went in as a walk in, waited for the next artist to become available. Rafael was my artist and i couldnt be more pleased with the outcome! it came out exactly how i pictured. His fine line work is phenomenal, and he finished in under an hour. I will definitely be returning in the future with him. Thanks Rafael!

Got my third tattoo by Eddie today. He’s great! Is always honest and straightforward with me and takes his time to not just do what I want but do it to fit me best. I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointment!!

Addicted to ink is great place to get tattoo. My expertise at this place was great. The tattoo artist who did my design was patient and care for my needs. She got the details that I wanted for the tattoo and whenever I needed a break we stop for a few mins. The service is great they very talkative and engage in the costumer. Naomi the artist who did my first tattoo she did my second one and she got the details that I wanted. Whenever I had question she would give me the answer even if I repeat my questions or have concerns. Naomi was nice and if she ever needed to take a break then I don’t mind. I just love that we have understanding with each other. If ever I wanted to get another tattoo then she would be the one that I would go to.

From communication ahead of time to the experience itself this was the chillest most comfortable tattoo experience I’ve had. Cathy was so lovely, accommodating, and so talented. Will go back to her! Shop itself was super professional also.

I was referred to Naomi Ayala and she did not disappoint. Prior to my appointment I sent her the design I wanted and I told her if she needed to make little changes she could. When I arrived I explained the special meaning that the design meant for me. She took great care of me. When she was finished I couldn’t contain my tears. It turned out amazing! I’m already planning another tattoo with her very soon.

Had an appointment with Rafael G and he did a spectacular job! We went through the design process where I showed him what I wanted and he absolutely knocked it out of the park with the drawing. The day of the actual tattoo went smoothly, it took a while but he perfected all of the details in the drawing and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Rafael is an incredible artist who has designed multiple beautiful pieces for me. He has a careful and attentive eye for detail and all of his work has been incredible. Got a tattoo done by Naomi just yesterday, the experience was incredible. Not only was the art exactly what I wanted, but she did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable and we had awesome conversation the whole time. I am incredibly afraid of needles, and she did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable. Also, at the end of the appointment she gave me a few things to make aftercare easier for free, which was something an artist had never done. Will definitely be going back to her if I need something done.

Naomi was my artist and she was great. It was my first time and she definitely took that into account without making me feel like a baby. She was willing to engage in conversation or let me sit there and brood in silence if I wanted. Im sure to come back and see if I can get another tattoo with her in the future.The place is overall nice and I have been there before with my wife who is well Tatted. They usually have a movie going so you can watch that or listen to it. They keep things clean and are welcoming and professional to all.Went back for my Second Tat with Naomi, it was larger than the first and looks great. The shop is comfortable and Naomi makes you as comfortable as possible. Ill be back for my Third with her later this year.

My father has been going to Addicted to Ink for about a decade, and the people there are incredibly kind and amazing. My dad, my little brother, and I always go to Eddie. He does phenomenal work and is a huge Marvel fan, so if youre thinking of getting a Marvel tattoo, Eddie is definitely the artist to see.The whole place is beautiful, and you can tell the artists are talented just by looking at the art on the walls by their stations. If youre anxious about getting your first tattoo, Addicted to Ink will 100% take care of you. I highly recommend them!

Amazing hospitality from everyone the second i walked through the door. Peaches greeted me very kindly and walked me through the process. Rafael had definitely mastered his craft and is a true artist. Id recommend him to anyone looking to get a new tattoo, whether it be their first or their 100th.

She makes sure that the project is respected, explains how to care for it afterwards, and makes sure that the tattoos are retouched so that they look perfect on the skin. Eddie did a fantastic job on my watercolor tattoo! I was a walk in and they took me right away, drew a beautiful design and completed the tattoo in record time! Also the shoppe is beautiful! Great clean environment!

I received a tattoo here and have mixed feelings. The tattoo is quality but the artist did not speak very good English. When he reviewed the design with me and did the outline he never mentioned a dark border he was going to apply around the tattoo. He did this without approval and u fortunately the border was completely unnecessary and does not look good. I have to explore lasering this part of the tattoo off. An artist should never take liberties on applying their own design.

Rafael M. is hands down one of THE best tattoo artists I’ve ever come across. I originally went to him with a memorial tattoo for my mini dachshund who we lost to cancer. He crafted the most stunning work of art, better than I had ever imagined it in my head. Today, a year later, I went back to him with a request that made my heart ache. I lost my dad a few weeks ago, & I wanted a sentence from a letter he had written to me, in his handwriting. Rafael portrayed my dad’s writing SO perfectly, it looks like my dad took a pen to my arm & wrote it himself. I am so grateful to Rafael for his grace, empathy, & unbelievable talent. He’s the best of the best. I told him he’s stuck with me forever.

