The Fog Zone

They never have much product in stock & the very few products that are available are way overpriced. You can’t help customers find a “reasonably priced” vape in your shop when nothing is reasonably priced in the first place.I have been in the Atlantic area since March of 2023. Since then I have gone in multiple times looking for a refill pod for a Vaporesso pen (which they carry in store) but they never have any refills pods in stock for it.Currently there is a note on the door stating “ALL DISPOSABLES SOLD OUT.” It makes no sense being a vape shop & barely ever having any inventory to choose from, let alone to be COMPLETELY SOLD OUT of disposables. This place has the option for potential, considering there’s not many vape shops in the surrounding areas… but the owner would need to actually order product first. No other vape shops seem to have the issues that The Fog Zone has with getting product in. For how long this shop has been open, they should have a routine down of how and when they order. I understand having delays on products every now and again.. but this shop not having product, is solely based around them not putting the work in to order products in a timely manner, otherwise, the place would be stocked. 🤷🏻‍♀️Like someone else stated in another review- its cheaper to pay for the gas & make a trip to Des Moines or Council Bluffs. You can find the same EXACT products for way cheaper. Nothing beats having an actual selection, with more brands, and more flavor options to choose from.

The staff is SO amazing, helpful, and kind. Ive gotten many piercings done and know people who have gotten piercings, they were FLAWLESS. Jay is extremely knowledgable of her work and does a great job informing you of exactly what to do and how to take care of the piercings. Such an inviting environment with good vibes and great people.

Waaaaaaaaaaay over priced!!! It’s even cheaper with gas prices to drive to Council Bluffs than to buy vapes here. A vape that cost $15.00 has been priced $34.00 here.

Great place and people. Known of the owner since Elkhorn. Always has the right flavors at the time. I really hoped that they would expand north so i didnt have to drive an hour. Heck, Id run the place. Anyway great people and environment.

This place is a joke💯 I still have an outline of a teddy bear on my thigh and its been there for 3 years and nobody wants to fix it or touch up on it. At the time I got it done for free because they told me I might start working there in the tattoo artist was my friend and then when I spoke my mind about something they all turned their back on me. Oh and you can delete this review all you want like you do with all the negative but Im taking screenshots of this. I want my tattoo done like you guys said it would be

Had been very happy with Fogzone but the last 3 times Ive been in they havent had the coils (2 types) I need. I will be ordering online from here on out - so sad, wanted to spend my money in my town!UPDATED REVIEW - not even 30 minutes had gone by after I posted the comments below before I was contacted by the Owner. Everything was resolved and also taken above and beyond my expectations. Superior customer service was shown to me and I will most definitely be making purchases here again.Thank you to the team at Fogzone!~I was very happy with my first experience at the fogzone in Atlantic. I had never Vaped before and the girl behind the counter showed me everything I needed to know, she spent time with me and made sure I knew what everything was. I thought I had found the perfect place to go until I went the next two times.If you are visiting this place for Hardware I would recommend you go somewhere else, they do not understand the parameters of the coils. They gave me a coil, told me it would work - I went home and installed it and all I was sucking was air and no flavor not to mention my vape pen became very hot to the touch. I went to another vape store in Council Bluffs where they knew EXACTLY what was wrong when I described what was happening! I was told I was given a dangerous coil to use with my mod.This place even gave me the correct one free of charge!When we went back to fog Zone to let them know of what happened they would not acknowledge the mistake and insisted that the coils were not the problem and they dont make any difference, nor did they replace my coil or offer a refund - too busy speaking with friends.Lets just say the coil I was given was basically the equivalent of lighting my cigarette with a flamethrower and not expecting my eyebrows to be gone afterwards! Fogzone, learn more about your Hardware or youre going to be sued for somebodys mod blowing up in their face!And we wonder why this happens?

I visited for the first time during Atlantic Fest when I saw their 20% off any piercing. I needed to get my daith piercing in my right ear. It was an excellent visit. Janie did the piercing....she looked at my daith piercing on my left side and informed me it wasnt in the proper placement. She also was very knowledgeable about the piercing. I did remove the left earring so it can heal and be redone. While my mom went and got her ear done I talked to Glen about vaping, needless to say I went back a couple days later and got my vape pen. All staff members where great people and took time to explain things to me. I will definitely go back. Look forward to when tattoos are available because I plan to get my 7th tat there!!!

Worst tattoo ever, big let down left me scarred, not only is it the worst tattoo but all they said was sorry and gave my money Back. Thats not good enough,its my hand and its stuck on there forever... hmmmm legal action possibly??? The tattoo part of the business needs shut down, I now have to go find a place to do a cover up.

Really great customer service. Went in for vape juice, ended up getting my tongue pierced. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Will definitely go back

Worse vape store ever. They are rude they wld rather talk to there friends then help a customer. My bf has had nothing but trouble we will not be back. We will not be back I will drive to the next town if I cant order what we need. Yall need to get your act together.

Awful place, bunch of children working there and the person who owns it acts like a child and belittles employees. States employee got fired but actually quit due to the awful management there. Anytime I went in no one would offer their help and would just talk to friends at vape test bar.

These people are the absolute best I came in on business making a delivery and they absolutely made me a new customer. If you are reading this definitely stop in.
