The process was so quick and easy! The lady I had who helped me through the process, Emi, made sure i got exactly what i wanted while also providing a comfortable experience for a minor like me. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future if i want to get a second piercing!

I came to get an ear piercing for my daughter. The employee was extremely amiable, and was welcoming to people whether that include kids, teenagers, or adults. She also took the time to make sure the piercings were on level and symmetrical. The process is quick and painless with clear instructions for the aftercare. I steadily recommend this service!

I had to come here and give Banter a one star review. The sales representatives were friendly and helpful . Unfortunately for me I don’t know much about jewelry however I know that if my finger turns green from a ring that I purchased for 120$ I know that the quality is definitely the lowest of lows . If I wanted a green finger I would’ve went to Clair’s . Not to mention I purchased two rings so I spent a total of 240$ for my fingers to turn green from these rings . This jewelry stand should not be at a quality mall . So for whoever sees my review please don’t purchase jewelry from Banter. For 120$ at Pandora you’ll get a nice ring without your finger turning green .

Arlene is a wonderful piercing specialist! She is super friendly, extremely patient, and highly professional. Today I returned to Banter to have my piercings assessed and Arlene carefully cleaned my piercings and gave me free advice about piercing maintenance. I recommend her highly!

I was referred by a friend who just got her babies ears pierced. I’m so happy we came! My baby is 18 months old so I was super anxious that it would harder due to her age. Emmi was great! I initially called yesterday. She answered ALL my questions and even explained the certification process. It’s my first baby so I had a lot of questions lol. In person she didn’t disappoint! Very personable and patient. She also explained the at home after care to my understanding! We’ll be back in a month for a follow up. Her associate Jeffrey was helpful too. While Emmi was piercing someone else upon our arrival he started the process of helping us pick out earrings. No complaints, only referrals. THANK YOU! From a no longer anxious mom.

I was helped yesterday by Emi. She is phenomenal, very knowledgable and professional. She’s a real pro! She did the Stars and the circle balls!

I went with a friend to their new permanent bracelet. Less than a week later my friend’s bracelet had to be re-welded twice. I had an anklet done and within a week, my anklet broke. I was unable to return to the kiosk until a week later due to my work schedule. I was told that I had to pay $10 to have the anklet re-welded even though it clearly was done incorrectly. I have two permanent bracelets done elsewhere that has lasted me 1.5 years . Even though i explained my circumstances to the manager, they insisted that i pay the $10. If you can avoid this place, please do. There are other places in westchester to have permanent jewelry that are reliable.

We had a great experience at Banter in the Westchester mall, white plains. Especially after stopping at Claire’s first and being totally disgusted by what we saw there. Banter was our second stop and I am so glad we went there! Emi was amazing! She was so patient with my 7 year old who was piercing her ears for the first time and was super nervous. My sister and I got our ears pierced today with rosa! She was so helpful, caring and protective of her customers. Unfortunately we were being disturbed by a man and she knew immediately my sister and I and everyone else felt uncomfortable so she quickly ran to get security. After the incident she made sure that we felt safe and comfortable so we can continue to enjoy our piercing experience. If anyone decides to come here, definitely go to Rosa most amazing/caring person ever!P.S the rest of the employees were also trying to keep us safe as well!

Bianca was absolutely amazing and the sweetest! I came here to get my ears pierced and she made the whole experience a breeze. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I wanted to make sure my piercing placement was accurate and Bianca was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They were also having a BOGO promotion which I made sure to take advantage off. If you stop by here make sure to ask for Bianca so your experience can be just as great as mine!

I had a God awful experience with this company. They refuse to correct a refund issue that was THEIR fault and I would be able to let it go, except for the fact that it was $466. Customer service was NO help. They wouldn’t even let me speak with a manager. And after all that I can’t believe how flimsy the 50mm gold hoops are. Not worth your money at all. Avoid at all costs.

I had such a terrible experience here after spending $600 on jewelry. I came to return a ring that I purchased a few weeks ago and come to find out I couldn’t even return it because they actually OVERCHARGED me for the wrong item. It “wasn’t on the receipt” so I spent three hours out of my day trying to get the assistant manager to help me with rectify this issue. She was supposedly texting the store manager and said that there’s nothing that she could do. What’s the point of having an assistant manager if they’re not going to be able to handle and hold the same responsibilities the store manager would when they’re not present. It seemed like I was being punished for THEIR mistake.They seem to do great with selling and adding insurance on everything without asking you, but not when it comes to actual customer service.I’ve never been so frustrated and unsatisfied as a customer. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company instead.

Last week I went to Banter for the 1st Time and I had never heard of it before . One of the Managers Arlene’s was so welcoming and kind ! I was just window shopping but I love butterflies and it is a part of my brand @beginwithyou.fitness - so I felt a splurge coming on. I purchased 5 pieces 1 being for my mom and little sister. I came back on This past Friday to exchange the items that didn’t fit or weren’t wanted by my family & found staple pieces for myself . I spent $100+ on a beautiful Diamond Butterfly Stud, another Butterfly Sterling Silver Gold Plated stud & I was able to try them on and put it on at time of purchase. I also found a beautiful cubic zirconia ring I love, a clasp butterfly ring & the exchange process was so easy. While I didn’t have means to apply for the credit card- Arlene’s offered me the best possible promotion. As a former bridal consultant and Head of Sales myself - I really value high level customer service and this was nothing short of a perfect and memorable experience. Emi good service and customer care

I got my ears pierced which was good it was quick and the people were nice. My issue is that I spend over 130 dollars on my new earring and the diamonds fell out of both. I’ve been there 4 times in the last 2 days very upsetting that I spent a lot of money for cheap stuff that falls out when I sleep.
