I got my vertical labret repierced after it being messed up by another place and they took their time and made sure it was perfect. Took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. The piercer I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name, was amazing and so kind to her. Gave her a hair tie and a bottle of apple juice. Very kind and told her every step of the way what he was doing. Absolutely incredible place. Very comfortable inside and very clean and nice. The girl at the front counter was so sweet as was everyone else 😊

Got an industrial, and the whole experience was great. The piercer was very informative, and didnt make fun of any stupid questions.

The shop was clean and smelled fresh. Came for consultation and scheduling for a tattoo with my siblings. Going back in April for all 4 of us to get ink together. Its an exciting time.Will post more once the art is complete:D

Just had an excellent experience here getting my Industrial ear piercing done. Got to listen to the piercer training an apprentice on how to draw out marks for my piercing and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. Picture is from a couple hours after, you can sort of see where he corrected her marks. He checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was feeling alright. Planning on going back for another piercing soon!

I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a tattoo or piercings. The staff are amazing and respectful. Always respond as soon as possible as well as on their Facebook page keep you updated on new stuff schedules ECT. I will never go anywhere else

Jeremy was amazing with my naval piercing!! Very professional, calm and kind!! I was really nervous but he had such a calming effect! Also it hardly hurt at all! Just a twinge. The shop is also very clean and on the level with safety. Highly recommend!!

For my daughters 8th birthday, she really wanted her ears pierced. We chose this place based off of the reviews that google was showing and it did not disappoint! This place was amazing. We were walked through everything step by step along the way and Jeremy was extra thorough when prepping the ears to find the perfect spot for the earring placements(which I loved). Having our own room during the process to help with privacy was an awesome added bonus. My daughter was so happy and calm with how the process went! Would definitely recommend.

Ive been to DieHard for a piercing and a tattoo now, and both experiences were PHENOMENAL. Jeremy did a great job helping me feel comfortable with my first ever piercing. The prices are good and making an appointment was easy on the phone. I got a tattoo recently from Christina and she helped me feel so much more relaxed and informed about the whole thing! Im so happy with my experiences here and Ill be back for more tattoos and piercings!

Jeremy is amazing! He did my septum piercing about 2 years ago and it was such a fantastic experience. Recently, I ordered a septum ring from Etsy and it was way too small and I could not get it out! I tried for 2 days to get it out. I called Die Hard and they told me to come in the next day to get it removed. Walked in, Jeremy immediately got me in after a 5 minute wait and switched out my jewelry with a piece from their shop that I wanted to purchase. He popped off the nose ring just like that and put the new one in. Jeremy, you are my hero! 15/10 experience with this shop, the piercer, the front desk people, everything.

I got two tattoos done here with Christina, my friend also got a tattoo from her. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, and overall funny/great! I love that her table is heated and I was definitely comfortable the entire time, will return in the future because of the great experience!!

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the cleanliness of the shop. Everyone there is very chill and knowledgeable. I went into have a piercing checked out, and Jeremy took the time to check it out and clean it up for me as it was very angry. I will be going back in the future. I have driven down from the Seattle area several times now just to come to this shop to get work done by @Dundeevie. She is one of my all time favorite artists and always helps me feel listened to and welcomed. She treats me like family and always puts out amazing artwork.

I had my medusa/philtrum pierced by Jeremy. He was super nice and professional, and the piercing was really quick and didn’t hurt too badly since he was speedy. It was very clean and sterile inside as well. He had apple juice (and chocolate) on hand since I got lightheaded after. He also answered all of my questions - even the stupid ones. Definitely a safe space and definitely will be going back for any future piercings!!

Jeremy is the only piercing I go to in Oregon. I went in to get my eye brow piercing back in after I’ve had it for 2 to 3 years and took it out for a job interview and it closed up within a few days and Jeremy took care of it within 5 minutes. Very professional, personable and clean studio. Absolutely recommend!

Im only rating two stars because I have had a good experience here. I went here in September to get a piercing and loved it, the people there were very nice and I wanted to come back again. However, I will not be coming back after what happened today. For context I have been having trouble taking out my earrings that were pierced at DieHard. I called in about a week ago and was told that I could just walk in with no appointment. When I entered the building there were a few other people there already, plus someone who walked in after me. The person working at the front desk told me that there would be a 2 hour wait. I asked them if I should make an appointment instead and he straight-up said we dont make appointments for walk-in bull****This person should not be dealing with customers if he is going to act that way. He didnt apologize or anything, so we walked out and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great group of people. They also have great artists. They have an awesome spider web chair in the lobby!!! They know who makes them too and he sells them.

