Derek did my tattoo. His work is incredible. His realism is fantastic. If thats the style youre looking for I highly recommend choosing him as your artist. He even did research into what I wanted to make sure it looked as realistic as possible.Derek is also not super talkative which for me was nice because I like to read to distract myself during tattoos.I liked the atmosphere here too. It looks clean and is nice in general. Very open. Its also super casual which is nice. I hate feeling like there is animosity or competition between artists.The only negative Id say is I think time slots should be longer since youre doing your art the day of. Just because I feel like it eats up a lot of time, but I also understand why the art is put together day of as well.

My sister called the night before for a 3 person walk- in the following day and the owner, Jason was very friendly and welcoming. All 4 of us went in the next day and Cyndey took care of us. She did a wonderful job and took her time giving us options and making sure we were pleased. Loved it here so much , I came right back for a second. Highly recommend

Ive been trying to get a tattoo covered for 7 years with one artist after another telling me they didnt want to touch it because of where it was and the work involved fixing/covering it. I stopped in because it was on the way home and figured I would take a shot at it. I got exactly what I wanted from Mike Hale.. he did amazing work.. wasnt painful and he was patient with the location of it .. highly recommend and will be coming back for future work.

Booked an appointment with Cydney at Off the Cuff Tattoo. The booking process was super simple, you can set everything up online & fill out forms before you even get to the shop! When I arrived there the owner, Jason, was hanging outside soaking in a bit of sun on his break. He was super friendly and made me feel welcome from the get go! The shop is large, clean and well organized. They keep it cold though so come prepared with a jacket if you prefer. The person running the front desk (I wish I remembered their name) was so cool and collected. They had front of house business running smoothly and it was lovely talking with them. Cydney came prepared for our session- (though it was her first knee tattoo) she ate and left no crumbs!!! (Aka absolutely slayed on my tattoo).🐸💉 She is incredibly talented and I highly recommend booking with her. She is also very quirky and creative. Her booth space has the best vibes 🌈💗 Jason was working in the booth next to hers & it was great to chat with them both. From what I know, Jason looks out for his team and keeps a safe & positive work environment. You can tell everyone that works there really cares about their work and the space they hold for their clients. I’m a sucker for a good community and they’ve succeeded.Also, Cydney touched up a small spot on my tattoo that healed a little funky because of all the movement from bending my knee for free!! The second time around was just as lovely as the first. I can’t wait to get in for another piece with her!Don’t forget to bring the shop staff lil treats when you get to your appointment & please tip these homies, they deserve it 💸🍒🧋

Had the last 2 of my tattoos done by Cyndey. She did great work!! I gave her my idea of memorializing my late Mother. The design she created was amazing!!! Nothing about the place is below top notch!!!

All of the artists are so talented. My husband and I have lots of work done by Jason and we refer everyone we know that’s looking to his shop! We moved and still drive 2 hours to continue getting work done by him. We’ll never go anywhere else.

Have you ever seen businesses rotate in and out of a property that is too expensive to rent for what the business brings in? Well, I have the suburban tattoo joint for you.First, be warned that the shop has a $150 minimum,(as stated by the very disinterested women at the front.) which far exceeds that of the majority of competitors in the Tri-City area. This is made worse when you find very little reference for the artists previous work. One binder with very few pieces shown. The shop is empty and void of any personality.What can be found exhibits very inconsistent lines that shake, odd shading choices, and altogether uninspired American traditional pieces. There is very little that inspires trust that any work from here would be worth the effort, cost and time. If you are curious look at the other reviews on this very page (google.) And look for yourself. There is not a single line on any of the pieces that does not have bumps like the surface of the Earth.In short, there are far more, less expensive, consistent, well established shops and artists in the area.Edit after response from owner:My spouse and I shopped this location a few different times. Reached out via phone and in person. The information given was different both times. I was told $150 where my wife was told $100 Flat start rate. The failure of staff misrepresenting information is not the clients issue.Accusations that I do not use my real name is adorable nor relevant. No, you would not have an order. After walking in and looking through your skimpy book of references, and having dealt with the seemingly bored and unsure individual up front. There was not a chance that either of us would sit for any work at your establishment.The shops own references posted on Facebook is proof enough that this place should be skipped. Their continued customer facing efforts just compounds this notion.I do wonder what will take over this location once this place is gone?

Clean, inviting and the staff was amazing. I went back in October of 2023 and had Derek as my artist. Great guy, great attention to detail, gentle hand, and my tattoo has healed perfectly. I totally recommend this shop (and Derek) to anyone looking for a local spot!

I was a walk in customer, and I was able to get a cover up that same afternoon. I am.very happy with the result, customer service was great, and they listened to what I wanted. Totally recommend!

Booked a one hour appointment for 4 pm. Waited an hour to be told it wasnt enough time to get my tattoo completed because his previous appointment went over and he already had another costumer waiting
