The store as a whole is a nice store, but unfortunately the customer service is disgusting and should be used as an example of what NOT to do when working in a business. Attempted to ask the cashier a question and the gentleman was very off-putting and short without any clear answers.

Lobby member does the most with an expert level inventory selection featuring 4 full size display areas that will each blow your mind with inspiration.

I am a beginner artist i’ve been to this store multiple times. he is not a friendly person who makes people feel less confident and uncomfortable to speak up as a women. i have asked the guy for options and he has talked to me in a disrespectful manner as a female i don’t feel comfortable going to that store with out a guy with me. The guy that works there has made me feel uncomfortable to buy stuff. i would not recommend going to that store. unless you have character as a male we’re as the guy the that works there doesn’t respect females artists.

Horrible customer service. I came in to inquire about prices on a 14mm downstem the guy at the counter was completely dismissive, seemed mad that I even came in. He didn’t even respond when I said hello just stood there and stared until I finally said something else. He brought me to where the down stems were and just pointed at the case and said here then just stood and stared at me again so I said I will just come back at another time because he seemed agitated then he got really aggressive told me to get out because I insulted him. I would not recommend coming here unless you like to feel threatened when trying to spend your hard earned money

I go here all the time for tattoo supplies and although the door says must be 18 to enter , every time i go in it’s the same guy with glasses and the beard he’s always had a super bad attitude but i never minded it because i would just purchase my things and leave . he never once id’d me. He surely remembers my face because as stated i always came here and purchased things. Today he decided to id me, which wasn’t an issue but he was quick to kick me out of the store before i can even give my id to him . I asked him why all of a sudden am i being id’d if he never done it before. he says “i card when i choose to card” and proceeded to be rude when i asked why does he pick and choose when/who to id. I guess he took it wrong and proceeded to be extremely rude and caused an argument which led to him kicking me out and saying im “banned from his store” all because of a simple question. do not go here this guy is always rude to his customers never cracks a smile and is just a miserable being .

If I could give a 0 star I would. I went to this store to buy needles for my almost 18 year olds tattoo gun since he has been practicing on fake skin. The guy with a beard and all the tattoos refused to sell them to me stating he can’t sell them to me because i’m buying them for my son and not me. Telling me it’s illegal for me to purchase stuff for my son as far as things he needs for his tattoo gun to practice on his fake skins. Dude was rude and was talking to me like I was a kid. First of all i’m 40+ so watch your mouth! He proceeds to tell me there are no other places in cleveland that sells the tattoo supplies. Let me research what I need to open a tattoo supply store, and hire people with good customer service.UPDATE: I found another place that sells tattoo supplies in Macedonia btw

Idk his name but the clerk was a real nice guy. Patient and helpful. Fair prices and definitely a lot of cool stuff to check out. Solid recommendation. 👍

I called at 10 to make sure it was OK I come in. He was very rude and nasty! I still remained nice and he got even more mean! He was yelling at me saying its just now ten! Can I have time to get ready to open. What makes you think Im ready for you to come in! You know considering your open time is 10 usually that means you should be ready to take customers! Smh

I’ve been going to this place for years. I stopped in today and the bigger toothless trashy tattooed bearded guy was rude to me. The owner is awesome and the inventory is amazing. But the customer service by that guy was disrespectful more worried about his phone and taking his anger out on customers. Maybe he will catch these hands while leaving work one night. I won’t return to the Cleveland location.

I went in a few weeks ago to buy some glass and a heavy set bearded guy was so rude. He barely walked up from the back looking at his phone. He couldn’t bother to bend down to show me some pipes. He’s says “ you know what man I don’t need this just leave”. What a waste of time.

Good selection but the prices are out of this world. I was all set to ring out and the dude inside is going on and on about how people keep coming in and he has stuff to do. Shouldnt be disrespectful like that in front of customers. Good luck staying open if you dont want people to come spend their money at your store. The lady was very helpful but he made me so mad that I left without my purchase. Actually really sad, I was looking forward to having a new place to go for my toys.

