I’ve been visiting the Laser Clinic for about a year. Highly recommend! 5 stars easily! As a black woman, I trust the Laser Clinic staff with my skin. LC is owned by highly celebrated medical professionals (also my gynecologists) and managed by a trained professional who is very considerate and courteous. The pricing is very transparent, unlike other laser hair removal services in Columbia. I’m very pleased with my results! Try it today!

I will forever be an advocate of this clinic. I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments for 2 years here. I drive 3 hours round trip. Each time I go I just keep adding areas to my service. Customer service is top notch and personable. The space is comfortable and clean. My treatment areas have proven long lasting affects. Coming from someone who has always struggled with PCOS it seriously has been so life changing to me. I will continue to send all my friends and family here as well. Dr. Crowder and her staff are simply the best. I have been going there for about a year and cannot say enough about how kind efficient and knowledgable they all are. I have been doing laser hair removal, and Botox and I’m so pleased with the results I’ve gotten. I’m about halfway through my laser hair removal treatments,l and I truly enjoy going there even though the Internet tells you that laser hair removal hurts. It actually doesn’t hurt at all. Amber is a joy to chat with while she’s doing my treatments. Dr. Crowder listens to everything I say and request and gives me reasonable advice when it comes to my Botox injections. Will just the sweetest nicest aesthetician and I always enjoy chatting with him when I go in. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and they’re always upfront with how much everything cost before I do anything. If I could give the office 10 stars, I totally would.

I have had many services at The Laser Clinic. William, Amber and Dr. Crowder have been extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient when answering all my questions and treating me. While I recommend every treatment I have had the most life changing treatment I have had has been Botox to treat my hyperhidrosis! I have always been extremely self conscious about my excessive sweating since my teenage years. After only two treatments my confidence has drastically improved and I am confidently wearing shirts of light colors and not having to worry about sweat stains! For me a single treatment lasts at least 6 months!

I heart The Laser Clinic! I just had my sixth session and am absolutely in love with my results. I barely shave anymore and its just to clear up fine stray hairs. The difference is astonishing. My skin is tons happier with no razor, product, or stubble to irritate it. Im also feeling less chronic pain and fatigue from regularly shaving hard to reach places! The clinic itself is welcoming and clean, with super knowledgeable technicians. I feel informed, safe, and cared for every time I go. The process is quick and easy; my tech handles everything and I just have to relax. Privacy and professionalism are strictly upheld. The Laser Clinic is fantastic! I love the laser they use! After waxing my legs for about 3 years, I finally decided to give laser treatments a try. Compared to waxing, laser treatment is less painful, gives better results, and I’m not having to constantly work to prevent ingrown hairs. And the best part is that it’s permanent! I only wish I had tried laser treatments sooner, instead of spending so much money on waxing each month. This clinic is nice and the staff is very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend it!

I was looking around at different laser hair removal places because I know nothing about it and I am interested. The Laser Clinic has by far the best customer service. I was informed, not rushed, and I didn’t feel like I was talking to a car salesman. I would definitely recommend! They have great people working there.

Just love going to The Laser Clinic, they are amazing. They go above & beyond, nothing is too much trouble. They are very knowledgable and professional. I have excellent results after only two treatments. So close to ditching the razor for good. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

The Laser Clinic has been a life saver for me. I have suffered from razor burn and in grown hairs due to course thick hair for all of my life. After the first session I saw noticeable results. After the second session the hair was thinning and I was able to shave with very little irritation. I am so excited to see results from my third session.

The results are amazing. Im so happy with my results! I never dreamed that I would have a pretty bikini line but now I do. It hurt a little but its so worth it. Showering is so much faster without shaving. Sara is so nice and friendly and concerned about your comfort level. Love this place!

Bev and her husband, aka Doc are the most sweet, kind, caring two people you could ever dream of having beautify you. They take time to explain every procedure and option and go above and beyond to make your visit positive and pleasant. I was sent home with follow up care materials and goodies and she even called afterwards to make sure I didnt have issues or questions the next day. (That was YEARS ago. I have been going back for 7+ years now adding more things I love their treatments and personalities so much! You will LOVE not only them, but their work as well!

The staff is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dehumanizing. If you are transgender, do NOT patronize this clinic. The receptionist repeatedly misgendered my friend, asked what her real name was, made sexually harassing and violating comments about her appearance and how she fooled him. I have NEVER felt more violated or uncomfortable. Save your money and go somewhere that recognizes you as a human being.
