Very friendly staff and very comforting when getting your ears pierced. The person that did my ears told me when she was about to do it. They made sure they were exactly where I wanted them to be. They explained the whole process and how to clean your ears. They have a very large selection of jewelry and other things. Lots of people say not to get your ears pierced here, but my ears didnt get infected and it didnt hurt at all.

Got my daughter’s ears pierced here. Portia was great and patient with my daughter. My daughter was scared and cried, but Portia was amazing and positive with her. She did everything with care and I couldn’t be more thankful to have someone like that handling my daughter’s piercing. Thank you so much and you deserve the best!!

Melissa did a great job piercing my daughter’s ears. She measured and marked her ears. The piercing was fast and professional. She was very nice and reassuring when my daughter was nervous. Overall a great job!

Daughter and friend went to get ears pierced, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and very skilled. Made it a very enjoyable memory. Plus, we moms ended up getting a piercing too!

Melissa is great! We were in the store from out of state shopping and the experience was phenomenal. She was quick to ask if I needed any help and once I described to her a gift I was looking for she helped me pick out THE PERFECT gift! The varieties in the store are endless. The store itself is so clean and organized. We plan on making another stop there whenever we pass through. She has definitely got her some lifetime out of town shoppers!! Thank you Melissa for going above and beyond and for making strangers feel so welcome they were at home! Keep up the good job- the world needs more kind people who can put a smile on faces.

Im honestly disappointed, I walk in with my almost 10 months SON and as I walked in I was given dirty looks and then asked immediately if I wanted to get him pierced and I said no hes a boy and was trying to tell him hes only 10 months and one of the workers interrupted me and said with an attitude that she pierced a boy. Im like congratulations but my son is 10 MONTHS OLD!!!! I rather him tell me himself if he wants them pierced or not. So when hes older. Then proceeded to keep giving me dirty looks and attitude. I worked at Claires for 2 years and very disappointed at how I was treated as a customer. Never shopping at this one for sure.

Me and my mom went there to get my 3rd hole done on my ears today and we had this lovely woman named Melissa I am a rather scaredy cat when it comes to getting piercings and she did very well to make sure I was calm and she was talkative to distract me got them in just a few minutes and it went very smoothly so if your going to get your ears pierced I suggest asking for her

I loved my experience! I highly recommend this location for ear piercings. Very thorough and friendly. Shout out to Hale! They were wonderful and they are truly who made my experience so great. Give them a raise!

The girl working yesterday evening 3/28/24 (we went there at 6PM) was amazing! There was MULTIPLE rude customers while we were in the store and she was extremely patient and kind with each individual, my friend got her 3rd hole done by her and she did absolutely AMAZING!!

Store 206 in Hamilton Place Chattanooga Tn. My 5 year old got her ears done by Melissa and Sadie. The were patient and kind. They kept my daughter calm. Melissa did my moms and Sadie did mine. They are amazing.

Destiny and Koda did an awesome job today hosting our 7 year olds birthday party! They painted the girls nails and sprayed there hair and played games with them. Then the girls got to shop and they all loved it- even some parents!

Shopper beware- Good workers hard to find? Showed up at 7:30pm to buy my 5 year old a boat load of birthday gifts. Gate was closed, worker was counting the drawer. Said not enough workers so they closed early. Advertising they close at 8, Id assume a corporate chain should remain open until mall closes (9pm). Larisa got my business instead.

Today we went in my youngest age 7 saw some glue on nails that she loved. I told her several times they were too big and to look at the smaller ones. She wouldnt listen to me. The lady that went to check us out asked if it was for her and after I said yes she replied that they were to big and wont fit. Finally my daughter listened. She was so heart broken cause those had clouds and the small ones didnt. This lady working there (wish I got her name) went above and beyond. She pulled out a pack of kid cloud ones that just came in. They didnt even have them on display yet but she remembered seeing them and pulled it out for her. She was so kind! Thank you again for your amazing customer service.
