The lady behind the counter was working her butt off with still smiling. She didnt have a break and she had a line on a Sunday evening. She made my daughter calm and feel special. Thanks for going the extra mile.

So after calling multiple locations and could not get anyone on the phone I called and spoke to Taylia. Customer service on point. She took the time to explain everything and helped me even though she could not help me. With that kind of service I would trust them to do any piercing.

As I strolled through mall I seen the Banter booth. Proceeded to inquire about a wedding ban at 5:20 pm. Lady behind the counter sucks her teeth and said were about to close but I guess I can you!!!!!SHE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!

Theyll definitely sell the jewelry and warranty. Dont ever need it. Youll be stuck with broken jewelry and a worthless warranty because the piece NEVER comes in stock. BEEN WAITING 6 WEEKS. Definitely requesting my money back at this point and waiting for a response from Corporate.

Great place. I took my 6 mth daughter to get her ears pierced and it was great. Ms.Tylea was the associate that worked with us. She explained everything about the aftercare and she did a great job with my little girls piercing. Absolutely love them. Definitely will be recommending!
