Went in to see about something I wanted that I seen online. Wade and Eli were in the shop . They suggested altering the design slightly for a better fit. Went back the next day and and had my tattoo done. Great job Eli !!! Am loving my new ink and will recommend you to anyone that asks. While in the shop I met most of the artists and got to chat some. All great people. Clean atmosphere . Very professional staff.

10 out of 10!!! The most wonderful experience for my first tattoo! Eli was my artist and was awesome, he helped plan for what i wanted and gave me the best tips for the healing process! Very pleased on the work he did and happy to wear it!

Eli did mine and my husbands 3 year wedding anniversary tattoos this past Saturday and he did an amazing job. Hands down found our new tattoo artist. He was very precise and he gave us exactly what we wanted. Not to mention super friendly and just all around a cool guy to talk to and get to know. Already looking forward to the next tattoo. Although I haven’t gotten a tattoo yet from this location I wanted to write a review solely on communication. I called the shop today and spoke with a man. He was excellent in explaining pricing and procedure. He informed me the person who normally checks the shop email was off today and gave me his daughter’s Instagram where I began direct messaging her. She was very prompt and impressive in her responses. This is the only shop in the area that could give me pricing and impressive descriptions when talking about the possible tattoos for my friend and I. I’ll update this review once I get my next piece from here. 5/5 for communication!

Stopped in to inquire about a tattoo and the artist Eli was fantastic. Eli took the time to finesse the tat I wanted to make it my own. He was able to do it that day. Eli kept a conversation going the whole time, it was a really nice distraction while he was working on the tender part of my arm. This studio was very clean and sanitized. My husbands cousin recommended this place to us. We showed up shortly after opening on a Saturday. They were able to work us both in. Tony did a great job on my husbands tattoo, free handing the roots of the tree on his arm after the stencil was put on. Eli listened to me and created exactly what I was wanting. It is perfect and I love how colorful and clean it looks. These guys are super talented and I would definitely recommend them. They did get pretty busy later in the afternoon before we left but I would expect that on a Saturday.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My 3 bridesmaids and I came here on my bachelorette trip looking to get small tattoos to commemorate the trip. We came in as walk-ins about 2 hours to close. We were told we may not be able to be seen since they had 2 artists in the shop and they were both working with 2 other clients. We waited and were all able to be seen. Josie and Sean took great care of us and gave us great little tattoos (they stayed a little after to close to finish and they did NOT have to do that). When we’re back in Asheville we plan to stop again! If you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to get a tattoo, please stop by here. You won’t be disappointed.

Eli is absolutely the best!! Super communicative, very patient, and incredibly skilled. Were already planning my next tat, even! The shop itself was really clean and laid back. I cant wait to go back!

Great tattoo shop. I would not recommend Sean, a coil machine might as well be a foreign object to him. And Eli is a massive douche to clients. Other than that it’s a great place to collect American Traditional Tattoos.

Went in as a walk in and was immediately greeted and welcomed. Staff was super friendly and Eli did my tattoo. It turned out awesome better than i had even hoped for. He listened to everything I said and gave me professional opinions on my ideas. He gave my sister her first tattoo right after he finished mine and he was super cool with her. He talked with her through her idea and helped her remain calm and he did an amazing job for her as well. Absolutely recommend this place and i will for sure return!

I went to victory blvd last night at 8 o’clock to get a cactus tattoo. I got it done by the girl that works there. Got me right in as soon as I walked in. She was super sweet, and understanding about my weak pain tolerance lol! She did an amazing job and I’m in love with it!

My friend and I booked a tattoo with Wade and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We communicated what our vision was for our tattoos and he was able to guide us through making sure we were choosing the best size and style options for what we were wanting. His understanding and clear communication made me feel confident I would be getting the best version of the tattoo I wanted. His expertise in tattoos and knowing how tattoos heal helped us decided on certain stylistic choices that I wouldn’t have known to think about otherwise.His calm demeanor put me at ease during the whole process. Overall this was a perfect experience and I would highly recommend Wade to anyone!

Great experience at Victory Blvd today. Staying in Asheville for the weekend and wanted to get a tattoo with my wife. Steve looked at what I had in mind and gave me good honest feedback on the concept and issues that the design could present later and didnt try to sell me into anything. I asked to check out the wall flash and found a great American traditional design. Steve got me and my wife same day appointments to get work done with him and Tony. Steve took the design and reworked it with the colors I wanted and it looks even better than Id hoped for. Tony gave my wife an awesome black and gray tattoo that she loves too. Wish I lived closer so I could come back here for more work more often. Couldnt be more satisfied with the results.

