Factory Edge Tattoo and Piercing Coronado

Not sure what her name is at the front working with blonde hair but she was rude for no reason and had terrible service with me but was with everyone else who came into the shop (I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help, she also shrugged at me as if impatient which is extremely unprofessional). I told her I needed a ball replacement for my septum that I got done there she showed me the sizes but wasn’t helping me because I didn’t know the gage size. I asked her and she said she didn’t know exactly, to grab what I thought would fit but it shouldn’t be my job to guess when she’s the one working there and should know what goes where. She made me buy the wrong size and there wasn’t a way to get my money back so I had to pay $10 for 2 balls that didn’t fit me for no reason then pay for the actual septum with the two correct pieces for $15. Thank you to Kiki for attending me and helping me out correctly.

Had such a great experience taking my teen to get her nose pierced. The pirce was reasonable and the staff was so helpful,professional and clean!

I had an excellent experience with Factory Edge. My piercer (I dont remember his name) was really calming and reassuring, and he answered any concerns I had right away. They were really busy, and I was surprised that I got a booking that day as I was a walk-in. I definitely recommend calling before to check availability.

HIGHLY recommend Billy Fingers for nose piercings. My 56 yr old sister and 16 yr old niece got a nose piercing and it was a great, painless, awesome experience!!! Billy made them feel comfortable as soon as he called them back. He walked them through the complete process as he was prepping. My sister was nervous but she was done before she knew it!! Between the both of them, hand washing and both piercings we were done and out in less than 10 minutes!!! Very reasonable priced. 😊

I went to get my first tattoo today and the artist, Matt, did not give a good impression and failed to meet any standard. He was short and rude from the beginning. I showed him the picture of what I wanted (a small sunflower) and after waiting a while, he finally took me to the booth and free handed the flower onto my arm, upside down! The end result was horrible and I will never go back there for future tattoos nor will I suggest him or the shop to anyone. I am extremely disappointed. The tattoo looks fake, absolutely nothing to what I wanted.

Went in a Saturday night and there was about an hour wait (expected) so not too long. Billy was personable and funny and did a very good job. I have quite a few piercings and this was a stand out experience. Well priced, as well. A+

Unprofessional staff never comes to work. We were waiting at the doors when the shop opened at 11:00am. Our names and numbers were placed on a list to be called when the piercer got here which was supposed to be 12:00am. We walked around did some shopping , and came back at 12. This time the woman stated the piercer isnt coming until 1:00 there were 5 of us who wanted nose piercing so we waited. We had some lunch came back at 1:00pm and were aging told that the piercer wouldnt be there until 2:00pm at this point we had been waiting and didnt stick around any longer. They had our phone number and each time instead of calling us to say he wasnt coming they made us go back into the store. People call it I get it but being strung along for 2 hours woth not courtesy for our time as well we went somewhere else.

Billy fingers has been my go to piercer since my nose ring never have I had an issue with my piercings rejecting he will definitely distract you and talk to you through the whole process!highly recommend!!

My boyfriend & I got piercings here (for me, a helix, for him, a septum). Our piercer was Billy and he was wonderful! :-) His manner was very calm and put us at ease. Wed heard septum piercings can hurt but my bf said it was very quick and not bad at all! Billy was wonderful and communicative, and made us feel taken care of. He was very quick with my own piercing and it hardly hurt at all. Will definitely consider using this business again in the future. Highly recommend.

Staff is extremely rude. I called and asked if I needed an appointment for a piercing an the girl told me no. I went in and was told the piercer had no Time to do a piercing.

