The lady today had the patience of a saint! We ultimately did not get my daughter’s one ear pierced but boy did she try everything in her power. She stayed calm and joked with her did absolutely everything she possibly could to calm my daughter down. My daughter had her ears pierced and one came out so we were trying to finish the job. About an hour in I gave up but I think she would have continued. Such a wonderful woman and she is going to school for social work. She is going to do great things in life. Recommend 1000% ❤️

My daughter was undecided about getting her ears pierced and Morgan was knowledgeable and patient with answering all of our questions and even started the process in which we did not complete. It took up a lot of her time which she seemed completely unbothered by. Although my daughter was anxious about getting her ears pierced she was comfortable with Morgan and we ended up leaving with some clip on earrings and some other cute jewelry. Thank you Morgan for all your help.

We visited this Claire’s today while vacationing in Carolina Beach and we LOVED the selection. My two daughters (4 and 9) both found some things that they loved. The cashier was super sweet and personable, the transaction process was quick and easy, and the girls left super satisfied with their purchases.

A friend of mine and I came in today to get our ears pierced. We worked with August and she was amazing. Super nice, personable and very knowledgeable. Glad we decided to come to this location, would definitely recommend to others.

Staff was very aggressive for sales. My daughter is 9. She doesnt need you people pushing her for every dollar. High pressure sales means we will not he back.

Absoulty wonderful, we went in to have my daughters ears periced for her birthday, after my daughter did countless research of YouTube videos and so many little girls showing people its not that bad she was ready. After picking the perfect starter stones she was ready to begin. The first one went quick she sat still and was excited. But when the gun went pop. It was immediately shown over her face ( the rapid onset of pain and fear showed overwhelming ) She then said the girls on the videos lied it really dose hurt. She was less than reluctant to have the second one done. August the lady working there NEVER got aggravated or showed anything except understanding and concern. I only wish there were two people on staff so they could of done them at the same time. Fingers crossed she will get the second one done some time in the near future. Shes going to be a pirate for the immeadate future.So quick edit. 20 mins later with some clever mom convincing and a very patient August after being almost kicked a few times she bravely atempted one last time. But whenever she got close Skyler would turn away in fear and try and flee. So as mom was distracting Skyler with somthing that was sparkly and obviously awesome. August came up beside her like a freaking Ninja and the only noise heard thru the mall was the little pop of the gun. The Ninja succeeded in her mission. Skylers second ear was periced with no knowledge of the event until it was over. To Skylers surprise it wasnt that bad after all.One perk of becoming adults is the skill we acquire of how to communicate with complete strangers with our eyes. Watching this event unfold is a memory I will never forget.Success.Thank you August. Your just freaking awesome. And your a Ninja so thats super great too.

Horrible customer service. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect. Morgan needs to learn to handle customers even if the store is busy . Not my fault it’s busy no need to be so rude to me n my daughter. We to are human and deserve to be treated with respect.

Morgan did an absolute stellar job piercing our 8-year-old childs ears -- professional, accurate, sanitary, caring. To whom it may concern at Claires Corp. HQ, Morgan deserves a raise!

Very aggressive workers that are very rude. Overpriced items that break easily. Got accused of theft when I was trying to get a question answered. I dont steal. Never got an apology for it. Will not come back.

Cute earrings especially for my sensitive ears however, costumer service was awful. We waited for about 30 minutes to be checked out and were not acknowledged the whole time.

This is for the Indepence Mall~ location. I went hunting converters. Lady (manager) said none in store. I go by counter & they were by register...she thought it was funny and had the nerve to say no one ever buy those; just get your ears pierced already√ I have keylloyde skin jack ***..if I did not they would be !

This was a nice store. The clerk was very helpful. Looking for some icing to go with the wedding dress. Found a couple ideas.
