Firstly, I just wanted to say that this location is 100x better than the one in front of the Apple Store. Yanira was so amazing and sweet after I told her I was treated rudely at the other kiosk. She was so patient, helped me and my sister pick out earrings, and pierced us perfectly. I kept asking her to redo my dot before she pierced it and she did it soooo many times which I appreciated her patience with me. I had an amazing piercing experience and she took her time with us which was appreciated. Thank you so much and I highly recommend!

If I could give this location zero stars and just the deserved review, I would! The worker (I believe her name is Amber) I encountered was very standoffish and rude. She seemed like she didnt want to be there, let alone help me find the type of earrings I wanted. Mind you, I only asked two questions, and one of them was how are you? She acted as if I was bothering her, meanwhile I was the only customer there at that time. I showed her a picture of the type of earrings I wanted, and she asked me why I didnt just get the earrings from that specific place if those were the ones I wanted. Awful salesperson. Awful customer service. But probably a good friend seeing as her phone rang during our encounter and she had no problem answering it. I wont even bat an eye at this kiosk. Luckily, I ran into the other kiosk and Yanira, who was a breath of fresh air, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When I complained about my previous experience with the other kiosk, she kept her professionalism and apologized for that experience. I understand people have bad days, but that behavior was unacceptable. Do better.

The staff at this location (closest to apple) was outstanding! K.C was very patient with my mom and I. We both got our ears pierced by her and she did great! She took her time and wanted our piercings to come out perfect and she did just that! She also helped me pick out the perfect hoop that best fit my cartilage piercing and it was absolutely perfect! Everyone here was overall amazing definitely recommend shopping here for the perfect jewelry!

Outstanding guest service every time I visit this location. Not only are they always friendly and kind, but they make it right when something goes awry. Lily and Amber were so nice and so patient with me when I came in today. My earring purchased less than 2 months ago somehow loosened and came off. They helped me replace the item with something that felt more secure. When I contacted customer service prior to this, I felt defeated and didnt have high hopes. I work in retail so I get the annoyance of people like me coming in with half an earring. Lily and Amber restored my faith in guest service. I highly recommend this location!

I made a purchase at the crossgates mall in Albany and Lily was very helpful with us! Even though i took a while to make a decision I appreciate her taking her time to show me a bunch of recommendations and even showing me the ones she had on, she was just very nice overall!

I was excited to purchase a thumb ring and anklet. I waited all day for my husband to get home from work so we can come together and shop at Banter. Unfortunately, the very poor, rude, nasty customer service I received from the young lady at the banter in crossgates mall by Dave and Busters makes me want to cancel my card I just received. I literally had to ask her 3 times to see something before she came over all aggravated I was asking her to help me which is her job. Mind you, there was no one there. We were the only customers. I can see why no one was there. Now I’m standing at the second Banter and the return time says 6:45 and it’s 6:50 and no one is here to help. The experience was extremely disappointing and very poor customer service!

The kiosk by American Eagle has amazing customer service!! The store manager KC is so helpful and knowledgeable every time i shop here. Highly recommend getting your jewelry from them!

Jacqueline was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was extremely clean and they made sure to wipe down the piercing station in between clients. Highly recommended!

I visited the kiosk near American Eagle for a peircing. I waiting here for about five minutes while one worker sat there and ate food while talking to what seemed to be her boyfriend and not acknowledging anyone. Once she finally greeted us rudely with a “what do you want?” I told her what I wanted and she argued with us about our age and would not allow us to get piercing with a legal guardian. Her attitude was horrible towards us and she sat there on our phone while customers waited to be greeted. This experience was horrible and there should not be workers that rude working there. I would not trust them to do any piercings with that attitude.

I worked with the Asst Manager, Amber, and she was not only amazing but my god was she so knowledgeable and worked with my limit and also got approved for the credit card! I highly recommend!!

The staff at this location (closest to Apple Store) are amazing!!!! They have years of piercing experience. They’re great with kids and go above and beyond for the customers. I will continue to shop here over and over because of them.

We came by to get my sons ears pierced at the location in front of American Eagle in Crossgates Mall & Lexus had outstanding customer service, she was very welcoming, we will be returning for my newborn next !!

I waited til the last min to get a ring. I saw the ring online and when I went to the store ( Crossgates) they had the ring. Online, there was 40% off, in store there was not. ( I didn’t know it was online only) , I tried to Purchase it and do an in-store pick up, but inventory was showing as if the store did not have the ring, even though I was at the store looking right at it. The employee went above and beyond to help me. She spoke to a representative from customer service (I called them to see if they could give me the discount as it was their fault inventory was messed up). She was patient and super kind!! Thank you Amber! Your kindness is greatly appreciated. We need more people like you in the world!

I visited the kiosk near the Apple Store and wanted to get a new silver ring and this one employee named lily was able to help me and showed me all the different styles and options that they had and was able to give me a good experience and we finally was able to get me a perfect ring even with me being very stubborn and picky perfect customer service highly recommended shopping at this kiosk .

Jaqueline at the counter in crossgates store 114 was the most helpful person I have dealt with in years at a store. She is a keeper.

I recently visited this kiosk (near zummies) I got both my cartilages pierced. Lily was the girl who did it and she was amazing!

Karen C. & Jackie V. were fantastic to do business with, especially since they had a number of other customers today. My daughter and I got matching permanent bracelets and a number of earings!!

My husband and I took our son and daughter to get their ears pierced together and were so, so happy with the entire experience. The employees were friendly and helpful and the woman who did the piercings, Kim was absolutely amazing. She is kind, funny and kept the mood fun. She made my kids (and us) very comfortable and talked them through every step and the piercings were perfect! I am so glad we read the reviews and went with this Piercing Pagoda because this was a great experience that we will not forget. We will be recommending them to everyone!

Went to the one at crossgates next to American Eagle. The staff person we dealt with was excellent. She made my 5 year old daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

Went to this Pagoda kiosk(by Dave & Busters) and after waiting a few mins was greeted by one of the 4 girls working. I showed one of the girls my email from Banter about early access to the BOGO deal for card holders just to verify that it was correct and she said no. So I read her the email and she responded that it was only for people who are newly applying for the card. She then turned around and asked someone who she claimed was the assistant manager for confirmation and she too said it was only for newly applying members without acknowledging me or the email. So I left and went to the other kiosk(by apple) and they helped me make my purchase and use my coupon. They were so nice. My problem with the first kiosk wasnt that they wouldnt honor my valid coupon. It was that they were not willing to read the email that I was trying to show them that contradicted what they were telling me and their overall unwillingness to help. Very poor customer service.And again I just want to mention the girls at the other kiosk by apple. They were so great from beginning to end.

I have been purchasing things from here for a long while. Perfect employees that even remember what your sons name is! Beautiful jewelry, nice prices, and theyre always willing to find a solution to any problem!

I give this one star because the girls were polite but the company itself overall is horrible they give you a date and then they changed the date stating that it was an estimate when it never stated that it was a testament I paid my money was told it was going to be here at a certain time if not here still sitting in the vault but yet they dont know why its not moving in their own company then when you try to get answers no one wants to answer you they want to give you the company jargon instead of telling you where your merchandise is and how long its going to take before you get your merchandise