I walked in, wasnt greeted, but thought perhaps they were just busy as there was a customer being checked out and another employee (dark hair) already with a customer on the floor at a display case.. I stood there waiting on the one cashier (blond hair and glasses) to finish her present transaction while another employee (red hair) stood next to her. She finished and the 2 employees started talking. I again figured they were busy possibly following up or debriefing on the customer that just left. So Im still standing and patiently waiting and another family walks in and the blond employee walks right past me, making eye contact with them and asking how she can help them! I became upset at that point and asked the other employee loudly if she could possibly help me and expressed how that was rude of her fellow employee. It made me feel non existing, and profiled. Perhaps I need more visible tattoos or piercings, or maybe to be younger or better dressed or better yet blond hair and blue eyed (as the family had) in order to get service or at the least ACKNOWLEDGED as a potential customer. I literally walked in ready to buy a purse and wallet, and more, an easy $120+ sale but that blond employee cost them my business and got them this review. I will not return and wont refer them to anyone either.ZERO STARS! Besides that, I found the purse I wanted online after this and it was not as expensive as this store was asking. I WIN!

I went in today with my friend and we both were pierced by Billy. I got a nose piercing and a traditional labret, he was so friendly and quick. I appreciate that he talked through every step, even though I’ve had my nose and lip pierced before his talking really put me at ease. I absolutely love how they came out, he lined them up perfectly. Really great piercing experience overall:) You can tell he is genuinely a kind person too, I can’t wait to come back to him for my next piercing. Thank you Billy!

This is where I got my very first tattoo! The artist was amazing and walked me through the entire procedure! It was a lot of fun! I will probably be back here for more of my upcoming tattoos! It was inspired by my favorite artist BANKS. They are very open to new ideas and symbols and make you feel very comfortable here!

I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I was told there was an hour and half wait for a nose piercing so I put my name down on the wait list. I waited for entirely too long just to find out that they had repeatedly skipped over my name because they “thought” I was done already. I was finally called back to fill out the paperwork. I was next in line and they still skipped over me. Do not come here!

Billy was phenomenal! I brought my seven year old daughter in for her first ear piercings back in March while we were in the area on a business trip. My husband and I joined her for our own ear piercings too. My daughter thought he was neatest and coolest guy, bragged to family and friends about how cool he was. 😆 He really was so good with her! Patient, clean, explained everything, and kept her at ease. Not a single tear was shed (by any of us nor him 😆). I was really picky about where she went, decided on this place, and I couldn’t have been happier! Pushing four months later and healing has gone great for all of us and the piercings all look great. Highly recommend and huge shout out and thank you to Billy!

I had a great experience. I got my first piercing here (studs in my ear lobe). I got pierced by Billy Fingers and he made me at feel at ease with the whole process. He was very accommodating and gave off a great energy. I recommend if your looking to get your first piercing to come here. It was a great price and a easy and quick process.

Awesome place! Went in there today to get a replacement piercing bc Id lost one. Billy helped me with finding the right size (only knew my German size) and even put the new piercings in. He was so nice and laid back. Big shout out to the entire team and especially Billy!!

One star because your pricing is out of touch with reality. I had my ears pierced here almost three years ago and out of respect I returned to get some more earrings. $11.95 a piece?! So a set was $24 before tax and they’re plastic. Two sets set me back $50+ tax. Then after paying, my bank notified me of an additional $7 processing fee for credit cards. I will never be returning.

Billy did my Angel Fangs for me, he’s supper great. i’ve been wanting these for awhile and been so nervous about it but with him he calmed my nerves and i barely felt a thing!

Ill never go to any one else for a piercing. Billy is such a cool guy and made it fast and comfortable for me. He did such a great job. So happy with my new piercings.

