Dawn is a charm, the place is very professional. She has the best lasers to do the job. I couldnt recommend this enough. My legs and underarms are so smooth now, and tattoo removal went amazing! Why shave all over when you can have an even smoother job done with Dawn!

Her and I basically talked the whole time she was doing it and it didn’t really hurt as much as I thought it would. She is a very fast responder when I had emailed her about being interested in getting my tattoos removed. She emailed me all the info I was looking for and booked me an appointment right then ! If you are needing any type of laser or skin treatments LOOK NO FURTHER! This is one of the best Spas I have been to! The service is top of the line and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. I especially enjoyed the soothing rock fountain in the front area. The staff is extremely professional and Dawn is unbelievably knowledgeable. I have tried laser hair removal in the past that did not work -- I am very please that I have finally found an affordable option that actually lasts! If you dont try this place out you are missing out!!

I went to LA Med Spa to get my first (ever) laser hair removal treatment. I was personally greeted by Dawn. The entire appointment took less than 15 minutes. There’s an option to fill out necessary paperwork online ahead of time instead of at the office. Dawn was professional and friendly and explained the process of treatment, which was relatively painless. I have multiple laser treatments to go, but I’m very happy with my initial experience.

My first time was a great experience! I had a friend refer me from where Id been going. Dawn was so nice. Hannah at the front greeted me and had an awesome smile and personality. Not touch, not to less! I will continue to go to them....amazing! A big yell out to both Dawn and Hannah.

I had the laser hair removal for my under arms. I bought the package of 6 treatments. At one year post treatment, theres several random hairs that still grow. I would need to go back for touch up treatments. The service I received was very professional. I had good service here.

I love this place and would 10/10 recommend. I’ve done the laser hair removal for most of my body and despite the process itself being rather painful, the atmosphere and results have been fabulous. Dawn is great at what she does and makes the experience personable and pleasant.

I haven been going to LA Med Spa since they opened.. For everything from massage therapy and facials to several different skin treatments. I have ALWAYS experienced a warm and friendly, but most importantly, a VERY professional staff. Dawn (the owner and aesthetician) has done an amazing job with with my microdermabrasions and has corrected several spots on my face that I thought could only be corrected with invasive surgery. Also, my laser hair removal treatments were quick and minimal discomfort and worked in LESS time than we originally thought! I have referred LOTS of my friends and family to her and EVERYONE has been beyond pleased with the treatments, service, and overall care and bedside manner. She even removed ALL my mothers age spots from her face! LOVE this Spa! I look forward to every visit and will be VERY upset if she ever retires!! This is just an ALL AROUND WONDERFUL Spa!!

I have not visited but purchased coupons for services in January a week after my husband and I opened our own business (wanting to support local businesses). I have not been able to find someone to go with me (I purchased 2 coupons since Ive never been before) until this week. When I called to try to get an appointment Dawn was not very accommodating or understanding and am not able to get services before the coupons expire. I dont know if I will ever try services from Dawn.

I went to the open house and was astonished at the flair and welcome atmosphere. The staff all were very positive, knowledgeable and many FREE door prizes, hair styling, massages and mini facials for anyone who signed in!!! Not to mention FREE large assortment of appetizers and drinks. Dawn, the owner, is FABULOUS. She is hands down phenomenal!! Botox was only $7.99 a unit and many treatments were 1/2 price if you purchased that evening for a later date. It is a MUST DO on your pamper list :+)

I went here for lots of different treatments. The laser hair treatment never removed my hair. I bought many laser hair removal packages very cheap but not until i went to another spa did the hair removal laser work.I tried the pen treatment, it made huge brown scars on my skin. The owner tried to sell me $500 treatment to correct her damage from the Pen treatment; I refused so she discounted it to $250. The treatment she provided should have had a doctors supervison; the scaring became worst. There is no licensed doctor other than her husband who is not a skin doctor over this Spa. i had to visit a skin doctor that i had to find on my own which cost me $325 for visit and treatment. The owner offered laser hair removal for my trouble. The reason i continued going here is because i pre bought many packages but once i missed an appointment and she charged me a fee after she had cancelled an appointment without any notice to me. I had enough... DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!

I have been using the services at LA Medspa (previously Asthetic Laser) for years now. . Ive had numerous laser treatments - from laser hair removal , spider vein, and brown spots and have been very pleased with them all.
