Pat from Inked Expressions just gave me a tattoo that I LOVE! He was completely professional and friendly the whole time, and he finished up quickly so I didnt have to sit through any more than necessary. :) I will be back for future business, and Ill be recommending yall to others as well.

I am a huge fan of Inked Expressions North! I have been here for my last three tattoos and every time I’ve come they have always accommodated to me so well and done such a great job on all of my tattoos that have also always healed perfectly. Prices are great and I’ve been able to walk-in every time as well which is such a big reason I love this place!I am so grateful for Jake, Mercy Rain, and Chris Adkins who have done my tattoos! Especially Chris- who is the absolute best! I walked in with less than an hour before closing and Chris still took me and did such a great job on my tattoo which I am so thankful for. Got a nipple and nose piercing here, and it went so smoothly! Great and friendly atmosphere! Every artist is amazingly talented. They listen and they make sure everyone who walks in leaves with exactly what they wanted! The artist I saw was Lena. She is an absolutely gifted artist. At my consult with her, she asked me what I envisioned and I told her. What she came up with was not only exactly what I envisioned but even more beautiful than I imagined! I am beyond thrilled about what she did and am definitely planning on going back soon!! Chris adkins did a tattoo for me yesterday,wasn’t able to do all the shading I wanted due to having an appointment and he took me as a walk in,understandable, nonetheless very clean lines did fantastic job on what we could fit in in the short time frame . Great service . Going to see if they have some availability to do another one today by chance as I’m still in town for another day or so .

Live in Michigan and visited this place on a whim several years ago on a vacation. Got a tattoo by Jake Newby, it still looks like a brand new new tattoo, I get many compliments on it. Recently visited in March 24’ and got another tattoo by Jake. The place was very clean, friendly staff and the tattoo turned out great.

Lacy Zee was great from start to finish!Drew up and nailed a tattoo that’s been on my long time wish list.Also did a fantastic coverup for my wife.I love that she took the time to understand our ideas and vision, drew them up, asked for critique and approval and then executed in a timely fashion.Thank you Lazy Zee and Inked expressions!

Travis did a great job with my piercings. He was able to correct my 1st piercing that was done too low years ago. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Would highly reccomend!

This is the 3rd time weve been to see Travis at Inked Expressions since December. First time was getting my nose pierced the second time was for our youngest son to get his ears pierced and the 3rd was for our youngest daughter to get her cartilage on her upper left ear pierced. Hes excellant with kids and adults and we havent had any problems with any of the piercings hes done. The shop is always clean and everyone is always nice. I recommend this shop to everyone.

The place was nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. But… my tattoo artist Lacy charged me 100 dollars for a touch up. The tattoo is literally 1 inch big. I decided to add shading about a month after I got it. So for a tiny circle with a V in it, I paid 200 dollars. She said free touch ups and this took 10 minutes, including her setting up. Kinda annoyed.

Very clean and enjoyable environment. The artists are very polite and with crack jokes and include the patrons in them. My girlfriends work is very nice and looks amazing. Will definitely be returning for more work in the future

Sean Kydd at Inked Expressions North is a genius and madman with a tattoo gun. I gave him an idea to use circling birds and birthstone colors to represent my 3 daughters and this is the end result. The entire process was exciting and rewarding just as body art should be. Professional, clean, and all the necessaries, but so much more than just that. Thank you Sean! Guaranteed Ill be back!

I cant put into words how great my experience with Lena (@bananapiece) was! She was patient, kind, light handed, knowledgeable, so talented, & seriously the nicest person you could ever meet. My tattoo has a lot of sentimental meaning behind it & I was really apprehensive picking a final design & placement, & Lena didnt hesitate to edit & print numerous versions of her design so I could make sure the one I chose felt right. I apologized & thanked her a million times & she was so kind & reassuring in her replies. You can tell she really enjoys the collaboration between artist & client! My tattoo turned out absolutely amazing & Im so in love with it. I learned a big lesson in trust the process (& your tattoo artist!) because she was spot on with every aspect. Beyond that, the experience was so healing & Im so thankful she took such care in the whole process. I cant say enough good things about her, truly.Also, I havent been tattooed by Matt Graham, but he was tattooing in the next booth & he is so talented & kind, he was doing a badass Back to the Future calf piece packed with color. It came out amazing & he really seems to have a passion for what he does.I didnt get the woman that works at the front desks name (sorry!) but she was so cool & personable & didnt mind conversation at all. She checked on me a few times, joking back & forth with her & everyone else really helped the time pass. The place has such a cool vibe because of them!Shout out to all three of them for making such a nerve-wracking process so memorable & fun -- but Lena especially! 💜Im sure all of the artists there are great & do great work, but if you can get tattooed by Lena or Matt youre definitely in for a great experience & tattoo.

