Love love this place!!!❤️Jen is very experienced and her knowledge goes beyond any other Skin Therapy Specialist/Laser Technician I have met!Her staff is amazing; Olivia the Astetetitian/Laser tech is awsome as well. Plan well in advance, this is a busy office.

Jen and her team are always spot on, and the environment they have created feels safe. Jen will talk to you like how it is, she’s not going to try to sell sell sell to you, if she doesn’t think it’s right for you she’ll tell you, or if she thinks something else will work better for you she’ll tell you. The other doctors just will do the treatment to just do it. Everything is so affordable, I just got a acne treatment done, and other places charge 1,000s for packages, Kind Skin will work with you and literally low at $40 for a treatment.. Kind has so many options I’ve gotten facials, different acne treatments, and laser treatments. I highly recommend Kind Skin. 💞

FIRSTLYKIND’S aesthetic ? absolutely superb and astonishing *chefs kiss*. i’m really not even exaggerating, walking in. i fell in love , it’s so eccentric and vibrant and the energy is phenomenal. very professional Olivia and Jen . Jen overall is very kind and loves to work with people and give people an experience for sure and will work with you . I’m really happy i came across Kind and can’t wait to start my tattoo removal journey . My experience with Jen at Kind has been nothing short of incredible, shes a true expert at her craft! Ive had many skin treatments over the years and nothing comes close to the results Ive been able to achieve since beginning services at Kind. But perhaps more importantly, this place is a oasis of positivity and inclusivity in what can otherwise be a very toxic industry. I have been going to Jen for over 10 years and all I can say is what a beautiful human!She is the best: fabulous, professional, fun and knows her stuff! She has a special laser Ive never seen anywhere else that is more effective than others Ive tried AND not painful. Whew! Thats why shes called the Laser Beam Queen!Before I met her I spent money at other places and their lasers didnt work. I moved away and same thing. I would say one treatment with her is worth 4-6 treatments at another place. Ive learned my lesson.Thats why whenever Im in town I make sure to book all my appointments with her. I absolutely love this place!! If I could give a million stars I would. Jen is the queen of all things skin, laser, beauty, health, and so much more. Her personality makes you feel so safe and hopeful for your skin journey. She is very honest about procedures and what will help with any skin issue. She creates a customized plan for you and makes you feel like your best self. I have been going since January of 2022 and I have noticed a dramatic difference in redness, pore size, blackheads, and breakouts which we’re all the reasons I came to her in the first place. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin and feel like I can go out without makeup and not look crazy. She offers a wide range of amazing products from local small businesses. Every time I go I leave with a new product and am replenishing the things I ran out of because they’re just that good! Her prices are great and she makes sure that everyone can afford skincare. She always is running specials and deals on different types of treatments. If you’re thinking of finding a new/trying a skincare place, run don’t walk to kind beauty and wellness.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Kind and its owner, Jen. She is so incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, and you see it in every detail, from the snack bar she has set up for guests (which included gluten free snacks- yay!), to the consideration she puts into the artisanal products she sells in her store.I have also had an amazing experience getting laser services from her. I am pretty squeamish, and pain sensitive, and Jen has used a trauma-informed approach where she gains consent for every step of the service, and gives me lots of information about the process and what she’s doing. I have never felt so well taken care of in a medical-adjacent setting, and the results I’ve seen are incredible.I also really love her politics and her commitment to serving her community. I regularly recommend her services to the clients I serve as a therapist, because I know that they will be treated gently and kindly and will have a good experience working with her.

I have always been a huge fan of spas but this one is hands down the best one I have ever been to. Not only is Jen the sweetest, most compassionate person you will ever meet in your life but she is also insanely good at everything she does and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things skin. I am so happy to have found this place, I literally drive 3 and a half hours from Dayton, Ohio to get my laser hair removal done with Jen and it is so worth it. If you’ve never had laser hair removal done it may seem intimidating but with Jen you will be so comfortable, it’ll be like hanging out with a new best friend! The selection of products sold at this salon are also top quality. Jen sells nothing but the best and only promotes things that she herself would or does use. She loves to support local business and always has new fun stuff in. I literally could not recommend this spa more. I can’t wait to try out next products and other services that she offers!

I cant say enough about how great my experience with Jen was for laser hair removal. Her prices are affordable, the center is clean and completely welcoming, and she is so easy and fun to work with.As a plus sized mom I was self conscious, but she is so approachable and loving that my appointments were awesome. Id give her 10 stars, but google limit us to just 5.

Great laser, chemical peels, products, and client care. They have experience with melanated skin as well and have stuff for every age group. I like the results of everything I have tried there so far, the procell skin one seems pretty cool for resurfacing so I’m excited to continue seeing results as I finish my package

I’ve been wanting laser for years but had to wait for tech to advance so the price would come down. And I struggled with the idea that it would uphold stupid beauty standards. Jen offering layaway and payment plans put it financially in reach, and she helped me see that we can love and honor our bodies by being more comfortable in them, even if doing so just happens to coincide with other people’s idea of beauty. She makes it so clear that there’s wrong way to have a body, and all bodies are beautiful however we choose to express ourselves with them. I love the complimentary snack and beverage center, the free period products, and the local art. I especially love the dedication to selling local, queer, and Black-owned products. Kind is a gift to our community and I could not be happier to support it!

The laser was not nearly as painful as I was afraid of, and it was a quick process. The staff there is very welcoming and professional. I have scheduled more services and cannot wait to go back. Ive never been to a more woman centered business in my life (both cis and transgender).Her services are second to none! Most of the products that she sells are from LGBTQ+ , women and minority owned and operated businesses.Her office is warm and inviting, exactly like Jennifer herself is!

Can we just talk about the vibes in this space?! Kind has the most inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Jen did a laser hair removal treatment on me. Pain was minimal to none and all redness was gone within a couple hours of my appointment. I’m already seeing results and can not say enough positive things. I will be returning as soon as possible!

I’ve been looking for a place to get laser hair treatment for a while and have talked to some other franchise type places. I found this place to be more affordable and fun with good attention to detail. Looking forward to future treatments. Side note- I may chime in with my opinion on the results of my progress in the next few days as every place seems to have some sort of different laser.

I go to Kind for the Migun massage bed. Its inspired by acupressure, chiropractic, massage, and far infrared heat. You lay on the massage bed, fully clothed, and pop in your earbuds and feel its jade rollers underneath you from head to heels. Thirty minutes of happy time. So glad I found this!
