One of the best parlors Ive been to. Cool atmosphere, great music, very clean and professional. Ashton Prince did my piece and was an excellent artist, very easy to work with during designing the piece, very accommodating for style changes and placement changes. Highly recommend this artist and parlor - especially for people with fewer or no tattoos because of how smooth the experience was.

I had a great experience with Meatloaf. My boyfriend was getting his nose pierced by him, and he still took the time to check out my healing nose piercings I got a week before. After determining the jewelry I had in was too short for my healing process, he squeezed me in and changed them out for me right then. He was so informative and helpful, I will be going back to him for any of my piercing needs. Highly recommend Meatloaf!

I love, Love, LOVE this shop 😍. Its clean, has great decor, a laid back accepting atmosphere, and fabulous artists and staff. It is my new favorite shop, and Katrina Genge, my all time favorite artist. I went in for a sleeve and so far it is better than I had even imagined it could be. Katrina is personable and immensely to talented. She free drew the tat, which is a forest of trees onto my arm and did the tattoo from there. The detail is incredible! The inside is pretty much done now. The outside needs a bit more work and the sky needs to be added. I will post pics as it is finished and healed.

So disappointed with my piece. I sent reference Pictures to artist Tommy, and met with him. He was having family problems, which is understandable, but when I showed up to my appointment he hadn’t even seen the email where I sent my reference pictures and didn’t know what I was there for. He sketched it out fine and put the stencil on and it looked great. When we were finished I was so so upset. It was over shaded, super dark, and you could barely tell what it was supposed to be. It was so so different than the stencil, I was horrified. I had multiple panic attacks the following week. I contacted the store owner, Dana, to let her know that my art was so completely different than my reference photos (I’ll attach them) and she was helpful at first but basically told me to wait it out. I ended up having to ask for my money back, and will now be scheduling a removal appointment because this piece is the complete opposite of what I was looking for. Really anything would have been better. The pictures at the end are mine. I recommend anyone looking for a tattoo go to name brand tattoo in Ann Arbor instead.

I cant praise Lucky Monkey/Ritual Tattoo Parlor enough! Josh Figueroas exceptional talent shines through in the amazing work he has done on my tattoos. The parlor itself is impeccably clean, sanitary, and boasts an aesthetically pleasing design. I look forward to making this my go-to place for all future tattoos. A solid 10/10 experience!

Ive been wanting a Chester Bennington tattoo since the singer passed away. The tattoo artist I have been seeing left his shop. My friend recommended Lucky Monkey. I emailed & the owner recommended Brandon to do my tattoo & Im glad she did. After several emails & several designs Brandon came up with the perfect tattoo. He did an amazing job & I get lots of compliments on it. I would recommend Brandon for anyone looking for a well designed tattoo.

When you first walk in there’s a sanitizer job station with hand sanitizer and masks. This is a great sign! I loved to see a shop like this value cleanliness and public safety! The employees are super relaxed and very nice. Comfortable seating for waiting and fast process to get waiver info out of the way. Would definitely recommend this place, shoutout to Casey for doing mine. Very thoughtful and calming through the process. Clean everywhere and felt very comfortable as a woman.

I got my first tattoo here about 2 weeks ago. My artist was Nate and he was great! He was very gentle and the tattoo turned out awesome. The shop was very clean and everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend Nate.

I had an amazing tattoo with Ashton Prince!!! They are so gentle and really talented, especially their watercolor and sticker tattoos! They took my drawing and made the coloration just pop and look incredible. ❤️ 10000% recommend

5 Stars 🌟!!! Katrina is easy to talk to and work with. Very light-handed. She reached my expectation with what I asked for in terms of the design. Will schedule her again for my next tattoos! She started outlining it with a pen first and ask for my approval before start doing the actual tattoo just to make sure it goes with my design. The way she asked me if I am still doing okay during the process is a plus points. Katrina is very friendly, she doesn’t bite lol 😂Highly recommend!

