I decided to get 2 more piercings on my left ear for my Birthday last week. I cleaned and turned them as directed. Not only was the pain worsening daily but my ear was getting redder along with leaving blood spots on my pillow and swelling up over the ball front! I just so happen to have a Drs appointment and showed him my ear. He said not only 1 but both had to come out. Upon removing them he noticed that the person that pierced my ear went too high up onto my cartilage and thats why all the problems came about. I have multiple piercings and tattoos so for this to give me the amount of pain it did was bad! I called up the store and spoke to Keishla who happened to be the one that did the piercing....ironically she refused to repierce my ear upon it healing because supposedly she put a pink Paper Receipt in my bag. My daughter who was with me and I do not recall if there was one or not because we picked out some jewelry and hair accessories. And even though Keishla remembers me and has her copies she still wont do it and I am furious of the way Ive been treated!!!!!! I tried calling the Corporate # & suprise got a recording each of the 3 times I called and no return call yet!!! This would have traumatized a first timer.....Go somewhere that knows what their doing or willing to work with you when they mess up. Lesson learned........

We lost a phone and this nice girl took the time out after work to let walmart know we lost it and got the iPhone back. She needs a raise.
