After a lot of research and thought I decided to have laser treatment on my face. Its been a year since I started and I liked the results so much that I decided to do my underarms as well. The results are fantastic and I would definitely do it again. The staff, facilities and patient care are excellent. Definitely a place to recommend.

I recently went to Comprehensive Laser for a laser treatment, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in their expertise. The consultation was thorough, and they took the time to explain the entire process, answering all my questions with patience. The treatment itself was quick. I own a laser tattoo removal business. Neil graciously offered to have me at his clinic to share his practice and knowledge with me. I was blown away by their operation. Neil and Nina are two of the smartest individuals I’ve met in the industry. Incredibly well spoken, educated, and personable. They also have a great team of receptionist that were detail oriented. Throughout the day I was continually impressed with how well organized the operation was and how attentive Neil was. I absolutely love Nina. I came here because I was looking for an experienced provider to help me with my razor bumps when shaving. My experience here was amazing she made me feel extremely comfortable and there was no pain. My experience with Dr. Neil Harry was an absolute delight. I had two moles on my shoulder that needed to be removed. As soon as I walked into the establishment, It was clean and I was greeted with warm welcome. Prior to treatment, I sat down with Dr Neil. He explained to me in details what was expected. Comprehensive Laser is great! I’ve had one tattoo fully removed and I’m in the process of getting rid of two more. The staff and techs are super friendly, and the clinic is always clean. And, I’m in and out in no time, usually within 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tattoo removal!

I’ve always thought about getting laser hair removal done but never actually did it because I feel like I was really nervous and didn’t know anything about how it works, but I got laser hair removal done with Nina and Gisselle and they were both so patient and understanding with all my nervous questions. They made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and they cared about my needs and safety. Everyone in there had a great attitude and was very inviting.

Wonderful staff and techs! From the initial consult to completion of my hair removal package, the team was informative, kind and caring. During the treatments, they took their time with me to make sure I was comfortable. My skin is clear and smooth. Upon completion of my package, I only need to go in about 4 times a year for a touch up. Prices are reasonable.

I love this place. I have been going here for a while now. Recently, I tried out their Vbeam Perfecta laser treatment. I have struggled with acne for a few years now. I got my acne under a bit of control. However, I still struggle with redness and irritation on my skin.Its only been a few days since I got this treatment, but I already see a big difference in my face.I was a bit nervous about getting it done, but Neil answered all my questions and concerns. The treatment was very fast and simple, and I was able to resume my daily activities right after.

I am receiving treatment for Brazilian laser hair removal and it’s life changing. I’m a black woman with very thick hair so I was skeptical at first, but I was wrong! I barely shave and it feels like I have a fresh wax every day!

Ive been going to Comprehensive Laser for about 4 years now, and I couldnt possibly say enough positive things about my experiences from day one. Everyone there over the years from the receponists and front desk staff, patient coordinators, and of course the nurses/providers are all amazing. Ive been treated by other providers here and there throughout the years as well (all who were also great!) but no one quite compares to Nina.She is so talented, exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, patient, kind, and honest. She whole heartedly cares about her patients and listens to all their questions and concerns, then answers them thoroughly. She does so by providing you with understanding, reasoning, guidance/options, and comfort. My best friend initially referred me to Nina and since then Ive referred several people to her and their practice as a whole, including my mother who knew nothing about the aesthetic industry(meanwhile Im obsessed lol,) and now she frequents the office on a regular basis. Between my mom and I weve received Botox/dysport/daxxify, filler, chemical peels, laser hair removal, aerolase, and semaglutide injections. Three days ago I received the new neurotoxin, daxxify, and I couldnt be happier! I literally saw improvement just the next day and now on day three Im essentially wrinkle free!!! The last thing Ill say is while its obviously great to be treated by someone whose practice and themselves as a provider is recognized as being accomplished, prestigious, and to have perfected their craft; its even better to go to someone whose achieved and known for that as well, but additionally is a genuinely good, kind-hearted, humble, passionate, and dedicated human that loves what she does and goes above and beyond. She even took the time out of an extremely busy work day (on very short notice) to write me a glowing letter of recommendation to work in the aesthetic sales industry. Nina Harry is THE BEST NP I have EVER EVER encountered. Shes professional, kind, accurate, prompt....the list goes on. Ive been a patient of hers for 5 years. Although I live in Hagerstown, MD I drive to Columbia Maryland just for Nina. The whole Botox, Filler thing was new for me. I was very afraid, but Nina quieted my fears and came thru like a Rock Star. I am an EXTREMELY picky person but Nina was cool with that and worked with me. She answered all of my thousand questions 🙂 with a smile on her face. Shes very genuine and AWESOME at making your face look wrinkle free, NATURALLY. If you are a woman of color and hesitant about getting Botox or filler reach out to Nina she will take care of you, I promise you will not be disappointed but ELATED, blown away at the results. She did my laser hair removal 5 years ago, and a small touch up 2 years after. To date the hair hasnt returned. Stop worrying about your wrinkles and chin hair, just call Nina Harry!!

