Great experience! just got my nose piercing a couple hours ago and was impressed by Living Canvas. Not sure whats up with all the negative comments, but personally I found this place to be friendly, clean, fast, and organized. I almost didnt go based on the reviews, but a couple local tattoo shops recommended this place for piercings and I decided to take a chance. So happy I did! They gave helpful aftercare tips and encouraged me to contact them/come back if anything at all goes wrong. Id def recommend this place :)
We took our granddaughter here today to get her ears pierced for the first time. They were wonderful! Kim did a fabulous job at keeping our sweet girl at ease, kept her smiling had her favorite Disney songs playing in the background. Very informative and answered any questions. We thank you all for your kindness! We will be back!
Went to get a few ear piercings with a friend yesterday and Mike at Living Canvas was FANTASTIC. Fun guy but also an absolute professional. We are raving today about how comfortably we slept last night and how easy and fun the process was. Somehow, these piercings are so much less painful than the last time I had one done. Im calling him Magic Mike now. Tip your artists!
I walked in and they were able to get me in immediately. The piercer was great and she really made sure I found earrings I liked and with every earring I was interested she made sure I knew the price which I really appreciated. Loved that they pierce with flatbacks. She made sure to explain and send me off with aftercare instructions. 10/10 for the skull decoration on the ceiling. When I was leaned back I definitely wasn’t expecting to see that!
My wife and I came in as walk-ins last week for a nose piercing for her, and an ear piercing for me. I came back again for an eyebrow piercing. Had Kim do all of them. We were very happy with Kim’s work and the cleanliness/professionalism of the shop. We wouldn’t have any reservation about recommending them!
Drove up from Springfield for a couple piercings. The guy wasnt there to do them he had already left. got told his hours came back up during his hours and he had already left. Very disappointed they dont keep people around to do the piercings
Mike at Living Canvas was awesome! Everything was super clean, sterilized, professional, and the vibes were really chill. Mike helped me find the exact placement of my helix piercing, talked me through the whole process, and made the experience comfortable and fast! I highly recommend anyone in the Columbia area to check out Living Canvas- great place!
Corey harness was amazing and was very helpful and insightful. Havent been tatted it a decade and he walked me through everything. Was very gentle and that tat came out perfect.
Mike did an awesome job on my piercings. He was very sweet and professional. He was great! The counter guy was super nice as well, and he was very professional as well.
Good experience here! I got a nose piercing, and Eric helped me out. He explained the process really well and debunked a few aftercare myths I wasnt aware of beforehand. Overall, he was super nice, and its been a week so far. My piercing is healing well, with barely any pain since a couple of days after getting it. The place itself was clean and professional. Glad I chose their shop, and I plan on returning for future piercings
This place is a rip off I do not recommend this tattoo place at all I wanted to get a neck tattoo in the tattooist was very rude he said that it would be very hard to get on he lied and said it would take 20 minutes and said that it is not an easy thing to put on all I wanted was a little cross behind my ear not only that he wanted to charge me $120 are kidding me?? I dont think so plus me having a tip him would be a lot more screw this place if youre looking for a good tattoo shop with friendlier people and a more welcome place and cheap prices I would recommend going to Essentials Instead I went by there and boy their prices are excellent I showed her the thing that I wanted on my neck and she got right on it she was going to charge me $70 but she took $10 off now thats a deal and a plus for me the tattoo only took 2 minutes probably less than that I have to say I am impressed with how it turned out couldnt be any happier
I came in from Florida to visit an old friend and got him to put some ink on me. Nick was my artist and my entire experience was great. The employees were friendly and helpful with questions about the paperwork. The establishment was kept very clean and at comfortable temperatures. The clarity and smoothness of Nicks lines surprised me because of how quickly he moved. Ive got 9 hours of tattoos. The way Nick wrapped it is the best! I pulled the wrap after 3 days and this thing looks awesome!
Extremely friendly front counter staff and my artist, Shawn is phenomenal! I will also never go anywhere else for my piercings!
Had a couple nice jewelry pieces, but the guy helping me was very rude when telling me he didnt have what I was looking for, and kept making assumptions about where I was from. Im sure some staff are great but the short stocky guy they sent out to talk to me about piercings was Not Very Nice and definitely did not make me feel comfortable.
I got my very first tattoo and it was an amazing experience. Les was my artist and he did an amazing job. I have scheduled another apt already. Very clean and all in all good service
Kim was amazing, she was super calm and nice! And very professional and knowledgeable on what she’s doing. Which made my nipples piercing process go phenomenal. I love how they turned out. Would definitely recommend go to them!
Very professional and clean establishment. Piercing technician was patient and calm energy. Front desk staff was super courteous and helpful. Recommended.
I’m from a different state but have been coming to Living Canvas for piercings for years, and last weekend I finally got my first tattoo from them! The girl at the front desk was kind and patient, and willing to do what she could in order to ensure that I was happy with the piece. (I remember her name but don’t wanna spell it incorrectly) My artist, Pete, was awesome! Very cool and patient. I got a small one, so it was quick, but nonetheless it is exactly what I wanted! The shop is very clean and safe, and I’ll definitely be back!
They always do a great job and their prices are fair.
I recently went to Living Canvas for piercings and I cannot say enough good things about Kim!!! She was incredibly kind and made me feel super comfortable. She was also very gentle, which made it such a positive experience. Not to mention the piercings themselves look amazing and are healing up great! I would totally recommend going to Kim for a piercing, especially if it’s your first one!🩷
Mike did a great job piercing my 10-year-olds ears. Moved slowly and was very clear to get her consent each step of the way. Excellent!
Roxane was amazing from start to finish. She did an amazing job designing my piece based on the concept I asked for. The finished product turned out so beautiful and I couldnt be happier!
Nick was absolutely amazing! I came in as a walk-in for my first tattoo on my 18th, he was super considerate during the tattoo and helped settle my nerves. the work turned out better then I imagined, and at a great price too! I can’t recommend nick or living canvas enough, i got a nose piercing here a couple years ago and it also was fantastic. I’ve truly only had good experiences.
Rude and dismissive piercer, don’t know about the other staff but I was made to feel dumb for asking questions. I am not comfortable going back there.
Schedule an appointment with Trent in May and then a week before he called me to reschedule we rescheduled again and then he called me to reschedule for a second time and the night before my appointment I received a call, saying that he was going to cancel my appointment entirely because of on my end lack of communication when he has rescheduled three separate times. I’ve never had this terrible service from somewhere. And will never be going back.
My Fiancé and I came in to get tattoos and our artist was Nick and he was phenomenal. He gave us exactly what we wanted and he was super supportive and helped us through the process of decision making. It was a great experience for our first time at Living Canvas and we can’t wait to get more artwork done by Nick. Thanks again!