A good range and variety of tobacco smoking devices and apertures. The person I had was very polite courteous and patient as I was browsing/shopping asking different questions environment clean there is local parking close by and I think that Im not too sure that it is wheelchair accessible

Interesting selection with some great high end glass, but whoever was working that day is as friendly and inviting as a gargoyle. Barely made eye contact, barely said a word, no greeting when we came in, no thanks when I bought something. Probably wont be back for that reason alone.

I am a beginner tattoo artist with very little knowledge on the equipment that I need let alone the little details about that equipment. I had no expectations of being helped to the extent that I was but Shane went out of his way to make sure I left with everything I needed to start while making sure I was within my budget. He was also super polite and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help me be successful. He really took his time and I highly appreciated it. I will for sure be coming here for my future needs! Thanks so much!

Not sure who was working tonight but this will be the first and last time I ever step foot in this store. The rudest and cockiest encounter I’ve ever had from start to finish and I was in there for all of 2 minutes. Definitely not how you run a business. Not even greeted when you walk in the first thing is was asked was where was my ID. The guy was super rude when “helping” us find what we needed he made you feel like you were stupid. Anyways place is trash.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, all of them. Cool place to check out with the masks and figures all around. They have about all your tattoo needs if you are a tattooist. I visit this place 2 to 3 times a month and see something cool or really interesting that is different every time I go there!

Ive never come to a store where staff tries to talk you out of purchasing your products. If you dont believe in what you sell, why bother? Customer service was subpar. I didnt come in for a long lecture.

I came into here looking for something but not entirely sure what exactly, seeing how Im very indecisive. I was overwhelmed by their selection of tobacco related products I just couldnt decide. The man working Shawn I believe was his name was so kind and polite and helped me find the perfect piece, and also shown me their awesome collection of horror action figures. Upon finding the perfect piece he recommended a phenomenal cleaner, and bag for it and gave me the best tips ever of cleaning and mainting it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to my friends. Ive never seen so many different options of tobacco related products or had such a phenomenal employee help guide me through all of their different choices, also giving me some amazing tips and suggestions. I told him how Im very clumsy and he helped me find a piece that wouldnt roll of the table and break and also helped me find the perfect bag to keep it safe.

You’d think that when someone is working for commission they’d be a little nicer to you when you spend almost $200 every time... I asked the heavyset goatee dude to help me with a certain tattoo gun and he said that he wasn’t there for “instructional purposes” however, when I walked in he was showing someone how to use whatever they were buying.. that guy is not nice at all anytime I go in there he’s mean, all he does is brag about his commission and how much he’s up to. He was up to $2,000 the other day then he ended up selling a $7,000 Rick and Morty ring. Me as a customer should not know his commission that he makes and how much he’s up to, He should not be working there with the attitude that he carries. I suppose I didn’t spend the appropriate amount to get the “instructions” I’m sure he doesn’t care about my next statement but, I won’t be back.

It’s unfortunate such a great place with variety has horrible customers service. This person that sits behind the register drinking energy drinks all day and vaping is the worse person to run your place. Horrible attitude, is not helpful and turned down sales from me today all because he didn’t want to break another $20$ for a $4 transaction then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t tap and pay since it wasn’t $10. What horrible way to treat a client that’s been coming here for years and is a resident and business owner in old brooklyn. I’ll be sure to speak highly on how horrible service this person has. I’ll now start driving and directing everyone to Day Star boutique

I love the huge insense they sell here and they are a decent price. They also have the tattoo supplies my husband needs. The guy who is always there is friendly and very helpful

We were getting some tattoo supplies for a friend who lost her equipment in a house fire. We had a set amount of money that was raised and walked in without knowing anything about the trade. Shane helped us figure out what we needed, gave us suggestions, and kept us within our budget. We were able to get literally everything that was lost. Theres something to be said for that fact that he went above and beyond to help our cause. He was very knowledgeable and even more helpful. I would recommend The Glass House without hesitation. This place used to be the best place to go in this neighborhood the owner is an awesome amazing person I have met him a few times but recently whenever I go the store will be closed for an hour do its a hit or a miss if there open then when they was open yesterday dec. 20th 5 days before Christmas the guy working was rude and just yelling I left I took my boyfriend back for his stuff a couple hours later and dude gave him and attitude trying to tell him not to buy what we asked for he was just so rude will never go back

Ive been going here for years. Returned today for the first time in 2 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the addition which was awesome(I wont spoil the surprose. The shop looks great, customer service is still great as usual.

