Chay was amazing with his services. I went to see him in the end July for helix and rook piercing. He advised me regarding the placement of my helix so that it would work well with my rook aesthetically. He used a clean needle and gloves, guided me with breath work before each piercing, and made sure the bleeding had subsided before advising me on proper aftercare.I definitely recommend Chay!I look forward to coming to him for future piercings.

Chay was so professional and took his time to and make sure my daughter’s first nose ring was a safe and comforting experience. She really loved it and he followed the exact spot where she wanted it placed and was very sterile with all products and handling of body parts.

Chay was so good with my 9 yo daughter’s ear piercing. He coached her to breathe calmly, and she barely felt it. So much better than the loud, scary, painful “gun” piercing I got when I was a kid! Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t catch the name of my piercer, but he was a man from India and he did great!! I got a piercing on my left nostril and he made a really good, calming environment despite being at a kiosk. He was a gentle and kind guy and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nose pierced.

Great service!! Chay handled my nose piercing and earlobe piercing, and both went very smoothly. I was able to decide where I wanted my piercing placements as he marked them and showed me before piercing. Would recommend 😊

Its a booth. In the middle of the mall. No privacy, questionable sanitation (talking about a spray bottle and some paper towels with some tools dunked in some blue liquid), and a lady that likes to cut you off and rush you through any decisions. And if she cuts you off mid sentence and stops you from asking questions, dont take it personally. Shes just trying to get through your session as fast as possible. She does it to everyone. Not to mention the abysmally small choice of earrings actually available for piercings. Maybe 8-10 choices available for standard lobe piercings and thats only because Im including the 5 different sizes of CZ gemstones in that range. No titanium, no surgical steel, only silver and gold plated available for piercings and just a square CZ stone. She also doesnt have any info on after-care. Dont bother asking. She doesnt know and doesnt even have the time to at least tell you to look online yourself. Shes just that rushed. If you booked a fifteen minute session, you get maybe 5 minutes of her attention during your piercing experience. If youre lucky. But hey, I get it. If someone else (any mall passerby) is remotely even interested during the time you booked and paid the $25 deposit for, why would I expect her to maybe not go and attend to them on the offchance that passerby also wants a piercing. Maybe Im being harsh cause my session got interrupted constantly by mildly intetested passerbys. Impressed that anything can get done with the stop-and-go traffic-like session. But still only end up with 5 minutes of actual attention. Honestly, I dont know why even have an appointment booking system if its not reflective of how time or attention gets spent on doing the piercings. I probably gotta find a real piercing place to consult for when my ear lobes start to fall off... I really wish I werent so averse to losing that $25 deposit that you dont even need to place since its a walk-in policy (technically more like a walk-up and get in your space policy cause theres not that much available standing room in the mall hallway).

Had a nice experience with Shay, he moved quickly and was flexible with moving the placement for my forward helix. Didn’t even notice when he actually pierced my ear!

The first time i went here, the piercer charged me $50 for a septum, mind you i asked her 3 times just to be sure, suddenly when it was time to pay she charged me $60. the second time i went there, the woman piercing at the time charged me $70 for a septum piercing and proceeded to go back and forth with me on the price and asked a lot of personal questions that the first piercer didnt ask including asking to speak with my mother on the phone.She pierced my sisters nose and after we left, I looked into her nose to see that the woman pierced it too low!!! My sisters nose was bleeding and there were pieces of cartilage/flesh sticking outside of the piercing hole. She completely missed the sweet spot for a septum piercing and then tried to tell me that it was $70 but if you have $60 on you ill do it for $60.The most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. Never going back again and Im damn near close to filing a complaint.

I’ve been going to piercing and tattoo studios -this is the first time I have tried to change my nose ring at a kiosk in the mall. The selection of jewelry was more affordable but I didn’t feel the customer service or cleanliness was anywhere near the same. It was good for a quick change but I definitely felt unnerved by the lack of cleanliness and casualness in handling. Also, the customer service was just not there unfortunately.

Before I start just wanted to say thank you to Brianna and If I could give you 10 stars I would but sadly it’s only out of 5 I waited 13 years to get my ears pierced and I should say it was worth it. Coming here I wasn’t prepared, I hadn’t eaten all day or had anything to drink. Because of this and the build up of fear I had of the pain I had passed out. She wasted no time to ensure my safety and help me start breathing. Afterwards she bought me Dunkin and made sure I was safe. She gave me tips and taught me how to properly clean my earrings. Brianna is a life saver and a totally underrated person. Go check her out if you want a cheap and high quality piercing.

Got my nose piercing on Dec 16 the piercer Britney or Brianna (cant remember her name) was very nice. I cleaned up my nose did everything I was asked to do for the aftercare. I woke up on Dec 20 and my nose piercing was just gone I kept looking around my bed still couldnt find it. Right after work, I went straight to the piercer and it look like she recognized my face. I explained to her what happened and she said she couldnt get me a free piercing unless there was something wrong with the piercing its self. I would have to have to paid the same amount when I first got my piercing if i wanted to get it re-done. Piercings falling of over night weather its Ears, nose, etc. Its nothing new so the fact that they wanted me to pay again if I wanted to get it redone is honestly crazy to me.