If you’re looking for a piercing, I HIGHLY recommend McKenna! She performed an EXCEPTIONAL service while providing emotional support along the way. I was a little anxious to start and she made me feel so comfortable ! Not only that, but she did an amazing piercing on me. Super quick, done correctly and at an affordable price too. Definitely recommending her to all my friends!!
Their work is lovely, but they are terrible abt communication. Saw two customers with appts have to leave because they werent informed beforehand abt stuff they needed to bring. 2 weeks ago i had an email exchange abt appointments. we were told to just come in and a particular artist would be able to help us. He wasnt even in on the day we were told to come in. (Turns out he was ill, so 2 stars instead of one.)So, anyway, there are loads of other places to get good tattoos in Columbia, so pick one of those places.
I am updating this review over a year later to say that my nipples were both pierced too deep. I have to get them redone and I have permanent scarred tissue from them being incorrectly done on my anatomy. Original review -“I got my nipples pierced by McKenna a week ago. Healing is doing amazing. She did an amazing job. Bedside manner was 10/10, attitude, professionalism, all things that you would want with a piercing like this were present. I would recommend her to anyone.”She was very nice and comforting and I stand by that part of my review. I just can not keep this up without editing.
I have several piercings and have been to many places through the years, Mikey was amazing. He was professional, informative, and he has a great personality. He was able to answer any questions and talk through the full process. He was also really gentle with putting the jewelry in and ball on - this is huge. 10/10 would recommend. Will certainly be coming back for future piercings.
Absolutely horrible interaction with the kilted piercer yesterday. Just gross behavior, couldn’t get a straight answer as to who the “owner” was from anybody there. Total run around trying to get broken earrings taken care of/refunded or credited. Asked to confirm the price because I believe I was charged the wrong price. Upon hearing that request he threw me out of the shop. LOUD too. “GET OUT” incredibly irate, red all over. Pacing Yelling “you accuse me of over charging you”. Scariest when he charged out the door behind me. Do what y’all want, but if you ever have a problem this outcome is a real possibility. There are other places you can go to spend your money and treat yourself. My opinion, he should not be interacting with the general public.
Love Roxane Meera! Great artist. Fun and creative. Good vibe. Will be back!
My mom is 72 yrs old and went to get her ears re-pierced. They treated her with respect and kindness. She got what she wanted. The people are great at doing their jobs. Highly recommend them.
Ive just had both of my ears pierced, with 3 piercings altogether, and I dont think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. Eric was extremely kind and patient and provided excellent guidance with my breathing during the whole process, something that surprised me and made me feel even more comfortable. The workspace was clean and sanitary, and the shop had top-notch covid procedures. Amanda was an absolute delight, and I will definitely consider coming back for future tattoos. Wonderful all around. (The two matching piercings + the second lobe on my other ear as well. // edited to attach a better-quality image)Edit, June 20: after the 90 day healing time estimate, my second lobe piercings have healed wonderfully and Im very happy to have them! My cartilage is still healing, but thats entirely on me for it getting bumped. Still very happy with the service given and the quality of care from the people in this parlor.
The process was rushed and attention to detail was lack luster. When questions were asked they were met with annoyance and lack of interest in the tattoo or process. When asked if the exclamation, as included on the signature, and for sizing changes there was frustration to have to change and when asked again about exclamation point it was noted that it was the same and would be fine when tattooed. As a non-expensive tattoo it might not have meant a lot to the artist but meant a great deal to us. The exclamation mark was obviously hand added by artist and not my mother’s script and also many pieces of the signature not attentively done. The experience has made an already difficult loss/grieving include additional angst. Even the artist’s add of exclamation is different on my sister’s. Really disappointed as I’ve had friends get incredible work here.
Mikey pierced third holes in my earlobes. He was very kind and respectful. I was with my husband but Mikey addressed me, which I really appreciated. The piercings were quick and easy. I liked the breathing exercises. I appreciated the aftercare instructions and that Living Canvas sells the saline solution right in store. Mikey even gave ways to get in contact with him should I have further questions. Awesome experience.
Cameron was my artist and he did an amazing job! i was a first timer and he did a great job. highly reccomend giving him a visit
I absolutely love this shop. Everything is clean, and aesthetically pleasing. They do everything on the up and up, and are super professional. The staff is extremely friendly, which helps ease the pain of both the tattoo and the paying for the tattoo lol. Shaun Pope is the artist Im currently seeing, and I am above and beyond thrilled with the way the work is going.
The best place in town. I have had multiple piercings and a tattoo. Three of us walked in last weekend and had Cameron as our tattoo artist. Did a quick custom tattoothat all if us just absolutely love. Employees are kind and just really friggin awesome!
Last week I went to visit a friend in Missouri and decided to get my targus piercing. The people upfront we’re nice and helpful. Mikey did my piercing and he was awesome. Well, after having it for a week my jewelry fell off. I called to see if they could put it back in for me. I told the person on the phone that I live 4 hours away, but was willing to drive to have it fixed. Well, she told me that I needed to go to another place where I live and have them fixed it. I’m disappointed that I wasted $75 dollars and there’s nothing that I can do about it. It’s an awesome place but I wished there was more that could have been done.
Great piercing experience, one of the best in town. Highly recommend over several in town.
Most of the 5 stars are for quick visits for piercings. If youre going for a tattoo really read before making a decision. Being 5 star worthy is easy for a 15 minute piercing visit. That doesnt mean theyll be good for a 10 hour tattoo. They couldnt even make me feel good via an email.Unfriendly. Unprofessional responses. Did not even look at my piece before saying no. These artists are not comfortable working with abuse victims and probably not comfortable working with scar cover ups by proxy. Bless the shop that did end up doing my cover up because it will change my life and allow me to process and heal from my abuse. This shop made me feel embarrassed and isolated via email. Like hell I was going to go feel that way in person and meet them. Im glad they scared me away after seeing their Facebook reviews. I think my cover up would have looked awful if I went here.
I came on Saturday to get my tattoo done with my best friend and it went great. Ben was our artist and he did a GREAT job! This was our first tattoo and he was super understanding. He def took the time to make us feel comfortable and was so nice. I def recommend Living Canvas but specially BEN!
Pete and LC crew were AWESOME! The front desk guys were straight shooters and very personable and fun! Super clean and professional ! My friends got tattoos at same time and we all had a great experience! Totally recommend and when Im back in face years and feeling ready for another this is my go to place!
I had a great experience getting a piercing with Eric. He was extremely professional and quick and explained everything to me as we went through the process. The price was also very reasonable. Im giving a 3 instead of a 5 because the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone when I called recently with a follow-up question.
