I would give zero stars at how unprofessional NaNa is. In the beginning I thought it was going to be a great experience. I texted before leaving out to head to appointment. She stated yes come on. I leave my tax office and get to the address on the website which is a home. No problem there people have home based businesses. The disrespect came in when she made sarcastic comment people act like they dont know how to read. Well had I been told it was a different location from website in original text I would have drove there. By the time she text location I was already driving. I have cdl license also not trying to screw my pockets up. I dont drive and text or use phone. Other than answer call thru my vehicle. I will patronize somewhere else. Terrible.

My daughter and I had a great experience! NaNa was very professional, sterile and detailed with everything. My daughter ended up getting a nose piercing and we both love it definitely returning❤️

The owner told us that we could come for piercings and when we arrived she didn’t answer any of our calls or texts. So unprofessional and a waste of time and gas.