Went in on a holiday where the banks were closed so they had no change so I had to use my credit card but my order was less than their credit card limit and they made me add to my order not very good business if you couldnt get to the bank for change the day before because of a holiday

I unfortunately didnt have a lot of time, I will be going back. The movie stuff they have is unbelievable. Great atmosphere to shop in! Cant wait to go back when I have time to spend there!!

Massive1ism They do sell glass dildos if you want one for your ass! I think the place is AWESOME!! They treat you with respect if thats how you act. If you have common sense, they treat you as such. Im trying to learn how to tattoo so I went to The Glass House to pick up a few of the things I needed. I explained to the guy that I am a novice and that I am still trying to figure out what Im doing. He seemed really annoyed by the few simple questions that I asked about the equipment. He was really despondent and not even a little bit welcoming. I decided that I should just buy the things I knew that I needed and leave. I would have spent way more money if he had been even a little bit accommodating. I guess Ill just order my supplies online from now on.

A LOT of things to look at and choose from from. A lot of memorabilia and horror items as well.They had just started to carry the item we were looking for and havent developed a large inventory yet, but definitely look forward to returning in the near future.

Cool place but Terrible customer service, the big guy who sits behind the counter has a terrible attitude and gives no help with what your looking for, & they ID as soon as u walk in & if the big guy don’t like they way u look or whatever his problem is he won’t sell to you.

I don’t know who answers the phone on tuesdays at 8pm but they need a new job. If you are bored or in a bad mood you don’t need to take that aggression out on people on the phone. Seriously sounded like I was speaking to someone from the 90s emo era, extremely depressing and uninterested in my business. This is exactly why people shop online.

I believe his name was Chris and this man should be fired he is not trustworthy and it may be the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I have been a long time customer for the past five years and I have never been treated the way I was today! I will never return to this location.

As a tattoo artist, I’ve been shopping at The Glass House since 2007 , they’re always friendly and reliable. I’ve watched them grow , expand and evolve! I’m a customer for life!

First and foremost they have some great employees there to help you pick the perfect item for you. Wether its action figures, face masks, incents or tobacco pieces Id highly reccomend going there when their one employee shane is in. He definitely helped me pick the perfect piece for my dad. Second their products are quite durable. The tobacco piece i got my dad dropped and it the ground HARD right infront of all of us! My heart dropped because i just got it for him. The thing bounced off the ground and hit the floor numerous times and there wasnt even a crack in it when i put the light to it. Lastly theres a HUGE selection of items to choose from. They literally have something for everybody even if youre specific on what you want. Definitely the only place Id shop for my future pieces at!

Decent selection here, and the guys behind the counter are helpful. I am not a fan of the way they follow you if they cant see you from behind the counter, but I get that they have to keep an eye on inventory.

Wife and I went yesterday to purchase our first E Cigs. Bought pair, one of which didnt work, at all. Went back the next morning to simply exchange for one that worked, with receipt. Employee, Owner, whomever, would not exchange the one that was broke. When they say, All Sales Final, thats exactly what they mean. They sell garbage.....................Buyer Beware! While still listed as a vape as well shop, its not. Its a various smoke type/head shop. I dont blame them for it, Google even has a Sears dental mapped around the corner from me where a Wendys has sat for the past 40 years.

Very good place to go for your tobacco pipe needs and tattoo needs and even clothing depending on what you want lol I just wish they carried some rotary tattoo pens I highly recommend this place for unique tobacco pipes and tattoo equipment and even toxi clean