Pros and ConsFirst off their customer service is lacking. I understand its a tattoo and piercing parlor, but the time of gruff angry tattoo artists is over. There is no reason to be short with your customers when they are about to commit to something so permanent. I cant imagine getting a tattoo here because I would be worried about getting run over.Second, the piercing I got was done very well. I got my nose done, and my friend got her helix done. I felt like I kinda had to be pushy about placement, but everything was very clean and I wasnt worried about infection or accidents occurring.Lastly, getting the jewelry swapped out we waited a lonnnng time for the piercer to come in. Over the phone we were told we could just walk in after 3, but upon getting there we had to wait an hour. People at the front desk are always kinda meh attitude wise... granted this is Columbia lol. But the biggest thing that left me aggravated was that the piercer scraped up my nose while changing my stud to a ring. I winced in pain and mentioned my discomfort, but he scoffed at me and told me it was just a part of it. Bro Ive sat under the needle for 30 hours all together. My leg sleeve was two 7 hour sessions and a 5. I know that pain is a part of these types of things, but the stud had been in for almost 6 months before being changed. He didnt trust me, and upon walking away with a bloody nose I was later able to feel the scabs around my piercing. He clamped the skin and ripped out chunks of it. Honestly, that topped the cake for me.I wouldnt recommend them too much. I will be traveling for any future piercings or tats, but I did before. I would recommend Bad Donkey Tattoo on Lake Of the Ozarks. Ask for Mitch ;) they dont do piercings to my knowledge though.
Awesome experience all around!! Augie was wonderful on the phone to set up my appointment and he was even better in person. Trent Tucker did my tattoo and it is perfect!!! Is is exactly what I always wanted!! Thank you both so very much!! So glad I made the trip to come see you guys!
So I got a new tattoo yesterday, done by Pete. He did 5 others on me as well. Well yesterday he missed one small spot, (easily overlooked) I went in today and got an appointment to touch up that spot. The guy at the desk was so nice and helpful, I dont get how Living Canvas has bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience with them, ever. Best place in town! Just had to rant on negative reviews a little. 😁
Ive had 5 piercings done by Mikey and a tattoo done by Cam in the last year or so and Ive had an amazing experience each time Ive been in!!! All the front desk people Ive encountered were really nice! Mikey and Cam are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to! All my piercings look amazing and my tattoo is gorgeous! Absolutely recommend!!
Mikey was awesome! I had taken my Mother in Law to get a Daith piercing and decided to get one too! He was straight forward and honest. Made the piercing easier to handle with breathing techniques. It was fast and not too painful.
Had some piercings done elsewhere and came here to change out my jewelry because it was really irritated. Wish I came here for all my piercings!! They use really high quality jewelry and are very helpful. It is worth it, spend more money on higher quality! Will definitely come back for more piercings. I really recommend these guys.
Could hardly be happier or more satisfied with my visit to Living Canvas to get my very first tattoo. Since I am not a tattoo expert, I really dont know how this studio compares to other tattoo shops in the Columbia MO area, but if you are in COMO for a tattoo, your best bet is for sure Living Canvas in the downtown District area. The staff are all professional, perfectionists in getting a tattoo just the way the customer wants it, know a lot about their work, and are all unique and interesting people. They really make you feel welcome and at home, even if you are a bit nervous about getting a tattoo.Fonzie was the guy who did my tattoo and I stoutly recommend him. The tattooing process was not nearly as painful as a expected and the equipment they use is high quality. They also give you a guide on how to care for your tattoo to make it heal properly. Im sure they are also good about piercings but I do not like piercings.I will definitely be back in the near future for another tattoo!
Our experience at Living Canvas Tattoo was truly horrible. My daughter and I had planned a trip to Columbia, and one of the main goals of the trip was to get a tattoo. We researched tattoo places in the area, and decided this seemed like the best fit. However; when we arrived there, we were very disappointed in our decision. As soon as we got there, a man named Fonzie stepped up and kind of TOLD us he would be working on us, even though we already had our mind made up about who we wanted to see before we even arrived. We decided to go with it though, and told him what we were wanting. He was very pushy, forceful, and rude and made it very obvious he wasnt willing to work with us to make sure we were happy. He made rude remarks to the front desk person, Kyle, several times while we were standing there discussing. After about 10 minutes, both my daughter and I realized we were not comfortable with Fonzie and we asked another artist (Tommy) if he was available. He told us yes, but that he wouldnt speak to us since we were already talking to another artist. After about 20 minutes, my daughter and I knew this was not somewhere we felt comfortable getting something so permanent, and left. I would definitely not recommend Living Canvas to anyone. It was a horrible environment, it was dirty, and the staff was very negative. Overall, a horrible experience. Do not waste your time or money. We ended up going to Tattoo You, also in Columbia, and it was an AMAZING experience.
Eric did an awesome job on my piercing! He helped me do a breathing exercise during the piercing process to stay calm and prepare myself, which I greatly appreciated.
Good place for a smaller tattoo. First one I got there was with Chris and he was the man. It was ask my first tattoo and not only was he very cool and understanding, but talked to me the whole time and made sure I understood what to do in the after care process. The second one I got there was with Pete and he was not good. Was a simple tattoo yet he did an average at best job, with some ink veering outside the tattoo. He seemed to be much more worried about charging me before he even did the tattoo and was not friendly at all. Tried talking to him during the session but he never said a word and rushed through. Overall felt pretty uncomfortable with him but luckily it was a small tattoo so it wasnt a big deal. Most guys here are friendly but make sure you know who your artist is before you start. If you can, Chris was awesome. If it wasnt for him this wouldve gotten a 1 star. Saw someone else post about him so I thought Id give my experience. Avoid Pete
I have no piercings or tattoos from Living Canvas. It isnt that I dont trust them, or anything negative, I just simply dont have to funds for a tattoo/piercing right now. What I want to compliment them on is how kind they were to me. I called them to ask if I could interview two of their tattoo artists on camera for a project that I had for my journalism class. I gave them extremely late notice, but they still allowed it. The woman who answered the phone was very nice to me over the phone and in person. She had a calmness about her voice that made it easy to talk to her. The two artist we interviewed were more than patient, and more than willing to answer any and all of our questions. The place looked very clean, and all of the customers that came in while I was in there were greeted warmly and treated kindly. When I have the money to get another tattoo I will definitely be going there and asking to have it done by Trent Tucker. To allow to journalism students to interview them on short notice, treat us with respect even though we added no money into their business, have the place very clean, and knowing that their interview wasnt for publication was so impressive to me. They did it out of an act of kindness, very selfess. Very kind people and knowledgeable too. I cant wait to get a tattoo from Living Canvas.
