Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Yanira is the best! I previously had a horrible experience with another Banter and was very discouraged with buying jewelry from this company, but Yanira changed my mind! She met me with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor, and she was very knowledgeable about the jewelry. I absolutely LOVE the earrings she helped pick out. Definitely will be coming back to HER!

If you’re looking to get a piercing don’t go to this location. I went to the kiosk by the Apple Store and American eagle and the lady at the counter was dismissive and very rude. I wanted to get piercings with my sister. She didn’t show us the options until I asked, said their box of options was broken and spoke in a rude manner. I’m 24 and my sister is under 18 but she said the legal guardian or parents needs to be with her for her to get the piercing, which I have never heard of at any location before. She did not have a good attitude and I’m glad I left without getting any piercings from her! The location next to five below was AMAZING. If you want to get a piercing down go there instead!

First I want to say the girls were so nice! That’s why I’ll give 3 stars only based on them. Second I wish I would of been told I was paying $20 for A product that actually only cost four dollars at Walmart. My review is based more on the customer service when I contacted the company and they tried to tell me that dermatologist everywhere recommend this product over any other. My specific dermatologist recommended getting the four dollar product it does the same thing if not better he said. They offered no apology or anything and I totally understand they’re only saying what they’re being paid to say.

Hey!! So basically I was petrified about piercing both my toddler and my young teen, but Beth and Dawn helped from store number 452 helped me tremendously well!! They took their time, spoke clearly about all of the steps they will be taking to reassure me that the process is rather easy and safe. steps to prevent infection and continuous piercing pagoda services were explained very well also. Im thankful for their customer service and the services they provided.

Customer service is top tier! Great prices and they have beautiful pieces. Im Jamaican and when Im on vacation thats my go to place for jewelry....... even to just look.