Jeremy has pierced me several times over the years and I love each one. Rad guy, sanitary, and will make sure you are looking more fly than when ya walked in! Highly recommended.

Ive gotten multiple piercings from this shop and they were all done great and healed amazing! I personally buy the spray they have in the shop because its convenient but the nozzle is also way better than the cleaners at the store. I have also bought jewelry from there and its amazing quality. I have sensitive skin as well. If I ever have any questions whoever answers the phone is always polite and finds me what Im looking for. 10/10 would recommend

Jeremy did a great job. He pierced me (3rd lobe both sides), my 13 y/o (1st lobe both sides), and my 11 y/o (1st lobe both sides). He was quick, clean, and precise. He didnt make them feel silly for being nervous. The piercings look beautiful!Great quality all around. We felt super safe as far as their COVID precautions go too, no question.(Be warned, he is GREAT with kids, but his language isnt always kid-friendly.)

The staff were great to work with! The place was very sanitary and had a great atmosphere. The guy who did my nose piercing was very calming and relaxed, and the whole piercing procedure went without a hitch! Their treatment supplies are great, too. Die-hard is great. My daughter and I have received a total of 3 piercings and two jewelry changes. Out of 5 visits we have always received great service. Will continue to go to Die-Hard and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a piercing.

The piercer was nice, the lady and some other guy who came up mid conversation before I was supposed to get pierced should work on customer service skills. Was told right before that they cannot pierce me because I breastfeed. I stated I got pierced while I breast fed before and she says “well it’s Oregon law.” I said ok well I would have no way of knowing that unless someone told me, and this guy comes up and says, “well that’s not something we just bring up to people.” And I’m thinking, well maybe you should disclose that to customers because I had no idea and I drove 40 minutes over here for nothing. Anyways, Jeremy was nice about the situation and gave me my deposit back. Just think they should maybe out that in the website or something because I wasted gas and a babysitter paying them to come get pierced for nothing.

Brought my daughter in today for a nose piercing. As always Jeremy did a great job. The person at the counter is new to me but was welcoming, friendly, and had the best playlist going. My daughter is very happy with the placement and has been all smiles since we left.

This is a very clean, professional, and welcoming shop. I sat for a solid black forearm tattoo with Rob and it was a great experience. The artwork and technique was impeccable. Its been two weeks since and it looks awesome. It healed better than my last four smaller and simpler tattoos from different shops. I am definitely going back for the large back piece Ive wanted to get for awhile.

This place was spectacular. They actually answered phones and called back for appts. The people were all super nice. And the owner/piercer got kiddos nose pierced. Never made them uncomfortable. Got some cool.stickers on exit. Best experience ever. Definitely going back.

Ive been tattooed by Dylan, Evie, and Rob and all 3 have been super professional and worked really well with me. I plan on getting pierced by Jeremy soon and I dont expect anything but good attitude and an overall nice experience. Definitely my favorite and my go-to shop. I cant recommend this shop enough.

Showed up for an appointment I made over a month on advance, and the artist Rob I had been directly communicating with completely forgot my appointment. Had to stand in some covid safety square for 30 minutes while he got himself ready. He also did not pay attention to what I asked for, and had something totally different prepared, likely pulled it off Google after I showed up. Tattoo came out mediocre at best. Dudes portfolio is very flattering considering the average work this dude did. Will not be coming back.

Every piercing I have had has been a horrible expierence even from places with really good reviews. BUT!! I gave this place a try and got my septum done and it was the most pleasant experience ever. The piercer (I believe he is also the owner) was so chill and laid back. I was so nervous but he handled the whole situation so calmly which made me feel so much more comfortable. It hurt (every piercing will) but it was the least painful out of all of my piercings including my earlobes and it looks amazing!

Jeremy was great, ai got a Conch peircing and the placing on my ear was perfect. The wasnt much pain and the price was pretty good compared to other shops I have been to. Definitely coming back here in the future.