We took our seven year old daughter to get her ears pierced. McKenna was fantastic! Its obvious she enjoys her work and is very comfortable working with young children. Definitely recommend her for any piercings!
I got my first tattoo at Living Canvas yesterday. I chose Living canvas because the staff was always very nice and helpful, and the place is very clean. Fonzie was my tattoo artist and he was AMAZING. I love how my small tattoo ended up and he kept me at ease by talking me through it the entire time and entertaining me. He was soooo nice and so was the rest of the staff. 10/10 would recommend!!
I have three tattoos, all from Living Canvas, and I plan to return for many more. The artists are amazing and easy to work with, they are very helpful, and the studio is a pleasant environment. Customer and artist safety is very important for them and I feel safe getting my art from them.
Mikey was my piercer & he was super nice & professional. He talked me through my septum piercing, gave me all the “dos & don’ts” and even flipped it up for me. It was quick & painless. Staff was super friendly 10/10 would recommend!
I had a consultation with Darion here, and she was awful. She was extremely rude to me, told me I needed to know exactly what I wanted before she would do the tattoo, even though I said I wanted the artists input. She told me I needed to come back with reference pictures even though I had showed her a bunch on my phone. And every idea I had she said “I don’t do that” very shortly. She wouldn’t even do some sketches for me. Don’t call yourself an artist then. I was treated horribly here, and left in tears. Do not go to her.
It was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I was so excited to get my nose pierced and I had went to the shop before for my three tattoos. But I was met with the most rude, hateful, and down right mean attitude from the man behind the counter and the piercer. They were so rude and I honestly left in tears. The piecer didn’t even go over the care instructions with me. He just had me grab the paper and leave. I know it’s not a $500 tattoo but I feel like ever customer should at least at the bare minimum feel welcome. And after reading through the reviews I see that this is a reoccurring thing that still hasn’t been addressed. Or fixed.
Got my five month old daughters ears pierced today and McKenna was amazing. She explained everything, was very patient and was just awesome with her. Thank you for making this nervous mother feel at ease as well as making it quick and as painless as possible.
This was my first tattoo, although not my last! From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the best place. Roxanne was warm, carrying, trusting and I felt like I made my new friend. Im ecstatic with my artwork! Thank you for sharing yourself with me and Ill see you soon!
A friend and I went to Living Canvas to get some piercings. I myself got a septum and a switch out of jewelry, while my friend received a naval piercing. They were both done by Eric and he was great! There was an issue with my previous jewelry in my nose and he took his time to make everything right. He could tell I was in some pain and slightly nervous, which I appreciated! Quick and easy for both my friend and I. I only give this 4 stars because it was difficult to see an artist about a tattoo we wanted. I would definitely go back to Eric for any piercings in the future, however!
I got an Acacia tree tattoo done by Roxanne and it is exactly how I wanted it! She was fabulous. I came in with a concept drawing, and she pretty much stuck to it while incorporating the stylistic ideas that I had. I have gotten many tattoos before, but coming here is always a great experience. The shop is clean and they are more than willing to answer any and every question you may have about tattoos or piercings. The tattoos that I have gotten here have a higher quality feel to them than ones from other shops. I will be getting some of my older ones re-done here!
When I first decided to get a nose piercing at Living Canvas back in 2019, I decided on a whim. McKenna was so professional and polite the first time that I came back today to get my second and third lobes done. When I get piercings done I have a tendency to faint, and I informed McKenna of this. She was very sweet and encouraged me through the whole process. When I inevitably passed out she put some cold compresses on me to help bring me back and let me sit as long as I need. If I have any more piercing needs I will definitely be visiting McKenna again, and I would recommend her to anyone.
My experience here was on outstanding. Had a tattoo done by Roxane and it is incredible, couldn’t be happier. Roxane took her time in developing the perfect piece which I appreciated and was very professional and an awesome artist. I couldn’t recommend Living Canvas more.
I went in for my first ever piercing; not something normal either. The tech that did my piercing, Callie, was very professional. When I called earlier in the week, I spoke with her on the phone and immediately impressed with her customer service. My piercing went off without a hitch and follow up instructions were very clear and precise. If I decide to have any other body mods done, Callie will be my first stop. Thanks so much for making me feel at ease during the process.
I will absolutely be returning to Living Canvas! The place was clean and professional and everyone was so nice. Trent does great work, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in tattoos or body piercings. I cant wait to go back!
Got my first tattoo here. I visited another downtown tattoo shop and they were rude and impatient with me. Living Canvas has a great staff who talked me through the tattoo process and answered the questions I had. Pete was the artists who gave me the tattoo and I am beyond satisfied with his work! Will definitely go back here for any other tattoo work I need in Columbia and you should too.
I had a great experience here getting three cartilage piercings from Mikey today! He did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining what he was doing, placement, aftercare, etc. The piercings themselves turned out so great and Im really happy with them! Living Canvas piercings are a little on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to hygiene and professionalism so I still highly recommend it!
Went in as a walk in and got my nose pierced by Eric, the process was super quick and he talked me through the piercing and after care. being a minor I had to fill out extra paperwork but the people working the front desk walked me and my mom through it. i’ve gotten piercings at other places around town, but my experience here was the best. definitely recommend living canvas
Very clean and professional. Trent did both of my tattoos and they turned out absolutely wonderful! I couldnt be more pleased with the results. I would recommend Living Canvas to anyone getting a tattoo or piercing.
Got a new piercing from Christine in November, and have had piercings from another piercer here previously. Everyone is professional and conscientious, and its a beautiful shop. 100% recommend.
I was a walk in, and there were a few people ahead of me,but it did take a little over 3 hours to finally get called back. They were super nice and gave me a good price for my tattoo. It was a good experience to have for my birthday.
Came in for a memorial tattoo for my mom...however the desk attendant wasnt overly friendly but not unfriendly....it was a great experience. Love my tattoo the artist did a great job took his time to get what I wanted on the print and it was quick and a lot less pain than expected..... Highly recommended.
Ben, was... Absolutely spectacular. He listened to hear me and created the most stunning work. A mix of stencil and free hand.. his work not only blew my expectations out of the water, but he really captured the style and theme I hoped for. He achieved a GORGEOUS, delicate, antiqued tattoo for me using expert dot shading and the finest lines ive seen in town. 10 Stars, Ben- THANK YOU. Highly highly highly recommend.
My wife and I have been extremely happy with the piercing experience at Living Canvas. Mike has been super helpful through a lost stud in the middle of the night to changing out new jewelry. He is Super professional and fun.
