My children and I went into this store and we are torn with how to grade this experience because of how we left feeling. I want to be very clear that the attendant who seemed like the store manager was helpful.However, I felt like we were given extra attention not because I was there to shop but that my children and I could be potential bad actors. It felt terrible and I was sad on my inside especially when my 14 year old said mom I feel terrible going into my bad in a store because of who I am not. It was never said but the behaviors and where these women were positioned , how they were looking at us made me feel very uncomfortable.There is a delicate balance of giving great service and deterring bad actors from your store. If one lead with the intention of truly being helpful and caring for all people regardless of who they are, this genuine care will drive away bad actors and leave other good shoppers feeling welcomed and appreciated for choosing your store versus another brand!Good luck with creating that beautiful balance. I know it can be done. My children loves your brand and yes the concept is beyond amazing!

Had an amazing experience there. Damara was so helpful and patient when I took my two daughters in to get their ears pierced.

I Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and they took such great care to make sure they did everything correctly sanitized and cleaned after each person I appreciate you so much , I was very pleased with her asking me if everything was how I wanted every step of the way also loved her professional but hip friendly fresh vibe , only remembered she loved hello kitty, my mother other children one of their friends and my niece also decided to get their ears pierced as well (another beautiful lady helped them she was so gentle)since it was such a great experience thanks so much ladies at the Deptford Mall Claires

Thank you so much to Emily for doing such a great job piercing our 4-year-old’s ears today. She was so good with our daughter. Our oldest had her ears pierced at Claire’s a year ago, and that also went really well. I would absolutely recommend Claire’s for first time ear piercings.

Blue haired woman with the big blue eyebrows was extremely naive and had no control of her attitude and said some extreme horrible things to my friend. including threats against his life. this woman should not be allowed around little girls . i was truly repulsed by her face and disgusting atttidude.

Abby was so nice and did a great job piercing my ears over the holiday weekend!!! She was thorough, careful, and professional. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wish I could give a better rating, the one member of staff was very helpful and welcoming. However the second got noticeably annoyed by a simple question about the ongoing sale.The quality of the items isnt to die for, however if you want decent jewelry for a more than fair price I do recommend.I understand working in retail can be stressful and annoying, but dont take it out on your customers, especially ones that are nice.

The experience i had at this store was so bad and made me so uncomfortable this crazy blue haired woman tried hitting on me, then stared screaming racial slurs at me and kicked me out of the store. This woman need psychological help.

Great customer service for my teenage daughter getting her second ear piercings. The store attendant was the only one on at the time, but took all the time needed to get it just right for my daughter. Very friendly and knowledgeable employee willing to take plenty of time marking the spots for piercing and explaining everything.

Mostly overpriced costume jewelry and accessories for young girls. I remember loving this place as a child so I dont mind bringing my girls here and splurging on some sparkly things once in a while. They love it too and always leave with a new treasure.

Got my daughter’s ear piercing from here, she is 3.5 yrs.Of course i was a little nervous for her. But Emily (the person who did the piercing) was super understanding. She walked us through the whole process and helped us pick out the earrings too. As far as sanitation is concerned, they disinfected the chair, wore masks and gloves and sanitized everything. They gave us the solution bottle for aftercare. My little one picked up two toys right after for which they gave us discounts too. All in all a very clean and friendly place for getting your child’s first piercing experience. Really happy customer.!! Would recommend totally!!

The sweetest worker ever she went out of her way to help find my nieces iPhone after searching her store,she went out and notified walmart because walmart customer service wouldnt answer the phone.

My daughter got her ears pierced here. They did an amazing job! They remained clean and sterile and she had both ears done at the same time. They made her feel really special and even gave her a crown to wear as we walked around the mall afterwards. The 3 week ear cleaner worked amazingly. Were 3 weeks out... No issues at all with my daughters ears! Highly recommend this location for piercings and accessories.

I wish I could give this a zero but I cant the experience was downright horrendous this woman with blue hair and these ugly glasses was a treacherous woman she came up behind me and whispered into my ear and said she would shoot up my crib after she got off shift

I had my ears re-pierced because my old holes closed up. The woman who did them was very professional and friendly. She did a great job. I wound up spending about $70.00. They had some appealing jewelry and i bought some. The anklet i bought broke right away after i got home. Two or three sets of earrings quickly tarnished and even left a dark spot on my ears. I would recommend having ears pierced there but not to buy jewelry here.

I was in Claires about 2-3 weeks ago with my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. My daughter got very scared & decided that she was not getting her ears pierced. It was very frustrating b/c we went back & forth for about 45 minutes. In the middle of the frustration & crying the girl who is piercing says to my daughter well honey you should just get them pierced because your mommy has to pay for the earrings now that I opened them I was like WHAT? Those earrings cost $60! And the girl says Yeah I know I hate the policy too, but it is our policy So here is the thing if it is a policy then it should be told to the parent or person that they will be paying for the earrings once they come out of the package. I paid the $60 but I will NEVER go back to that store even for a $2 scrunchy!

Heather was so friendly and helpful. The kind of staffing youd want when going into any store. I went in to get my ears re-pierced, and she was informative and quick about the whole process.

Claires has a great assortment of accessories and is fun place to shop !! But weve noticed that the prices have really gone up the last couple years!!

Its become old and boring for my daughters this place use to be the place to go now its the second hand bag very cheap Chinese merchandise. Sad to see but I doubt they make another few years at this rate. Dont waste your time....

Got my daughters ears pierced today. The girls who helped us were both great and did an excellent job putting my nervous daughters at ease!

Was ok. Took daughter there to buy some trinkets for her dolls to were got stuff at good price, about four items for under ten dollars.

Absolutely love their cute little accessories for my 3 year old and almost always have some type of deal to save me a little cash

The staff is great. My daughter really wanted her ears pierced but was really nervous, and they were great with her!

Always room for improvement. The waiting line was a bit confusing. No 6 feet apart markers. So it was hard which way to stand. A bit crowded with display.
