Stopped by, was just browsing and Lester was so helpful! They have an awesome collection of gauges which is just what I had been looking for. Wound up getting a couple unique styles. I would recommend to anyone who is tired of guessing about quality and delivery after perusing Amazon and other online shops without finding exactly what you are looking for. 👍 ✌️

Aaliyah was great! She was attentive and recommended I didn’t go up too many sizes, however I went against her advice and shoved double 00’s through from a 2, as she watched in horror she gave me alcohol wipes and lube to ease the process. She deserves a raise for her helpfulness, care and compassion!

Usually I am very pleased with the service and have even wrote positive reviews before but unfortunately this time I am not. I had picked out a nose ring from the selection on the display( with the size I wanted) and the guy brought out the tray for me to chose it, like I had any idea which was which, and the other times I have went I have told them on the display and they have chose the correct one from the tray. the guy was super nice, but I ended up with three wrong nose stud( smaller than the one I wanted on the display), and I tried calling 3 times to see what could be done and no answer. im not very pleased.

Got my husband’s ears done and Manual M was so amazing!! He took great care of us, answered all our questions and made sure that my husband was happy with the piercing placements and jewelry selection before doing anything. I highly recommend him if you’re gonna get your ears done or have any questions about the process or even on jewelry selection. Manuel is your guy. Will definitely be going again.

People here are absolutely amazing. They are incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable about piercings. They can even look at your piercing and tell you what size they are with in seconds. However their jewelry is not great I’ve had to replace multiple pieces multiple times because the balls won’t stay on and gems fall off. We have Septum rings, eyebrow rings, nose rings, and tongue rings. My spouse and I will not be going back. Again people are amazing product not so much.No fault to the employees but when we went to get a new ball or replacements they charged us for them each time.

DJ was very helpful, went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and gave us information about additional piercings and told us about their new store opening up.

My go to place for piercings of all types for many reasons.I went in for a opal 14g stud cartilage piercing and I only needed the end, but they only had an internally threaded one so they told me what piercing to get that was better than the current one I had, and they had the opal end once I had to internally threaded stud and it looks and feels great!! They do a good job of being versatile and making it work.

Purchased some silicone plugs from here in 1. When I went to put them in, they fell out. I went back and had an employee size them for me, and theyre between a 7/8 and 1 but do not fit in either. I understand that there is a no return or refund policy, but given the circumstance that the product is falsely advertised as 1 and is not.. I figured they would make an exception. The employee rudely said are you sure you are at an inch? Pretty much told me too bad. I used to love Rapture, but since their quality is going down and they dont ensure their products are as advertised, Ill be shopping elsewhere.Photo shows proper sized 1 plugs on the left in black, on the right black and pink are off sized ones. You can see that the pink fits inside the 1, while it doesnt fit into the same sized black one.
