Came to get my 3 month old baby’s ears pierced and I was met with such patience and warmth from the staff. We had a negative experience at a prior location so I was very nervous, but Belinda and Xavier made me feel SO comfortable and took great care of my baby! They pierced both ears at the same time and handled her with care. I would highly recommend this location for all of your jewelry and piercing needs.

Xavier was wonderful with piercing my daughter’s ears. Mine had been done decades ago and were mostly closed so I had them redone as well. He was gentle and kind and made us feel at ease thru the process. Will recommend this place to everyone!

Had a wonderful experience at the Concord Mall location. My 11 year-old daughter was really nervous to get her ears pierced for the first time and Xavier made sure she sure felt relaxed. Friendly service and he did a great job

I had a great experience with Claudia! She was super patient with my daughter and made sure that her piercings were going to be even. My daughter is 8 months and even though the piercing process is obviously painful she recovered super quick. The lollipop definitely helped 😂. For others I recommend bringing your babies before they can start moving around.

A great place to get your ears pierced! They were very patient with my daughter who was extremely nervous. They talked her through the steps, lightened the mood and comforted her! They made sure that I was satisfied with the spot they were going to make the piercing. As a result, they did a perfect job with the results!!

Please promote Sheila with an increased salary! These days it’s difficult to find reliable, friendly, knowledgeable staff so please make sure you retain Sheila!

Thank goodness I didn’t go in person I made a online order which was available for pick up at this location called to confirm the order they didn’t have it in stock ok fine received a email saying that my order was ready for pick up called again called dropped call one more time she had a side conversation saying she thought she canceled the order explained to her the email was jus cutting me off being rude I just want my refund atp this is why I don’t even go into these places anymore but yeah hope to see that refund in a few days .

Sheila did a wonderful job with my two daughters’ (7 &9) ear piercings. She helped them stay calm and the piercings look great!

Came to replace earring backs that had fallen off. Sheila Torres tried to give me ones that were poor quality and did not screw onto my earrings. When I asked for a replacement per the insurance I purchase, she tried to sell me more expensive earrings instead and pay the difference. I refused and she sent me away to deal with it elsewhere. Very poor customer service, Sheila was rude and clearly showed me I was being a bother to her day. Shameful.

Not sure how this business is still running. We’ve gone twice to the location in the concord mall after the hours online said they’d be opened. This first time they had a sign saying they’d be back tomorrow. We couldn’t go then so went back about two weeks later. Looked up the hours and it said 10-6, We went around 12 and earrings were out but no employee and no sign saying when they’d be open. At this point, I wouldn’t trust them piercing anyone in my family’s ears. Only giving 1 star bc it wouldn’t let me give 0.

Earrings. Be aware of the extended warranty that you don’t want. They’ll try to add for additional $5. I waited 35 mins bc it was only one worker during the holidays and then tried to get extra money out of us. Can’t recommend. Won’t go back.

The experience was GREAT. The manager was by helself and it was around the time the mall closes, but she took her time to explained my warranty in detail, helped me find nice pieces for my newborn and sang me happy birthday... awesome customer service!

My friend and I stopped in The Piercing Pagoda to look for charms for a bracelet that shes building with meaningful pieces to her. The charms are very pretty and theres a nice selection to choose from as well. The clerk at first seemed to have difficulty determining a gift card from a store credit card and, in doing so., was asking for personal info. We were , at first, becoming frustrated with him. But, when he realized that he made a mistake, he more than made up for it. In the end, he accommodated her and painstakingly attached two charms onto her bracelet. Found this to be a nice perk. Their moderately priced and offer many types of jewelry so give them a try!

I was recently at the Concord Mall . I was at the location near the chick fila & there were 3 or 4 young ladies working, I ask for the children’s earrings the young lady never turned around to assist us just continued speaking with her back towards us. Got my daughters earrings and left!! Needless to say I will go to the one near Spencer’s when I need earrings.

Pagoda is Screwing up peoples piercings and customers dont even know it.. If youre going to get a piercing go to a piercing and tattoo shop. Make sure the shop removes some of the skin with their procedure. DO NOT GET PEIRCING DONE HERE! Pagoda forces the piercing through with a piercing gun which doesnt remove any skin and causes the piercing to heal improperly or not heal at all. This can cause keloids. My ear unfortunately wasnt healing AFTER A YEAR OF PROPER CLEANING! so I had to remove piercings and let them close up. Waste of money.

NEVER go here! Go to a tattoo shop for a piercing because the gun can shatter your cartilage. Happened to me and the lady didnt even clean the gun between ears. I went through two months of pain and eventually had to remove the piercing because of the blunt force used to pierce my ear. A professional piercer will be in a tattoo shop and the needle used will take away skin rather than just push it away, so it will actually heal. Also, the cleaning solution they give is often so strong it damages the healing ear.

My fiance and I got our engagement ring here I had it for about almost a year have had a couple rough accidents where I banged it so hard on something and I thought any ring would have broke but not this one its held up so good with him hard I work in am so pleased with this ring