Lena is PHENOMENAL! Her work is beautiful and working with her made everything so smooth. I trusted her judgement from the beginning to make artistic calls and I was not disappointed. I cannot wait to work with her again and will be referring to her to others.

I worked with Jake Newby to get this done last night. He was really patient with me changing and editing the image before we started and managed to finish this work in two-hours. He did an excellent job and I was honestly struggling to stay awake while he worked. I typically shy away from establishments that charge by the hour, but I am super happy with the service and professionalism provided. One warning though: this is a cash only establishment, so come prepared for that. Ill definitely be back.

Came to get my first professional tattoo here and the experience was amazing! Mercy was so incredibly patient with me and made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing and the piece came out beautifully. Will definitely be coming back for my next one!

Had a great experience with Jake Newby! Super nice, thorough, talented and very patient. We did a little bit of a tricky lettering tattoo, and even despite how indecisive I was on location of the tattoo and making it match up with another tattoo, he took it like a champ. I went here on my 18th birthday and got 3 piercings at once. The piercer works very quickly, but very efficiently. I was impressed with how fast i was in and out of there, especially since, to this day 6 months later, i have not had a single problem with any of the ones i got done. I will definitely be returning! 💜

My daughter and I only went in for an earring changing, but I was very impressed with this shop, especially artist BigT and the very sweet and knowledgeable lady that prepared my 3 year old daughter’s earrings for her.

I’ve gotten 2 tattoos here by Nikko, on the back of my bicep and my spine! They’re easily my favorite ones I have, he seriously did an awesome job! Overall the shop is super nice and I will for sure be returning! 10/10 experience and recommend Nikko & Inked expressions north!!

I had a great experience having my helix pierced by Big T yesterday. He only carries quality jewelry which is very important to me. I was very nervous and he made me feel comfortable. He has a great personality and truly cares about the well being of his clients. While at Inked Expressions I felt at home and free from judgment. This is a high quality place to get pierced with a high quality knowledgeable piercer. I will be back in the future!

Big T piercer is absolutely AMAZING!!! He pierced my daughters navel and he was awesome. I highly recommend him. He was very professional, passionate, and caring about making her feel completely comfortable. I would definitely come back here.

I had a great experience today for my nostril piercing. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day, and Big T was awesome to work with! He explained step by step what he was doing, and made me feel at ease. He will be the person I go to for all future piercings!

Chris is an amazing artist and tattooist. He took time to look up pictures of the flower I wanted and drew them in better quality than the images I provided. I am beyond happy with my tattoo, would recommend him to anyone, and am already planning my next tattoo.

Me and my best friend went here and they excepted walkins which was nice because our other place was booked up until 6 PM and the guy that we saw was absolutely amazing. His name was Chris .He got done real quick and he was very thorough and clean and I’ve had no issues so far and it didn’t hurt at all. He was super nice.

Had a fantastic experience with my septum piercing! The appointment took less than half an hour, and everyone at the shop was so nice. Big T was very informative when explaining the procedure, and aftercare; and he was very kind and understanding when I felt dizzy afterwards. Absolutely incredible place for tattoos and piercings!

I never go to another shop Travis is my go to piercing man, I recommend everyone to see him for all their piercing needs. Sean Kydd is the only tattoo artist I go too hes absolutely amazing. Its amazing quality and is super clean. They make you feel like a part of the family there.