The owner Dana is amazing and so kind! She got me a last minute appointment really fast and her email responses are very fast. Casey is precise and quick with no errors. Great artist and knows what hes talking about on tattoo aftercare. Will be coming back for more.

Meatloaf was incredible for a big wimp like myself, I barely felt my nostril piercing, he was very communicative, attentive, and explained after care clearly.

Amazing work, good price and super fast. They didnt let us sit with our friend who was being tattooed because of the small rooms. So that kinda took away from the experience, not as fun going as a group.

My first tattoo-I was definitely nervous. From my initial email contact with the artist, to calling to set up an appointment, to walking into and being greeted by reception-it was a wonderful experience. I had a great piercing experience with Meatloaf today. I felt comfortable the entire time and he explained the tools and how it would work. We were chatting and then all of sudden it was over. He also answered some extra questions I had and educated me more about pericings, jewelry, and healing. I’ve had multiple tattoos done before at a different shop and I can say after coming to lucky monkey with Mandy I won’t be going anywhere else! She was super nice and calm and was very understanding when I told her I have severe anxiety so I might need to move more often than normal and she was super nice about it. She made me so comfortable though I had zero anxiety throughout the entirety of the appointment!I love my piece so much.Shop was so clean and the atmosphere is so cool you can tell they put in a lot of effort into their business. Ive gotten 3 tattoos done here by Tommy Anthony, and I get compliments on them ALL the time! All 3 have been fairly quick and simple pieces, but he has treated them and me with the same care as if I was getting a much larger/complicated one. He was patient with me while I decided on sizing and placement, letting me see different options, and his line work is perfect. Will always come here for future tattoos & recommend to others! Customer service is key for long term buisness and they now have mine. Go in and talk to the staff yourself. They want you to get the best tattoo possible, and it shows in how they talk to you, not just what they say.

Dana Forrester (owner) and her husband are the kindest most generous people ever. I had a very rough experience with a new male artist and she refunded me completely and terminated him immediately. Literally within 20 minutes of me coming out about what happened. Her and her husband took the liberty of funding the coverup in its entirety. I feel so incredibly heard and taken care of. Hannah Blackburn(the artist doing my back-piece) is an insanely talented and skillful artist, I could not be happier with how its turning out. Her creativity is unmatched. This place rocks! Im very selective on where I go for tattoos because Ive had some bad experiences but this place is very clean and Covid cautious. I got two tattoos done by Casey and he was amazing. Super nice and professional and I love his work. He was also very accommodating to my friends who had last minute tattoo changes. This is the first time Ive gone here but Id let any of the people tattoo me. If youre looking for a place in the area to go my friends and I agreed this is our new tattoo spot!

I am new to the area, and was so excited to get a new tattoo at a local shop. I made an appointment and put down my deposit, but the shops management mishandled my time and trust more than once. I requested a refund on my deposit several weeks ago and am still waiting.

I’ve been to Lucky Monkey a few times for my tattoos. The front desk staff were always great, the other artists are always friendly while you’re getting inked, and Carrie is my all-time favorite artist. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to while she’s working, and remembered details I told her between my two appointments (that were over a year apart). The only thing better than her personality is her work (and that’s really a credit to both). I have always been thrilled with her tattoos. There’s a reason she’s become such a star in the local (and apparently international) tattoo scene.

Headed to Lucky Monkey for my first tattoo by Corey. He did an awesome job.The customer service is amazing. They respond to emails within 24 hours but usually the same day. They are helpful and kind. I chatted with one of the owners while I waited for my appt time. She helped put me at ease and helped make the experience awesome. I watched as Corey cleaned everything he would be using. The process was thorough and the parlor was spotless. Corey chatted with me the entire time and helped me relax, being my first tattoo I was nervous. The entire experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Lucky Monkey to anyone!