Man this place is awesome. I can now say Ive been coming here for 10 years! Brody has done all of my work and theyre exactly if not more than what I want out of them. Plus the staff here is awesome. Very chill and not pressing like some shops. They want you to be comfortable with the art youre choosing to get on you. I live around Atlanta GA and I come all the way to Victory Blvd to get my ink. 10/10This tattoo is 10 years old now. I got it done in 2011

Had a small tattoo done by Wade today and can’t praise him highly enough. He was welcoming, professional and friendly. He listened to what I asked of him but also gave advice. The resulting tattoo is exactly what I wanted, with perfectly crisp line-work - couldn’t be happier - Thanks Wade! ☺️

Back again! i got my 16th and 17th tattoos (the dice and the doors) done by eli (my third tattoo by him), and my girlfriend got her second one done by wade i believe. with hers, the flowers, she said how it didn’t hurt that bad & wade was excellent. i drew her tattoo & josie (i hope), drew of our and cleaned up both of our tattoos. favorite tattoo shop in asheville :) (((forgive me if i got names wrong!!! everyone there is great!)))

I got my 12th tattoo done here, and eli was great :) we had a really good conversation about all of the tattoos we had and things to do in asheville since i wasn’t from there. the tattoo didn’t hurt at all & he adjusted it to however i wanted it to look. not judgmental or pushy at all :) and 30+ years in business? it’s a full package!!

I’m honestly sad to leave a low review because everyone there was very kind, but I’d hate to see this happen to anyone else.I got my tattoo on 12/6. By 12/8, my arm was very red and swollen, and the redness kept growing far beyond the site of the tattoo. It is on my bicep so I chalked it up to it just being a sensitive area, and continued to clean it as instructed.The next day I had what appeared to be a rash forming around the tattoo, and my entire upper arm had a constant dull pain. The redness continued to spread and swelling wasn’t going down despite my continued meticulous effort of cleaning as I was told to do.I ended up going to be seen at an urgent care facility just in case of an infection, to which they diagnosed staph/strep and cellulitis. I was put on a topical antibiotic, and told to come back if no change was seen after two days.That brings us to today. After no change and the tattoo actually getting worse (thick scabs splitting open and bleeding, consistent pain in my whole upper arm, and continued redness), I’ve now been told that I have MRSA and mild cellulitis. I’ll have to be on 3 antibiotics, and if no change or conditions worsen, next step is a visit to the ER to be treated with IV antibiotics.After $300 in urgent care visits, medications, and now having to take 2 unpaid days off of work, I’m out far more than what my tattoo cost me. Not to mention the pain and fear I’ve been experiencing over the last week and a half. I did reach out to staff on the day of my first urgent care visit, and was told to continue cleaning it with soap and applying aquaphor, but I’m glad I still chose to seek medical advice. This is very serious, and if left untreated, can go very wrong. I have photos, screenshots of communication, and screenshots of medical visits collected, but because I signed a waiver, I fear that this is all financially on me at this point. I had a great experience at the shop and with my artist, but everything after has truly been a nightmare.

Agustine was a doll. A highly recommend. They were so sweet. And the other artist was hyping the tattoo up. I cant wait to come back. Beautiful environment.

What a dynamite family business!. My daughter and I stopped in for tattoos and immediately felt the love. It was my first and her 3rd and we couldnt have found a better place. Hers was rather complicated and Brody Flynn is a master artist. We both left feeling honored and would highly recommend to anyone. An absolutely wonderful experience.

It was my girlfriends birthday and we wanted to get some ink done on short notice. Victory was recommended to us and after giving them a call they told us that one of the artists, Brody, would be coming in shortly and he might be able to do it for us. Dec 2021 - a friend of mine planned to visit for the weekend and wanted to get group tattoos. I reached out to Tony by email and he booked us for the day. Tony did an excellent job with all the tattoos and gave each of us a great experience. I highly recommend Victory BlvdFeb 2021 - I had a terrible night at work and felt a spontaneous tattoo was the answer. I called the shop just after they opened to see if they had any walk-in availability. Tony answered and was able to fit me in if I could get there asap. I rushed right in. Tony personally designed an American traditional compass tattoo for me. The design was perfect and fit great next to my other tattoo. Tony is an amazing artist. I am very happy with the design and outcome. Ill definitely be coming back. Thanks Tony

