My wife had a septum piercing done on her birthday by Brianna. Absolute professionals here. I have my septum too and Ive seen many but I have never seen put the ring in behind the needle so effortlessly and smoothly. Two other people went before us too and it was all compliments. Brianna is also very knowledgeable about all things piercings-related. Were definitely coming back!!

Caroline was the BEST! I came to get my cartilage pierced and she was very thorough in explaining what to expect and how to take care of my new piercing. She was so friendly and professional. We talked about our kids. She really helped this old lady feel relaxed. The other staff was super nice too. They noticed I was fanning myself and offered to turn the ac down. I told them thay wasnt necessary. I cant say enough nice things about the staff and my experience. I will definitely be a continuing customer.

Took my 6 month old to get her ears pierced by Caroline. She was great! She explained what she was doing, made sure the markings were symmetrical and even, I appreciated her asking my opinion as well. She gave detailed instructions on aftercare plus ensured I could contact her for any questions or concerns.I could tell she loved her job and the kids she gets to interact with. It was a quick and I wish I could say painless process but baby girl stopped crying within a minute of each piercing. They don’t seem to be bothering her (3rd day). They look beautiful I’m very happy with Caroline’s work!🫶🏼

This review has been long overdue, but i just have to say, i cannot stop going back to inferno ink for more piercings! the shop is so cute, and i’ve never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes between calling about getting pierced to actually being serviced! its amazing!!! i don’t think the people who did my piercings are still working here (brooke and hailey i believe were their names) but they provided me with a great experience every time i went. the people at inferno are so cool and so friendly and will hype you up! i’ve gotten my conch, helix, second lobes, and bellybutton done here and i still love each and every one of them!!!

Saw Caroline and she was terrific. 4 ear piercings dating as far back as 1975, have not worn earrings in about 4 years and they had closed. Opened 3, the oldest she had to re-pierce. Quick and easy and she was very friendly, easy to talk to. Highly recommended establishment!

When your three year old asks for earrings, you do your research and look for the best. Im glad I didnt have to look too far! Caroline at Inferno ink was a real professional. Caroline was patient and thorough. She not only asked if I had any questions, but she asked my toddler! The atmosphere at Inferno Ink was very clean and nothing scary (to a toddler) was displayed so we didnt have to worry about her running for the door upon arrival! My daughter had her helix pierced by Caroline. Caroline did a great job explaining what she was going to do and it was super fast. This was not my daughter’s first piercing but she was still anxious and Caroline did a great job to keep her calm.

I have been here a few times to get cartlidge piercings. Brianna has always did a wonderful job. Had to go the other day to get my earrings removed for a procedure they are relatively new and didn’t want to do it myself. She did a wonderful job getting them out and the next day putting them back in. She is the most caring, patient person. When it comes to helping people feel comfortable if they are nervous. She is the BEST!!!

When I say this place is freaking amazing! We were on the way back to Winston Salem from a cheer competition in Raleigh and my 17 year old daughter and my mom (whose B-day is Monday) randomly decided they wanted to get matching piercings! So I googled to find the best rated spot and thank goodness Google was right! From the minute we walked in the door everyone was absolutely awesome! Friendly and very kind! They got their tragus pierced by Brianna and Caroline who were awesome every step of the way! They answered the million questions my daughter asked and they smiled and laughed the whole time! This place was super clean and the entire place is a dope vibe. They even let me take a group picture after for our spur of the moment memory book! I love the fact they allow walk-in piercings and they get you back in a timely manner! As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with a smile. I’ve had piercings done by both Bri and Caroline and they’re both amazing!!! Very thorough, informative, knowledgeable and professional. Being someone who works in healthcare, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the shop and the fact they take infection control seriously is a huge plus for me. There is an autoclave within sight and the sterilization pouches are laid out beside you to indicate instruments have been sterilized appropriately. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Stopped by here today for my daughter to get a spontaneous piercing. We were extremely impressed by how clean and professional everything was! Briana, our piercer, made my daughter feel very comfortable and she did an amazing job!! We were in and out in 20 minutes. We will be back for sure!!!

My best friend and I decided to get our ears pierced yesterday at Inferno Ink. I got my ear pierced by Caroline who did a fantastic job. I knew that I wanted to get a forward helix and my flat done- I ended up getting two forward helix, two flat and one mid helix. The staff is very friendly, the studio is very clean. I felt comfortable the entire time. Caroline took the time to go over after care which was easy to understand. She took the time to look at my ear to make sure I had the anatomy to support what I was envisioning. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do a triple forward helix but thats ok because I got to do a mid helix instead. It all turned out beautiful and I love each piercing. I will be back in four months to change the length of the bars I have.Thankfully I have a high tolerance for pain and I’ve had minimal pain, bleeding and swelling. Healing process is going well so far. Thank you Caroline!!