I went to get my nose pierced with my sister and a friend. Taliah was working at the time and she made the process super easy! She was super professional and did all our noses in less than 30 minutes. The pain was minimal and she gave clear instructions about how to take care of it! Recommending all my friends to get their nose pierced with her!Also, my nose ring fell out a week later because of my own fault. I went back and was lucky to find Taliah working there and she was able to re-pierce it for me again for a good price! Shes absolutely incredibly! I recommend her services 10000/10.

Out of all the times I have gotten a piercing, my experience today at Artwells was the best! Rawan was amazing, she is the best, and I really do mean it! She really listened to where I wanted to get my piercing, what kind of style I was looking for and she didnt seem lazy to look for one, she showed me all my options and even helped me choose which ear would look best. She sanitized everything and the way she pierced it really showed her professionalism. Although my friend and I were hesitant about getting it done, she showed us that she doesnt want to lose us as customers and just wants to do it for us, and it even showed how caring she is towards customers and to her job. If I could give this business a zero I would! I booked an appointment to get my nose pierced for Sunday at 12pm. About the next day after I booked my appointment, I wanted to push my appointment to 1pm. I called this place multiple times and multiple times to reschedule and it kept going to voicemail. I left a message. These people never called me. I got reminder emails about my 12pm. I figured since they never called me back, my appointment was still for 12pm. The day of my appointment, I rushed to my appointment and was on time. 12pm passed, 12:10pm passed, 12:20pm passed….the kiosk wasn’t opened…I waited and waited…I left and never got my piercing…wasted time…Very unprofessional to not call a customer/potential customer back. Very unprofessional not to be there for an appointment…let alone not open your business up on time…smh 😡

Got my septum done today by Taliah. She was wonderful and very nice. However the piercing hurt a lot and was pierced wrong/crooked. Now it’s the next day and my doctor told me i have a mild infection and he recommended having it removed 😢. No refund, manager was rude and basically told me I was lying and the girl who removed my piercing was rough and caused me a lot of pain. Started out good, ended bad 👎🏾

I recently just got my nose and industrial piercing by rawan and she was so nice. she did both of my piercings quickly which is better for me. she also made me feel comfortable while i was getting them done even tho i was a little scared and shaking she told me it’s gonna be just fine lol. also everything she used was very clean and sterile and she showed me how to clean my piercings and even provided me with the piercing spray that i use everyday🤩. I loved it so if you wanna get anything pierced i would definitely recommend coming here😉.

Jahniyah was AMAZING!! My daughter was having a difficult time and appeared to have “an attitude” when approaching the stand. However, it was her anxiety rising. Jahniyah (in less than one minute) literally had us both in uncontrollable laughter and had my daughter’s comfort level so high. She was friendly, professional and gave excellent customer service. We visited weeks ago but my phone died right after the piercing. I promised to come back and leave a review. So here it is. Sorry that it took me forever.Great job Jahniyah! This place is beyond awesome!!!! 👏🏾They were honest and gentle. I got my nose pierced here. I was nervous and all but the girl that pierced my nose reassured me I will be fine and that the anticipation was worst than getting it done. I didnt believe her but she was patient with me. She explained everything thoroughly from getting my nose pierced with the gun and the cleaning process. She explained when pierced with the gun some people swell more than others and if my nose got swollen and the ring sinks I should come back in 2 to 3 days and have it replace with a longer bar which would accommodate the swelling. I did go back as told and got it switched out to the L shaped nose ring. I had a great experience with this company and have recommended many of my friends. I will return for ear and tragus piercing. One of the best piercing and jewelry places in columbia , MD❤️❤️❤️

I just got my piercing done today. It went well, the girl was very nice and helpful. The pricing for the piercing tho caught me off guard. I was told it’s 60 dollars when I called first. $25 when you book the appointment and then $35 for the rest but I NEVER knew you had to pay another extra $20 for the SALINE solution. I thought it was included. I just felt like what if I didn’t have the correct amount of money. And of course I NEED the solution to keep it from getting infected. That’s just a little OVER PRICED!

I went to get my nose re-pierced today with Rawan. She was great! She explained everything thoroughly, helped me choose the jewelry, and explained after care in detail. I am so happy with my experience.

Chay did good job with my piercing

I had initially pierced my cartilage at Piercing Pagoda and they had used a gun instead of a needle to do the piercing which resulted in the piercing not healing properly. When I tried going back to them they pretty much told me to figure it out on my own. I was walking in the Columbia Mall one day and stopped out of curiosity to see if I could get a second opinion and Artwells Body Art advised that I would have to completely remove my earrings and I bought another set from them. It has been 2 weeks and my ear is now healing properly.The staff is very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of piercings/after care. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I loved it!! I got my nose pierced and it’s in such a nice place. Rawan gave me great advice about what type of ring and where to place the hole. She was very professional and accurate but still was friendly and easy to talk to. Totally loved it!

Rawan was awesome with helping me find a new nose ring! She didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want! She was so sweet and kind! I also like that she takes health serious and uses gloves if you need help and antibacterial stuff.

