I highly recommend Hayln. We went through a process of lip dissolving and then filling. Let me tell you, she was so precise and caring. Such a great experience. I’m happy I went to her and I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to do the same to go to HER. She knows what she’s doing and does an AMAZING job! Also, the front desk staff was super during the process with scheduling and communicating with me. Pure cosmetics is the place to go 100%

I went there for a few months to get laser hair removal and other services. They are amazing and highly suggest their service! The customer service is amazing & the space is clean and fun.

Your appointment first starts with Amanda. She is a great first impression to the business. She was able to accommodate a dual appointment and has also helped me in the past with gifting of services. Then you meet Sierra the esthetician, she is professional and very personable. Found our consultation to be very informative and helpful in deciding the best treatments for me. My overall experience with Pure Cosmetics is a thumbs up,

Do NOT do tattoo removal here and also dont sign anything. I am a very understanding human who is completely aware of and understands that things dont always go as planned. However, after speaking with several professionals concerning my removal they were shocked at the bad results. I called about this concern and was understanding but wanted to be heard. I was shot down and offered a solution that was unrealistic for my situation. I highly suggest going to another salon who takes care of their customers. The amount of money that was stolen from me is incredible. Almost 2 grand, yes 2 grand, down the drain for minimal results. I am saying this for anyone who is thinking about doing something like this to their body, dont, it isnt worth it especially if you dont have customer service backing you and your disappointment. If the customer service was better and they actually offered some money back, I would say otherwise (they must need it more than me). The techs are great but concerns should be handled by customer service and they should want their customers happy. They will probably try to respond to this post saying they offered a solution, the solution was they could give me another treatment, that is impossible for me as I am moving (not a good solution) and offered nothing else. SAVE your money and dont go here it is pathetic. The owners should be embarrassed. I will let the pictures explain and let me know if you can see which one is before and after because you sure cant tell.

I was blown away with my results from Pure Cosmetics. I felt so comfortable during my consultation, because they talked the process out and it felt like they really understood the structure of my face and what I wanted to achieve. Funny enough, I thought I was going to be doing something entirely different before my consultation, so I’m really grateful they guided me in another direction. I feel like I took 5 years off my face after just one treatment with them. And they offer such a large range of services that we were able to plan my next steps to achieve the entire look we are working towards. Lastly, all the ladies are so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to Pure Cosmetics for almost 5 years. I have never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable. My most recent visit was for a MRF treatment. Allie is great! She is so friendly and does an amazing job! I am very satisfied and highly recommend Pure Cosmetics.

I highly recommend seeing Sierra for a good facial! I have always struggled with my skin & just within the last few months of getting regular facials with her I can already tell a huge difference. Even after the first appointment my skin felt so much better. She is very knowledgeable & has given me great advice/recommendations for my skincare routine. The staff there made me feel so comfortable during the process that I opted to get more areas treated than I had originally planned. I cannot wait to go back for more services. Really, one of the best experiences I have ever had at a med spa.

Sierra is awesome, she helped me out so much with my back that was going thru some hormonal issues. I hope it has resolved but the peels she did after two visits has substantially reduced and helped some of the scarring and the cystic acne that was making me upset. Thank you

I highly recommend Pure Cosmetics, I could not have been more pleased with my visit and services. I scheduled a facial and derma plane with Allie. The spa was very pleasant and Allie was very communicative and accommodating with fitting me into her schedule for the facial before a wedding event I was attending the next weekend. During the facial, she explained everything she was doing and told me about the products that were being used on my face and what their purpose was, she was very gentle while derma planing and carried on pleasant conversation as well as giving me quiet moments to relax. I had a great experience with Allie and at the end of my visit she matched my Groupon price for the facial/dermaplane! 10/10 experience, I will definitely be going back there for more services!

Service is very friendly and super sweet but I feel like by buying Groupon I got scammed. I was sure I am buying session of fat cavitation, however all I receive is some kind of old machine that get water out of your system after liposuction. If anything I have totally opposite result. I had no experience but I did research online before buying Groupon and was very disappointed with what I got.

Awesome place! Got a Groupon for 20 Xeomin injections and they were very helpful. I upgraded to 30 injections, as per the recommendation of the nurse, but I’m happy that I did(Was told the results may take over a week, but I see a little bit of results already and I had it done yesterday- first time)While I was waiting, they had me try a cold sculpting machine and that was cool too. Will be saving for that procedure. they were very friendly, very informative , And very pleasant. I will be going back :-)

All of the staff is very friendly and professional. I look forward to visiting every time I’m in need of a facial or treatment. They also try to help you save money on services and keep you notified when they have specials running. I enjoy everything about this facility and me esthetician, Sierra.