My sister and I both came here to get matching tattoos from Hannah, and it was also my first experience getting a tattoo. Hannah did such an amazing job and was incredibly professional yet personable. She was very friendly and actively showed interest in conversing with my sister and I, making our long back-to-back session seem like no time at all. The whole shop was very clean and all of the staff were very nice, but I definitely felt like Hannah went above and beyond to give an insanely memorable experience. Ive been getting tattoos from Lucky Monkey for a few years now and have always had a positive experience there. Casey has done a few tattoos for me and he has been great to work with. He has really great ideas and wants to make your tattooing experience the best it can be. Hes friendly, has killer flash and all the tattoos hes done for me have healed really nicely and look great. He replies quickly to messages and does exceptional work!Ive also worked with Tony and Carrie and they are both top notch people and tattoo artists. Got my first tattoo, and it was AMAZING, I got a half sleeve with Andrew. It turned out great, it took six to seven hours. I am returning to finish it up, and I am returning to do more than just the sleeve with him.

We had amazing experience here! We were a walk in on 3/31 and our appointment was originally at 4. I locked my keys in my car so we went back in and Carrie saved my butt! Tony got us in at 2 while we were waiting for Triple A so it worked out perfect. They were all so so nice and Tony did an outstanding job on our tattoos. VERY VERY happy with my experience! I had a great experience at Lucky Monkey! The first tattoos I got at a different studio, and I did not have a very good experience, so I was a little nervous going back in. The staff at Lucky Monkey was super kind, the studio was clean, and my artist Casey did a fantastic job. His design was better than I was even imagining, he made me feel super comfortable and was a great conversationalist (and lowkey fine af!!!!). If I wasnt moving away, Id definitely be coming back. Great experience all around. I had the idea to get a gift certificate for my dad for his Christmas Eve birthday so we could get a couple of tattoos together. I stopped by the shop on December 23 and it had already closed for the holidays. I emailed to see if I could purchase one online and Dana, the owner, emailed me back right away. She kindly went out of her way to meet me at her other shop on Christmas Eve so I could purchase the gift certificate.After Christmas, I was ready to make the appointment for my dad & I, Dana was super responsive & helpful and scheduled us with Casey ORyan. The appointment was today.We were happy that they were taking covid seriously and requiring masks. Casey was great - meticulous in drawing up what we wanted and making sure it was perfect. He was kind, professional and clearly skilled. He could have rushed through but he really took the time to carefully set everything up, make sure he understood what we wanted, and apply the tattoos perfectly.We are both super happy with the experience & highly recommend the shop and Casey!

I have been a customer since this store opened and have spent more than 200 hours in the chair. The owner and artists here are both very accommodating and professional. My kids are now old enough to get tattoos and I would not hesitate to recommend Lucky Monkey as the place for their tattoos. Lucky Monkey has also tattooed my family members from England and my current employees. Still not heard a single bad thing about this shop. Getting a tattoo is a very personal experience and will mark you for life so if you want a tattoo that you can take pride in go to Lucky Monkey.

I was nervous going in and working with a new artist while picking a design I wasnt sure someone could really convey. I went in for my consult first and foremost and was impressed with the parlor and the artist Carrie. After I went in for my tattoo and saw what design she had drawn for me I was wowed. It was what I had envisioned and looked absolutely beautiful. It was probably my best tattoo experience to date and if you choose this as your parlor definitely see Carrie. She does beautiful work, and the other artists in the parlor were calm and welcoming.

Nice little shop, and pretty clean, just was a little hard to find, but Andrew went above and beyond when doing my half sleeve. Was communicating for my initial appointment that happened during a snow storm, and the follow up that he may run a smidge late. Made me comfortable most definitely.

Had scheduling issues with Katrina Genge, who canceled our initial appointment and was very unresponsive with following up on multiple occasions. The shop itself is fine as this was responded to quick and well, but I think itd be good to ensure that future clients will receive better and actual responses from Katrina.

