Irondoor is hands down the place to go get tattooed in OHIO. I have 15+ all from the owner Nate! Although hes the absolute GOAT, he has the most amazing team of artists that my head spins sometimes wanting them all to just tattoo every inch of me. The vibes are chill for any and all and not a chance any person could walk in this establishment and feel anything but comfortable. Dont hesitate anymore, just schedule the appointment.

My new go-to shop. Sheila is a top-tier talent and went above and beyond in helping create a beautiful tribute tattoo for my dog. I even went in for a $100 banger that Monaca absolutely crushed. Shop is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and clearly everyone on the team there takes pride in their craft

Abbey was amazing! My friend and I came in for walk-ins, and we were welcomed in with kindness and walked out with amazing tattoos! The space is amazing and everyone who was working there had a great attitude. I will definitely be coming back for more. This is my new favorite tattoo shop!

Let me start off saying Not all tattoo shops are the same. Nate runs a super professional business ,very orderly ,and clean. Whether its your first tattoo or your tenth tattoo ,Irondoor tattoos will answer your needs . Ive known Nate from a previous shop ,and hes all about the clients needs . Convenient location ,just 3 miles from Clague and Lorain rd . His portfolio is enormous, with all styles of tattoos. Very relaxed establishment . Outstanding customer service, and tattooing skills are first rate... plus the vibes are very upbeat, positive, and the place is also just really stylish and impeccably clean as well! Sheila was absolutely incredible! First time getting a tattoo and from the initial consultation to the day of, she was so attentive and really brought my ideas to life. All of the attention to detail and doing the little things to make her clients feel comfortable made this the best experience possible.

I got a tattoo from Tess & her work is absolutely phenomenal!! 10000/10 recommend. I lhave gotten many tattoos & this was by far the best experience overall! Amazing!! i absolutely love this place. everyone who works here is so nice, and talented. they seem like one big family. they’re very sanitary and clean, always wiping everything down and wearing gloves, no matter what. the location is super cool because it’s an old house. i recommend all my friends to come here!

Ive worked now with Monaca and Morgan on what were my first two tattoos and after that its very hard to see myself going elsewhere for any of the rest. Nate is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and both Monaca and Morgan and any of the other artists I interacted with were extremely friendly, professional, thorough, and kept very clean spaces. Theres a palpable collaborative and friendly atmosphere throughout the shop and its staff and enough range and diversity in their styles of art that any need of yours can be met. In short: you cant go wrong here!

10/10 highly recommend! Super clean shop with amazing work and talented artists! Everyones friendly and inviting. My wife and I were walk ins and they got us right in. I wish I could give Iron Door 10/5 stars. I met some of the staff at a tattoo convention and they were all welcoming and so friendly. Today I went to Monaca for finger tattoos and she was an absolute delight to work with. She took time to perfect the placement of my tattoos, was fun to talk to and is just an overall amazing artist. I’ll definitely be back to see her 💜

My partner and I loved every second of getting tattooed at Iron Door! We had very basic ideas for small couple tattoos and their amazing artist Monaca gave us more than we could’ve ever hoped for. She was kind, patient, and such a pleasure to work with. Her work is amazing and we could not love our pieces more. Highly, highly recommend her and the shop in general. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, the communication while we waited was great. Everyone is incredibly friendly. And they have the BEST stickers with work from the artists. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I happened upon this shop because it happens to be in my neighborhood. I started following their instagram and decided to get a design done by Monaca. Not even a year later she’s done multiple tattoos - I guess I’m working on a sleeve now lol! Can’t say enough great things about her talent, playlists, and professionalism. The shop is a whole vibe and the artists working here are all pretty impressive!

Bianca is a phenomenal artist and even better person. I love showing off her tattoo work on my body. Pricing is very fair, she’s the best!

All of the tattooers are welcoming, professional, and clean. Someone always greets you at the door which makes you feel right at home. The shop itself is beautiful, the layout and decorations are awesome and give a vintage feel. And let’s not forget about the work they put out! This group of tattooers cares about their craft and it definitely shows with each tattoo they do. Nate is usually my go to artist but I would recommend any of them! Get tattooed here!

Nate and Sheila are both super easy to work with and both amazing artists. Good attitudes and fun times. The shop is a good vibe and the first and only in Fairview. If you’re in the Cleveland area I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Monica did a fabulous job on my second tattoo for my son’s memorial sleeve 💕! Beautiful tattoo writing and flowers and shamrock s around it! She designed it in 15 mins , I was a walk in !I set up another spot with her to do my son’s favorite saying . Leave no stone unturned tomorrow is never a promise .!I can’t wait to see what design she came up with 🥰

All of the artist are super talented. I have been tattooed by Sheila here on multiple occasions. During breaks I’ve walked around to see all the other artists knocking out awesome pieces. Everything is super clean and everyone is friendly. Top tier spot, highly recommended.

They accommodated my walk in and put together a few versions of my request rather quickly. The artist was friendly and patient while maintaining efficiency. I love my tattoo and will add this place to my trusted shops list.

Iron door is amazing. I have had 4 tattoos in my life, Iron Door is without a doubt the cleanest, most professional. Most comfortable tatto shop. Morgan corrected my wedding band. She turned a really poorly done sloppy tattoo into a beautiful, feminine ring that I can enjoy and be proud of. She is very polite and kind. She listens. She helped set clear expectations for the tattoo as it heals. She had great suggestions about style of the ring and ended up giving me something way better than I could have ever wanted. Morgan is incredibly talented, in fact, she was so good I booked an appointment for my partner to have their ring corrected.