I would definitely recommend victory blvd tattoo! It was the only shop we could find that did walk ins (I guess right now due to covid) during our day trip to Asheville. When we got there the guys were standing outside talking & they were quick to help us & super nice about helping us decide where to get our tattoos. I can’t remember the guys name (ugh) but if you’re standing at the front door his space is in the back left. He was super nice, I actually ended up after he did my outline deciding not to go with color like we had originally decided on, he had already poured out like 8 colors & I felt really bad, he said “it’s your tattoo! It’s no big deal!” I have honestly never had a tattoo artist say that to me. Lol I have 15 (well now 16) tattoos most of which have been by multiple artists & some I’m not happy with! Basically what I’m getting at is these guys aren’t going to try to persuade you to get anything that YOU don’t want. Which is awesome in my opinion. Most tattoo artists that I’ve worked with are super pushy with their opinions on what YOUR tattoo should be. Anyway, go check these guys out for sure! Awesome, friendly, clean place. I went to Victory Blvd mid December for my very first tattoo. Emily was SO awesome! She was super nice and informative and made me feel so comfortable. The shop was immaculate. Got to meet Wade, who was also very friendly (and super duper talented). I LOVE my tattoo. I am recommending them to all my friends. Went with a friend getting her first tattoo for moral support. Ended up getting a semicolon tattoo on the spot. Talented artists with very laid back personalities, in a safe atmosphere. Mine turned out beautifully, as did my friends. Definitely would recommend for high quality, fair priced tattoos. Great for if you are new to the inking world! My husband and i have been to victory blvd for tattoos multiple times since weve moved to asheville; all of the staff there have always been helpful, and the shop is super clean and well maintained. We work with Greg every time we go, and were always blown away by his expertise and artistry, and hes always honest to make sure you get the best tattoo possible. I brought my girlfriend here and Wade did a beautiful owl, drawn from 3 different ideas that shed sent him, and it was perfect. She gets compliments on it ALL the time.Then I sat with Wade many months later and got a tribute piece done on my forearms for my parents- again, Wade did an incredible job with my sparrows.Even my mom came to Wade at Victory Blvd for her one and only tattoo on her foot, and she brought her 3 best friends.The shop is clean, the people are awesome. In town for a sisters weekend we decided we wanted to get a sisters tattoo and found Victory Blvd Tattoo online. We were fortunate enough to go at the perfect time and Wade and Brody were our artists. They created the tattoo for us exactly as we wanted and they did an awesome job. They both were very patient with us since two of the sisters had never had tattoos and were really nervous. They were very friendly, professional and did a great job. Thanks for helping to make our sisters weekend even more special.

Just got my first tattoo from here and I have to say it was wonderful. My blood sugar dropped while getting it done, (which I learned is not uncommon so come prepared) and the staff offered me an orange to help replenish myself. It was a very kind gesture and shows how much they care about their customers. The tattoo came out great and I highly recommend Tony. Although, I’m sure their other artists are just as talented and professional. Great business, thank you!

My friends and I were in town for the week and on a whim decided to get tattoos. After calling a few places, these were the only guys (Brody and Greg) willing to take walk ins and put up with us only half knowing what we wanted. They helped create some gorgeous designs, and were fun and friendly the whole time. The art work is beautiful and were all ridiculously happy with the end result.

I started getting tattooed six years ago, and before I found Wade I had some horrible experiences. I asked a co-worker where she gets such beautiful, crisp line work done, and she recommended Victory Blvd. Wade scheduled me in and designed exactly what I had in mind. It has been true love since! I will only go to him, and when I have an idea in mind he is able to transfer it to skin even better than I can imagine. Everyone in that shop is courteous. They take their time because they truly care for and love the work. People ask me CONSTANTLY where I get my work done, and I proudly say Victory Blvd. The shop is super clean, and in a great location. I am due to schedule an appointment to finish one project, but I am already thinking of the next one. Do yourself a favor and discover the amazing people at Victory Blvd.

Ive been twice to see Brody here and he is legitimately my favorite artist Ive ever been to. Super funny and talented. The guys made me feel like I was part of a family there. 10/10 would recommend this shop and Brody!

In march of 2017 I first visited victory blvd and I was completely blown away by everyone in the shop and everyone was so nice made me feel very comfortable. My tattoo artist was Greg he was very nice and payed attention to exactly what direction of the tattoo I was wanting to get. He also helped me saying what would work and what wouldnt. Since that last tattoo Ive been back two or three times. If you want a great artist definitely check out Greg or anyone else at victory blvd

Got my first tattoo here! Great experience! I walked in and was greeted by Lantz, who immediately started helping me. He was very professional, clean, and accommodating. He took his time and worked on the piece until it was perfect. I would recommend this place!