I came here upon recommendation from my own tatoo artist for my 1st ear cartilage piercing and I got Mikey who is AMAZING. He is very experienced and I LOVE my new rook & conch combo. It healed great, too. I highly recommend this place for piercing.
My mom got three peircings here and they were extremely rude to her and my dad and the peircing she got in her ear fell out and when she went back to get it fixed they charged her again and it didnt even clip and fell out again and when they went to get tattoos they made an appointment Shawn walked off with an attitude and never even talked to them about the tattoos and when she got back from fixing the ear piercing it was bleeding everywhere. They were extremely rude and hateful and we will never go there again.
These folk were really nice and patient with me. There was no waiting in line like the other piercing place downtown, and they were a LOT nicer and more professional. These peeps have good vibes.
First time getting a tattoo, I came in with an idea and Roo helped me out, was very professional. He ended up altering my design, but it was definitely for the better because of parts of my design that wouldnt have been feasible, and was also willing to draw it up a couple different ways. Nice guy, clean place, was a great experience overall! Id definitely recommend!
I had Cameron do my first tattoo. I wanted a realistic gray scale tattoo of a deer. He did an outstanding job the tattoo looks more like a photo than a tattoo. He was very professional and made the 2 hours and 20 minutes go by very fast. Being my first tattoo I wasnt sure what to expect as far as pain. But I can honestly say that I really didnt have pain. Times was a little uncomfortable but not bad. Cameron cut up with me at times he though it was getting uncomfortable. I highly recommend anyone to use Cameron you wont be disappointed.
Im a p e r f e c t i o n i s t; even for a small script on the ribs, I had an inspiration of what I wanted the text to look like and I stick to my guns. So the manager messed around with what I wanted on the computer, I didnt like it... I explained that I wanted it to look like a fairy whispered it to you in ink, because thats just my personality. They handled my meticulousness with a smile. I ended up writing it myself and they helped me achieve that quill-written look without giving me a bad quality tattoo that would render illegible in a few years. It only took 15 minutes, they made a transfer, stuck it on and I was out of there in less than an hour. The guys were super friendly, everyone sort of got involved and I got a real feel for the guys personalities. I felt like they understood me. The facility is spotless and not the least bit sketchy. You can tell they are straight up professionals but with a good sense of humor, thank goodness. I also got in without an appointment, no sweat.
My daughters and I flew in from California to visit my son, their brother who has terminal cancer. Since we all have and like tattoos we wanted to get one to honor him and remember our visit. We chose Living Canvas because it had four plus stars. My daughter called to set an appointment and told them our story. The tattoo we decided on was a small lotus flower. Just the outline, no color. It took them over an hour to set up and less than ten minutes to complete. They did a horrible job and refused to make it right. Both the tattoo “artist” and the receptionist were unkind, rude and unprofessional. Now that we are back in California we will have to go to a legitimate tattoo artist and have them fixed. They didn’t care that this was something special for our loved one. They didn’t care enough to do a professional job. They didn’t even care enough to be kind. If they read this I just want to say to them “SHAME ON YOU!” I would not have given them even one star but I had to in order to write this review.
They are the rudest group of people Ive met in their industry. Im no novice in the subject as I have several tattoos covering my body. The condescending tone of the manager, along with the unsolicited opinions of the artist, leads me to believe they dont want, or need, my money, loyalty or business. The consult that was scheduled a week in advance, took less than two minutes, and could have easily been done by email. Id go anywhere else
My tattoo artist was Tommy. It was my first tattoo. He was very nice & my tattoo came out great. And it didn’t cost me an arm & a leg. The whole staff was very nice. I plan on getting at least 2 more tattoos & Living Canvas will be where i go for both.
Ten years ago, I had my first tattoo from Living Canvas. It was just a small tattoo and after 10 years, I finally decided to have it redone. Everyone at Living Canvas was friendly and helpful. They recommended Roxane for a watercolor tattoo and set up a consult with her. Roxane was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Living Canvas and Roxane!
Pete did an excellent job on my lower forearm tattoo! Ill definitely be back for more ink! Keep up the great work, LC!
Set up an appointment in September, emailed the guy named Cameron a few times about a tattoo on my arm. Constantly dodged me and postponed it and it’s now December. Called the shop to get my deposit back, was told it’s non refundable. Worst customer service and their artists clearly don’t care about their reputation. So be careful, you’ll wind up $50 down and still be without a tattoo.
I went today to purchase 2 sets of daith earrings. I drove from Jefferson City Mo. I went in a was talking with the receptionist and told him I need a set for my fiancee and i. So to me a set means 2 of each kind of jewelry that I was purchasing. I paid $88 dollars for what I thought was 2 sets of earrings, little to my surprise after I drove all the way home I only had three earrings. So I call them and they precede to tell me that is what I paid for. I told them why would I come to by only 1 set and 1 earring. I said I need a set for me and my fiancee. He said well there is nothing we can do about this. I told him several time I needed a set for my fiancee and I both. Will never go back there again. Poor service and they do not listen and offered no solution except for me to drive all the way back and purchase another ring, which I thought I had already done. Thanks for nothing. Oh and when I looked online I found the same grade and the same size jewelry for 15.00/ set. They are upcharging on jewelry. Dont go here!!!!
I went and had my 2nd tattoo done yesterday and I am VERY satisfied! I wish I would have gotten my first one there! Very friendly atmosphere, the artist drew exactly what I had in mind with the combination I had taken pictures of. If you are look for quality, Living Canvas Tattoo is where to go!!!
My daughter and I researched this shop on the web....drove an hour and a half to book an appt. and get an estimate. The only person that acted like he had time for us was Cam. Thank God he was the one that did her tatoo! He was very friendly and did a great job. Too bad the attitude of some of the other artists made it a not so great experience for her....Cams work is 5 stars. Shop atmoshere.....not so much.
Went with my daughter to get her first tattoo. She wanted a few lines of poetry. Nothing big or fancy. They tried to insist that it couldnt be done the size she wanted, so they blew it up huge and tried to quote her $280. Her second choice consisted of a quote containing only 4 words. Same story except this time they quoted $250. Seriously? $250 for 4 one-inch high words?! To make a long story short, we went down to The Electric Peacock and she got both tattoos exactly the size she wanted for less than half what this place quoted and the artwork there was phenomenal. Wont bother coming back and wouldnt recommend.
Got my nose pierced here. Ive been to a lot of different shops and this is by far one of my favorites. Very professional, very clean and polite. Only complaint was they dont have a piercer in the shop at all times, they are on call. I had to sit around and wait for about 30 min for a piercer to show up. I had no plans so it was good but be sure to call ahead of time if youre in a hurry. Will go back again!