The Lucky Monkey is great - very clean, great artists, good location, reasonable prices. I go to Mandy and she is amazing. Shes done all of my tattoos so far and I know I will keep going back to her because she does great work and shes a very friendly person, which is a big deal when youre going to be sitting under a needle for five hours. Shes very creative and always listens to what you want but honestly I prefer to give her the idea of what I want and let her put her spin on it. Shes also very professional - when I had to reschedule an appointment last minute because of an emergency, she was completely understanding. That meant a lot to me.Everywhere I go, people comment on my tattoos and ask me where I got them. I always tell them The Lucky Monkey, and talk to Mandy :)

I love this place but most of all I love Carrie! She is a wonderful artist and an amazing person! I have know her for a year and a half now and she always did amazing art on my skin (we are working on a sleeve), she has a fascinating perspective on art and an outstanding techinque. She also is open to discuss any crazy idea you have for a tattoo, and never turns down a challenge. If you like illustration style tattoos and you are looking for a great artist, search no more!

Casey was very much so rude he made me and my friend feel like we weren’t welcome in the establishment. He didn’t even introduce his self I went in for my first tattoo and ended up walking out and not getting it because I was told me and my friend whose 17 would be able to get tattoos as long as she had identification and a legal guardian I called this location 4 times and they said they could tattoo her without a doubt. my grandpa passed away and I came in on his birthday today was supposed to be a happy day for me and it was ruined if your a person of color I would not recommend going to him

I just got a beautiful original piece from Patrick Haller. He was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He has a very light hand and a wonderfully warming personality. I immediately felt at ease in his presence. He is a true master of his craft. Clean, hygienic, and precise. My appointment was at Ritual and I loved the space. It is beautiful, clean, and provides more privacy that most shops I’ve patronized. I do not think this will be my only Haller piece.

My daughter and friend wanted to get a tattoo. Her friend was underage which was fine, but My daughter wasnt treated well at all it was going to be her first time getting a tattoo and Casey totally ruined the experience for her. He never made her feel comfortable didnt introduce his self and started talking about the his next client?. Hospitality is everything. My daughter wrote a review and the owner never even tried to find out her side instead of trying to find out she talks about my daughters friend why.. what about what happen and how to fix it instead of trying to tell her rules or policies that she aware of... terrible place for first timers. The guy at the front desk was awesome though he apologized for the owner and casey, but he shouldnt have had too...

I went in for my first tattoo with Casey. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and did an amazing job with my tattoo. He did so well with my tattoo and I loved it so much that I cried when I looked at it again in my car. I would definitely recommend going here and will be booking another tattoo in the future.

I decided today to get a tattoo that Ive been mulling over for about a year now, and my daughter suggested we head over to Lucky Monkey, a parlor where a tattoo artist who now works in Marquette used to be employed.When we went in, we were greeted very pleasantly by Olivia at the front desk. She inquired as to our visit, and we told her we were looking to do a walk-in tattoo for each of us. She asked us to take a seat and informed us that the lone artist on hand at the time was busy with another customer, but it was a small tattoo and he would be out shortly.It didnt take long until we met Casey ORyan. He looked over our proposed tattoos, discussed the size and the location we wanted, and then gave us a quick quote. We agreed, so he went back to prep his work area, taking the time to clean everything very thoroughly and meticulously.My daughter went first. She was getting a phrase put on her forearm. When she came out about 20 minutes later, she showed me the work and I was very impressed with how crisp the linework was, even though she had wanted a fairly delicate font. It was very well done, and looked as crisp as the printed version we brought in for the example.Casey once again cleaned everything up well and invited me back. He set up the table so I would be comfortable as I was getting a tattoo on my chest. He talked me through it all even though it wasnt my first ink, and made sure I was comfortable with the size and then the location. Once approved, he got me positioned comfortably and went to work.Casey remained interactive throughout, talking to me and to Olivia as he worked. His hand was steady, as was the pressure with the needle and machine, and he worked with focus and didnt try to rush the process.When he was done, I was very happy with the end result, and he gave me aftercare instructions and even gave me a great recommendation for a place to grab a bite to eat.I have had a few tattoos in my life, and Casey ranks right up there with my favorite artists. Very cool cat with very steady hands and an eye for details. Worth every penny for sure.

