Lester, theyre, helped me out quite a bit. I was looking for some plugs or tunnels that were close to flesh colored or at least a little more professional than what I had, because I had a job interview coming up. Lester help me so much and I really appreciate the service.

I bought a 4g septum here a few months ago, I was already at a 4g and didn’t want to go bigger but the jewelry i was sold definitely gauged me up a size. I went back to get a taper as i was ready to gauge up and was told that what i had in was a 6g (they measured me) I was shocked but they said that they were sure so i bought 4 g tapers. The 4g tapers ended up falling through my nose (meaning i was definitely already bigger than 4g). So now i’ve been sold the wrong jewelry twice and have no clue what size i actually am. When i went back to see if anything could be done I was told too bad. You guys need to train your employees, a mm to gauge conversion chart is genuinely the easiest thing to read but no one seems to understand.

I stopped in at the Coronado Mall location for some assistance in updating my nose rings and the rings in the cartilage at the tops of my ears. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me identify the proper sizes of both what I was wearing as well as what I was after. They even UV sterilized my jewelry before they send it home with me! Excellent experience from start to finish.

Oh my word!! This place is fantastic and Diana and Jonah are the best!! Im a 52 year old mother of 4. I went in for my third piercing, (mind you, my first was when I was 16 and second in my 20s) These two were absolutely amazing. They encouraged and supported me, kept my mind off what was going on. Diana also pierced my three daughters ears as well. Diana and Jonah work as an awesome team. They consult each other to make sure the ear markings are as perfect as possible. They are funny and so respectful to each other and to their immediate clients and possible future customers. They are so patient and wonderful. Thank you, to you both again! Rapture always comes thru in the clutch, Diana was great help. When I got there she was attending two different customers handling them efficiently however she still took all the time necessary to help us as we were deciding what to get.

I love getting my jewelry here. I was helped by Diana Mae who was super nice! Staff is also friendly and helpful and the jewelry is decently priced and I never had bad reactions.

Nick is so nice and informative 🙂 he really took his time to help me find what I was looking for and show my mom options for her ear piercings. And most of the other shops in Coronado dont really do that so I really do appreciate him.
