Jenn, did an amazing job of explaining how everything would work and the benefits of everything and made my first piercing a great experience. She had a great personality and was very good at making me relaxed before the piercing.

Very disgusted in the costumer service. Not welcoming, just stared at us when we walked in. Waited 30 + minutes despite having an appointment. When I was told to finally sit in the chair. The piercer then approaches me with attitude “I’m assuming your next cause you’re on the chair”. Doesn’t greet me or anything. Then after not being told how the pricing works and deciding to leave. And I politely declined further services I was again given attitude and was told it was perfect that I was leaving.

I got my tragus done here, I didn’t feel it the nurse, Jenn was very delicate with my ear and helped me stay calm. I would definitely come again.

Quick and easy! Very informative, I had Jen and she was so wonderful and helped answer all my questions! Will be back to downsize in November!!!