I have been a religious waxer for a couple of years and have been told by many people that laser is so painful so I never wanted to try it. When I came in for my appointment today I was so hesitant and nervous but Giselle and Nina made me feel so comfortable and it was an awesome experience. The process was so painless on the legs and underarms but especially the Brazilian !!! In comparison when you get a Brazilian wax it is so painful and your skin hurts afterwards, On a scale of 1 - 10 I would say 9/10 but with laser it was so painless like a 1/10. I’m never going back to waxing. If you are hesitant please try it !!! It’s awesome !

What an amazing experience! From the front staff to the clinical staff, everyone was super professional. My procedure was adequately explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I’ve had three tattoos removed over a two year period and i could not be happier with the service provided. the staff are attentive and friendly, the office is clean and i was always in and out within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. while i sincerely hope i never find myself in the position of wanting to remove another tattoo, comprehensive laser would absolutely be the first place i contact. i held off on starting this process for so long because i was nervous about being judged for poor choices, but they are completely understanding and just wanted to help me feel better about myself :))

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The laser hair removal is not *painless* as the internet likes to say, but for the results you get, you’re able to push through it. The technicians are also happy to go at your pace and change the setting if it’s too painful for you. The procedures are relatively quick.My dysphoria has gone way, way down since removing my facial hair, and I don’t shave anymore. It’s a really good investment for your happiness.

Nina & Taylor were so amazing when I recently went in for treatment! I decided I wanted to try lip fillers for the first time and was very nervous however, they both made the treatment so easy and the results look amazing. Very natural & exactly what I was hoping for!I have also done laser hair removal treatment with them on numerous occasions and different body parts and the procedure/results always turn out great!

Called to check pricing and availability for services. I advised the person whom I spoke with that I was just calling around comparing prices, but the representative said that they could not do so without scheduling a consultation. Although unexpected since the other places I called did not charge for this initial consult, I agreed to schedule for 3 days later. I clearly sated that I was not looking to be charged anything since I was not 100% sure I was going to use their services yet and was ensured this through being told the cancellation policy. I was advised that there is a $50 fee for the consultation but was NOT advised that it would be charged immediately and is non refundable until I called 48 hours prior to the consult to cancel.

Simply amazing! Couldn’t thank Nina and her staff more!! It was my first time getting fillers done for my smile lines. As soon as I made an appointment, Nina, the nurse practitioner, was so lovely and attentive. I felt very at ease working with the provider who performed the filler for me. Both the waiting and the treatment rooms were spotless and well-kept!! Overall my results are absolutely fantastic, and the fillers themselves were painless. I think Nina and her team are incredible, and I will definitely continue working with them.

I just completed my full Brazilian laser hair removal package and could not be happier with this process. From initial consultation to the last session, Comprehensive Laser and their staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. For packages, they scheduled 8 sessions but communicate clearly that most people will need more touch up sessions beyond the initial 8. After purchasing a package, touch ups are scheduled at a discounted rate. Definitely going to schedule more laser hair removal for different areas in the future!

I recently had an acne facial with extractions by the aesthetician, followed by laser treatments and chemical peels with the nurses. Loving my results so far! The staff is not only friendly but also highly professional. Excited to continue my treatments.