Love this place. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and professional. These are just two tattoos done by Eddie, one of the artists there. Ive had him do all of my tattoos. His work is incredible and he designed the forearm tattoo I have based on my own illustration. Gera is amazing! I had upper lobe pierced by her twice recently. She is super sweet, patient, and very professional. Compared to some piercing shops i have seen, this studio is super sanitary. Everything she uses is medical grade, single use and she cleans everything thoroughly. My piercing had no bleeding or crusting (maybe a tiny speckle on q tip). I asked a million questions and she answered all of them very patiently, and re-drew the spot until i was 100% happy. Come to her for piercing! You are not paying for someone to just poke a hole in your ears, you are paying for the her expertise and experience to have clean, symmetrical, minimal pain piercing, trust me there is a difference and its totally worth it.

I get all my tattoos done here! Great place filled with super talented artists. If you’re looking to get your next tattoo, this is def the place to do it!

So professional and kind. Came here last minute from a terrible experience at Big Joe and Sons, they were super accommodating and set me up with an appointment for the next day. The space is open, welcoming, and clean, the customer service is great. The tattoo artist Artem put a lot of effort into making my tattoo line up nicely and look good, super chill guy and made sure I was comfortable during the session and happy with the result. Would definitely get another tattoo from here.

Best tattoo shop in Westchester! I’ve been tatted at Addicted to Ink three times now. 2012, 2015, and 2022. All were very positive experiences. Everyone is professional and very clean with their work.Most recently I was tatted by Gera and I was so impressed with her work, kindness, and professionalism! She worked quickly but immaculately and is a master at shading! She incorporated all of my suggestions into her sketch and executed it even better than I could have imagined. So happy.

Really nice shop! I’ve been tattooed by Nicole and Cathy (Cathy was at a different location at the time) and they were both super accommodating and did great work! I brought in the design for Nicole which I know can be annoying but she was really cool about it, and Cathy did a lovely job drawing up the little piece I wanted. I also recently had my new-ish nose stud changed out by Gera who was very helpful and had a nice selection of great-quality, affordable jewelry. Would definitely recommend Addicted to Ink to anyone!

Highly recommend this shop! Working on a floral sleeve with Erik Mares at Addicted to Ink and I am SO glad I came here. All expectations exceeded for sure. I had an industrial piercing done here a week ago, and I could not be happier!Keri is absolutely fantastic, this was only my second time being pierced and I felt completely relaxed and confident the whole time I was there; she answered every question I had and was incredibly helpful at making me less nervous!The piercing came out beautifully, and the healing process has been a breeze, just make sure to listen to Keri when she tells you how to care for your piercing!I will definitely come back here for any piercing/tattoo work in the future. Just went here for the first time, for my first ever tattoo. the only problem is that now I want to go and get a couple hundred more done because I had such a good experience.the place was super clean and spacious. arcade games, cool artwork, and fandom merch decorating the walls, too? all green flags.my artist was Artem, and they were fantastic. Patient and very detail-oriented. I came in with a vague idea of a vision, and they walked me through designing something I really loved. felt relaxed and confident throughout the session. cant wait to decide on my next tattoo so I can go back.

I got my tragus changed and 4 lobe piercings here last Thursday and it was a great experience! Keri is very nice and made sure I was OK during the whole jewelry changing and piercing process. My tragus had to be changed to a longer post and Keri was able to do it no problem. It is looking so much better now, and she provides fantastic aftercare advice. The lobes I got are adorable, and I am so happy she was able to pierce them how I wanted. Also, the front desk was very kind and friendly! I would recommend to anyone that would want to get a piercing here!

All the artists here are super talented, but Eddie is my artist of choice we gel really well together and hes great at taking an idea or sketch you have, and adding his style/improving it to make for a really unique and great piece. The staff are all cool and courteous and its a laid back vibe. Lots of tattoo shops youll get treated really condescendingly and rudely, but not this place. This will be my new go-to tattoo shop from now on. And for the price? The artists caliber of skill is really unbelievable they could charge twice as much for how talented they are.

Cody did my first ever tattoo, it came out so much better then I could have imagined. He gave me his professional input on my design which made it at least ten times better. He made me feel incredibly comfortable and was very patient with all of my questions, happily explaining everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience or first tattoo!

