I went to Unholy Grail for my first ever tattoo and I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience. I was paired up with Emma and she was extremely patient with me as I was deciding on the details up until the last minute. She spent extra time providing me with different variations of the design and it really helped me solidify my decisions. The day of my tattoo appointment was great- Emma explained every part of the process along the way for someone who had zero experience with it. She made me feel comfortable and we even had great conversations while she was doing the work. The final piece came out incredible and I am completely blown away by Emmas talent!! The outlines, shading, shadow effect......all of it was PERFECT!! The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is so much fun, you can tell that the artists are like family. I will most definitely be going back for my next piece! Highly recommend this shop!!

Chris did an AMAZING job for the first session of my cover-up. I walked in with my outline already done by a different artist out of state, and he easily worked his own magic to cover up something that was destroying my self esteem. I got a part of myself back coming out of his room that day. He makes it very comfortable and helps ease your stress on the hard spots with great conversation. Cannot wait to finish this piece with him.

Had my first tattoo with Emma and could not be happier with the result. Emma is so talented and did fantastic work. Michael the owner, Chris and Emma were so friendly and supportive. I will definitely be returning for my next tattoo. Very talented artists and great people. I highly recommend them.Update: Went back for the second tattoo and once again Emma outdid herself with the Phoenix. I gave her a basic overview and I let her use her creativity, and her design was better than what I expected. She did the entire tattoo in one sitting. Absolutely amazing and talented artist!

Got one tattoo there 10 years ago. Got my second from Emma back in July 2022 and about to get another one next week. Maybe a couple small ones. The staff there are super chill and definitely know what they are doing. Clean place and sterile. They definitely make you feel welcome and work with you answering any questions you may have and making sure you walk out satisfied and happy. Planning to get more from them down the line. Thanks so much for making my experiences great. Thats why I keep coming back for more great tattoos. Thanks Emma for being an amazing tattoo artist.

Absolutely love love love EMMA she did my cover up and man. Im in love with the whole piece in itself. Shes great, her personality is outta this world. My tattoo overall was about 8 hours split in half. She is just a great person to be around for that many hours and it came out better then i could have ever imagined, I would definitely recommend the unholy grail for any one looking to get a tattoo or even a cover up. Found them through google. Overall nice place the atmosphere was nice and was very very clean.

Emma is the sweetest, most supportive person in the world! She has done our first tats for both my husband and myself. Her artistic talent shone through my husband’s cyber wolf idea with her designed piece. The other artists also are very friendly and love to support each other. Definitely a place you don’t want to pass on!

If you are looking for a place to get amazing tattoo work done this is the spot. On my first visit I met, Mike the owner, as well as Chris and Emma. They were all very professional but also very personable and eager to help me. Emma ended up doing some amazing work on me. This place was amazing, I just recently got my first tattoo and Chris did such a great job not only with the quality of the tattoo but with the overall experience as well. Extremely friendly and relatable along with his knowledge of tattoos making it an easy and better experience. Will definitely be going back for another one here

It’s been 16 years since my last tattoo, because I have a low tolerance for pain and I was a huge baby about the last one. I really wanted this piece and I was so nervous and thought I wouldn’t sit thru it, but I rocked it! I held a conversation and Chris was patient and made any small detail change I wanted. He made my vision come true, and he’s got light hands because It was totally tolerable! Great work! Good price ! Highly recommended.

It took me about 12 years to decide on a tattoo, but I didn’t even have to think about who I wanted the artist to be! I chose Kelly because I have known her since we were kids. She always loved art and has always been amazingly talented. She listened to my ideas and helped create a piece that was unique and exactly what I wanted! I myself am not very visual and have trouble trying to imagine how things will look in my head, but seeing Kelly’s artwork on the walls it was impossible not to trust her judgment and experience when it came to choosing colors for my piece. In addition to her talent, she was fun to sit and chat with and everything in the shop was immaculate. If you are looking for a piece of permanent artwork, I can’t recommend Kelly enough!

Very professional shop. From the first consultation, to the drawings (which was complicated and Kelly nailed it) till the final execution. I was told not to go anywhere else in Central Ma. And they were right.To add the experience Kelly was also a quite humorous and intelligent person killing new entertained over and 8 he tattoo, while being highly professional while she worked.My wife was so impressed shes getting a sleeve done and Im going back as well.Kiddos to Mike for a great shop.Dan

This is one of the cleanest studios Ive been to. The owner and all the artist are very welcoming and super nice people. Plus their work is just breathtaking; crisp clean lines, amazing shading and a unique take on pieces. I wont get my tattoo pieces done anywhere else!

I went to Unholy Grail in New Years Eve to discuss getting my second tattoo, the first one being over 25 years ago. I had a very nice consultation with Kelly and showed her a draft of what I wanted which was very near and dear to my heart and within seconds I was very comfortable with Kelly and her ideas of what we can do. I got lucky and she was able to take me today on New Years Day to create the tattoo that I was very excited to get (she could see my excitement). I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the result Kelly and the owner Mike are amazing and I had such a nice conversation with both of them through the whole process.