They tried to withhold pricing information from me until I paid them $50 for a consultation, then they would give me the pricing information for their services. Theyre not that good at closing out their shady business practices because once I was about to give them my card information to pay for the $50 consultation they put me on hold for 30min.After the 30min mark I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they magically forgot about me because someone gave the lady on the phone enough money to retire so she quit and never got back to me. So I called again and another lady picked up immediately. I asked what the pricing information was again and they told me immediately and it was obviously overpriced.$900 for a single PRP session plus a $50 consultation fee so $950 total for something that other places charge a $600 flat fee with zero consultation fees. This place is obviously preying on their customers financial and medical ignorance. Or theyre extremely ignorant bordering on the line of stupidity because they call their nurses providers which is very ambiguous and could mean anything. If you want to gain a customers trust just use the word Nurse. These people have to earn that title unless youre impersonating a medical professional which is a crime.Either way I wasnt happy with the customer service and felt like I was being taken advantage of as a first impression which is basically the most important part of the customer experience. I would just call around and go to a place that is transparent from the beginning.

Ive been coming here for different treatments for over a year now and am very happy with my results!! The team is fantastic, especially Taylor, who is one of the only people I trust with my skin. Truly an icon. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I recently called and spoke with someone named Sarah who gave me tons of information about different lasers and I told her I would call back once I’ve made a decision. So maybe 2 days later I call back to speak with “Sarah” who apparently isn’t even a real person because the staff I spoke to had no idea who that was so super red flag I’m not even sure this place is a legitimate establishment and why someone would lie off the bat about their name to a new customer.

I made the colossal mistake of having my eyebrows microbladed in October 2022. Two to three weeks after the procedure, I knew I needed to have them removed and desperately researched reputable tattoo removal clinics in Maryland. I am so thankful to Neil and the staff for being so patient and understanding throughout the process. It has certainly been a journey but I am fortunate to have found Comprehensive Laser & Aesthetics. I live an hour away from the clinic but make the trip each time because I have so much trust in them.

I could not say enough amazing things about my provider, Kristi, if I tried. Since my first appointment with Comprehensive, she has made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I’ve had a few treatments done here that I’d been really wanting to get but was previously scared to commit to. I’ve been scared of needles most of my life (which is where my hesitation came from), but I truly believe that I’ve gotten mostly over the fear as a result of such a positive experience with Kristi. The staff at Comprehensive Laser are well trained and they care about your results; the facility is clean and the employees are friendly. Im one of those men who had issues with hair growing around their neck and ears, but since starting treatment I can see a huge improvement. Virtually no hair grows on my neck and ears after multiple sessions. As a guy, I was a bit apprehensive about going to a laser hair removal facility, but Im glad I did. Nina has done a great job in explaining the process and making sure Im hair free. I recommend this place to anyone who might be on the fence about laser hair removal.

HIGHLY recommend!!! Nina is the nurse practitioner that did my laser hair treatments and very sweet and knowledgeable! I was hesitant for a long time to do laser hair treatments but so happy I finally did! After my second treatment I did not need to shave at all but continue treatments regularly for 6 sessions which definitely worked for me! The staff is also great and on top of everything especially with the covid restrictions. Great service and professional staff!

This is the absolute best place to go especially if you are a person of color that has been considering laser hair removal but were unsure because in the past you were told it would not work on you. Nina is an expert with laser hair removal on brown skin. She didn’t try to sell me any dreams… She was very upfront about what could happen, what could not happen and what to expect. My appointments are always very quick and I am not left with much discomfort at all. I absolutely love the results that I have received. It turned out better than I had hoped. The staff in the office are always courteous and professional.

I have have been going to Comprehensive laser for about 3 years now. I started off going to them for my underarm laser treatment but the results were so amazing that I decided to get laser removal done on my face as well. Initially when I started I was met by a very courteous PA who explained the whole process to me. Later, during treatments, Nina- the Nurse Practitioner worked with me throughout of all of my appointments. She was very informative and very kind and her work showed dedication. She kept my needs under consideration throughout the whole process to make sure I am comfortable with the laser hair removal process. I love the attention to detail that she shows to her work. I loved the whole experience at the place so much that I later added more laser hair treatments as well. She later altered the plan for my face and customized it to Aerolase laser/acne treatment as she noticed that it would be better suitable for my acne prone sensitive skin. I would highly recommend this place for laser hair removal services as they whole process is very professional. I even love the process of scheduling appointment with the center as they return your e-mail/phone call within 24 hours time.

Ive been going to Comprehensive Laser for tattoo removal with Neil, and the experience has been phenomenal. I was hesitant at first since my tattoo is in a visible location, but Neil took time to address all my concerns and discussed the risks, after-care, etc. with me thoroughly. The facility is very clean with friendly, welcoming staff. I am always greeted immediately after walking in, and never have to wait long at all. I would highly, highly recommend Comprehensive Laser to anyone, not just for tattoo removal.

