Nando is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He covered some Lettering mistake I had done back in the day and not only did he say “yea! Ill do it”, but he told me to choose any design I wanted.He most definitely exceeded my expectations. He does not cut corners and is very professional and friendly And so is the rest of his staff.I was recommended to him by my brother and sister. He has done amazingly great tattoos for them too.I highly recommend Twisted to everyone and I will definitely be going back for moreI cant Thank him enough

Was lucky enough to come across Abe (AQ) on Instagram and Im glad I did. We came up with a very cool Gundam piece that is stellar. He was flexible, professional and really put in the work for my amazing tattoo. The shop was professional and rad. Shop had incredible art up and a great vibe.They do not have TVs, just so youre aware, nothing wrong with that of course but some people might expect to watch TV while getting work done. This was not the case here so be prepared to bring a tablet or use your phone if youre big into media while getting tatted. I look forward to coming here again.

Josue emphasizes on attention to detail and really makes the shop a comfortable place to get a tattoo. The shop is loaded with beautiful flash sheets to pick from if you’re feeling a little indecisive.

All the artists are true professionals and make you feel welcomed no matter what service youre seeking. Vanessa has done two tattoos on me and pierced both tragus, and Allie did my industrial. Im looking forward to having more work done. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Twisted is clean, genuine and professional beyond expectations ! I highly recommend making them your ONE and ONLY !

EO is an amazing artist. He did a cover-up of letters for me. Friendly staff and very profession. Also very good cafe is next door to the tattoo shop called Cafe Urbano. Theyre both owned by the same person.

Best damn tattoo parlor. All the artists are amazing, but Camilo is my go-to-guy. Hes got an eye for color and can take your ideas and create magic.

I love twisted to begin with, especially for piercings! Day is phenomenal- its clear they really love what they’re doing. Not only did they do a great job on my ear piercings and making them finally look straight- but they also helped change my septum which i was unable to take the ball off of. Ive been wanting to change it for sooo long and i was sooo happy they were able to do it for me. Moral of the story: GET PIERCED HERE!!!

My sister asked for a bird and this is what she got, this was not what was agreed on and the artist said he couldnt do nothing about itThis is a sad excuse for a $240 tattoo

How many businesses can you use the words exceptional and amazing for? Not many, but Twisted sure as hell is one of em. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly by the staff and given full attention. Customer service is one of their greatest strengths next to the creative geniuses that are their tattoo artists. The custom pieces they create are not only everything you can ask for, but more and with each artists own unique touch. I’ve been coming to Twisted for years and it’s only been recently that I’ve had work done by one of their professional piercers and Aly is fantastic. I felt comfortable and relaxed and she explained the entire process beforehand as well as aftercare.Hands down, this is the BEST and most customer service oriented tattoo/piercing shop in Chicago. If you go anywhere else, you are pretty much as whack as service you’re going to receive.

Emilio Reyes.... I can’t say enough great things about this tattoo artist. My husband and I went in looking for matching tattoos (that was very meaningful to us), and Emilio was amazing. Apparently they cant be bothered to respond to their web inquiries. Why have that as an option through the company website then?? I am not surprised though given the same owner supposedly owns the Cafe Urbano nearby and also couldnt be bothered to respond to a detailed, poor service review I had previously submitted. There are plenty of other cafes and tattoo shops around that give a hoot.

I was recently inked by Tiffany @lovely2tattoo at Twisted Tattoo. My expectations were exceeded to say the least - Im already planning to see her again for some color. Shes got style, a creative eye, and an artistic hand! Ive also been happily inked by tattoo artist EO. I would absolutely trust them again!

I would like to comment on my first visit. I was met by Emilio and Vanessa. They were very friendly and made my visit very pleasant. I had Vanessa do my tattoo and she was very helpful. I would recommend anybody getting a tattoo come visit here and you will enjoy the experience as I have.

Been going here for years , can’t say a bad thing . I was actually recommended this place by another friend so I decided to check it out. Everybody’s professional, friendly and my number one thing is sanitary. Twisted tatt always is wiped down to the “T” from countertops to the floors they keep a tight , clean running shop. Love it here .

Marty was visiting Vancouver at the Tattoo Culture exhibition and I had the pleasure of picking him from hundreds of visiting and local artists for my second tattoo. I was very pleased with his work. He is a very nice guy to spend a few hours with as well.

The staff and work product is outstanding. Every member of the staff is engaging and appears dedicated to their craft. The artists, and I mean artists, who worked on me have been consistently amazing with their planning, work and follow up. I have received nothing but compliments on the work they have done from people who know what they are talking about.

Aly is a great piercer, very friendly! She did my rook and it was very quick and looks great! Will be coming back because the prices are so cheap as well!You can pay with card, there is a 3% service fee.

Me and my wife come into the shop all the time and all the tattoo artist are amazing would get a tattoo from any of them. But CAMILO is our favorite I have some pretty hard cover up work and what he’s been able to do with my old tattoos to make them look fresh and relevant is nothing short of amazing.

I’m loyal to this place and so are my friends. All the artists are friendly and welcoming and even let us watch a movie with them. They’re all so talented and make sure they give out quality tattoos and piercings here are a breeze as well highly recommend and I do so to everyone I meet

Got my ear pierced there and the lady was very good and helped me select jewlery etc :) Will return for a piercing/tattoo another time!Update March 21st 2018, gotten a tattoo and another piercing there, always great staff as well as prices! Highly recommended- they’re still mainly cash but do take cards now with a certain % added (I dont rememver how much)

Great artists here with a happy and safe environment. Ive gotten many tattoos in the shop from numerous artists. They have great artists regularly as well. Super cool, super professional. Always a good time at twisted!

Odins Tooth! Even old beserkers such as myself need to have our body modifications, for the glory of the all father of course, touched up or new piercings to intimidate the servants of darkness. We go here to the wonderful group of artists at twisted tattoo. Cassandra was a skillful piercer and to the glory of Odin I did not shed a tear! We ride for Valhalla, with new piercings of course!

Aly pierced my nipples yesterday and even came in since she lived close to do it on my time. It literally hurt for 2 seconds and today they arent even sore at all. I can touch them, move the bar around while cleaning and they dont bother me a bit. Theyre perfectly straight and she was very down to earth and friendly, as well as the others in the shop. Id post a picture, but Im not sure Im allowed lol thank you Aly. I will definitely be coming to you for my next piercing.

Aly was very pleasant and professional, she made the process of getting my daughters 2nd and cartilage piercing painless. You can use your credit card, theres a 3% service fee.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE NANDO!!! He is by far the most talented tattoo artist at this shop. The atmosphere is so welcoming. I went with a girlfriend and watched her get a body tattoo the size of her torso, it was beautifully detailed. Nando made great suggestions, its gorgeous! So I got inked up too. Everybody else is great there, BUT if your looking for a true work of art, Nando is your guy :)

I loved how while I was getting my piercing the piercer asked me how I was doing during the whole process. Overall the piercer was great and very respectful which made the experience enjoyable.

DONT NOT SEE CAMILO! i went it for a water color flower and he gave me a flower that looked like a 5 year old grew it. i was so upset after it was done and then he got mad at me!! worst experience ever, now i have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. never coming here again

I went here for my first tattoo and after getting more realized my tattoo here was extremely overpriced. So was my sisters. This tattoo also seems to have the worst quality compared to my others.