My girlfriend and i have both been pierced here, back in 2017 i had my nostril pierced by Billy, and he was a great piercer with great knowledge on what he was doing, passing it onto his customers. I came back about a year later to get my septum pierced by him, but was told that he wasnt there and that the piercer Adrien was available, so I went ahead with him. He was very quiet, and did not tell me much about what he was doing, and immediately after clamping my nose in the sweet spot for a septum piercing, he left it to hang while turning around and grabbing the needle. It ended up being pierced way too low, too painfully and when i started to stretch my septum, i had to take it out and get it re-pierced due to the placement. It closed almost immediately even after having the piercing with a 10G/2.5mm ring in it for almost 4 years. The piercer I had re-do it said it was very unusual for it to close so quickly because it was almost at the ridge of my nose. My girlfriend also had the experience of getting her tongue pierced back in 2018, with adrien, and she had to get it redone as well due to the placement being wrong. Billy is super cool and great with what he does, but In my experience i would not go with adrien if you can help it. I also got my vertical labret done with Joe Chavez at the cottonwood location, and it was entirely a horrible experience due to him being extremely unprofessional, not telling me about any aftercare, not talking to me whatsoever and flirting/bragging about himself with my mother who happened to go with me. Weird.

Billy and everyone there were wonderful, I left with a smile. I know Ill be referring people here from now on. I felt a little sick before my piercing, and they gave me a granolabar and water bottle. Also, the piercing came out great!

I got my nose pierced here in July of 2018 while on a vacation with my boarding school, and I’m leaving a review 4 years later because thinking back, they deserve a full 5 stars. I was 18 and erratically decided to get my nose pierced just because I could. The staff answered all of my questions kindly and I felt very taken care of. Billy talked me through the process beforehand, made sure I was comfortable, and even let me bring back a friend so I felt even more comfortable and safe. He kept me distracted and entertained as I was very nervous since I’m terrified of needles, and I giggled through the whole thing. Was it painless? Of course not, it was a needle going through my nose. But he did make it as painless as possible and kept me laughing through it all. He made sure to get the placing as I wanted it since I have odd nostrils (in my opinion) and was patient with me having him remark it about 4-5 different times. Taught me about proper after care and everything. I was a little wary since it seemed like a janky shop in a random mall, but I’m so glad I did it there. I would recommend it for any piercings, especially to younger people for their first body piercings.

I went in there twice in an hour. Both times, all three girls looked at me and fetused to help me. I was going to buy a pair of black DC shoes and a pair of Dot sunglasses. I can only imagine how much money has walked out the door.Thanks for the help

Billy Fingers is the man!!He answered all my questions about an industrial piercing. I was hesitant at first but after talking to him he made it seem like a walk in the park being nothing but calm, patient, and supportive walking me through the process of my piercing. Went to get another piercing at 2pm on Sunday, and a girl approached me and saidWe are booked for the rest of the day!Ive had probably 20 piercings done at this location, previously, by Billy & Adrian and have never had this happen! I looked back into Tattoo & Piercing area and saw no one waiting... Ive probably spent about 3,000 total at this establishment, (if not more)I always tip VERY well as I am a server and rely on tips myself.The whole incident seemed really strange, and I got the vibe she simply didnt like me. Ive been there many times while it was busy and just waited for my turn in line. (There was no line!)Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The only person I will ever use or let work on my girls will be FINGERS! At 15 she was supper comfortable. Made us all fell like he personally cares how his work is done and that you are happy. He was very nice and talked to distract you before the needle went in. Perfect for someone who’s nervous and needs that extra support!

He was so patient and kind. Pricing was great, he explains the procedures. I definitely will go back to back to Mr. Billy Fingers for all my future piercings. The staff, was also very helpful and kind. Welcomed us in the store, and even remembered to say welcome back. Its the little things that matter and I give the whole environment 5 stars.

Went to go get an ear piercing with my best friend. Got there early, and was told the piercer wouldnt be in for hours. Couldnt get an appointment, despite literally having one for a tattoo the month prior. Cant walk very much due to leg problems, and couldnt just wait around forever.

I had 2 piercings done here by 2 different people, I can’t remember the one that did my navel, but it wasn’t straight, and after he pierced it he was very rough with cleaning it. Billy fingers did my lip and he has a calming voice and made it quick and besides the needle going through it was very gentle, with getting the ball on and cleaning it, He also listens to what and how you want it.The first guys says he doesn’t really do piercings just tatoos, his work is really good. Overall nice people, and very clean.