There are not enough words I can write about this place! I HIGHLY recommend Comprehensive Laser. Nina and the rest of the staff (front desk and assistants) have been OUTSTANDING. I used to go to Ideal Image and completed all 9 sessions and my hair was STILL growing. During the end of my treatments, they told me I wasn’t a candidate. I was super upset and very skeptical about starting laser hair removal again. I discovered CL through a friend and couldn’t be more happy. I’m blessed with thick middle eastern hair and after one session of laser hair removal, my hair was 99.9% gone! Not only are their prices more reasonable but the results are great. Nina is great and knows exactly which laser to use for each candidate of all skin types. I highly recommend her. They have the best of the best equipment and they are so friendly. I generally never leave reviews but had to for this practice. I have been going to Comprehensive Laser for a little over a year now and am in love with the entire staff, especially Nina! Everyone is very professional and accommodating. Nina always makes sure that you are comfortable throughout your entire treatment whether its your 1st treatment or 20th treatment. The results are worth it too! The place itself is always clean, the scheduling process is very simple and straight-forward, and I love that they always call and e-mail to remind you of upcoming appointments. I would leave 10 stars if I could!

I absolutely adore the NP Nina and PA Neal. I was nervous about going in for treatment as I had an unpleasant experience elsewhere. Neal explained everything to me and was very patient with my questions. The treatments were quick and the pain was very minor. I didnt have any issues with my skin during the process. Ive finished my initial treatment plan and have had amazing results. My skin has cleared up and will be going in for maintenance once in a while. I am totally satisfied with the service I received from Comprehensive Laser. The entire staff was friendly and extremely professional. I use to shave my chin and neck every day! I tried several products with no success. I am a woman of color in my 50’s. I have been shaving since my early 30’s and after completing all of my treatments with Comprehensive Laser, I no longer have to shave! I am starting to see gray hair that I pluck but still no need to shave. The biggest plus is my face is so smooth now! No razor bumps and no black marks on my chin and neck. I went in yesterday for a laser tattoo removal procedure on my old eyebrow tattoo that was messed up for years. The man that does the laser treatment explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Staff was friendly as well! I was so nervous since this was the first time I ever got this done but I was re-assured and he made sure I was comfortable. The laser procedure took literally a minute or two. I literally started seeing results less than an hour. Its day 2 today and my old eyebrow tattoo is nearly gone! I have to go back a 2nd time and I can tell this old eyebrow tattoo will be completely gone after that. Thank you so much I am super pleased with the service and results!

I did laser hair removal at ideal image a few years ago and decided to also do other parts of my body. Since Ideal image was expensive, I was referred to this place by my sister for their professionalism and friendliness, and also better prices. The staff are truly professional, and quick to get you through the door. Nina was amazing, and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatments. However, I’ve seen all the good reviews about the good hair removal results from this place but surprisingly for me it was not as great! I’ve definitely had better hair loss with ideal image machines than CL. I’ve completed 8 sessions , and still have full set of hair growing back ! After the third session I didn’t see much difference and I know I’m a good candidate for laser hair removal ( medium light skin middle eastern with thick hair) and with the same number of ideal image treatments I was hairless for 5 years and then I had to go for touch ups. Not sure why that was my result but I wanted to share my experience with CL laser machines. Again, this place is clean and I was happy with how I was treated as a costumer but as far as hair loss, I didn’t see the results I was expecting after 8 sessions of treatments.

A few years back I had about 8 sessions of hair removal with Comprehensive Laser and finally came in for my first touch up session. I could not be happier with my results. I do not even remember the last time I had to shave! About two months ago I decided to come in for a touch up because I figured it should be time to do one, however when I came in for my touch up, their nurse said I barely had any hair to treat. I dont remember what life was like before Comprehensive Laser got rid of my hair. While I was there, I ended up signing my mom up for a Vivace Experience for her face and she is so happy with her results as well. I cannot thank the medical team enough for making life so much easier for me and for making my mom feel 10 years younger! She looks beautiful! I came a across Neil and and Comprehensive Laser and was excited to find a local place that uses Quanta lasers for tattoo removal. I was very pleased with how professional and clean the clinic was and was equally impressed with Neil. He showed great care and knowledge about the process and it was my quickest (and most comfortable) treatment I have had yet. I didnt blister and the treatment area wasnt noticeable 36 hours later. The tattoo and colors faded after noticeably from how they were when I walked it. Thanks Neil, so happy to have met you.