With Gregs amazing portraits, Brodys traditional/realism and Steves traditional Japanese, Im sure you will find the artist for you!!! Went in too late to get the tattoo that I wanted, that was my bad. The young lady at the reception desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The tattoo artist who were working were doing beautiful work on their clients, and was able to answer a couple of questions and urged me to return the following day. We were only in town for the weekend so I never made it back, but would definitely use this parlor in the future if I am ever back in Asheville and need a tattoo. Parlor was clean, well lit, and had a friendly upbeat environment. Both artists were wearing gloves and their health department rating was excellent.

Brody was very professional and talked the whole time during my first tattoo. He did an awesome job! He took my elementary drawing and turned it into a professional piece that I envisioned. Will definitely be back!

I came in with two friends. We were all excited to get a minimal tattoo, something really small to commemorate the day our friend was leaving to Miami and our friendship. We walked in to a very unhappy, unfriendly greeter. We tried to make conversation and she wasnt excited to talk. We came in at 9:15pm and we were happy to know the parlor doesnt close until 12am. We asked how long it would take and she said 15 minutes for the tattoo we wanted. That would only take the tattoo artist up to an hour to do all three tattoos. We sat down to discuss the price and in five minutes she tells us that they cant do it tonight. Why do they say their open until 12 if the artist is ready to go home!!!!?? Worst experience ever! We need a warmer welcome and not snobby people that work there. Their not getting our money! Dont go there.

Had my first tattoo here today (5/20/22) and Im 100% happy with it. The whole experience was very good. Im from out of town, but I wouldnt hesitate to come back for more.

Clean, professional, friendly, affordable, easy to find and accessible parking. Wait time was reasonable and Im extremely happy with Brody Flynns artwork with dark and light lines, shading and experienced opinions. I was even sent home with written after care instructions. Customer service excellence!

I love this tattoo shop!!! Emily is an amazing artist. I am covered in tattoos and have dealt with a lot of rude tattoo artists; but Emily was extremely nice and happy to tattoo me. She did a flower of life design on my sternum. It was a very painful spot but Emily helped me thru it. She had a lavender tissue to calm me and played soothing music, even sang to me! She let my boyfriend be there to also comfort me. I have never had such an amazing tattoo experience!!! I have also sent several of my clients to her and they were all very pleased with her work. I cant wait to go back to Emily to have another amazing tattoo experience :-)

Brody did an amazing leg piece and a small wrist tattoo for my 50th birthday last year. He was very knowledgeable about what my skin could tolerate at 50, as compared to that of a 30 year old, and gave me excellent advice on how to make the tattoo I wanted even more beautiful and meaningful. He is a master at his craft.This year Im just going to have my first one that I got 25 years ago touched up, but I cant wait! Amazing work, clean shop, great people.

Brody is an amazing artist!! His work is clean and beautiful!! We tried 2 shops before coming to this one and the other shops were awful with horrible vibes. Went to this one and once we stepped in it felt great!! Brody drew exactly what we wanted and even stayed a hour past closing to make sure all four of us got tattooed. We will be going back soon!!

Got my first tattoo here with Tony and it was such a great experience! Tony is awesome, funny, and a very experienced and detailed artist. I have some social anxiety and was probably annoyingly awkward, but he tolerated my weirdness and always made sure I was comfortable. My shoulder cap took about 4 hours, and Tony took the time and made sure the placement of the design was perfect. That meant the stenciling took a little while, but I was so happy he cared enough to make sure it would look great... And it does! I get a lot of compliments on the detail of his work, and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. If I still lived in NC I would go back here in a heartbeat. Im sure a vacation to Asheville will be necessary at some point in the future. :)

I am new to North Carolina and I was really nervous about finding a new tattoo artist.I stumbled across Emily in March and I loved her little piece she gave me not only her as a person.I came in today for a neck tattoo and my last experience wasn’t the greatest at the shop I used to go too. Instantly greeted by her, her presence was calm and she was so reassuring.She let me have control. She kept reassuring me how good I was doing and kept me distracted.I am absolutely inlove with my piece and I will be coming to Emily for all my future pieces.