Got my belly button pierced here, very clean, quick process! I think the girl who did mine’s name was kiki. She was incredibly nice and answered all my questions in depth and made sure I wasn’t in the dark about anything.

Love these guys. Especially Billy Fingers. Between my daughters they have had a belly button pierced, nose pierced and cartilage piercings by him. He takes the time to reassure and calm them. He’s just the nicest guy. I definitely recommend this place!

Billy is the best piercer he is always willing to help me out weather its changing my jewelry or asking a question about my piercings. He is the only one person I trust to do my piercings and they are always done with quality and professionalism. If you need a piercing done I highly recommend him I have 8 piercings done all by him.

If I could rate this business a 0 stars I will I promise but this is what I have to say.A year ago my husband and I went to get tattoos I went to get some butterflies in my hand and I showed (Pedro) the picture of how I wanted it because that picture came in pieces and he did whatever he wanted to do my tattoo he was rough and heavy on some parts of my tattoo and I payed $200. Not Even 1 week I had my tattoo it started faiting away and now it looks horrible and embarrassing. My husband’s tattoo started faiting too. I’m sorry but if you want to get tattooed go somewhere else that’s actually professional and has experience in actually doing tattoos. Never again will come back. Don’t ever come here people.

I went to FE less than a year ago and Joe pierced my ears. The environment was clean and fresh and Joe was amazing! He was friendly and outgoing and had me laughing completely at ease-the piercings were quick and healed just fine! I even had one fall out and when I reached out to Joe he said to drop in whenever I could and he would handle it at no charge! This place is great and I highly recommend them :) thank you FE and thank you Joe!

Adrian did one of my piercings and he was amazing. I was wearing a band t-shirt and that’s what we talked about. I explained to him that I have a fear of needles and so he kept my mind off it the whole time.Billy did the other piercings I have and he was the same way! Had a fantastic experience at the Cottonwood location with Adrian Lujan! He pierced my 7 year old daughters ears and my nostril.While setting up he explained the step by step to my daughter making her comfortable in her experience. While he asked my opinion on placement. He really made sure the experience was hers to have and spoke to her as an individual.He let her choose when the needle went through her lobes and made sure she was in charge of the experience as a whole.When it came time to pierce me, he was quick and professional. (As I was familiar with the process being pierced before.) Very competent and thorough as well as efficient. He had the perfect placement on my nose to match the style I wanted and had me in and out. 10/10 experience with Adrian and I will definitely refer people to him for any future piercings.Additional Information: My prior piercings were at a piercing only studio in ABQ. I had okay experiences there but there is a feel of pretentiousness at that studio I personally do not like. Adrian at Factory Edge will be my go to person moving forward.

John Pricer is the BEST! I have a couple of his pieces now, and did not hesitate to bring my girlfriend to him for a cover up. John dazzled with his kind, gentle nature; his reasonable pricing; and his astonishing skills as an artist! John always listens to give you EXACTLY what you want, all the while lending his own artistic brilliance to the piece! He always gives his all to make his customers comfortable and pleased. This is why I HIGHLY recommend him!

Got my ears pierced by Adrian today. He was extremely professional, and made sure I was super happy with how straight and even the piercings were going to look before he grabbed the needle. It was a super clean and sanitary piercing booth and I would highly recommend anyone to go see Adrian for any piercing you’re wanting. I’m not planning on getting any other piercings but if that changes, I know exactly where I’m going!

Adrian is so kind and professional!! My experience with him is always very pleasant from start to finish! He is a humorous guy and is very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the procedures, and that immediately puts me at ease! Not to mention his room is always very clean! Got my industrial piercing done here by Joe who made me feel comfortable since it was my first time getting a more extreme body modification done. I then went in a second time for my daith piercing. Absolutely love it here!