If they know you are looking to change your appointment, they actually call you when an earlier appointment becomes available (unlike most places). Staff was nice and pleasant but I would not recommend going here. I got the 6 session package for the Brazilian and they clearly do not turn the laser up high enough to actually be effective. They just want you to keep coming back for more sessions. When I complained about how I was not happy with the progress to the nurse, she turned it up one time for me and that was the only time I saw any results. Then the following time she would not turn it up for me. I would not trust this place, they just want to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. I was originally only coming in for a bikini line treatment, but was convinced by the staff at my first meeting a full Brazilian would be a much better deal. Even getting the full brazilian I still have hairs in my bikini line, and I have fair skin and dark hair that should be easier for the laser to remove.I have a friend who paid almost half the price and had MUCH better results going somewhere else.

Had laser done on my face and neck. darkened and thickened the hair to the point it became like beard hair. after about 8 sessions i noticed it continually got worse. i asked for a refund and instead was blamed for the laser not working because “i didn’t tell her” even though i mentioned the hair growth several times and had pictures taken before each session which she was supposed to review. she told me she could do more laser on my face and i refused because i spent thousands on electrolysis fixing the damage that laser caused. i suggest going somewhere where the provider is more knowledgeable and experienced with hair removal i really regret coming here it cost me thousands of dollars to fix!!Edit: Im not sure where that doctor part came in. I never discussed with you seeing a doctor, nor did I ever see one. I finally stopped coming in for visits not because of a doctor, but because the hair just wasnt going away. You refused to offer me a refund despite the fact I had to pay thousands for electrolysis to undo the damage laser did to my face on top of the money I payed for laser. I would accept laser for a different part of the body because now I know laser is effective on dark course hair, not the fine hair that was on my face. It baffles me how you saw what laser did to my face yet you continue to push more treatments on my face. Absolutely not, I will not get laser on my face again and I strongly advise other women to do the same!!

Laser Hair Removal with Vitiligo and sensitive skin. Wonderful experience!I travel from Massachusetts just to go to Comprehensive Laser for hair removal and it is absolutely worth it.I found them when my husband was stationed in Maryland. I tried multiple times to find a clinic from where we were originally from (Berkshire County, MA) that would work with my sensitive skin and Vitiligo but no one was willing to help. None of my local clinics or even one of the big chain clinics around would work with me.Everyone at Comprehensive Laser is wonderful. They are more well-rounded when it comes to skin issues and how to care for them. I was not pushed into signing any contacts or plans, as they considered my travel situation. They were willing to work with me knowing that I might not have been able to finish my process.My experience has been wonderful. I have never had any problems with the laser (I use the Candela laser). I was never burnt and personally it doesnt really hurt. The Laser is used on my vitiligo skin and there are no bad reactions. The only thing is that the white hair does not go away but that is something I knew would happen. I strongly recommend if you have Vitiligo to go through the hair removal process before your hair turns white.Now, due to my great experience, even my husband started getting laser hair removal on his neck and he has had great results.We travel every few weeks to Maryland and we will continue doing so until our sessions are done.

They have the most up to date equipment, and put the patients comfort first. Their newest laser - the MOTUS AX (I believe) has a cold tip and more effective wavelengths. I have had IPL and candela treatments, so I can compare discomfort levels. The new laser is painless. The staff at Comprehensive Laser are highly trained, medical professionals. They are not spa technicians. You may get a cheap price with a groupon elsewhere, but you are taking a chance that the person wielding the laser is minimally trained. I didnt realize the difference in treatment until I started going to Comprehensive Laser. You will stay with the same provider throughout all of your treatments. Nina has done hair and vein treatments on me. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is a nurse practitioner and laser ninja.

