Banter by Piercing Pagoda

NEVAEH was amazing and very patient while my son chose his first chain. She was not only knowledgable, but she helped guide him through the process too. Thank you for making his birthday so special!

MARTHA has the banter store near the AT&T she was very welcoming, explained to us everything we need and was patient with the kids, she made the process very easy and my daughter didn’t even feel the pierce !

On 2/9/24 at approximately 330 pm I attempted to take my niece to store 626 by Journey’s to get her ears pierced. We were sitting there for 20 mins while one associate helped another customer. Then another associate came back from break. She look right past us and went to a customer who just walked up. I explained to her I was next in line. She stated, “Well, I didn’t know what you wanted. You were just standing there.” Never asked who was next and how she may assist. That association should never work in customer service with an attitude like that. I will never visit a Banter store again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Its hard to put into words how amazing our experience at Banter was. Natalie was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We absolutely 110% recommended her, especially if you may have some questions! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were truly happy with our purchase!

Your customer service is awesome the young ladies who work here are especially helpful and so nice. My biggest compliment is to Cherakee. Great sales person. I highly recommend this place.

I went into find a chain to replace one that my husband broke and alyssa was so kind and so unbelievably helpful that I found the perfect chain and even one for myself. I went to the one by the children’s place first. First and foremost she was sitting there reading something with her back turned toward me so I had to get her attention. When she turned around she had a attitude. I’m not spending my money with no establishment that has horrible customer service so I came to the other one by att where the service was amazing. I will not be purchasing anything from that particular store again

Stopped at store 115 after work to grab a new nose ring. Love shopping here. Alyssa was super friendly and helpful!! Great energy!!

I had a wonderful experience at store #115 I had gotten my third piercings thru came out wonderful! The manager Alyssa was very sweet patient and knowledgeable!