100 percent the best decision I’ve made, I got my nose pierced today with billy and he was the absolute best!!!! If you want a piercing definitely go do it here with billy!!!! I had really bad anxiety and he talked with my mom and I so much that I was kind of distracted so when the piercing happened it was so fast and barely any pain!

Went to talk to the guy behind the counter about getting my friend his first piercings. We stood there for a good 15-20 minutes patiently waiting, while the guy was talking to what seemed to be a friend of his. During his talk with his friend, he did glance at us several times, very obvious we were waiting on him, never once did he acknowledge us. As soon as his friend left, he just walked straight to the back of his shop, completely dismissing us. Completely unprofessional, we’ll go somewhere else for tattoos and piercings.

My daughter got her vertical labret pierced by Billy and he was amazing. Super funny, super nice. Did it very well andvery quickly. I 100% recommend him.

Great shop! Was a little worried at first when I saw it was in a mall, but we gave it a chance seeing as it had a 4.8 rating. Super glad we did! Everyone was professional, nice, and the tattoos we got turned out super amazing! Jesse was my artist and she turned my boring idea into an incredible piece of art. Love it there! Went in to have a piece of jewelry re placed Billy and the staff were excellent the customer service was beyond excellent !! you really felt like they were listening to you and that you werent just a body . he didnt get that rushed feeling like lets get you in lets get you out goodbye . I also got some quotes on some tattoo work and most of it cover up work and was very surprised and happy that for once you could get a piece started and have it be reasonable . Had an appointment setup with Josh Resner. Seemed like a good guy, friendly and polite. We talked through the ideas for my tattoo and setup an appointment. Showed up for my scheduled appointment and he wasnt There! Was told that he wouldnt be in on that day at all. Did not receive a call, text or email saying that he would be late or needed to reschedule. This is highly unprofessional behavior especially with new clientele. The shop was clean and seemed professional but I wont be coming back.

I paid 85 bucks to get my daughters Ashley lip piercing and Billy gave us a cheap lip ring that kept coming apart and the 2ns night it fell out so we out something in it so we could go in next day to have him replace the lip ring I called and spoke to a female before going into store she said unfortunately the jewelry malfunctions and now she has to let her lip heal and I will have to pay another 85 dollars to get it repoetced even thow it was Billy the piercing mans fault he was on the phone and left us inleft my kid sitting in chair for a good 45 minutes so he was pre occupied with a phone calls from the city he said he had been waiting to talk to them for a long time and could not miss the opportunity to talk to them over phone which seemed like more of a personal matter that had nothing to do with his job. And I think the stress of that caused him to mess up my daughters peircing I feel he should re Pierce it for no cost and put a different piece of lip ring on the second time

I got my nose pierced at the factory edge in Coronado by riah I believe and he did a great job it’s healed up very nice. He was extremely friendly and let my fiancée record. 😁👍🫂 I posted it on TikTok. Lol 😂

I got my septum pierced here. My piercer was Billi. He did an amazing job and they even offer to change my jewelry for free when ready.

I got my septum pierced here a few months ago and I lost one of the balls. I called and told them what happened and they said come on in and we will replace it for free. So kind most places won’t do that!

I got my first piercing by Adrian. He did such a great job with my septum piercing. So I decided to go back and get my philtrum pierced by him. It was very crooked. He said it might be the swelling. Once the swelling went down you could tell it was very crooked. He said to take it out and let it heal for a week and go back to repierce it. I went back he repierced it but put a shorter bar. I told him it was too tight. He assured me it would be fine. Once it started getting swollen the jewelry kept getting embedded in my lip and I had to keep pushing it back through. Well I had to make another trip so he could change out the jewelry. Once the swelling went down, it was obvious it was crooked again almost the exact same way.

Rex Cole came highly recommended by several people, including my wifes surgeon.Extremely compassionate, competitive, and professional, with an amazing artists eye for detail, and the matching steadiness of hand you want in a tattoo artist to bring the dream to reality.Have several more pieces I am envisioning, and Rex will be the only artist allowed to bring them to fruition.