Clean shop, great customer service, the artists are super talented and professional, great atmosphere. Theyre efficient with their walk-in crowd and are super reasonable. Cant wait to get more work done here.
Pete was amazing! Back story my son passed away in a car accident 2016. Our daughter wanted to get his name tattooed on her wrist. He said she was born for tattoos just by how she reacted to it. It was a beautiful moment for us all. Thank you Pete! You will definitely get more of our business!
I have been living with a bad tattoo for years. I decided to venture out and decide whether I was going to give a tattoo cover up a shot, or if I should get my tattoo removed by laser. I decided to give Living Canvas an opportunity with a consultation about my tattoo. When I first came in, I was asked very unprofessionally by the person at the front desk what I was in for. I was not asked my name, nor was I greeted in a professional manner at all. When I began talking to the person at the main desk, one of the artists came up, interrupted me, and asked to see my tattoo that needed covered. His, Fonzies, immediate response was, Something floral. Never was I asked if I had anything in mind, which btw, did not include something floral. When I gave him some ideas I had in mind, he didnt care about anything I had to say. He brushed it off, kept a closed mind, and reiterated that he would only do something floral with purples and blues. When I kept saying that I was not going to limit myself to floral designs, the guy at the main desk pretty much began kissing Fonzies ass and saying the same things, when he isnt even a tattoo artist there! Fonzie also said he would not attempt to draw anything up with the ideas I liked, because he didnt think it would work. I left and will NEVER go back. I will never even consider a tattoo there. I went to a different tattoo shop, Iron Tiger, and was told I absolutely did not need something floral, and that they would be willing to draw something up with ideas I suggested. I was even told that my suggestions would work better than any floral design. They were very professional in their greeting. At the end of the day, I have decided to get my tattoo removed by laser treatments, just because I would rather act as if my bad tattoo never happened! ha. All in all though, Living Canvas Tattoo is very unprofessional. I would suggest Iron Tiger or ANY OTHER tattoo shop a go, before going to Living Canvas. :)
I have been tattooed here once and pierced twice and recently came in to get my jewellery changed from improper jewellery that I received from a different shop. Eric, the head piercer, was very kind and quick about what turned out to be a fairly painful experience due to placement and jewellery complications. Every time Ive been here, the artists and piercers have been friendly and ready to chat; it is always clean and quiet. If youre anywhere near here, please come! They are the only ones I trust!
Living Canvas did an amazing job piercing my 8 year olds ears for her birthday. McKenna was super patient with her and walked her through the whole process. We will definitely be returning for future piercing needs!
I recently just got my first tattoo here and loved it! My artist was super nice and could tell I was nervous, but made me feel so much better!! He joked with me and did a fantastic job!! Will be going there for any future tattoos!
Absolutely amazing work !! got psalm 139:13-14 done on the right side of my ribs by pete, he did a fantastic job & talked to me the whole time, incredibly friendly staff. 11/10 recommend their parlor, awesome job guys. thank y’all so much!
Wonderful place!! I was nervous to get my first tattoo, but the staff was so great in making sure I understood everything and making sure my tattoo would look good for many, many years. I would definitely come back here for any other tattoo needs!
My 3 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced. So under the recommendation of another shop in the Columbia area I took her to McKenna at Living Canvas. The shop is clean and both staff people I dealt with were very pleasant. McKenna did her best to ensure my little one was comfortable and engaged her in conversation to distract her. She was very clear on after care instructions and very informative. My 3 year old LOVED her. We will definitely be using Living Canvas for future endeavors, whether it be piercings or tattoos. Highly recommend Living Canvas and McKenna!
Wasnt impressed. Artist was late to scheduled appointment, took my money and then never called me about finished design. After a month passed I reached out and was told that they had written my number down incorrectly (I repeated it twice and watched him write it down). I could still get my tattoo though. Asked about times to schedule abs e Saud bone if then worked for him. Overall not jazzed about customer service.
Had my tongue re-pierced with some scar tissue in place, the gentleman did an amazing job! The wait was short even though I came in on a thurs without an appointment. After about 20 minutes he was ready for me. Super clean environment, he was respectful, I felt like I went to the doctor, only without the copay haha.
I got a belly piercing done here and it looks great! Its crooked but thats probably from it migrating over when i hit it on a table or dogs messing with it. But over all it was great! But now Im looking for a place where its cheap to get a tattoo done with my sister. She doesnt have that much money and she wants to sit down and have it drawn out and planned. I dont know where to go...?
I was here on March 5,2020 to get my Tragus repierced. The guy that helped me confirmed that i just needed jewelry, they were still open. He had wonderful customer service and integrity! Thst speaks volumes, anywhere else would have told me i had been repierced and charged for jewelry as well! From the timenof entry to the time i left I had nothing but good, prompt customer service!
On somewhat of a whim, made a trip to Living Canvas to get a tattoo and dermals put in. Tommy nailed my tattoo no problem, and made sure I was getting what I wanted. As for the piercing, Eric told me for what I wanted, I would need a surface bar, not 2 separate dermals. He took his time making sure he marked me correctly and was extremely nice throughout the whole process of putting the bar in. He talked me through it, which I definitely needed and appreciated! Very, very happy overall!
Just got my nose pierced here today and it was a great experience!! Very clean on the inside, professional piercer (McKenna is a queen she did an amazing job and listened to all my questions and requests and was very comforting) and the price was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend getting pierced here!!!
Got my young daughters ears pierced and wanted a high quality (no infections or teen pierces using dirty equipment) venue...staff is awesome, both in knowledge AND personality. Experts in their craft. Highly recommend.
Loved my experience tonight! Was worried they wouldn’t be able to copycat my handwriting as my tattoo.... came out PERFECT! Would come again for sure! REASONABLE PRICING too!!!! Got great feedback from people who’ve seen it too!
Cameron is a very talented tattoo artist! He did my chest piece would recommend and go back for more.
I got my tragus pierced a few years ago. The guy wasnt the friendliest, but he was very profesional, made a point to sterilize everything in front of me, explained everything, and told me how to care for it in great detail.. which all were more important than him having a friendly personality. It healed great, Ive had absolutely no problem with it since.. I would definitely recommend this place. Ive had piercings from other places in Columbia which Ive had many, many problems with.
My daughter got her ears double pierced for her 17th birthday. Eric did an awesome job and was super patient with her as she had to take a couple breaks from nerves. Awesome experience with awesome people!!
Callie has pierced my ears and now my nose and was phenomenal each time! Everything was so clean and she let me know exactly what to expect. Will definitely go back to her in the future!
Cobid restrictions in place. I was able to walk in and get my ears done, but tattoos require appointments. Really great fun atmosphere. The piercer was gentle as could be and it was really quick. Excellent!
