I came in to get my belly button pierced a few months ago and the piercing rejected because the piercer did it wrong. I returned once i realized my jewelry was barely hanging on to the piece of skin it was pierced through. I was told their piercer clearly did it wrong but no longer worked there and was only offered a discount to get it repierced. I will not be returning after my experience.

I was in town visiting and looking for someone to do me a couple piercings and I did my research and found keepsake tattoo studios. I called and the owners were super helpful and nice and got me in right away. For starters the hospitality at the business was phenomenal. I got pierced by the best Juno, she was very professional and we got the process done very quickly (pain tolerance varies upon everyone but to me it was only a slight pinch). She was very informative on the aftercare of the piercings as well and had pretty body jewelry. 10 out of 10 experience, I will definitely be back for more

Love this tattoo artist, he’s a very professional and talented artist! He took his time to sketch my tattoo and then show me how it would look. The service was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. im not from Chicago but i had been wanting my belly pierced so i was a walk in & she got me in and out . She walked me through the process and everything. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND . she is such a sweetheart & made sure i was as comfortable as possible. The guy who greeted me was also OUTSTANDING. i will definitly be returning my next visit.

This place is AMAZING! the workers are amazing! The piecer is very nice & very warm welcoming, she’s very lovely as she makes you feel comfortable when you get pierced and she takes her time to make sure the area is sanitized and clean so there isn’t any complications with the healing process! Overall a great place to go for tattoos & piercings, so you won’t regret it 100%!