Ive stopped by twice this week to add piercings to my left ear. I first got my tragus done on Thursday but then decided to have my daith and helix added on Saturday. All done by the fabulous Hailey of course! I had my nose piercing done here last summer. Hailey has also done my daughters belly button piercing. Hailey is the best, with her ability to put you at ease. You wont regret using her or inferno ink!

Took my 10 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. My daughter was a little nervous, but Brianna was fabulous, professional and walked my daughter through all of the steps with ease. I’m also leaving this review to let other mamas know that the environment is very light, airy and welcoming to young girls. The music playing and the TV show on in the waiting room were also appropriately welcoming to all ages. It’s hard to tell from shop websites what the insides of tattoo/piercing places look like and you want the right environment to take your little girl. Inferno Ink is it!

I wanted to finally get my nose pierced for my 33rd birthday. My hairdresser that same day recommended going to inferno and I’m so glad I went! The women there were so friendly, very professional and thorough. What most impressed me was the way they sterilized all of their equipment, tools and jewelry. Got an eyebrow piercing pain was 2/10 very little, felt like getting a shot and was over quick, quick process i loved it! I think it was a woman named briana that did it on me (sorry if i spelled it wrong)

Caroline pierced my daughters ears and the experience was amazing. My daughter is shy and gets emotional easily. Caroline explained everything to my daughter every step of the way. Between Carolines kindness and professionalism and my daughter having a few friends for support, my daughter didnt cry and was so brave. A hidden gem in Burlington! I had a nose piercing previously done at another location and Caroline helped get me on the right track to having it heal with swapping out and some TLC learnings. I came to Inferno Ink a few weeks ago to get my second lobe piercings. We were met at the door by Brianna, who also assisted us through the whole process. Her bubbly personality made me feel less nervous, and she patiently answered any questions me and my mom had. When it came time to actually do my piercing, Brianna clearly explained the whole process. As it was my first time getting a piercing with a needle, I was surprised how quick and painless the experience was! My piercings are healing really well; there’s no swelling or intense itching. I highly recommended Inferno Ink for any piercing, and make sure to ask for Brianna!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! I had the most fantastic experience getting my third ear piercings. My piercer was Caroline and she did a fantastic job. Not only did she spend extra time with me to make sure I was happy with my piercings location but she was incredibly kind and reassuring. All tools and piercings were in sterile packaging and each piercer took so much care in keep their stations clean, they even wore masks when piercing. I went with 3 of my friends who also got piercings and they all greatly enjoyed inferno ink. I am now 3 days post piercing and healing better than I ever have!! Thank you so much inferno ink!! I will be back!!!

So I recently got my first tattoo here and I had the best experience! My tattoo was done by Taylor and she was the sweetest.She made sure I was comfortable with the design and multiple times she told me she would be okay changing it if needed. During the tattoo I was so nervous at first and she understood.Taylor started off nice and slow making sure I was okay throughout the whole process. The tattoo itself is absolutely stunning! The artist really brought my ideas to life and I genuinely cant stop looking at it. My experience was wonderful.I was comfortable the whole time because of her and I got a great tattoo. Went on a whim with a friend for us both to get piercings. Briana did my ear and I was very impressed. I had my nose pierced once before and the girl before did it incorrectly, which caused it to not heal properly, i waited a few months for it to heal and i went and seen Caroline and she did such an amazing job and explained after care with me. I was beyond pleased with my experience with Inferno Ink. I came in for two piercings and I was let in quickly with no wait, which was great because all piercings are walk-in only. Hailey was absolutely fantastic. I went in today thinking I needed to get a piercing redone, but she was able to get a taper in instead. I lost my piercings after being in the hospital and having someone be so kind and attentive to me really made a huge impact. Hailey was so sweet and kind, she really makes you feel at ease and has such a friendly and supportive spirit. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for piercings now.

My daughter has been begging to get her ears pierced for years! I told her she had to wait till she could take care of them properly. I decided to give her an early Christmas present. We went on 12/9/2022. Our experience wasn’t good at all, it was incredible. Hailey was professional, kind and gentle with my daughter. She walked her through every single step. She ever has the teddy bear for the kids to hold on to. My girl didn’t even flinch! She absolutely loves her ears pierced!The shop was spotless from what I could tell! They are strict on leaving the door locked and how many people can come in at once. I personally like that!