Meatloaf is AMAZING. He did a really great job and took so much time explaining how to take care of my new piercing and what to expect during the healing process. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Had a great piercing appointment with Meatloaf the Piercer! He works out of Lucky Monkeys secondary shop, Ritual, located a few doors down. He schedules his own appointments, not Lucky Monkey, through his email address and website.While there, he repierced my original earings on my ears, removing the old holes and scartissue made by a piercing gun. Then he repierced my nose. Its been a week and they are healing nicely. I felt minimal pain when the holes were pierced and so far I have felt minimal pain while they have been healing. Certainly far less pain than when I had them done with an ear piercing gun 30 years ago. I also really like the jewelry he uses. Very comfortable and beautiful pieces.I plan on making another appointment with Meatloaf to fix or pierce a couple more places on me. He is super friendly and great to talk to. His knowledge of his work is backed by his experience and credentials! I highly recommend him and his work!!

Ive had 2 tattoos done here (by Tony in 2019 and Carrie 2021) and theyre great! Clean, professional, BEAUTIFUL work by both of them, and it felt like a really queer friendly space. I recommend this shop to my friends.

This place is incredible. Extremely clean environment while still being a comfortable place to spend time in. I had my sleeve done by Carrie Metz-Caprusso and she was amazing through the entire process of designing, tattooing, and following up. I walked away completely thrilled with the final product and overall experience. The other artists were supportive as I was being tattooed, and I didnt encounter any staff member who was pretentious or judgmental.

I was very pleased with my experience at Lucky Monkey. I consider Brian Massey to not only be a highly talented artist, but also gentle and attentive. I sent my 18-year-old daughter there for her first tattoo. Just a small scroll tattoo, but exactly what she wanted and didnt even scab! The entire process was flawless. She brought in a rough drawing of what she wanted; which the artist (Brian) elaborated on and drew it up into a work of art. When she returned for her ink session, it was provided relatively painlessly. She was then given exact instructions on how to care for her fresh ink and thoroughly treated with respect. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

I always wanted to get a tattoo, I waited years and years to get one, and all my friends come to Lucky Monkey to get one. I saw told to book Mandy on my first visit because she was the expert on this so I did. She was really nice when I met her, and was nice when we started the inking process. She however was not very nice when I started to cry and told me that it wasnt fair to the other people around. I realize people get this done day in and day out, but it is painful and it does take a while to get used to the pain. I gave the shop a five star because the work was beautiful, the shop is clean, and everyone else was very professional. All and all I would go back here but I would probably see someone who is a tad more sympathetic.

Frank 4-12-13I heard so many good things about Lucky Monkey tattoo. So I went in there after having some very bad experiences at a few of the other shops in the metro area. I was greeted by when I walked in by a guy named Casey. He asked me a few questions of what I was looking to get done. Told him what I wanted than he pointed me towards Brian and Amandas portfolio. I was looking for something from a horror movie. Amanda was the artist there to take care of me. She took the time and talked to me. Discussing what I wanted. She took the info and my info. Booked my appt. Came back to get the work. I was excited to see what she drew up. It was way over what I expected. And it was a perfect size. She was very nice when she started to tattoo me. It took a few hrs. than she explained how to take care of it. I cannot wait to show everyone after its healed. Thank you Lucky Monkey and Amanda. I will be back again for more work

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cool, but I feel that I was overcharged. I got the Harry Potter stars (the stars located on the corner of the book pages) on my collarbone, hardly bigger than my thumbprint, and I had the outline of a star touched up on my hand. To complete both took less than 10 minutes to complete and everything turned out well, but I was charged $100. I was not made aware if there was a minimum charge for tattoos, but I may have rethought my strategy if I knew I would be charged so much for not even 10 minutes worth of work. I do not feel that my tiny stars should cost me so much.

