JJ did an amazing job with my custom sleeve tattoo. I came to him with an idea for a time themed black and gray sleeve. From there he worked with me to put the entire sleeve together. The details are incredible and I get compliments all the time from strangers as I walk by.

Vik is the best there is for portraits! Such a great guy and immensely talented artist. I knew the moment I saw his work that I wanted him to do this very special piece for me! So glad he agreed and created this beautiful piece of art!

Just wanted to give props to a great tattoo artist Vik Nachev he was such a wonderful host. He greeted me at the door and from that time on he made my experience the best i ever had at a tattoo studio . The shop was very clean and organized. I also met one of the tattoo artist Naz and he also was very cordial and welcoming.. Vik I am more than just happy with my wifes portrait I am honored to carry your work on me. Working with JJ was great. He was very communicative before and during the tattoo process. It was clear he cared about the cleanliness of his area and tools, and his numerous awards speak to his talent. He also smells really good, which may seem like an odd thing to note, but when working in close quarters with someone for four hours, these things matter! Definitely check out his work if you’re looking for a good realist artist in the Chicago area.

My experience was exceptional… I left there so pleased and emotionally happy, this tattoo I received was very sentimental to me and he made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I will be actually returning next month with bells on. after having work done with viktor I’m complete. I will absolutely not allow any other artist to even do a alphabet on my skin besides him! Going to vik changed my entire perspective on tattoos. It even made me realize my previous work was very tacky unfortunately lol.. but be clear my previous work was not!! done by viktor. Met with Viktor to start a leg sleeve and he was super helpful and creative during our first initial meeting. Hes super open to making any adjustments to the initial design and makes sure youre in love with it before beginning. The shop is rather smaller but in a good way - makes everything more intimate and connected to others getting tattoos. I have done 3 out of the 5 sessions with him and I cant wait to keep coming back. He specializes in realistic designs but seems to be open to all sorts of tattooing. Id definitely recommend him for any large or small pieces.

Fantastic experience with “Naz” and Vik, very laid back guys who treat you well and give clients that attention needed. No frills, nice artwork on the walls, ample space for comfort, and not a lot of forced conversation or lot of breaks to drag out the time. Naz worked on my forearm “Tiger” tattoo for almost 8 hours with just a couple 15 minutes breaks. I highly recommend this place if you want nice sized artwork tatted, this shop is focused solely on producing high quality tattoos. I’m planning to return as soon as I can come up with a design for a coverup and Naz can fit me in his schedule!Big thanks to Chicago Realism Tattoos

I had a previous tattoo from another artist that needed much improvement and detail. A year ago Ivan told me he was going to Italy and that he would be back in a year. As he had promised he reached out to me and I was happy to get some work done. All I have to say is that hes an awesome artist and guy. He did an awesome job Id highly recommend him. He pays alot of attention to detail and is super friendly. Him and Viktor are very friendly and attentive. Dont hesitate to schedule an appointment these guys are the real deal.

Vik started my sleeve over a year ago and has been nothing but awesome. I travel from Ohio and he is accommodating and is always helpful when it comes to scheduling. As for the tattoo itself, his skills speak for themselves. He has seen my vision and made a painting on my arm. He is honest and is not heavy handed with the needle, and most of all his shop is clean and he takes care to make sure your health is a priority. I couldnt speak more highly of my experiences and cannot wait to finish this sleeve!