I was a little hesitant when I saw that this place was in the mall, but the reviews were comforting. I got my daith piercing here, and it was a great experience. It takes me a while longer to heal because of some health issues, but now that everything is healed, my migraines have greatly improved. I will definitely go back for future piercings.

Although I didnt have my parents present and wasnt quite old enough to get inked on my own yet, I can honestly say I loved the merchandise they were selling. I didnt have very much spending money, So I pretty much just got a t-shirt and a lanyard, But I find myself wearing that shirt as often as I can clean it, and I havent changed lanyards for my car keys since. The cashier was extremely friendly and made sure I felt welcome in the shop. I cant wait to go up and get more merchandise and maybe a few tats to add to the start of my sleeve!

Went in for a late birthday present to myself. Billy.is.the.Goat. As i have gorrwn older,i have realized u like fast but efficient service. He did just that. I think the whole process maybe took a maximun of 20 mins. I especially liked how he took his time but maybe very comfortable as he did it. That is the most important part. Ive been wanting tonget a tattoo and he hooked me up with artist there as well. So for sure if you are looking for anything go to this place and ask for billy. :)

They are always nice and talkative and down to earth! They love to help bring your ideas to life and make sure you smile! I came a year ago to redo a tattoo and add to it, burns helped me. Also came back to repierce my industrial and didnt need to and they didnt charge me anything except the new bar for my ear.

The go to place to find metal melisha attire. We go to this location a lot. The staff are pretty helpful and the tattoo parlar inside is pretty cool to see. Wish they would change out their clothing more often. See a lot of the same products every time we go. So variety is a small problem. Over all though, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Went in here looking for the next size up in gauges for my husbands ears. When the girl pulled them out, she said they were the right size. We asked how much they cost, and she said $9.99. That sounded like about the right price we would be paying anywhere else, so we told her we would take them. When she rang up our purchase, we realized she meant they were $9.99 EACH gauge. Since we had already had her pull them from the case, we decided we didnt want to waste her time and would buy them anyway. We completed our purchase and walked to a nearby bench. My husband pulled the gauges out to swap out the old ones with the bigger ones we had just bought. Turned out, they werent the next size up. They were the same size. We went back and told them, and told them they werent the size we needed and must have been placed in the wrong cubby but they said it was their policy, which is understandable, not to return or exchange body jewelry. However, since it was the fault of an employee, I figured theyd figure out some way to fix it. That didnt happen. We were just out the $19.98+ tax that we paid for them. Very disappointed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The so called peircer is so rude and arrogant its disgusting. He just kept staring and being rude . Never will i go again and dont recommend maybe if the peircer is a different person idk but they embarrased me and didnt take the time so im never going back and i had a parent guardian there and they still wouldnt take the time of day wish the district manager was there maybe they would have handled things better and they were all super close to us like covid is going on do they not no. They mask were also down ew i never never never recomened

I like factory edge for its clothing i did get a tattoo here also but Im not sure if its this location or the other , the tattoo artist did clean and amazing work on my tattoo. I shop for sullen clothing shirts and you have to come at a certain time to catch new stock and different styles but overall great store.

Definitely a nice place for a quick piercing, but the piercer Adrian seemed nervous. The location made me question the cleanliness compared to other shops.

I understand a piercer being booked up however the lady at the front desk was very rude. They never answer their phone so it’s impossible to book an appointment if it’s not in person. Literally never going back just because of that. I’m sure the piercer is wonderful though!

Just went in to get some basic lobe piercings. Quick, easy, no blood, very little pain and the whole place was clean. ~$50 but its worth not getting an infection.

Unprofessional. We asked to set up appointment twice and they never did he told us he will be there all day tomorrow and we arrived he wasn’t there. The fact we tried to set up appointment twice and they never asked us for a time and just said okay.
