I recently had this tattoo done by Mo, she has been a newer artist in the studio. I had work previously by her when she was an apprentice. She has grown flawlessly into a beautiful artist with unique talents and out-of-this-world creativity.She really took the design I wanted and made it come to life from a basic image drawing I used for my reference. The place was adorable and super inviting. I loved all the decor and especially the way they have the studio set up.The shop is extremely friendly, clean, and has tons of things to look at if you wait on a tattoo.

I got my first tattoo from Mary back when she worked at VT Custom. She did a beautiful job on my memorial tattoo and I knew I wanted her to add to my piece. I tracked her back down as she had obviously moved shops and asked her to add flowers to the piece for another passed loved one. She is still such a kind, supportive, and talented artist and she did an incredible job. Mary was willing to work with me to make my piece perfect within my budget, patient with my pain, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Sugarwood tattoos and especially Mary. She is great whether you are getting your first tattoo or your hundredth. 😊

I recently got my first tattoo by Mary at Sugar Wood Tattoo Company and had the best experience! My cousin, brother and I went together, she was great at listening to what we were looking for and drawing it up. Very chill and laid back environment, made me feel comfortable. Love my tattoos, will definitely be going back again!

Mary did an amazing job with the two pieces she did for me. She did a portrait of my animals that looks like them exactly. She is kind and welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a gorgeous tattoo!

Mary does amazing work. I was so happy with the pieces she designed for me and my sister, and felt very confident in her hands. Definitely my favorite of the four tattoos I have. Not only that but she creates a welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience positive.

I just walked in yesterday to see if I could get some Friday the 13th flash and was greeted with smiles. The shop was warm and welcoming. I was informed that Gus was available and he showed me some of his flash and I knew right away which one I wanted! Gus was friendly, meticulous, and talented. I love my tattoo and how friendly the shop was. I highly recommend this place and I will certainly be back for more tattoos from Gus!

Mary worked with the idea I had, was able to design an absolutely beautiful image which translated in to a stunning tattoo. I couldnt be more pleased. Mary is an amazing tattoo artist! I went to see her when I was on a travel assignment in Vermont and I will definitely travel back just to get my next tattoo done by her! She is very talented and an awesome person!

Really cool shop. My artist was super talented and got my tattoo done in a day which was a relief as I live far from the shop, he has also followed up with any questions I had as well
