We had such wonderful customer service! Emily was really friendly and compassionate, comforting my daughter by explaining every step along the way. The piercing was quick— and the holes are even! I would absolutely recommend Claire’s for ear piercings!

Of course this is my daughters favorite place at the mall. They pierced her ears even! Something I didnt think would ever happen.

Got my kiddo’s ears pierced and they were great with both kids! They were clean, fast, respectful and precise with lining up the ear rings! Prices seemed a little high, about $88 after tax for the birthstone earrings for one child, but then again, worth it because we even got cleaning solution and home instructions were easy to understand! They were great! No infected piercing and I appreciate the respect they gave me and my kids!

Our daughter got her earrings pierced here for her birthday and she gets a free pair of earrings every month, she loves it and its a great thing to do together.

Kelsey helped my client & I today! She was excellent. She was very polite and helped out a ton. I was very pleased with how professional she was. I wish her the best with her baby in the future.

Kelsey was awesome. My daughter was wanting to get her ears pierced for her birthday. We got there and they were almost closing and they went ahead and did it for her so she had it done for her birthday. They made her feel very relaxed and she is very happy.

Couldnt ask for sweeter people even as busy as they were!!! She was An angel seriously. I got my daughters ears double pierced had other purchases and one was buy3 get 3 so she said if u wanna pick a cpl more out go ahead with a line behind us. So so awesome

I had a very bad experience today getting my ears pierced. I had my friend come with me and when we filled out our sheet specifying what we wanted, I put down the standard solution, however when I got to the cash register I saw that my sheet had been changed to say that I wanted the “rapid heal” solution, which cost more. When I asked for the original kind that I marked down I was faced with a lot of attitude and being told that “I couldn’t have it because it had already been opened”, even though it clearly said on my sheet what I was intending to purchase. She was also incredibly rude to my friend who was helping me pick out my earrings stating that my friend “didn’t know what’s good for me” and that I could be allergic to the type of metal that I wanted, and not telling me the prices or anything about what each earring was about. When I chose the earring that the worker seemed to not agree with she told me that “she got this earring type and when she did it was embedded in her ear”, which made me very uncomfortable. And her attempt to discourage me from getting the earring that I could afford was extremely rude. I understand that working on a busy day can be stressful, but this was over the top rude and made my experience very bad. The other cashier was very kind, but it felt as though this other woman had a grudge against me and wanted to make me spend more money and dumb me and my friend down.

Has some cool toys, but awful ear piercing techniques. uses an ear piercing gun which is usually never cleaned, and causes kids to get ear infections, and ripped lobes at worst. i recommend going to a piercing parlor downtown if you want to pierce yours/your childrens ears.

Wow. Wow. WOW! My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience at the Claires in Columbia. Kelsey was spot on-- her cheerful welcome, her skilled piercing, and her kindness. She was AWESOME!

In November I got my ears pierced. I started having problems right away with them. They constantly hurt. I knew since I just had a needle shoved through my ear it would hurt for a few weeks. After two weeks were up my ears were still swollen so I thought maybe I was having an allergic reaction. I changed them at eight weeks like they said I could. Well it didnt help I left them in for a month so my ears could get used to them and they just felt more irritated. I changed them again to a different type of earing. I left them In for two months this time there was no change at all. I found a pair of earings that sort of helped for a while. Now Its almost the end of July and Im having more problems. I cleaned my earings like i was suppose to and even more. I twisted them when I was supposed to. I tried rubbing alcohol peroxide and the solution they gave me. Nothing helped. The gun they used was the same one they used on the little girl before me. They didnt clean the gun at all. I now have an infection in both holes. Never going back at all. Go to a tattoo parlor instead. I have recently taken out my earings and trying to let the holes heal. If they dont get better Im going to a tattoo parlor and having them look at them. Next step is the doctor. The fact that I didnt say anything to the lady who did my ears about the gun will always bother me. Im hoping the holes close so I can go to a tattoo parlor and get them done by a professional and not by an employee ear piercing experts. They arent a good place at all to go to. Ill go get my jewelry from there but never will I get my ears done or anything else done there again. They were nice but are terrible at ear piercing.THEY RUINED MY EARS!!!!!

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!!! The chances of them screwing it up are high, they use a piercing gun (which pushes a blunt earring through your ear and cannot be sanitized properly) and have very undertrained teenager doing the piercing. There’s also a lot of hidden charges and they overcharge for the service that they’re doing. Go to a tatto/piercing shop! They have much more experience and are much more sanitary. Chances are, you’ll end up with an infection or crooked piercings if you get your ears pierced here (which I did)! Save yourselves the money and the tears.

Just recently got a lobotomy from claires! they did an amazing job. would definitely go back again 10/10 ☺️

Went to search for my wife a nose ring, didnt have anything she wanted, but my experience at the store was decent.

My wife did all the shopping there. Other than that good prices and some deals on almost everything they have in stock.

Nice store, cute, trendy items that I even love as an adult! Things can be a little overpriced, but sales are pretty frequent.

Assistant offered help immediately when entering the store, glad she did because I needed it.
