I am so happy with my new tattoo! They are friendly and take their time. If you need ink I highly recommend.

My son got his 1st tattoo.... great amtompsphere, knew what they was talking about, great artist, and MOST importantly reasonable prices!

My experience here was very good! Tru was the one who did my tattoo. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing and how to take care of a tattoo. They played good music which made me feel more relaxed and everyone there was friendly I will defiantly come back!

Just went last night for my birthday, and bino did another one of my tattoos and I’m amazed at how beautiful it turned out! Everybody there was extremely friendly and makes you feel welcomed! Definitely going back here for all my tattoos from here on out, I recommend this shop for everybody!

Appt was set for 4 switch to 5:30 at the last minute. He didn’t start until 6:30. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The artist was also nice but I didn’t get what I asked for. He refused to draw the pic on paper first and now my stem for my flower which I didn’t ask for look more like a palm tree I was exhausted by the time he got finish but this morning as I look at it I’m very unhappy and would have to go someplace else in a month or two to get this covered up.

Its a great place to go to get colour tattoos. It has a good environment and a lot of artists with experience. I got two done here but now Im not going to lie, I have a hard time with them due to details and SUPER itchy scar tissue.

Tattoo Enhancement - I got a military tattoo a few years ago and after a while it started to fade quickly and I no longer liked the way it looked. Called 7 shades of Grey and talked to Super (co-owner) about what I was trying to accomplish with my Tattoo. He asked that I come into the shop for a consultation, took pictures of my current sleeve and recommended me to Tru. I was skeptical at first (b/c once you get a full sleeve Tattoo you are stuck with it) and I was working with a new artist. I was thoroughly pleased with his redesign of my Military Tattoo and the passion Tru exhibited. I receive complements every-time I wear short sleeves and I refer business to & shades of Grey. Good atmosphere, good conversation, clean and professional!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!I went Into this shop on December 15th to make an appointment for the following Saturday (December 22nd). When I walked in, I was greeted by one of the tattoo artists who showed me a couple pieces of his work and told me he was available to do my tattoo on the 22nd at 1pm. I made my appointment and paid a $50 deposit before leaving the shop. I spoke to the tattoo artist on Monday (December 17th) to clarify some changes I wanted to make before I came in on Saturday. Everything was great.On December 22nd, I arrived at the shop at 1:00. The artist I made my appointment wasn’t even there. There was another artist there who was sleeping because he had a hangover. (So unprofessional!)I explained to him that I had made an appointment and gave him the name of the artist I booked with. His response was “Well, did you call him?” (I didn’t realize it was my responsibility to tell this man to come to work). I got him on the phone though, and he was still sleeping. He told me he needed an hour to get to the shop. I explained to him that I didn’t have the time to wait because I had other things to do later that day. He told me we could reschedule for Sunday (December 23rd) at 5pm.I texted him on Sunday at 4:20 pm to confirm. He replied “I won’t be able to do it, I’m out Christmas shopping.” Why on earth would you schedule my appointment at a time you knew wouldn’t work for you? He didn’t even think to call me earlier in the day to try to reschedule again.At this point, I’m annoyed and I just want my money back. After telling him I wanted to cancel, he gave me the run around for over a week. I had to call and text him multiple times for several days to get a refund. I didn’t get my deposit back until January 1st. He apologized as I left the shop after finally picking up my deposit, which is appreciated. However, I would never do business with them going forward and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. They are just plain unprofessional.

Unprofessional place. They hustle you and dont deliver. A simple tattoo on the hand took 3 hours without counting the 1 1/2hrs they spent fooling around trying to figure out the tattoo. I should have walked away but I didnt. I regret not walking away and every time I look at my hand I want to cry. They tattoo the side of my palm and all that ink is gone. I am very unhappy with the tattoo. My tattoo faded and when I asked to get an appointment for a touch up was given the lame excuse that they were busy every time that I could go in. Paid to much for my first tattoo. Made the horrible mistake of choosing this tattoo shop. Gave the artist a tip because I thought I should. He didnt deserve it! Beware this place is not good. Is definitely below standards and performance.

I’ve been following these inspiring young men for about 6 years and have received several tattoos that are beautiful.. They are professional,perfectionist, and take pride in a job well done... My son who turned 19 received his first tattoo and can’t wait to get more..I’ll recommend them if you want an awesome tattoo that will last forever...

Tru and his crew Great customer service and On Time! Tru took care of me with a Beautiful Daruma Doll on my ribs. Going to see me next time in the future.

I mean I like my tattoos but it’s not how I was expecting it I can see a lot of errors by the time I take the first look at it and i spend a lot of money to have average art work done I will be going to the best tattoo man they have there for a few tattoos and after him I’m going somewhere else
