Ive been working with Jason on my sleeve and weve spent roughly 10 hours on it. The work has been great and a great guy to shoot the shit with. Cant wait to get session three this week!

All the artists are super friendly and talented and the vibes inside are amazing. Would highly recommend getting to know these artists and their work and getting some pieces done here 😊

Justin did a tattoo of our Yorkie on my husband and it is so realistic I feel like Im looking at a picture of him! He is an amazing artist. I have my deposit in for my own tattoo. His work is absolutely incredible.

Show has done many of my tattoos and he’s absolutely amazing. He always makes me feel comfortable with his terrible dad jokes and check ins during the tattoo session. He’s absolutely wonderful with color and especially talented with cartoon designs. I always recommend him to others because he’s got such a great spirit and is a great artist.Justin has done many of my tattoos as well and his realism is stunning. Overall the folks in this shop are really quality people. They always make me feel welcome and usually have me laughing within a few minutes which is so helpful when you’re going to be spending a handful of hours in pain getting inked up.100% recommendation this shop to anyone looking for a great experience and amazing tattoo art work.

I absolutely love this shop. I’ve only been tattooed by Shoe here but this shop has some of the awesomest people you’ll meet. I met Shoe years ago when he worked at another shop and haven’t trusted anyone else ever since. He’s always extremely professional and makes sure that I’m 100% happy with my design before starting. During consultation he’s always very polite and knowledgeable. If something won’t work he explains very clearly why and offers solutions to make sure you’re happy with your tattoo for life. I recommend him to everyone who asks where they should get tattooed.

Justin is amazing. We had a great chat, normally Im quiet but he was friendly. His work is amazing, he has a light hand, and my tattoo is healing better then any Ive ever gotten and Ive been tattooed 26 times! 100% worth the 2 year wait!

Place is awesome! Justin was fantastic. Love my tattoo. Asked for a yellow rose for my mother and left it all up to him. Turned out amazing, keep getting stopped by people wanting to check it out. Wish I could give out more than 5 stars!!! Highly impressed with Justin, Sarah and everyone else at the shop. Definitely would go back again!

Where to begin? From the moment you walk into their shop you get a feel for the vibe. Everyone is super cool, chill, and you feel that everyone is like family here. Theres a cohesiveness where everyone supports eachother unlike a lot of shops.Justin absolutely crushed it with this rose tattoo. And honestly its even better in person. These photos are amazing but dont do it justice. The attention to detail is next level and sitting for an entire day getting a head piece was cake. He has a light hand, thankfully. The machine was super quiet, and conversation was easy which makes things go by so much quicker.I have been wanting to get my head tattooed for almost 8 yrs now and just hadnt found the right person who I knew was capable of pulling off a statement piece until now.He is truly one of the best in his field! And I cant wait to get more work done!Thanks again to everyone for making me feel so welcome and even if Justin is booked out for 2 years, his work is worth the wait! Dont settle just because you want ink.Hes super down to earth and what I have found is when you give someone their artist freedom to do what they want, you get something better and beyond what you even expected!

I love this shop. My boyfriend had a tattoo from Marianna on his thigh that was amazing so I had to go to her as well. Ive been to three sessions with her for my own thigh piece and have one more to go and Im so psyched. The way she works with color and makes pieces pop is amazing. The shop itself is also really cool. Its nicely decorated, clean and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a dope tattoo.

I’ve been going to Shoe for tattoo work for years and I am always amazed by the quality and creativity of his work. Not only do I love all of my tattoos but I am constantly receiving compliments on them and always being asked who did them. There are very few artists that can do as exquisite tattoo work as Shoe. Highly recommended.

Just got back from a 2 hour sitting with Marianna Lombardi. It was a WONDERFUL experience. There’s a great vibe in the shop, some of the other artists popped in to visit. As painless as a tattoo can be- it wasn’t terrible at all. I have three more sittings scheduled and am looking forward to our next appointment. Book here!!

Amazing tattoos! Justin took the time to work with me on a cover up, which has continued as a work in progress as an entire sleeve. We also took 1st place last year at a tattoo convention for cover ups.

I have seen Shoe since I was 20 years old, I am now 32. He has done both of my Alice in Wonderland Sleeves, numerous others and most recently a giant death moth coverup on my back. He is nothing but kind, sincere and above all, incredibly talented. I do not trust anyone else with my tattoos and recommend him to ANYONE that asks. He is nothing but polite, and honest with what will and will not work, which is refreshing. I would personally rather know if something was going to fit my body or not, or look the same in 5 years and would expect anyone else to as well. Everyone in the shop is respectful and so talented, truly go here if you need a tattoo.

Shoe is amazing. I have almost an entire sleeve with just his work. He is super knowledgeable about what will work for my body and what wont. He doesnt beat around the bush to give you his opinion and when spending hundreds of dollars on art on my body I appreciate that. Anytime people see my tattoos I always send them Shoes way.

Justin designed an amazing day of the dead themed tattoo for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Justin really knows what hes doing, he really cares about your tattoo looking great and he pays very close attention to detail. Everyone always stops me and asks where I got my work done because they like it so much. Love this shop!!