I have been a customer of Pure for more then two years. The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. I always have tons of questions about a service or product before I purchase or schedule it and Allie is so patient and knowledgeable. I go there for my Xeomin, IPL treatments, laser hair removal treatments, and microneedling treatments. They definitely have great, competitive pricing on all of there products and services as well.

I have been taking my daughter to Pure med spa for her cystic acne. We have seen Allie for her treatments. Allie has been amazing! She knew exactly what to do to get my daughters face back to looking flawless. I’m so excited with the results! Allie was very friendly and made us feel right at home. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I’m just so happy this worked out for us as opposed to going the Accutane route. I felt this was definitely a more natural way to fight the battle against acne. So grateful Allie at pure Med spa gave us a different option that worked.

Sierra has completely transformed my face. I’ve had a few treatments with her now, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and she is now tackling my journey of growing out my eyebrows. As a 40 year old who has had many facials, I’ve never had someone understand my skin so well. My face has never felt or looked so good. I am really impressed by her expertise and truly enjoy my company and look forward to my appointments.

Oh my goodness!!! This office is amazing. From the time I check in until after my procedure the staff was exceptional!! I have had botox and fillers in many different offices... Ky, Philly, Cincinnati, Shannon has the lightest touch ... ever!!

Very nice staff but should not be doing filler. Royally botched my under eye filler. I think they quickly train employees for new business but are absolutely not the best in Wilmington for filler. Go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon office. I had to have mine dissolved because they gave me a shiner and a bag under my eye by misplacing the filler.

Very easy to book an appointment and the staff is great. They offer various types of services. I purchased six sessions of Fat Cavitation Therapy. They get you in and out without feeling rushed. I love this place.

Y’all I can’t say enough about this medspa! I’ve been going to Pure Cosmetics (both locations) for a little while now and they have always exceeded my expectations. I want to specifically brag on Donna; she is an absolute lip queen and the newest edition at the Wilmington location. She is SO sweet with almost 2 decades of experience and really knows her stuff! She treated me with versa & xoemin today, and it was the best experience. She understands the goal you have in mind, talks you through her every step, and makes it happen quickly and efficiently. I drive 2 hours to go to this medspa, which just goes to show they are one of the best in the game. Also should out to Lindsey, the office manager. She couldn’t be any sweeter & accommodating! If you’re looking for the perfect medspa, look no further! They have the friendliest staff & extremely competitive prices! Donna you rock, lady!

I contacted the office and shared my wants. I was contacted by the PA the same afternoon for my pre appointment and was scheduled for the next day. I was given the Groupon price match for my services. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I am really pleased with my results. I plan to return very soon.

I have a great experience @ Pure. I saw the add on Group-on. I had micro-needling, and IPL done three times each. After that I came back for fillers. Results are great and the staff there are super cool.

I recently turned 38 and this was my first time getting Xeomin. I found the Groupon online for Botox and decided to get it for my birthday (You can always call before purchasing to see if there are in house promotions as well). After discussing Botox and alternatives, my consultant and I chose Xeomin.Tara was very approachable and friendly, and explained the process in great detail. Before visiting, I had done a ton of research on my options and providers, but Tara and the rest of the staff made it even easier than expected. As a new patient, I had to complete a couple forms, but the entire process took about a half an hour. Future visits will likely only take a few minutes.I did a late afternoon appointment, because I didnt want to return to work with bleeding/redness/bruising that I has seen in some patients during my research, but I could have went directly to work! Even though I was advised beforehand that results may take 7+ days to fully appear, I saw immediate results, and will definitely be back for follow-ups and additional treatments we discussed.The photos attached were taken 48 hours apart (one directly before my appointment and one two days later). As Tara explained, men often have thicker skin than women - and results can vary - but I was very happy with the results. It still looks natural, just with a few years shaven off.

Pure came to my salon for a “Botox” party. They were so incredibly thorough. They had every kind of filler you could ever imagine and shared options with everyone. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and have perfected the craft of youthfulness! I’ve had Botox/fillers a few times before and got botched one of those times and never was asked any of the questions that Carla(the injector with Pure) asked me. She made me feel like a had full control of my outcome. I am SUPER pleased and now know there is no where else to go that’s better!P.s. I got a lot of injections and they are awesome, natural and we’re not very painful-Laura