Straight up best shop in town. Clean, professional, and without question the place to go if you want solid ink. Ive had several sessions with Greg based on his incredible line work, and killer style. I came in with a concept and Greg turned it into a work of art. Cant say enough about Victory Blvd Tattoo and Greg. Wont go anywhere else.

This is by far the best shop in Asheville. The tattooists are professional and friendly and the shop is super clean. I LOVE all my tattoos from Wade. Hes amazing! And now that theyve added an accomplished piercer to the staff, theres nothing they cant help you with.

Working on a sleeve, and Brody has done an amazing job. I’m very happy thus far. They actually care and they offer advice as well as options. They listen and it’s very clean. I’d recommend anyone to go there. Definitely a 5 star review.

Hands down, Victory Blvd is the best shop around. Clean, super professional, and just an all around comfortable environment. Everybodys so friendly and the work is top notch. Besides the quality of the artists, one of the best things about the place is they really talk with you in-depth during the planning process and give great advice when it comes to things a customer is unsure of!I usually go to Wade, I have one piece from him on the back of my neck thats over a year old and the colour is still so vibrant people think that its fresh! And really, this is the only place I would ever consider sending anyone to get their knuckles done. When mine healed there were no blown out lines, no fallout, and everythings so solid and perfect! I get so many complements, and a lot of people asking me where I got them. Even when I lived in Savannah, GA I always suggested people take the the six hour drive. This place is totally worth the effort.

I did a walk in today and Tony helped me out. My friend and I both had vague ideas and he got them drawn up in no time! The shop was exceptionally clean and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Love my new tattoo!

Greg created a tattoo far better then I imagined. The lines are perfect and the shading is amazing. I havent even had it a week and I have had multiple people come up to me just to compliment it. Everyone was really helpful and I felt comfortable the whole time.

What an amazing group of artists at this place! My wife and I decided to get tattoos for our 16th wedding anniversary, and set out on trying to find the right artists us. After several stops around town, it was evident that the level of artistry and professionalism was a cut above at Victory Blvd. When I pitched my idea to Greg Lodato he was enthusiastic about the subject matter and the opportunity to do the tattoo. This guy is top-notch, yall! I sat for four hours and I got the most amazing work of art on my body! My expectations were exceeded by miles. My wife ended up choosing Emily Roberts who tattoos upstairs at Victory. It would be hard to go anywhere else at this point after seeing the quality of work that is done at this shop. Thank you Victory Blvd. crew! I can wait to come back for another round.

Probably the most comfortable tattoo parlor in the world!I recently took a trip to Asheville for the sole purpose of scouting out a place to get my first tattoo. I had visited a couple of parlors that day and none seemed too interested when I told them I was looking for ideas to help me. Not until I visited victory blvd! The people there seemed genuinely happy and interested on getting me ready for my first work. They had great literature for first timers and they asked great questions on what I wanted and helped me to be sure I was ready to commit. I hadnt entirely made the decision to get tattooed that day but no one there had any intention of rushing me to make that decision. I knew when I was put under the needle that it was me who was truly ready for it. The tattoo room was squeaky clean and my artist did a fantastic job on execution and keeping me relaxed. I know it was my first experience but I cant help but feel I got the apex of what getting a tattoo should really be like!

Wade Elder did an amazing job with all my tattoos. Very colorful, unique to my wants, no fading! I highly recommend him and anyone at the shop!! I live in Jacksonville, Fla. And I would drive back just to get a tattoo from him!!

Im from VA and moved to Asheville almost a year ago and Ive always had my tattoos done by the same person. Although I was nervous about going to someone new, Emily made me feel right at home! She listened to everything I had to say and came up with some awesome ideas that just made the tattoo even better. I wasnt nervous at all after speaking with her! Thank you so much for my tattoo in rememberace of my grandmother. The shop was so laid back and very clean. I will be back for sure! :)

Wade did 3 tattoos for me back in 2002 and everyone is always amazed how bright they have stayed and the quality of the work. I was 19 at the time and am now 34. I can only imagine what he is doing now because he was already an exceptional artist back then! I remember when one tattoo design I brought in didnt exactly fit my arm right he had the talent to freehand draw the design on my arm so it looked a whole lot better than what I had originally asked him to do.