I got my septum piercing done by bigt about a month ago. He was amazing! I came in as a walk in not expecting to get in, but he took me and my friend in and pierced our noses. I got light headed, but he was so quick to check in on me and give me water and a glucose tab to be sure i was back to my normal self. The oil he gives you to clean your piercing after is awesome too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get pierced. 10/10 recommended this place!!

Chris Adkins has to be one of my favorite tattoo artists at Inked Expressions North. He has done a few pieces for me as well as friends. His coloring and line precision are incredible. He is down to earth and humble (which is rare to find in the tattoo scene.) Chris is easy to work with and adds his own touch and artistry that seamlessly enhances each tattoo. He comes with my highest recommendation as I add more tattoos to my collection.

I went to Nooga Body Piercing inside Inked Expressions. Big T was so great to work with. He got me a same day appt, gave me different options, and gave me his recommendations. Excellent experience with Big T! I had previously went to evermore galleries to get my earring taken out for an MRI and had purchased a rubber one to keep the piercing open. The piercer over there pretty much butchered my ear. After my MRI, I went to Inked Expressions where I encountered Big T. He let me know that he only takes appointments but when he saw how horrible my ear looked, he took care of me in no time. He was very professional, has excellent customer service, extremely clean, and fixed my ear up with no pain. I will definitely be seeing him for all my piercing needs from now on! Also, I highly recommend his in house piercing healing oil. It works like magic!

Once we discovered Sean, we havent used anyone else to do our tattoo work. The entire crew is a whole vibe. I could hang out with them all day and it would never be a dull moment. Keep up the good work crew.

I got my nostril and daith pierced here! Travis is so awesome and super knowledgeable about what size jewelry would be best, healing times, and he’s very thorough about explaining aftercare options. I was a walkin on vacation and immediately I was greeted and Sean got to work on a cover up. I went in unsure of what I wanted and he helped me figure out the best route for my cover up. He did a fantastic job I am so proud of the art work he did! Absolutely amazing! We chose something that I probably wouldnt have picked myself but it needed to be dark enough and big enough for the cover up and it turned out to be more than i could have asked for. I highly recommend him.

I called Jake at East Ridge and initially he was super friendly and excited to help until I texted my idea of what I wanted. He assured to show some of the other artist the next day implying he didnt want to or couldnt do it. Never heard back.

Travis did my eyebrow and lip piercing, he was very professional and amazing! The shop is very clean and sanitary! I would definitely reccomend him and will definitely be going back get the rest of my piercings done by him!

Went in with my daughter and we both got Big T to pierce our Dathe. We have both suffered from migraines our entire lives, and Big T says he has had great success with his clients getting this piercing. One of the most painful piercings I have received to date (only my 3rd), but so far the headaches have not returned for either of us. Thanks Big T! Piercer there is amazing! My friends got their septums done and he was SUPER nice. I tried to get a hand tattoo of a small star and I was told it wouldnt look good without another word 😞 Ill go there for piercings, not for tattoos.

My husband and I came in last weekend because we were celebrating our anniversary and decided to get ring tattoos. The shop is nice and the staff we talked to were nice as well. But our tattoos are horrible. :( Some of the Scabbing had come off and my tattoo is very splotchy and is even missing color. Its also a little uneven. My husband is also not happy with his as well. For the work we got we were severely over charged!! Now we have to find a shop here in our state to fix them once they are healed.

Walked in to ask about piercings to see not a single tattooer, piercer, or employee wearing a mask. I was honestly shocked, especially considering how intimate and up close and personal tattooing and piercing is. Millions of people have died from COVID and to see this total lack of care for customers and just fellow man in general is disheartening. Obviously I walked out, but this type of place is no doubt a hot spot for COVID transmission.

Couldn’t recommend them more. There is a young up and comer there named Tori that I was very impressed with. She’s very professional and has a light touch. Keep your eyes on her she’s going to make a big name for herself.

Im not into tattoos and piercing but I went because my daughter had a problem with her piercing. The person was kind and explained everything and there were no tears.

Ben Rooks is great. Very patient and detail-oriented. Did some lettering on forearm and reworked a couple horses on inner bicep. Each time, he took the time to get it right and never rushed.
