I have been trying to get an appointment for months straight, instead of any approval or denial, I simply was told that they would see what they could do. The customer service skills are exponentially below average, and this situation is not only distasteful for the artist but also the whole business of Bury the needle. They have given me false hope numerous times, saying that they would find something for me, that time never came.

I checked a few tattoo parlors out in Chittenden county and Central Vermont and finally decided to go with Bury the Needle. Since I didn’t have any ink yet, Greg was great about explaining and being upfront about everything.It was over a year ago I got my first and I have gone back a few times to get more and feel more like good friends with all the staff, rather than just a business/ client relationship.Also, They do a lot for the community. Came in as a walk in for a cover up, super nice had time to do it then. clean and sterile everything opened in front of me fast and amazing details. knew exactly what I had in mind and perfected it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! MY NEW GO TO SHOP
