Never open during the hours they have posted and when they are open, they don’t seem to be stocked consistently. Not a reliable place to get emergency supplies

I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, I’m only leaving this review because I want to help this business. I usually buy things online, I go here if I need something last minute.1. Keep your hours consistent, if it says you’re open on google you should be open.2. Keep your supplies stocked up. If I need something last minute it’s most likely because I need something for an appointment I have soon. No clip cords? Really?

I hate writing negative comments about a business, but this is the 4th time I drive an hour to get supplies from this supplier & they are never there even though it says they are open since 10am. I’ve tried calling multiple times as well and no answer. This is not a way to run a business, so disappointing.

When providing supplies to professionals who’s job is to be professional on time and prepared, you would think if their hours say they are open at 10 AM and you show up at 11:25 AM. Someone would be here ready to provide supplies to you that you trusted would be available according to the open business hours this is the second time now, and will be the last time, if you wanna be lazy, do it in your own time not on our time.

Whoever works there is ALWAYS on a lunch break, very upsetting

This is the 2nd time I’ve driven from Indiana to get supplies, and it’s closed.Last time I had to call to make sure they were open and we’re going to stay there so I wouldn’t waste my time or money getting here.I would recommend calling before coming here and wasting time

They claim to be open but dont answer the phone / open the store.

Let me start by saying, I really wanted to support this business but this is the second time I have drove from the Southside and waited for over 20 minutes and they were closed. I called multiple times, no answer ...nothing !!! Complete waiste of time.

If speaking Spanish, very fragrant environment, good materials, very polite staff.