I went in for help changing my septum ring. And they were SOO nice. My piercing is higher up and kinda hard to get to and they were so gentle and told me what was going on. It was a great experience.

I can’t recommend Diehard enough, I don’t usually even write reviews but we had such a great experience with them. We are in Salem and I was even willing to drive up to Portland for my daughter to pick a new pair of earrings since her ears have been pretty sensitive. All the shops I called either wouldn’t allow her in or had a charge for looking at her ears or even to just look at the jewelry.When I called Diehard the lady who answered was SO nice, she gave me really great advice and told me to bring my daughter in to pick her earrings. I didn’t expect it at all but when we got there the piercer actually came out and took a look at my daughters ears to make sure they looked okay and helped us pick earrings which was so very appreciated.This is a great place and we will absolutely make the trip from Salem for any future needs this is hands down the best service I have ever gotten from a piercing studio and I’ve called probably 6/7 over the last few days.

I have never been tattooed by any of their current artists. That being said, the shop is always very clean and Jeremy (shop manager and piercer) is THE MAN! This man is the person you should be taking your young daughters to get their ears pierced as well as the best man around for the more complicated and creative projects (just checkout the awards hes won)! He has great bedside manner is excellent and he really does know his stuff.I have had him help me with multiple stretches with my lobes as well as getting my nostril ring done multiple times. I even had to go back for a follow up on my nose once after a jewelry malfunction and he was happy to take care of me free of charge, I of course tipped anyways!

I got my first tattoo today from Chris. The experience was amazing on all fronts. All of the staff was very friendly, and this has to be the nicest and cleanest tattoo and piercing studio that I have ever been in. Chris did a fantastic job and made the entire process fun and gave me an awesome and detailed tattoo. His lines are sharp and the shading has great depth. My fiancé and I plan to go back to Chris and DieHard for all of our tattoo needs from now on.

My brother and I got nose piercings. The piercer was the owner. He was very kind and funny. He was sterile and did a good job explaining the process. I would definitely go there if I get another piercing or a tattoo. 100% recommended. They are also affordable and not stuck up about prices.

Just went in there to have my nose piercing looked at that I had gotten done at High Priestess in August. I was hoping to get a ring today, but after Jeremy looked at it he said it was pierced at a weird angle/placement and the only ring that would fit would be huge. I looked ridiculous! I’m so mad that I didn’t go to Jeremy in the first place! Super knowledgeable and friendly unlike High Priestess! I ended up taking it out and I’ll have Jeremy re-pierce it once it’s healed so I can finally get the ring I’ve been wanting. Thank you Jeremy and Diehard!!

I’ve been a DieHard fan for about a year now and refuse to go anywhere else.The shop is clean and comfortable. The artists are courteous and professional. It can get busy there because their reputation precedes them. They do try to accommodate walk-ins, but if you fail to make an appointment you may have a bit of a wait. Suggestion? Pop over to Loafers for a spell and have yourself a sandwich.Evie is my go to ink therapist, I highly recommend her if you’re looking for beautiful bold floral, skulls, or mandala type pieces.

My daughter just got her industrial done by Jeremy. He is always profession, runs the cleanest, most sterile shop Ive ever seen. If I ever get brave enough to get another piercing I wont go anywhere else.

I have been going to Diehard since before Jeremy owned it, and he does a phenomenal job. He’s the best since Jeanie at Downtown tattoo. I’ve never had any trouble with infection or or professionalism. I highly recommend this place.

Would give 5 stars because Jeremy is so awesome but the woman at the front counter almost made me leave the moment she began talking. She was so incredibly rude. She was so interested in telling stories with other customers that she seemed to get angry when we needed her assistance.

Went with a friend to get her nose pierced. The reception area was set up nicely. They have a decent portfolio set up for each artist there. The piercing process was positive for my friend and the piercer was friendly and welcoming. Piercing prices were decent and many options to choose from.I would recommend people check out their shop. In fact, if I choose to get any more piercings I will be going there.

Diehard has saved my skin more than once when Ive had piercing issues. Theyre calm, reassuring, accommodating, and generally cool as all hell. Theres no other place in the valley I would recommend for piercings.