I went for my first tattoo, I was scared of the needles but Brody Flynn made me sortive relax and though I felt the pain and told him I was a wimp when it came to pain, he did an awesome job. Ok, first off, the shop is not any of the negative reviews on this page. Beer smell and trash? Thats ridiculous. This is the most legit, nice-staffed, and cleanest piercing/tattoo shop Ive ever been to. Those are some of the main reasons theyre the only place I trust! Anyway, Ive gotten 3 piercings done by Bryan Belcher and he is amazing. Such a great piercer and friend. Hes also pierced multiple friends of mine and theyve been just as happy as I have been with mine. On top of this, the prices are great. They always have good deals going on and when they dont, their prices are still affordable. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a tattoo/piercing shop to definitely keep Victory Blvd. in your mind and to give them a visit!

Went in around 800, ran into Lantz... it didn’t take him long to design a tat, set up his station and get me under the needle and walking out the door before 930!! The staff was incredibly friendly, funny, and professional. The shop was clean and there was no beer smell haha, the prices were ahmazingly cheap for the level of work that they did. I got a tattoo and ive been recommending it to all my friends who have been wanting one. The price was just right for a college student. I loved it, Ill be back!

I have three piercings done by Bryan Belcher and they turned out GREAT! I have two dermals (which were quick and no pain at all! I highly recommend them! And they are the super easy to clean and take care of) I also have my navel pierced and it was quick and easy. No messy clean up at all. The overall experience was great, he is an amazing piercer and made sure to go over good aftercare routines. They have a great selection of jewlery as well at good prices which is a plus. I also have a tattoo I got at the shop at it turned out great. I have had work done at a few other shops downtown, but they either got messed up or I took them out due to poor quality. Victorys shop is clean and well organized and its the only shop in Asheville I would recommend to people looking to get quality work done at a good price.

I travel to Asheville from Greenville SC just to have my art done by the best and Ive had art done from all over.Visited Victory Blvd. A couple months back. Wade spent the better part of the evening inking my son and I. This was my first piece of American Traditional and I couldnt have asked for a better artist. Clean line work, bold colors, consistent shading. Wade was extremely professional and a great guy. Spent the evening listening to Wayne Hancock in a classic shop. I have pieces from all over the country. Victory Blouevard and Wade Elder were the best.

Lance did an amazing job on my geometric butterfly. It’s perfectly symmetrical and he made sure to add ink to spots that were thinner than the rest of the line. I’m from out of town and I would definitely make the 3 hour trip to go back!!

Got my first tattoo here and Eli was awesome. I was very nervous and he made it as easy as he could. i was a walk-in at about 9:30 maybe and he helped me out. Next time i get a tattoo it will be here.

OMG, where to begin... i called a week in advance to see if i could make an appointment over the phone, since we were coming from out of town to spend a night in Asheville. I spoke to Tony who was very nice and seemed interested in creating our matching tattoos (we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary). We made the appointment for 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening, we could not wait and were looking forward to it. Mind you, our tattoos were going to be about 1.5 big and consisted of about 8-12 numbers. Easy peasy. I made sure to explain all this to him in advance. Well, we arrived in Asheville and headed to our lunch spot and then checked-in at our hotel, awaiting to go visit Victory Blvd. Tattoo. Well, at about 5:30 p.m. my phone rings... my husband picks it up ONLY to be told by Tony, that he wasnt going to be able to complete our request, since his previous customers art work was more intricate than expected. When my husband asked what was the point of the appointment, he said it was tentative. Mind you, he NEVER said that to me, when i spoke with him on the phone the previous week. NEVER. He said that since it was such a small tattoo, he had no problem getting us done in a few hours, and that it should be no problem. He didnt seem sorry or bad for having given us such a blow on what was supposed to be a night to remember. My husband asked if there was anything he could do to make this right, given the circumstances, as he was literally leaving us out to dry. He said, no! Thats it! WOW, what a way to make future new clients Tony. Your lack of professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I cant believe you were so nonchalant about it, and had no way of offering us a later time or date. NOTHING! CLIENTS BEWARE- he will nonchalantly CANCEL without further notice only minutes PRIOR your appointment. yikes! Nice work ethic! smh. If i could post no star or half, i would. You dont DESERVE THAT! Youre lack of professionalism (look it up) is disgusting!

As far as the trash thing, thats silly. I, being a neat/clean freak as well as ex military, CANT STAND a dirty shop with trash on the floor. Everyday I come in, the first thing I do is clean. I dont know if maybe you are from another shop or someone put you up to writing a negative review or maybe youre just jealous we have the highest ratings out of all the shops around here. No employee here has ever written a review, except for this one now. We allow our customers to write their own reviews in their own words at their own time. So YES, everyone, PLEASE DO COME IN AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELF!