This place I cannot say enough good things about. The staff is great and really do care about their customers, which when I’ve been to other places they don’t as much. I have three tattoo and my second and third have all been done by Den through walk in and he is the best. I always get scared when getting tattoo but he is really great and knows how to help a nervous reck like me. You want something done go here and ask for Den you won’t be disappointed.

Went for a walk-in appointment, was told it was fine but I needed to wait an hour as it was early. They took my number and reference for my tattoo and called me when they were ready. Filled out all of my paperwork and waited 2 hours for my artist, Nicole, to draw up my tattoo and then clean the station. I was then told she could not give me the tattoo because the owner did not like how thin the lines were. The artist said that she was perfectly capable of giving me the tattoo, but refused since the owner has an apparent disdain for non-traditional tattoos. What I asked for was a relatively simple tattoo, using only black ink. Why they would refuse a customer over a few thin lines is beyond me. Wasted my time and completely unprofessional.

Got tattooed by Mike V about 3 weeks ago. Came out all the way from Long Island to get tattooed by him due to one of my friends recommending him especially for anime tattoos. Mike did a really great job on an idea I had given him and made it even better.His idea to use a mix of black and white alongside color was genius.I had gotten so many compliments on the tattoo he did and even recommended him to a friend of mine thats looking to get his first tattoo (which will be a video game related one).

Brilliant and fabulous. I have gone a few times for work here and the art work always surpasses my expectations. I had water color done here and it was the artists 1st time and he did the most amazing job. I love how each wrist is different with water color style. The team there is always engaging and they really want to make you comfortable. I have a tendency to hold my breath and not say a word but they seem to get me to talk. I am big baby so my hubby and Little Mike like to make fun of me. Apparently I make some funny faces and they know I am trying to hide my pain. Always expect to have a great time while your there!!

Had tattoo done by Eric his work was great wasnt very talkative put on headphones throughout entire procedure. My wife had some work done by him also but he wouldnt do a touch up on an old tattoo she had gotten in that shop before. 5 stars for his work and the shop

Keri is amazingly helpful with any piercing questions you may have. As for the tattoo artists, I have been there numerous times and have seen them all working, the quality of the work is exceptional. If you want custom work they will help you get your idea into the perfect tattoo. My first two tattoos were done years ago at a shop that will remain nameless and I hate those tattoos. I came to Eddie with an idea and he helped me get the idea perfect but when he said I can cover this up of you want because if would fit better this way, I was thrilled. Needless to say, my cover-up is perfect and even people who knew my tattoo cant find it in the cover-up. If you want a tattoo, I advise going here only.

Great artists, great atmosphere. Ive had many tattoos done here by different artists and all are of great quality and well worth the money. The piercer is quite skilled as well. Their events, especially for Friday the 13th, are well worth taking advantage of.

I went in today as a walk in for a piercing , everyone was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. it was overall such a good experience, i will 100% come back if i ever want to do another piercing

I was recommended this place by an ex of mine and got a Corpse Bride tattoo from an artist named Sam who was not only very friendly but also very talented. Its been a year and I love my tattoo more each day. It is an amazing tattoo and I constantly get stopped and complimented for my tattoos mainly because this piece put everything together. I will be going back to finish my arm up. I went in a week prior to the scheduled work date because I had to book my appointment and send my artist the tattoo and he designed something even more beautiful when I got back to the shop. Couldnt have asked for a better artist. Hope he is still there when I request to finish my arm.

My artist Eddie listened to my idea and gave it life. Check out his work, its phenomenal... just got my very 1st tattoo 2/1/20 and it was a half sleeve mash up that came out insanely detailed and absolutely amazing. Getting compliments everytime someone spots it or they are caught staring in amazement wondering if its a sticker because its that good! The folks there a very polite, clean environment, disney + on the monitors and a all around great vibes. Will be back because I think Im ADDICTED TO INK

Got my belly button pierced, the bar was way too short I even went back to ask and make sure and still she said it was fine. It started to get infected so I went to someone else and they told me it’s also pierced wrong (too low) for my body type. Very disappointed I had to spend that much money just to have to get it redone… never going back there for anything again

I came here after receiving terrible service at Big Joe and Sons Tattoo, I was discriminated against and given the run around. They made me wait two hours for a tattoo that is 5 inches. The service at Addicted To Ink is friendly and very welcoming. It was my first tattoo and the artist was very patient with me. The shop looks excellent, and the technology is advanced.

