Josh is an amazing tattoo artist and a true professional. I have had multiple tattoos with Josh and they are all unbelievable. I can’t recommend him enough. If you are looking to get a tattoo Josh should be your go to. Also, the studio is very clean and Josh follows all infection control protocols. I can’t wait for my next one and finishing my sleeve. Katie did excellent work covering up an old tattoo with a gorgeous full-color peony! Its more than I could have hoped for. As for the space, it was clean and quiet, so much so that I dozed a bit mid-tattoo. Definitely recommend!

Always a good time when I come, safe space and laid back vibe. I love the owner and have been going back sense my first tattoo. Expensive however extremely worth it. you get what you pay for and I have always loved and been satisfied with the work I have gotten done. Currently working on a thigh piece and have gotten my full sleeve there.

I absolutely love Katie and her work. I actually cried after my appointment when I talked to my sister who the tattoo was was really for. I had a beautiful honeysuckle added next to a thistle Katie did a couple of years ago for me. Honeysuckle is my sisters birth flower and she has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer so I got it to honor her. And poor Katie patiently listened to me talking non stop. I am a nervous talker and could not shut up because Id had a rough few days. Her work is so beautiful as is her soul.

Hector does absolutely amazing work. If you dig his style - which you should - he is the best around. Great to hang with while youre sitting, great at taking a (in my case, very) rough raw idea and turning it into a work of art. And while my only experience at Ironhorse is with Hector, Ive spent enough time there and seen enough of the other artists work to know you cant go wrong with any of them. 10 out of 5 stars, would absolutely go back (next appointment is booked).

I dont have many tattoos but the ones i do have are all from Katie Nowicki. She is so sweet and has done a fantastic job every single time. I recently went to her for a small memorial tattoo for someone who passed away and it came out exactly how i envisioned. I will continue to go to her for any future tattoos.

I found Josh because he was my best friend’s tattoo artist. She unexpectedly passed away a few months ago, and a bunch of her friends and family contacted Josh for some sunflower tattoos in her honor. Josh was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and got all of our appointments in so quickly!! He tattooed a sunflower on my hand, and I mentioned previously that my skin blows out easily. He has the lightest hand ever and he is SO meticulous with his detailing. Watching his work is impressive. Although it’s only been a few days, my tattoo is healing beautifully, and is barely sore, which is surprising because it covers the entire top of my hand. I decided to book him again for a full day session in May, because his work and professionalism is exceptional. He is an artist, and it’s very obvious that he takes much pride and care in his work. I will be recommending him to my friends and family in the future.

Katelynn was wonderful and took great care of me, she is fiercely talented and meticulous - she was able to fit the smallest details into my tattoo perfectly and she was a delight to spend some time with! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Iron Horse for the past few years now and it is always a great experience! The shop is very professional, extremely clean, and they have the best artists around. I have been working with Josh for a little over a year on a combination of a full chest and half sleeve/shoulder piece and cannot be happier. I had a vision which he improved on and made this come alive and be unique. I would recommend this place if you are ready to collaborate with an artist(s) on a piece you love. Ive been working with Josh G. on a custom rose sleeve for a while now. Josh is extremely talented. When I first met Josh he was the first artist that understood my tattoo idea and knew how to make it work better than I ever imagined. His attention to detail brings life to his art. He truly is a genius with a tattoo gun in hand. I love my sessions at Ironhorse too. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. They always make you feel safe, especially during this awful pandemic. If you are looking for a quality tattoo, one that you will feel proud to show off then Josh is the artist for you. His price is fair and worth every penny.

I sent Josh (joshdrawzz) an email inquiring about a simple name tattoo mind you me and my husband have sleeves, so we are very experienced in tattooing. When Josh got back to me and quoted the price and how long it would take, I sent him an email back asking why and this was his response:“Okay your the expert right? I cant help but laugh at your message telling me how long it should take to do my job! Hilarious. But as you stated in your original email you wont find better lettering in the city but truth is... you wont in the state. Believe it or not when someone recommends you go to someone who specializes in something it probably wouldnt cost the same as someone who will rush through a font you print. Good luck with that. If done too small your tattoo will become unreadable and blurred. Im sure as an expert youve seen alot of small tattoos that look bad over time. A small sized name will take anyone that is going to do a good job between 1 and 2 hours. Thank you so much for educating me on my job. Im better now that I learned. Good luck to you.”I was not sarcastic or rude in any of my emails to him. I would post everything, but there isn’t enough room. He is extremely rude and is not the only tattoo artist who can do beautiful lettering. All I had was a question and this is how he came at me, extremely unprofessional, ghetto, and sucks at people skills!!!

I discovered Ironhorse due to an artist I really liked working with (Katie) moving to their studio. I had booked an appointment for a few months out and as with any other first time experience in a new place, was not sure what to expect.Ironhorse however, is absolutely awesome. The space is great and wide open (good for distancing in these COVID times) and the artists are all incredibly talented and pleasant people. They are clean, clean, clean and require masks, all things that are huge considerations right now when trying to be safe.If youre looking to get a tattoo I would definitely check out their artists work and book with someone whos art speaks to you. I drive from another state to get tattooed here and wouldnt even really consider anywhere else at this point.

Doctors have bedside manner, and Hector has tattoo tableside manner.. Ironhorse is a great, CLEAN studio where the vibes are cool and the tattoo artists are talented(like really, really, really talented). Hector has worked with me through my sessions and is very hospitable when its studio time. The space is great as well - there is very good energy and it is very open. Not to mention the sweet tunes always playing.