Nasty monkey, I made a appointment with Dana Forrester to get a tattoo from Casey O’Ryan, when I arrived (from out of town) I was told that they were to busy to honor my appointment. This was a event that had been planned for a while and I was very disappointed. They offered me to make a new appointment, that will Not be happening.

This place is great. Ive only had work done with Brian. He did a cover up on my entire back and was great the whole time super smooth and easy going as well as the tattoo. Didnt realize I was getting it done he did an amazing job. I had to book him a few weeks out but hey YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR QUALITY, which I dont mind at all. I recommend anybody to go here.

If you like collecting american traditional tattoos this is a parlour you should definitely add to your lists of places to visit. They use more variety of colors than most other traditional oriented shops. Which could be hit or miss depending on your preferences. Even their apprentice is on top of his game for being so new to tattooing, he did this skull on my inner thigh a week or so ago. Next time I visit the shop, Im going to pick out some of the sweet flash on the walls.

I’m can elaborate to give you an idea of the terrible experience I had here. I wanted a small henna-style starfish tattoo, and it was completely lines. It healed and the lines were blotchy. I ended up going back and having it touched up, but the artist was almost an hour late. His excuse was “I’m sorry I was asleep in my car.” I should’ve walked away but I needed the touch up. When that healed, it was 2 different colors in the lines and still looked blotchy. I ended up going to Authentic Art and had it redone 2 more times. This is my first and only tattoo that ended up being tattooed 4 times which was extremely painful and leaving me with a raised/scar tattoo that has texture and I’ve probably spent over $1000 total between all 4 times. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience and left me with a blotchy scarred tattoo that I had to go somewhere else to have done properly.

I had a fantastic experience here. All the artists are nice and they follow through on making sure you take care of your new tattoo. Highly recommended.

Lucky Monkey is a clean welcoming shop, also home to the incredible Carri Metz Caporusso. In 2018 I lost my 14 year old English Bulldog Lulu, and I knew I wanted to commemorate her life with a tattoo. Carries talent, expertise, and attention to detail left me with a beautiful portrait and floral work that I get compliments on daily. Her illustrative style, clean crisp lines, and creativity are exceptional, cant wait to add more of her art to me!

I went into Lucky Monkey Tattoo on my birthday and was very disappointed with my experience. I had called in advance to try and book a time slot but they said they only make appointments via walk-in consultations. Which is fair, they dont want people wasting their time. But, when I arrived, I felt completely judged. I was dressed up from work and felt as though the staff didnt take me seriously. They listened to what I had to say in regards to what I wanted, but then told me they were booked for the night. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I got tattooed by Carrie a little over a year ago and her tattoo is still the best and so fresh, and my personal favorite. She’s so sweet and personable, and really knows how to make you comfortable and feel at home. Go see her!

It had been about 20 years since I had last gotten a tattoo, Lucky Monkey could not have been a better place to have the work done. As a single dad, I had some schedule challenges, they worked me and help me get a time that worked (I even had to reschedule). Mandy was FANTASTIC as an artist and I could not be happier with my work. My previous tattoo became red, swollen and scabbed after it was done, so thats what I went in expecting. I was shocked to have none of this happen with my new tat. I can only attributive this to the skill of artists involved.I would 100% go back and have already suggested Lucky Monkey to a few other people as well.Plus, as an added bouns, you just may run into a Detroit rock icon while getting inked, pretty cool!

Went to lucky monkey as a tattoo virgin, left with an amazing work of art on my shoulder! Tattoo artist Johnny did an excellent job, and I am very pleased with his work. When the work was finished, I was given written instructions on how to care for it to keep it looking nice. I recommend Lucky Monkey to anyone.