Great tattoo exactly what I wanted! 😄

Piercer haphazardly put the two helix studs so close together on my ear that the two holes almost merged, both earrings sunk into my cartilage/skin and took 30 minutes to take out because they were so close together and so deep within the skin, top one managed to gouge a hole in my ear and now I have two bloody flesh tags on either side of my ear bigger than the studs in place, that I will most likely have to have my dermatologist perform minor surgery on to remove. Never had any signs of infection or anything with these, just mediocre piercing planning it seems. I have had my helix pierced twice before elsewhere and never had a problem like this before, I also asked beforehand if she thought these studs might sink into my ear and if I may have trouble getting it out and she said no. I know this is maybe a unique case but I’m very sad I spent my money here and now have to seek medical attention to solve my issue.

Ive had tattoos done at other places before, but these guys not only know what theyre doing, they do it with pride and energy. They dont just slap art on, they talk to you and get to know you. All the artists are super nerdy too, so if youve got an obscure reference you want done, these guys will know what youre asking for and know how to deliver it the right way. In particular Mike V has the talent and style my husband and I want to display with pride. Ill continue going back to them always.

Some guy completely messed up my tattoo 3 years ago and I felt like he did it on purpose. He went so deep into my skin that it still hurts 3 years later I got a beautiful cover up in the city, but the lines unfortunately still peak through because they are so deep and thick. I know someone who is friends with a joe or joey and they told me that they considered firing my tattoo artist because he kept messing up peoples tattoos. I really hope they fired him horrible person who messed up my skin forever.

This shop (Like most) has its up sides and its downs. Most of the tattoo artists here are fantastic at their work. However, almost everyone in here is rather cocky. I mean, I guess if youve been tattooing for so many years and manage very well on doing the tattoos, itd make sense... Yet I know someone whos repped this shop NUMEROUS times... dropped thousands on them... (for outstanding work, yes) But within the past year or so... this shop has fallen off as far as EQUAL COSTUMER SERVICE goes. One of the ladies who works there (NOT the piercer) never knows what shes talking about... shell tell you Oh yeah, so and so can tattoo you and youll be waiting literally forever for your tattoo to even get looked at. This young lady doesnt seem to be on top of things. I think everyone should treat the customers like people, and not just go about everything like they own the entire tattooing industry... (Yup theyre a great shop... theyve won awards...etc.) But if youre looking to get something done, you could be waiting forever. I am NOT here to throw any sort of negativity... I want my review to stand out, so this shop can (hopefully) turn things around and treat the customers with more respect... Instead of the young lady sitting there, watching a movie, goofing off with the tattoo artists and/or playing Xbox. Youd think with how passionate (most of these guys are) at what they do, things wouldnt have flipped around. I truly hope things change for the better. Please keep customers UPDATED if they have to WAIT. Please be more UPFRONT about things ASAP and dont just leave customers confused waiting for HOURS. Thank you for taking the time to read my essay of a review. I didnt wanna give it 1 star cause I do appreciate this shop for whats its done for my friend. I just dont appreciate what has NOT been done, and NEEDS to be done. ✌P.S. If you attempt to contact some of the tattooers directly, they will open your message and IGNORE you. & If you call the shop, you will almost NEVER get an ACCURATE answer.

This is my 4th time getting tattooed by the amazing Sam! I highly recommend the shop and all artists for your tattoo needs. Even with the pandemic, the shop made me feel safe and followed all protocols.

This was my first time here as I followed their new tattoo artist Gunny from another place in Soho. He has a great demeanor and a phenomenal tattoo artist. This is my 4th tattoo of many more to come! I was very disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your artists Joe Mumola. Back in March, I made an appointment for a tattoo which I thought was for July 29th. Yesterday I found the card and realized it was July 26th. I tried calling and emailing Joe several times and received no response. I was finally able to reach him today to explain why I missed the appointment and tried to reschedule. He became very agitated and argumentative when I asked why he didnt call me when I didnt show up for my appointment on Sunday. (I had left a deposit) He admitted that the professional thing to do would have been to call me, his client, on the day of my appointment to confirm but insisted its not his responsibility to confirm appointments. Im not quite sure how much of a successful business one could have if confirmation phone calls arent made to ensure that the artist doesnt have an entirely open afternoon. His aggressive behavior prevents me from ever wanting to reschedule or recommend this business to any of my friends. Needless to say, I did not get my deposit back.

Got my nipples, belly button and nose pierced there. My nose rejected the piercing. And i kept taking out my navel ring to workout and kept forgetting to put it back in and got it re-pierced here 2 times. They are awesome!.