Jeremy is so great! He’s a pleasure to be around and he got us in and out quickly. I would give this place a solid five stars, but the lady at the front counter was actually pretty rude. My name is Alyssa and I was waiting and I heard my name get called. So, I got up and went to the counter. Jeremy started explaining to me what we were going to do, and I was like “No, I actually wanted this...” and she pulled out the clipboard and goes “I called ME-Lissa. You answered to the wrong name” and waved me off. Then when I got up for my turn she goes “NOW it’s your turn.” I totally could’ve done without the snarky remarks for an honest mistake on my part.

I came in today to get hip piercings, the peircer (I forgot his name, cause i suck like that) was very pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and good at his job. It took barely any time at all, and he made sure to tell me what to be careful of. The pricing is also very reasonable in my opinion especially for the quality.

Diehard is the place were I got my 1st piercing. They were incredibly nice and understanding and the piercer there is super outgoing and easy to get along with. Thank you for doing my eyebrow! Ill be back for more!

I ended-up having to forfeit my $100 deposit because I refused to get a tattoo from someone who continued to disagree and argue with me about what I actually wanted tattooed on my arm. When I told Evie I did not like what she had drawn up - she wanted to spend her time disagreeing with me about semantics of the design and placement on MY arm. This is not the friendliest place I have ever been to (considering I have been to several other places to get work done while living in other states). Please be careful before paying a non-refundable deposit on something without knowing exactly what you are going to get. There are plenty of other friendlier and talented artists to check out in the area.

Evie is simply a Goddess! If you aren’t getting tattooed by her you need to start. She listens to what you want and tailors your design specifically just to you. I’ve had three tattoos done by her now and each one has healed up beautifully!

I went in for 2 cartlidge piercings yesterday. Yes, it was very busy so there was about a 3 hour wait. I was offered a call once my turn was up, i went ran my errands and came back just in time. Very happy with my piercings and clean shop :)

Rob knew exactly what I wanted when I came in (probably better than I even did) and was able to make my first tattoo experience a great one. I strongly recommend that you visit diehard if youre looking for a tattoo because the environment was fun but professional at the same time. Rob made sure that if i wanted a break or if something hurt particularly bad that as long as I let him know and we could pause, he wasnt concerned with time, all he wanted was for the tattoo to come out great and for it to be as comfortable as possible. Went in for a dermal for myself, septum for my 18 year old and my sons 14th bday first piercing on his nose. Family affair 😂 Jeremy was amazing! My son was super nervous and a bit dramatic lol, and Jeremy made him comfortable ( even when he went pale and acted like he was dying, he gave him chocolate) my dermal was crazy fast and clean and my daughters septum looks great. After care was made specific and clear and the price is very reasonable. Definitely going back for all out piercing and tattoo needs.

I didnt like the fact that Nick the tattoo artist was visibly upset because I didnt want him to do ONE of the tattoos I had planned on doing. Even though thats what I gave him the $40 deposit for weeks in advance. I felt like he took it out on me when he did the other tattoo I got that day. He said, time is money and he got his money for his time. No need to to act the way he did. On a lighter note the guy that put my earrings back in was awesome. Thats why Im giving the shop 3 stars. No need to blame the whole shop for one person.

I went in try to see or talk to some one about getting a tattoo and I saw a guy get up walk to the back when came in as he was walking he said someone will be with you.The young lady came and ask if I needed help I ask if there some one that can do Polynesian tattoos. She told me go to the website and look there.That tells me we dont want to help you and she knows nothing about her artists that tattoo there.Sorry for the bad review I hope you guys and ladies fix this..

Tried scheduling a tattoo and couldnt get a response. Sent 3 emails. Called and was told the only way to schedule was by artist email. Poor system if u cant get a response. Bummed because we heard good things but will have to look elsewhere.

Looked like a nice place and Ive heard a lot of good things about it. But, when I went in to schedule an appointment, there was nothing available with the artist there for months out. The other two artists there, didnt have their appointment books with them (so why are you there unprepared?).

Bad customer service. I had my deposit forfeited when the artist didn’t even confirm my appointment so I had no idea that she had set it. It’s been days and I haven’t heard even a single word back, much less an apology for wasting my time and money and energy

Came in with a nipple that had been pierced 2 times by High Priestess and was rejected from poor placement. I couldnt believe the difference in professionalism and experience they had. Didnt even feel the piercing or the barbell inserting. I will never ever go to another shop again. Im a Die-hard fan for life. 🤘🏻