I was slow to jump on the Wegovy/Ozempic/Semaglutide train, and when I did, it was *very* hard to get from my primary care doctor, even though I am a good candidate.Enter Neil from Comprehensive Laser.After obtaining and reviewing a detailed health history, Neil prescribed me Semaglutide weekly injections. I was given lots of info regarding potential side effects and was urged to call with any questions that might arise in the aftermath of the first injection. I’m averaging 1.25 lbs. of weight loss per week, thanks to a curbed appetite. And I mean CURBED appetite. I used to get excited about lunch WHILE eating breakfast. Now I’m reminding myself to eat. I have been coming to your facility for a while now without any issues and loving the results I have gotten so far. I wanted to come in to get another treatment recently I booked for a particular the day of I tried calling with no success. Upon me finally reaching someone when I called later I was made aware that they would be charging me the $50 no-show or cancellation fee to which I let them know that I shouldnt have to pay because I did attempt to contact you all.I work for the government and I work from home so all of my phone calls come to my cell and as everyone knows after so many phone calls you cannot see them in your call history. I was made aware that I would have to talk to the office manager and when I was finally in contact with her she completely lied and said that I was rude to the first young lady I had spoken to and that was never the case and thing as you all supposedly have recorded conversations you would know that that never happened. She didnt ask me what happened she got on the phone and told me what happened and was very rude and condescending I do not want to deal with her in any manner ever again. I own a government contracting and no one at my facility would ever talk to a customer that way nor would they blatantly lie on them. I have never disrespected anyone nor did I have a reason to.I am completely upset with how things were handled. I have been a loyal client since Ive starting coming to you all, referring my mother as well as others who are current clients. Not to mention, when The office manager finally decided to contact me which I in fact had a birthday coupon that I cannot use because she would not except my appointment, I was told that she made the final decisions and she didnt have a boss until I called the next day and a young lady at the front desk gave me this contact to send this email.At the end of everything I spoke to A lady who claimed to be the owner she was very rude and dismissive and I will not be returning nor would I recommend it. As I post this review I am reading other reviews and experienced the same exact thing with the lady being very sassy very rude and blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility for anything. She is very unprofessional and it seems to be mostly with people of color.Update:Do not twist my words and when you can provide the fake recording you have please do because what you won’t do is lie on me and I never said you had good service I said my results so far were good. Rushed PAINFUL FIRE ON MY FACE HAIR GREW BACK and OVER PRICED It was like buying a used car: . The 5 star reviews are a joke they pay for. I got laser on two areas for 199$ EACH plus a $50 consultation fee just to talk to them. I had no idea about this treatment they told me quote You will only have to shave patches once a month after THE FIRST treatment and the skin can get a bit sensitive. After I started asking about the price the guy doing the consultation pretty much lost interest and quickly rushed me off to the nurse for my first treatment where I planned on doing three areas for a total of 650$. Guess 650$ isnt enough money to keep their attention. When the nurse started it WAS LIKE FIRE ON MY FACE!!! HURT SO BAD! I asked if this was normal and she said it can be so I muscled through it. Every time I asked for a rest she got annoyed and would wait a few seconds and go right back to the laser. I was in tears but she didnt seem to care. I only got two of my treatments. I later found out they could have gone slower turned down the laser or had me use topical analgesic before treatment. Worst part is the hair grew right back and when I called to tell them this they told me I would need NINE MORE TREATMENTS! Everyone that had this done told me my experience wasnt normal. Best part is they try to get you to give a 20 30 or 50% tip when they give you the electronic bill and you have to ask for a no tipping option when paying with your card.

This team has completely changed my life. I came here about a year ago to start laser hair removal treatments and Ive seen amazing results. Also, I recently finished a clarifying hydrafacial package and it has greatly improved my skin. Ive battled acne and for several years my skin needed some love to reverse damage and clear remaining acne. The worse area was my chin - you can see my before and after on their website. What a great company and experience. For a number of reasons I was nervous and apprehensive about laser treatments for tattoo removal. I was worried I was going to be in a crowded waiting area for hours, and after the treatments I wouldnt see the results I wanted. Well after my first treatment I am pleased to report that this company is discrete, professional, efficient, and most importantly delivers what they promise. After only one treatment both tattoos I was having removed are noticeably faded and on there way out. The PA-C that peromed the procedure, Neil Harry, took time to sit with me and walk me through the before and after care as well as what to expect. After the one on one session I was checked on and escorted by the friendly staff to another room, I had completely to myself, where the simple and fast procedure took place. In a blink of an eye the very thing I had dreaded was over, not only that, but there was little to no pain and a noticeable difference in the tattoos. I can not emphasises enough of care this company delivers. I wouldnt trust anyone else after my experience.