Extremely professional, incredibly happy with the work Trent Tucker did and felt I received it at a very fair price. Highly recommend anyone in the Columbia area checking them out!
I paid $600 for a tattoo and they wouldnt even finish it because they said that I missed 2 appointments. So I got $200 worth of work for $600. Also I had made 3 unnessessary trips up there because the guys that was doing it called in once and scheduled wrong twice. I wouldnt recommend going there to anyone.
After speaking to them on the phone and discussing what I was looking for, they assured me that the 1.5hr drive was worth it and that they would be able to do it, that was a lie. We walk in the door at 3pm (when we were told to show) and Tommy was out, so we waited.....2 hrs. The guy, Tommy, finally shows up looking like he had a hangover from hell, looks me up and down and says nah I dont feel comfortable working with that. We went back and forth for a few minutes about why he couldnt do it (even though he had previously said over the phone that he could) and eventually just left. My opinion, if youre looking to add on or tweak your tattoo, dont expect to get much cooperation out of them. Unproffesional and unhelpful.
I have not had an opportunity to get a tattoo here yet, but the young lady out front was extremely pleasant. Apparently all of their tattoo artists were booked up for a little while so I had to set my date back and then ended up having to cancel for my own personal reasons, I look forward to visiting again soon and finally getting my tattoo
I will never go there again. The staff was rude and hateful. Didnt want to talk to us or help us. Told us our original idea would be about 150 so we decided on smaller pieces with no color and turned out to be 200?? Makes no sense. Wouldnt you want to be welcoming to your customers? Wouldnt you want them to come back? You dont got to lie about the pricing just to get rid of us. Wasted 3 hours on that awful place. Never going back
If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a tattoo idea planned out, I paid a $50 dollar deposit for a noon appointment, only to show up and my spot was given away to two women who so happened to show up before I did. Trent (the tattoo artist), saw me sitting there, didnt acknowledge my existence, and didnt say one word to me and went ahead and took the two ladies back to the room and set up to tattoo them. I sat there dumbfounded and when the receptionist guy came back to the desk, I walked up and he said that I was late, so Trent went ahead and gave my spot away to someone else. I was literally only 10 minutes late, I had to circle around the block like 3 times cause they are on a really busy street and pay the meter for parking, just to walk in and get ignored by the person I PAID to do some work for me. I honestly would have given him a chance if he would have spoke to me and made me feel like my business was wanted. Instead, he chose to ignore me after seeing me and I watched him take another client(s) back to get tattooed and I cannot see myself wasting any more money on a rude artist. I took my money down to ELECTRIC PEACOCK where Tyler is incredibly nice and understanding and we know each other on a first name basis and he does really good work. I will never be back to this shop because of the experience!
Had the pleasure of doing business with Dean and Living Canvas and it was an awesome experience. Friendly professional people doing what they love and doing it great. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great professionally done tat, piercing. Awesome atmposphere!
The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was nervous to get my piercing, but I wasnt nervous for long. I reccomend going there for all your tattoo and piercing needs.
The shop is immaculately clean, the people are very friendly, and all the artists are excellent. Ive been to Trent for 3 of my 4 tattoos, and Ive never been disappointed by the quality of his work.
They are so rude and hateful. My friend went in today to get a quote on a relatively simple tattoo. They mocked her because she didnt want to wait hours to days to get it. I would never trust someone to tattoo me who couldnt have even be bothered to have the most basic customer service. Screw them and that place. I have no idea how they even have a business.
Had my ear pierced by Miley, and he was awesome! The shop uses the best materials and products and is very clean. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I brought them a vague idea of a particular flower and colors I liked. I walked away with a beautiful and very unique piece of art. I cant thank them enough or express just how impressed I am every time I look at this tattoo in the mirror. Its truly stunning and everything I had hoped it would be and more. Thanks Pete!
I had a piercing done by Angel at Living Canvas and he was absolutely amazing! He sterilized everything in front of me and talked me through every step of the process. I would HIGHLY recommend going to living canvas for any tattoo or piercing!
My whole right arm is a living canvas piece & the only reason they didnt do my left arm was because it was already done. This coming from someone who has been tattooed in many various shops though out the south & eastern seaboard.Living Canvas is above & beyond by far the cleanest, most reputable tattoo gallery in Columbia,MO. I would recommend them to my friends, enemies & family.
Could not be any happier.. Had a 30 year old tat covered and looks super.. Went to talk to them about it and was told Tommy is the guy to see.. He is an artist.. Cant vouch for anyone else , but believe me Tommy is the man.. I have had 2 more since the cover-up, all with Tommy.. You cant go wrong
10/10 recommend Cameron! Killed this and made my experience great.
I’ve gotten a few tattoos by pete and a few piercings by Mikey, and thoroughly enjoyed all experiences. Very clean place, very experienced and friendly staff, and high quality body jewelry make Living Canvas the go-to place in CoMo for any body mods!
Currently doing half sleeve. Shawn Pope is amazing. With an eye for detail. He completed my cover up and you cant even tell I had a tattoo beneath it.
Got a tattoo with Nick and the experience was great! Super kind and comfortable atmosphere. My tattoo came out great!!!
Horrible customer service! If I can rate with zero stars I would. The receptionist was very rude and seemed they didnt want to work last night. Left upset and determined not to get a tattoo. Thankful we drove down the street to Iron tiger tattoo and what a Difference!!! Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Good luck in the future.
I had a great experience with the piercing pirate! Yarr! Very professional and did a great job on my nostril piercing. It’s been the easiest piercing I’ve ever had.
Really great place. I think that quotes should be set and that the artists should be clear about the prices with the receptionists but other than the small miscommunication I experienced Im very pleased. Would and will go back :)
Me and my wife went and got a couple of tattoos and I just have to say that the place was amazing. Trent is the bomb diggity. He drew up exactly what I wanted and kept it in the price range I was wanting. Excellent place!!!
This place was great! It’s clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and Trent does awesome work!! I will definitely be recommending to anyone interested in a tattoo!
Upcharged us for a simple piece of jewelery that I found online for a quarter of the price. Im sure people would think but this was a nicer one, which isnt the case. They charged us and after two weeks still hadnt contact us about picking up the jewelery.
Had my second forward helix pierced by McKenna. She was great! Clean professional and friendly! Everyone else in the shop was nice too!
My tattoo artist did my tattoo in under 5 minutes and charged me $130. He argued with me on what I wanted and as a result, my tattoo looks NOTHING like what I asked for. I am so disappointed. This was my first and last tattoo. DONT EVER GO TO LIVING CANVAS!!!