Shoe wasn’t cooperative or optimistic when it comes to art and working with the client. He didn’t seem interested in tattooing me or maybe is uncomfortable tattooing woman in general as he shot down 5 ideas based off of anime and games. I loved this shops work and it’s upsetting the atmosphere didn’t match the art. I’ve never met an artist so difficult. I barely got to speak, he had an excuse at the ready for when I tried talking to him about a different piece instead…UPDATE : Shoe had my utmost remorse for my tardiness along with a heads up as I understand how rude and disrespectful it is to artists to be late. Sometimes things happen, I shouldn’t be punished for that. I went through 5 ideas, none of which other tattoo artists found a problem in as they were not complicated. I don’t appreciate being gaslighted. You wouldn’t have to lie on ur review if you just did better.

Walked in for a consultation and was greeted immediately by Sarah. She was very pleasant and attentive when my daughter asked about tattoos. She explained the process and gave us a few portfolios of the tattoo artist Shoes work. Right after she sent us to see him for a brief description of prices and time. Very detailed description from beginning process to end. We will be back once we decide on the designs.

I went here and talked with Jason Banks. I wanted a floral tattoo going down my arm. I gave him pictures. I showed up for my appointment, and this was what I ended up with for $800. He told me he doesn’t draw the whole tattoo, only pieces. When I asked for a drawing before the next appointment, he told me it would take 20 hours to draw out what I wanted. Really? This took about 20 minutes to draw out. I felt very intimidated. My first tattoo, I was dumb and naive, and nervous about the whole process. I believe I was taken advantage of. Some dumb old woman looking for a first tattoo. I should have walked out when I saw this thing. It’s been an expensive mistake. I must have spent the same amount just getting the black lasered off. I take responsibility for my stupidity. I should have walked away just losing my $100 deposit.

My eyebrows came out amazing! Sarah is so informative during the process and friendly. Ive also gotten a few tattoos here from Justin and he is amazing. His work speaks for itself! I wont go anywhere else!

I would never recommend this place. They over charge you and do it in a way that you won’t notice. I questioned the time charged and Jason Banks replied I have a timer on my machine. Really? Wow! Way to take advantage! He started an hour late and I had to pay for it at $150 an hour? I would never recommend him or this place. So many other reputable places! This place is a joke!In response to your comment. I asked to see it and he never send me the timer! I always pay for what services I get. Your comments are nothing but degrading. Your artist took advantage and then you posted on social media about it. That’s classless. Again I will continue to not recommend you to anyone who will listen and ask! I

Justin is excellent at what he does and it shows. Its only right that he owns a tattoo studio. Everyone that works there...Sarah, Jason, and Shoe are helpful and knowledgeable and a lot of fun!!The studio itself is clean, comfortable, and well organized.Love this place!!!

I can’t recommend Studio 31 enough. I have been a client here for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I see Jason Banks and have never been disappointed but I would feel comfortable seeing any of the artists at Studio 31. Everyone is professional and friendly and make me feel comfortable.The studio is always clean and inviting and every piece I’ve received from Jason has been beautiful and perfectly detailed. I highly recommend Studio 31!

Visited the lovely and amazingly talented Sarah, to commemorate my recently passed Chihuahua with her exact paw prints on my chest and Sarah did not disappoint. ❤The shop is amazing in and of itself with a creepy-cool vibe and museum quality items and signage pertaining to the history of tattooing which is VERY cool to see and learn about. You can tell right off the bat that youre in good hands!All the artists are very clean and super knowledgeable.I already have appointments planned for the future and cant wait!Would absolutely reccommend this wonderful shop and all the artists within. ❤

Justin is the most amazing tattoo artist Ive had the pleasure to meet. Ive done some pretty extensive research over my lifetime and am pretty picky with who I let tattoo me. I originally was introduced to him when I saw his work at a tattoo convention I was getting work done at, because he was winning all the awards! After that I followed his work for years, and when I was finally ready for some new work I booked him for 2 full day sessions. Also let me say I traveled 2hrs each way 3 separate times during the span of 3 months to get the amazing piece I pictured below (which is a 2 old tattoo coverup btw). Thats how much getting work done by him meant to me! Hes also extremely easy to talk to and vibe with, which is also a giant part of deciding on an artist. I have him complete artistic freedom to design my piece with just a couple basic general concepts. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

The studio is run so smoothly with a great atmosphere. Sarah is so helpful and organized at the front desk, and the whole team is amazing. Justin is extremely talented and only hires the best -- his artists are unreal ! You cant go wrong with this extraordinary studio.

Hands down the best artist Ive even had work done by. I needed my tattoo to be perfect and look like my dog and it was! Justin and his staff are extremely friendly. I will be going back, many times.

Got my first tattoo here a few weeks ago, was extremely nervous going in but Shoe did such a great job explaining everything, taking it slow, etc that I hadnt even realize he had started for a good two minutes. Would absolutely recommend.

Sarah is very professional. She listens to what you want and talks through the process so that you feel comfortable. She is engaging, thoughtful, and precise. I highly recommend her for semi and permanent make-up tattooing.

Not your standard five star establishment. When you have work done here you become family. There is no explaining this, its something you have to experience. The staff a fantastic blend of talent you get to know, i should say get the privilege of it. You will not regret the work you chose to have done from Studio 31, they will prove it to you, they will leave you wanting more and expand on your ideas. The first step is to just go talk with them.