African-American PCOS over 9 years and I know what its like to shave, trim and go through countless concealer to hide the dark spots from unwanted facial hair. I was nervous at first but after 60 days I noticed the hair reduction and ultimately the hair actually not growing back. The beard package is worth it and currently over the 6 most and Im a satisfied customer. Will continue to go back for maintenance as I see fit. Nice people but both of their machines didnt work for me. I think I did 8 lower leg sessions over a span of a year. My hair grew back so I have to shave anyway. Techs are really nice but honestly wish I stopped after my initial sessions instead of having kept going. They kept saying itll be fine and to do more sessions. Go with your gut and dont fall for their sales tactics.Edit: Saw their reply but during my initial consultation, the male giving the consultation said the IPL and the laser machine would have the same results, so of course I would go with the cheaper option. I was not advised against IPL like the response stated but was told that the IPL machine would have worked just as well. Had I been advised that the IPL machine doesnt work then I wouldnt have done it at all instead of wasting time on it like you say, lol.

The staff were professional, however, I am not happy with their infection control. Nina put on a pair of gloves, touched her scrubs, door knob, equipment, faucet, protection goggles, then with the same pair of gloves, put sunscreen on my face. I was very shocked by her action but I did not want to come off hostile or aggressive so I stayed quiet. I would not recommend the place for this reason.

I got a terrible resulte! They told me that I would only need from 3 to 6 laser sections on my underarm. I did three and then did other three. After five sections I complained about the hair growing more than it should after almost 90% of the treatment and they said it was normal. Has been almost three months since my last visit there and my armpit hair is already growing back as I have never done laser removal before. I am never going back there and I already told my friends who I referred to stop their treatment.Edit: I may not speak fluent english, but I do understood the cycle explanation in your materials and as well what you told me every section. And I do know what it should be like after six sections. There is not only new hair cicles growing and yes they are growing back. Do not try to take your responsability out of it saying that I do not understand what you say or write. I have a pretty decent English. It was extramaly clear for me when you said that after six sections it would be at least 90% of the armpit hair gone. But anyway, thanks for nothing.

I bought a Groupon deal for this place. The treatments were fine. Now they dont deal with Groupon so all of a sudden, in the middle of using my groupon coupons they have stopped honoring them. This is a very strange way to run a business.

I started going to Comprehensive Laser late 2020. I did a research on laser hair removal companies around the DMV area and decided to go with Comprehensive Laser. It is the best decision ever! It is very addicting to get their services lol. I started with underarms laser hair removal then they were running promotions during holiday seasons so I purchased aerolase and VI peel packages to treat my acne. It didnt stop there, I started laser hair removal for my upper lip, full legs, and brazillian! I also had a huge bald spot on my head (see photo attached). Considering that Im a girl, it was embarrassing so I always have my hair up or Id put heavy hair products to ensure the bald spot doesnt show when I have my hair down. My bald spot got worse 6-9 months after giving birth, had a lot of hair fall outs. So I invested in 3 sessions of PRP after my consultation. It was the best decision ever!!! Ive tried so many hair growth pills like biotin products, while Ive seen some improvements it took a while to see a change and I had more breakouts. The 3 sessions of PRP are about 4 weeks apart so all completed in 3 months. But even after the 1st session, I saw a dramatic result and by the 2nd session, pretty much the bald spot was gone! Theres a lot of ways you can do to take care of yourself and you cant go wrong with what you choose. Some eat healthy foods, do workouts, pamper themselves by getting their nails done or a massage, etc. As for me, Ive never done anything luxurious for myself other than getting my nails done from time to time probably. Then the pandemic hit and I had a miscarriage last October. I couldnt give myself to fully grieve because I had a little daughter to take care of and other responsibilities at home plus I was new at my job so couldnt take days off. I was stressed and mentally overwhelmed but I had to stay positive and keep things moving. So to divert my mind away from all the stuff that happened to me and felt like I have neglected myself and body, I went to treat myself and give love to myself. Nina did most of my treatments and I love her! She did all my consultations for every treatment I got and provided recommendations based on my area of concerns... I felt comfortable with her especially shes a mom herself... she would tell you what to expect so youre not surprised if you feel like a sting or something during your treatment.. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. If youve been thinking of doing something for yourself, do it! If youre looking for services like laser hair removal, facial treatments, PRP, botox...dont look anywhere else, I highly recommend Comprehensive Laser!!!