Called to get our daughters ears pierced, they said that they could do it. We drove an hour and 20 mins each way. When we showed up they said we are not sure we have any of the childrens earrings, let us check. They didnt even look for the earrings, they just walked into the piercing room and walked right back out and said they didnt have any. They dont even deserve one star.
This was my 1st tatoo so was little nervous but Trent made me feel comfortable amd relaxed the whole time....Was very friendly and did an awesome job on my tattoo....Will definitely be going back there for a couple more...LOVE my tattoo...Thank you!!!
Very unprofessional. The moment we walked in everyone acted like they were above us and were too good to talk to us. The only one that acted professional and friendly towards us was a man who usually pulls his hair back into a little ponytail/bun and had glasses. Everyone there was rude and pushy. Would not recommend.
My artist was Pete. He did an amazing job on my sunflower tattoo (thigh). He was very kind and always made sure I was comfortable! I will be back!
Dont Question this place. The reputation was right. The cleanest, but COOLEST place ever!!! They made my experience memorable and really made it extra ordinary. I wasnt a customer, I was a friend> Thanks guys!!!!! oh and im pretty sure I saw a pirate in a kilt with a magnetic brain..........
DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT GO HERE! In one week they totally screwed up 2 appts! Drawings were supposed to be ready with Cameron and Tommy AND NOTHING WAS DONE! APPTs were NOT scheduled per THEIR appt card. You show up for your tat and are told sorry man, dont know what to tell you??? Cameron went on vacation and Tommy had no excuse! REALLY???
I went there to get coordinates tattoos with my boyfriend. The receptionist was really rude all the time. We tried to make some questions but he didnt feel like answering anything. Unprofessional for sure. He acted like we were bothering him.
Ben Thomas was amazing! I gave him an idea and he gave me a piece that was better than I ever could’ve imagined! Such an amazing place too, great atmosphere and awesome staff ❤️
Walked in for my first tattoo on my 18th birthday and everyone was super super nice to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The place was really clean and not like scary or overwhelming at all
Very friendly, very sanitary, and everybody does great work! Theres always someone there that can help you with anything!
Eric is awesome. Hes extremely knowledgeable and always very helpful with my piercing/jewelry issues! Definitely recommend!!
Knowledgeable and talented staff. I wont let anyone else pierce me or my family. Artwork is top notch. I cant wait for the repair work they are gonna do on some of my old pieces.
Living Canvas provides excellent custom tattoos and the highest quality piercings. Their jewelry selection is the best in Mid-Missouri.
Great bunch of people and for my first tattoo was very nice keep asking if I was doing ok and it was cheaper than I expected.
Uncomfortable. I need to purchase a piece of jewlery but the two guys up front emphatically insisted that I have to wait and see a piercer. Unnecessary. I even drew a picture of the rather simple piece of jewlery and they refused to help me. One of them kept asking if it was for my nipple even after I said it wasnt. Rude.
Super professional place with extremely talented artists. Clean, bright and very welcoming. Remember, its a freaking tattoo, you get what you pay for. Ill certainly be going back.
Roxane was phenomenal. My tattoo was perfect and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely a great place to get tattoos or piercings
The guy how did my tattoo had to touch it up and didnt listen to what i wanted him to change AT ALL and when i tried to tell him again he argued with me, i will definently not be back. for as high of price as they are i should have an awesome tattoo and im not happy at all.
Strongly recommend!! Super nice service. Did a fantastic job with my tattoo and definitely helped calm nerves about it!!
Very professional and sanitary! My daughter was nervous about having her nose pierced and the staff did a great job of talking to her and making her feel less scared during the process.
Impressed. Honesty. Was actually told that I may have problems with a navel piercing as my navel is small and not much skin...am going to research this, but for now am passing. If I decide to pursue this I will return here for sure.
Great group of guys, professional and friendly. Had a perfect experience. I recommend the artist to anyone looking for ink or piercings!!
They didnt belittle me for making a dumb mistake in the aftercare of my piercing, theyre always super chill and make you feel comfortable.
Just got a tattoo today by Dorian and I must say she is a fantastic artist. Thank you for the wonderful piece.
By far best shop in como. Staff, owner and everyone there are great. Ive gotten about 5 tattoos from Chris. All look great.
The only place I get work done in Columbia. Super friendly and professional. Dont go cheap for your tats. You get what you pay for.
Great shop. Got a memorial tattoo for my grandma. Was happy with the result 🦋
I loved it! Cameron did my tattoo and gave me just what I wanted...I will go back for more..
Some very talented artists here, absolutely love my piece from Roxane Meera. Cant wait till the next one!
Pete is my artist and I absolutely love his work. Front desk could use a little more friendly staff
Very happy with my tattoo nick did an amazing job very nice tattoo experience with
Such good vibes here. Great experience. Going back to get a tattoo and I am so excited!
Awesome artists with diverse style and great atmosphere! Everyone was super welcoming and Trents a savage.
Anytime we have issues after a piercing they are always great at helping and letting us know how to care for it.
They are great! I had to get my piercing put back in and they will willing to do it for free.
The piercer was awsome. I felt very comfortable and safe. Would definitely go back, and recommend for others.
Do not go here for a tattoo there liars and I refuse to pay 400 dollars on a tattoo Im not going back you guys can kiss my @$$ they where also quite rude. I will be telling people to not come here!!
The piercing was great I got my tongue done and went perfect the breathing techniques were great and the guy was nice.
A++ professional staff and very helpful. I think Im in love with Shawn
My second visit there, the place was very clean and the staff was super professional!
Fast, excellent, professional, clean nose piercing. Looks GREAT, and zero redness or soreness day 2.
Have had new tattoos and old tattoos redone here, and have been happy with all the results. I always recommend Tommy!
Excellent service! Very prompt and really know their biz. Place is extremely clean as well.
Very nice and clean place. People were very nice to me. Did a great job of my tattoo also.
They are extremely friendly and they did a fabulous job on my tattoo.
Been here a few times, more recently for a Black Friday special and previously for some piercings. The guys are all very friendly and professional.
Ive gotten work done by several of the artists here and Ive always been beyond happy with the finished result!
Best shop in Columbia. Professional friendly shop, super clean, a great experience working with Mikey! Thanks LC!
I love getting all my piercings from here. Erik is the best and does a fantastic job!
You will not find a better man to do your tats. His work speaks for its self.if you want the best tstoo then go to the best. Living Canvas and tell Mark I sent you.
Wait was long, but tattoo came out beautifully and healed perfectly. I was able to use multiple coupons to lower the price.
My sister got her septum pierced and the staff was amazing! The piercing turned out great!
Nick was great. Fantastic atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to everyone
Living canvas did a great job on my first tattoo ever, a little pricey, but very disappointed with staff not the friendliest.