I always go here to get my nose piercing jewelry both at the Columbia Mall and Arundel Mills location and they always have a good variety of jewelry, I always end of buying 5 to 6 nose piercings at one time and I go their very frequently and I never knew that I could order on line and go to the store to pick up and today I ordered on line and went to the Columbia location to pick my order up some of the items they didnt have but the young ladies customer service was great as usual and we ended up working it out and I must say I was one pleased customer when I left. Their customer service and jewelry is awesome!!!!!

I made my appointment online as recommended and payed the fee beforehand. My appointment was for nipple piercings and I specified that in the request for the appointment. This company sells nipple piercings of a very wide variety. I made it to the appointment and was immediately told that they do not do nipple piercings for privacy reasons and Im not sure why they let you make the appointment. Got my money back and wasted over an hour of my time, never going back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND I got an industrial piercing here and it got infected within the first week. They told me to put tea tree oil on my hair and slat water. I later found out you are not supposed to put that on your ear. The lady put that wrong size bar in my ear. Horrible Horrible service.

Got my nose pierced, by Rawan, for the first time in January for $70, and it fell out TWICE after. Rawan re-pierced it for free once.Recently, I got it done again around June for only $53. The girl who re-pierced it for me said that I was overcharged by Rawan.This place is very dishonest, untrustworthy, and inconsistent. I was charged two different prices even though I got the basic stud. I made sure to get just the basic stud.I called the owner, and she told me that she “changes the prices weekly.” What piercing place just randomly changes prices?! So unprofessional. Do not recommend coming here.

Dishonest... no set prices, they charge you what they want . Poor customer service skills, doesnt feel they should have to deal with problems with their piercings. My daughter was sent to the E.R from a tragus piercing that wasnt pierced properly. They pierced too close to her face, it was a waste of time and money

Jahniya was honestly so amazing, she re did my tragus after it had closed up on me , i felt no pain and her personality just made the whole process so smooth.

I waited at the kiosk for the girl to get off her break which was 45 minutes (way too long btw). I asked her to just put a piercing in for me that i already purchased and couldn’t put in because of my long acrylic nails and she rudely said no they couldn’t do it because of covid, an obvious lie. How can u pierce during covid and not put a piercing in? I could’ve paid for it too. She also had her mask down. She had an attitude and left the kiosk unattended for a long time with no sign of when she was coming back and many potential customers came and left.

Today Jahniya did my piercing and she was amazing, she was quick fast and easy . Her personality was outstanding and I’ll definitely be back !!!!!!

I had a phenomenal time with Brianna. It was also quick and efficient. I requested for all people looking at this to go to Brianna.

Last year I got my tragus pierced at this location. The lady did a great job. It didn’t get infected, I have sensitive skin. I was so amazed at how well it healed. Today, one year later, I went to change the tragus stud. I chose one stud and asked Niya if I could see it besides my ear. She removed my old stud and accidentally dropped it. Accidents happen, but the fact that she didn’t even apologize nor help me look for it, really frustrated me. She took the front piece out and I was curious to know what was going on because I had no mirror or anyone with me to watch. She put in the new stud and gave me the mirror. I told her it was too big and she didn’t do anything. She got a phone call and literally ignored me. I was speaking to her about exchanging it and she didn’t even care. I’ve never been so frustrated. My husband came after a while and I showed him my new stud he told NIYA that it was too big for my tragus and she said no it’s fine and continued her conversation on the damn phone.

I got my daith pierced here, and the lady who was piercing me was struggling to get the needle through my ear. She put in a long curved barbell and tucked it in my ear, which seemed okay at the time. The barbell popped out and fell out of my ear a few weeks later.

I worked with Tara today and she was very patient, friendly, and informative about what she was doing and using.

I showed up to the mobile shop in Columbia mall and the lady working today had an attitude as we approached the stand. Ive been twice to get my belly and industrial bar and shes the only one that asked for my ID which I know thats protocol but I wouldve been more understanding without the attitude. After I left I noticed she began being nice to another customer that was visibly older than me. I will not be going back to Columbia mall artwells.

I went there for a rook piercing at end of August. The girl didn’t pierce it far enough in my ear so when the swelling went down the jewelry was literally hanging by a thread. I went back to the shop to get it removed, and the girl who was taking it out ripped the piercing out because her nails got in the way of being able to properly holding the earring.

The piercer was nice (never even got her name) but she pierced my septum crooked and too low so it started dropping until it was literally cutting down my nose!! The same thing happened to my sister too. I do not recommend coming here and getting a piercing. The woman didn’t even know the different gauge sizes she called them “small medium and large” that should’ve been the red flag for me honestly. Please go to a professional if you’re looking for a piercer because these people aren’t professionals and they don’t even give refunds for botched piercings.

I got my nose and tragus pierced here at separate times. Their jewelry is cheap and the piercings are extremely over priced. Both times I received an infection from their jewelry. The tragus hoop they pierced me with turned green inside my ear after a couple months. Dont wast your time and money here.

Terrible, horrible place. They used a gun and the type of piercing meant for your ear. They do not have a working business line, my piercing sunk and they only give you two days to come back. This place needs to be shut down.
