Unification Tattoo

Came in this past Saturday with an appointment. Horton did amazing work and all 3 guys were absolutely awesome to talk to and joke around with. They are so personal, so funny, and so kind hearted. Not to mention they do AMAZING work. Horton brought my tattoo vision to life and made it better than I could’ve even imagined. Thanks guys! You seriously rock!!❤️

Clean shop and very friendly staff. Horton did my tattoos and killed it! Super easy-going guy and very good conversationalist. Ge tattoos in a very timely fashion and his work is impeccable. I will definetly be back for more tattoos.

Wow! My friend and I came up to Asheville for a weekend getaway, and the urge for a tattoo was HUGE. After many calls we landed at Unification Tattoo! Thorn answered the phone and welcomed us right in as walk-ins. The time spent there was full of great conversation and quality work. We cannot recommend his services enough!

Derek was great. He interpreted my design flawlessly. I would definitely recommend Derek and the shop. All stand up dudes who were friendly and helpful.

Andrew Thorne as usual is very creative and artistic with our tattoos. He drew mine and my husbands tattoo! We have been going to Andrew for quite a while now, hes an amazing artist, knowledgeable and affordable

My partner and I walked in this evening hoping to get a couple of tattoos as a fun way to end our weekend in Asheville. We walked out with two new unique and beautiful pieces each. Thorne was accommodating and helpful, not to mention laid back and fun to talk with while he worked. The studio was clean and unpretentious. You can tell these guys mean what they say— they do this because they enjoy it and care about their clients! Covid procedures were being followed (i.e. mask wearing and sanitation). We look forward to returning one day on another trip to Asheville.

My daughter and I went in today as walk ins. Andrew was absolutely amazing! Atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. He made my design come to life when I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted it. I will definitely be back with my boyfriend for more work.

I got my first tattoo here today by Jeremy Horton and its amazing! He did it beautifully and in a timely manner and the rate was perfect for a single mom in a budget. I will continue to finish with Horton and I urge anyone who wants a quality tattoo with friendly people and at a great price to come here. My friends and I were in town for a girls trip and I wanted to get my first tattoo. Many shops were closed with it being Sunday and a few I called were just rude when I asked if they took walk-ins. Not Andrew! We walked in and he was very attentive and super nice! Andrew put me at ease getting my first tattoo and he tatted me and my friend beautifully. Im already ready for my next tattoo!

Have gotten almost 4 tattoos from here and have been more than pleased with each one. These guys crush each tattoo they do. Great bedside manner, they always make sure your doing ok and priced fairly. Hit up my guy Thorne, you won’t be disappointed.

Place was clean and sanitary. Allowed for us to have a walk in session with a group of family members for a matching memorialization tattoo honoring multiple family members who have passed on. Artist was welcoming, patient, kind and had a great sense of humor. Each of our tatts look great! Thank you so much!

Came here with a buddy of mine to get a small leg piece and had a very pleasant experience. My artist Horton is a good guy and a solid artist, had us in and out quick. Location is Covid-safe and the facility is clean and well run. Id come back any time.

Seems like straight lines should be the most basic tattoo skill...Ill be getting a cover-up somewhere else.

Brought my daughter here for her first tattoo and we couldnt be happier. Thorne started with a description of what she wanted and sketched it out in one go like a boss. He really took care of her the whole time, chatting with her to keep her busy, checking on her for breaks now and then and was dedicated fully on doing an excellent job. Thorne is a legit professional artist that I plan on having work done myself. If you are looking for a tattoo artist, feel confident about coming here.

I drive from Atlanta Ga to get tattooed here. These guys are just awesome...friendly, professional, and extremely talented. The studio is put together very nice and comfortably. If you want to get a tattoo that will hold up over the years and not have to be taken to another artist down the road to be fixed, this is a great place to start looking. I highly recommend Unification tattoo parlor, especially if its close to you. A great place to make an everlasting connection.

Incredibly rude on the phone! Fully hung up on me while I was asking a question.I hadn’t finished asking my question and I /never/ said for free. The sentence I was in the middle of was “do you have any apprentices in shop?” but I kept stumbling over the word “apprentices” so instead I asked if anyone would like to practice just pulling lines. Your response was a curt “no, we don’t need any practice”, which is totally fine, but when I tried again to get out the question I had originally attempted to ask, you hung up on me stumbling through “apprentices” again without a word.

Unification Tattoo is a stand out, stand up shop. Professional, super clean, and loaded with talent. Friendly service with a warm, unpretentious atmosphere. Great art all over inside the place, and always killer art on you walking out. The vibe here is comfortable, laid back - totally enjoyable experience. And the artists... beyond on point. You are going to leave here planning to come back asap. My expectations have been surpassed by miles on both tats Ive gotten here thanks to the genius artistry of the beautiful Mary. I would have to suggest to anybody in the area even toying with the idea of getting a tattoo: do yourself a solid and go check out Unification. Its a special place.

I have been to many shops but never felt as welcome as I did here. Horton took amazing care of me did excellent work and will be my go to artist from now on. The shop was super clean and perfectly spread out for distancing during this pandemic. I would highly recommend this shop over any other in the Asheville area.

This is the exception to the rule regarding tattoo parlors! I have been to many tattoo parlors and have often been made to feel as though they are doing me a favor by the artists. Not here. Horton--the owner--is not only an incredibly talented artist, but he really knows how to make you feel comfortable while working with you.

Horton and all of the artists at unification are masters of their craft. Not only are they all talented artists in their own right, but they are an extremely professional tattoo shop in general. Id highly recommend these guys.

Unification is a very sanitary environment with awesome staff and excelling customer service. Go visit them for some nice ink. Hayley does some great work, just throwing that out there, but I am sure anyone can assist you. Everyone there knows what they are doing. This is a very comfortable and friendly environment. It will be very Asheville of you to go check them out. DO IT! :) You wont regret it.

I just have to say this is going to be my new tattoo place that I go to i had such an awesome experience yesterday easy parking very clean and very nice people andrew thorne did my tattoos that I wanted and is such an awesome guy! My fiance is going to go and get his first one because he loved my tattoo so much im blown away with the detail the color and I cant stop looking at my arm now would give 100 stars if I could would recommend to everyone wanting a bad ads tattoo!!!!!!!

Sometimes we are blessed to be placed under the authority of the consummate skill of a masterful artist from a discipline we are currently seeking assistance in. I had the distinct pleasure and great blessing to be brought into Unification Tattoo studio for the purpose of reconstructing a tattoo done by an artist of more provincial acumen. The owner and master tattooist Jeremy Horton took me in the day after I called and sent a picture to which he replied, I CAN most certainly help you to bring out the lettering where it can be read more readily and aesthetically enhance the tattoo in general. After asking other people in Asheville if they could only do the lettering on the tattoo and being met with requirements for consultations and meetings, meaning multiple trips which I do not have time for, this was a very refreshing change.Little did I know that I was about to come under the artistic skills and attributes of a master tattooist. It is one of the most magnificent tattoos I have ever seen. Dont concern yourself with trying desperately to find the best option for tattooing, I have already done it for you. Enjoy.....