I got a tattoo here and its been about three years. I wanted a a Polynesian design turtle with a hibiscus flower in the middle and I also wanted the word fearless. I wanted them on the same foot but I ended up having to get one on each foot due to size and detail. My artist was Johnny Wheatstraw. I dont think hes there anymore... bummer. Lucky Monkey is a great place and I highly recommend it!

As someone with a back and forearm full of tattoos, Im pretty familiar with the process. I walked in at 8:30 pm on a Friday night (they close at 10 pm), and NO ONE, literally not one other person, was in the shop. I was looking for a solid black line tattoo, 0.5x6 inches, on my chest. They informed me that they wouldnt be able to grant me an appointment until Monday?! They condensedingly told me that its more complicated than you think. Im not a tattoo expert, but I do know that a single, solid line tattoo takes less than a hour and a half, especially when the shop is empty. Ill be in Ann Arbor for many years to come, but I will NEVER return to Lucky Monkey.

I love this Tattoo Parlour, its the only place I go for my Ink. The people are definitely one of a kind, and their Old School style is exactaly what I love. Dont get me wrong, they can do New School ink, But I want to stay as traditional as I can. I have gotten 10 tattoos there, and soon to get more. Remember, a $100,000 painting can hang in your house for a few people to see, or you can have great art on your skin for everyone to see at a fraction of that cost. Lucky Monkey is my choice every time!!!

Went to this place to get my first tattoo. Went back a year later to get my second tattoo of a paw print. The artist rudely said he couldnt do it because it was too much detail in too small of a design (it is 4 inches tall)... so I went to Authentic Art and they did it without a problem.

I would highly recommend Lucky Monkey! I got my first tattoo done there and the guy that did mine was super friendly, made sure I was calm and comfortable the whole time, and did an amazing job of giving me exactly the design I had in mind.

Seriously - if im going to have someone mark my body for life they should be at least courteous.The guy i spoke with never introduced himself. Asked for a deposit (what is he - a dentist?) for a next day appointment, and refused to refund the money when i called to cancel 1.5 hrs ahead (and they say they take in walk-ins).When i objected to his overall manner, he started shouting - what ever happened to the the customers always rightIn short avoid Tuesdays and Wednesdays, since i dont know his name, but those are the days he works.

I walked in and they were amazingly professional and sanitary. They were kind and patient and REALLY affordable. I got quality art for a great price and I was in and out pretty quick. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area looking for a place to go there.

Kelli Donegan cancelled my appointment 2 days before I was suppose to come in. We had been emailing for over 3 months, I had told her I wanted an 18 tattoo and I mentioned that this would be my first tattoo. She gave me a quote and we set the date. 2 days before my appointment, after I put down my deposit, she tried to raise the price on me, but refused to give me an actual price range. When I asked about it more, she canceled the whole appointment saying she didnt feel comfortable giving such a big tattoo to someone whose never gotten one before. I would have been fine paying more if she had been honest from the beginning, or if she just never took me on as a client because I wanted a big first tattoo, but the fact that she did all this 2 days before my appointment was extremely upsetting and unprofessional.

I called and was asked to come in at a time, I arrived ten minutes early to discuss my tattoo with an artist and I sat for twenty minutes and watched three employees sit on their butts and play on their phones before anyone helped me. Then was turned down, very disappointed in their service and hospitality. Would not recommend.

I was a walk in client for a tattoo and was not really sure what I wanted. I had a few ideas that the older lady shut down extremely fast because I told Her I only wanted to spend about 100$ she made it obvious she did not want to do my tattoo. I was a paying customer and was up for any ideas she had. Oh well. I walked out.

They overcharge. $80 and no tip for five small letters that healed slowly on the meatiest part of thick dermis of a large arm. Rookie artist or slow learner. The guy in the front left booth is awesome. The guy in the rear with the old gear - not as much.
